Abstract

This study aims to examine the persial and simultaneous influence of business risk, firm size and sales growth on capital structure. Where independent variable in this research is business risk, firm size and sales growth while dependent variable is capital structure. The sample used is secondary data derived from the financial statements of real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2011 to 2015. This study uses secondary data from the company's financial statements. Samples and sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and test of coefficient of determination. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable of business risk, firm size and sales growth in persial (t test) does not affect the capital structure in the real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The simultaneous test results (F) show that there is no effect of business risk, firm size and sales growth on capital structure on real estate and property companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: business risk, firm size, sales growth and capital structure

Abstract

             This study aims to test partially and simultaneously the effect of profitability and leverage on firm value. The ratio used in measuring Profitability as an independent variable is Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Operational Costs and Operational Opinion (BOPO). The ratio used in measuring Leverage is Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Primary Ratio (PR). Meanwhile, the ratio used to measure Company Value is Price Book Value (PBV) and Price Earning Ratio (PER). The method used to observe the effect of profitability and leverage on firm value is by using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression.       The data used in this study are secondary data, financial reports and annual report annual report. The data is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 8 years from the period 2010 to 2017. Sampling was done by saturated sampling, which used were 4 companies. Data analysis uses simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression, t test, f test, and determination test coefficient. This data uses linear regression analysis with SPSS 22.             The results of this study indicate that the profitability variable partially (t test) not have a significant effect on firm value, while the leverage variable does  has a significant effect on firm value on state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of simultaneous research (F test) indicate the influence of the variable profitability and leverage on the value of the company on state-owned banks (BUMN) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.   Keywords:  profitability, leverage and company value.

Abstract

Where the independent variables in this study are working capital and the number of shares outstanding while the dependent variable is liquidity. The sample used is secondary data derived from the financial statements of textile and garment sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2011 to 2015This study uses secondary data from the company's financial statements. Samples and sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and determination coefficient test. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20.The results of this study indicate that the variables of working capital and the number of shares that are circulated in a persial (t test) have no effect on liquidity in textile and garment sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

This study aims to determine effect of good corporate governance and ownership structure of profitability company. Where two independent variable that is GCG consist of ( the size of the board commissioners and composition of independent board of commissioners) and Ownership Structure consist of (managerial ownership and institutional ownership) and one variable dependent that is profitability company consist of (ROA,ROE,ROI)This study uses secondary data from investment gallery of indonesia stock exchange in Jendral Sudirman street number 73 Pekanbaru, Riau. The selection of samples is carried out by purposive sampling, where the population of this research is the manufacture company sector Food and Beverages with six companies sampled along 2010-2014 years. And this research method is descriptive and quantitative by using program of SPSS 20.Data analysis using multiple linear regression where the result of this study show that the size of the board commissioners and composition of independent board of commissioners does not have a significant effect on ROA; managerial ownership and institutional ownership has a significant effect on ROA; the size of the board commissioners, composition of independent board of commissioners, managerial ownership and institutional ownership simultaneously does have a significant effect on ROA; that the size of the board commissioners and composition of independent board of commissioners does not have a significant effect on ROE; managerial ownership and institutional ownership does not have a significant effect on ROE; the size of the board commissioners, composition of independent board of commissioners, managerial ownership and institutional ownership simultaneously does not have a significant effect on ROE; the size of the board commissioners and composition of independent board of commissioners does not have a significant effect on ROI; managerial ownership and institutional ownership has a significant effect on ROI; the size of the board commissioners, composition of independent board of commissioners, managerial ownership and institutional ownership simultaneously does have a significant effect on ROI.Keywords : The size of the board commissioners, composition of independent board of commissioners, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, Return On Assets, Return On Equity,and Return On Investment

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of modalities, investmentdecisions and dividend policy on corporate value. Where the variable used in this study iscapital, and the number of dependent variable is the value of the company. The sampleused is secondary data derived from the financial statements of property and real estatecompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2011 to 2015. Abstract

This study aims to determine Influence Of Incentive Towards Employee Loyality on BRI Regional Office Pekanbaru. Distribute questionnaires to 91 respondents who are employees at Bank BRI Regional Office Pekanbaru. Base on analysis seen that the implementation of the incentive has been done well and had the right to carry out at Bank BRI Regional Office Pekanbaru. Base on analysis seen that the implementation of loyalty has been done well and had the right to carry out at Bank BRI Regional Office Pekanbaru. Based on the results obtained analyst t¬count value amounted to 10.898 and t-table 1.986. As well as pvalue of 0.000 <0.05. Because t-count> t¬tabel and pvalue value smaller than the value of alpha 0.05, then the hypothesis that there is significant influence work incentives to the loyalty of employees. It concluded that the hypothesis Implementation incentives significantly influence employee loyalty Bank BRI Regional Office Pekanbaru acceptable. Rated R Square of 0.572 which indicates that employment incentives is able to explain the changes in the value of employee loyalty amounted to 57.2%, while the remaining 42.8% is influenced by variables that are not observed in this research model.Keywords: Incentive, Employee Loyality

Abstract

AbstractThis study was conducted at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Pekanbaru which is located on Tuanku Tambusai Ujung No.821, Pekanbaru City, Riau. This study aims to determine the effect of the Working Capital Turnover and Accounts Receivable Turnover on Profitability at the Pekanbaru PT. Pegadaian (Persero) during the 2014-2018 period. The type of data used is quantitative data and the source of data used is secondary data. This data collection technique is a documentation technique.  Hypothesis testing uses a simple linear analysis method and multiple linear analysis with the results showing that the working capital turnover and Accounts Receivable Turnover  has a positive and significant effect on profitability at the  PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Pekanbaru. By calculating the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained value of R Square of 0.303. It showed that the Working Capital Turnover and Accounts Receivable Turnover has an effect of 30,3% on profitability at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Pekanbaru, while the remaining 69,7% is influenced by other variables not determined in this study. The results of this study are strengthened by the results of hypothesis testing through the f-test which shows the significance of working capital turnover and accounts receivable turnover below 0.05, which means working capital turnover and accounts receivable turnover have a significant effect on profitability (NPM). *Keywords: Working Capital Turnover, Accounts Receivable Turnover, Profitability (NPM)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital structure on profitability in automotive and component sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Capital structure as an independent variable was measured using the ratio of Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Longterm Debt to Assets Ratio (LDAR), and Longterm Debt to Equity Ratio (LDER). While profitability as the dependent variable is measured by the ratio of Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on Investment (ROI).In this study, data on the place of financial statements and annual reports. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling, the samples were 8 of 13 automotive and component companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis technique in this study is simple linear, coefficient of determination, t test. Data analysis used linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21 software. The results of this study indicate that the test of simple regression analysis of capital structure variables consisting of DAR, DER, LDAR, LDER, the occurrence of a negative relationship to the ROE and ROI profitability variables. This means that the capital structure partially has no effect on profitability in the automotive and component sub-sector companies.Keywords: Capital Structure, Profitability

Property growth in Pekanbaru seen from town growth very make a promise, Economics storey level in Pekanbaru more highly compared to by a other town, so that the ability buy buy storey level in this town is high enough, even is not affected by crisis that happened. In this time which is a lot of expanding in Pekanbaru is middle housing to for, with complete public facility, using system cluster, and conception minimalis.This research is conducted in housing of Arengka Resident, in Muhajirin, Arengka Pekanbaru. Arengka Resident selected by as location of research of because this housing have an affair that is sale of housing of arengka resident do not reach sales target and the happening of sale degradation.In this research is methodologies used by is quantitative and descriptive with program SPSS, where sampel used by that is consumer buying the housing and as source of information is party developer. To determine sampel with method of census sampling. Technics of data collecting of through, observation and kuesioner.From result analyse data covering validity test, reabilitas, and linear regresi modestly, location choice of berpangruh to consumer enthusiasm.
