Abstract

Rotte Bakery Pekanbaru is one of the well-known cake shops in Pekanbaru City. This study aims to find out how the storage of raw materials and finished ingredients for bakery products is carried out by Rotte Bakery Pekanbaru. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of research conducted at Rotte Bakery Pekanbaru, the storage of raw materials and finished materials is good enough so that the products sold are of good quality. The subjects of this research are the Head of Production from Rotte Bakery Pekanbaru and also the employees who work for the company. Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to determine of tourism object facilities at Tanjung Lapin Beach. There has been no significant change in the development of Tanjung Lapin Beach tourism object facilities. The purpose of the researchers was to find out how the management of facilities and the constraints experienced in managing the Tanjung Lapin Beach tourism object facilities were used to manage tourist attraction facilities according to (Muklas, 2008) from the main facilities, supporting facilities and supporting facilities. The research method used is qualitative research with data collection techniques namely interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study can be concluded that the management of Tanjung Lapin Beach tourism object facilities is adequate, but there are still many facilities that are not optimal and should be realized by the Tanjung Lapin Beach tourism object manager. The inhibiting factors include the limited budget funds provided by the government. It is necessary to make improvements and realize the programs that have been designed such as the management and development of Tanjung Lapin Beach tourism object facilities. Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the impact of financial literacy and financial technology on financial inclusion. The study utilizes a quantitative research method and incorporates both primary and secondary data. The primary data was collected through a questionnaire consisting of 24 questions, which was completed by MSME owners in the processed food and beverage industry. The sample was selected using a purposive random sampling technique from a population of 1,856 business owners. Data analysis involved descriptive statistics, validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, multicollinearity testing, heteroscedasticity testing, multiple linear regression testing, t-testing, f-testing, and determination coefficient testing. The data analysis was conducted using SPSS 25 software. (1) financial literacy significantly impacts financial inclusion, (2) financial technology significantly affects financial inclusion, and (3) financial literacy and financial technology collectively exert a significant influence on financial inclusion among MSME actors in the food and beverage sector in Tampan District.

Abstract

One way that can show how a company's financial performance is good or not, namely by analyzing financial statements consisting of the ratio of likidity, solvency, profitability and activity. By obtaining the value of the ratio, it can measure the financial performance of the company that is being run. This study aims to determine the financial performance of land transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2021 period. This study used quantitative-descriptive analysis method. Data analysis techniques use analysis of financial ratios (liquidity, solvency, profitability and activity). The results of this study show that the liquidity ratio is not good, solvency is not good, profitability is not good and activity is good so that the company's financial performance is declared less good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of operating costs and sales volume on net profit in Retail Sector Companies and Food and Beverage Distributors on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method in research is quantitative. The type of data used is secondary data because it is obtained from documents, information, and annual income statement data of retail sector companies and food and beverage distributors on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 to 2022. From data analysis which includes classical assumption tests, linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests and determination coefficient tests, it is concluded that operating costs have a negative and significant effect on net income, sales volume has a positive and significant effect on net income, and the results of the F test of operating costs and sales volume on net profit show operating costs and sales volume simultaneously have a significant effect on net profit.Keywords: Operating Expenses, Sales Volume and Net Profit.

Abstract

This study aims to assess performance using the balanced scorecard method across various perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes, and growth and learning. The research employs a quantitative approach with primary and secondary data sources, involving 40 respondents from CV Angkasa Raya Teluk Kuantan employees, selected through accidental sampling. Data analysis, including validity and reliability tests, is conducted using SPSS 25. The findings indicate that (1) the financial perspective for CV Angkasa Raya Teluk Kuantan is generally positive, (2) the customer perspective reveals the company's ability to achieve customer satisfaction, (3) the internal business process perspective reflects favorable results in the areas of innovation, operations, and after-sales service, and (4) the growth and learning perspective suggests satisfactory employee satisfaction and effective training programs. The study provides a comprehensive assessment of performance measurement using the balanced scorecard method, offering insights into the company's strengths across various dimensions.

Abstract

Kabupaten Pelalawan, Desa Pematang Tinggi, Kecamatan Kerumutan menjadi lokasi penelitian ini. Desa ini adalah di tetapkan menjadi wilayah kawasan desa agrowiasata yang tentunya akan merasakan dampak dari datangnya wisatawan sehingga hal tersebut menjadi motivasi didalam membuka UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja UMKM di Desa Pematang Tinggi terhadap inklusi keuangan dan literasi keuangan. Melalui literasi dan inklusi keuangan dapat mendorong UMKM , dengan begitu para pelaku usaha dapat merencanakan , pengelolaan dan juga menerapkan sistem pengelolaan yang baik supaya terhindar dari kejahatan penipuan. Variabel terikatnya adalah kinerja UMKM (Y), sedangkan variabel bebasnya adalah inklusi keuangan (X2) dan literasi keuangan (X1). Didalam penelitian ini, statistik kuantitatif dan deskriptif digunakan sebagai metodologi. Penelitian ini juga menerapkan metodologi asosiatif kausal yang akan membahas mengenai keterkaitan antara variabel yang di susun sebagai rangkaian interaksi kausal. Partisipan didalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelaku UMKM Desa Pematang Tinggi. Sebanyak 55 responden dijadikan sampel penelitian melalui penggunaan pendekatan sampling jenuh (sensus) dan non-probability sampling. Proses penyebaran kuesioner yang dinilai secara statistik dengan program SPSS 29. Dapat disimpulkan dari penelitian ini bahwa kinerja UMKM di Desa Pematang Tinggi, Kecamatan Kerumutan, Kabupaten Pelalawan dipengaruhi oleh literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan secara signifikan.

Abstract

Implementation is a planned activity with activities, actions, actions and the existence of a system mechanism to achieve activity goals. This study aims to find out how the application of general service rules at Makan Place Restaurant in welcoming guests, guiding and seating, checking comfort and seating, serving water, menu presentation, taking orders, suggestive selling, repeating orders, placing orders to system and kitchen, quality checking, food presentation , check satisfaction, offer dessert, clearing and crumbing, presenting the bill and thank the guest as well as any obstacles that occur in the application of general service rules in the Food & Beverage Service department of The Zuri Hotel Pekanbaru. Data collected using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Based on the research that was obtained from the results of the interviews that the application of the general service rule at the place restaurant The Zuri Hotel Pekanbaru can be said to be quite good because some have followed the procedure and some are still not in accordance with the procedure that has been determined. Abstract

Grand Jatra Hotel is a 5 star hotel that stands right in the city center of the Pekanbaru Riau area. The Grand Jatra Pekanbaru Hotel is not free from various complaints from guests. Complaints can be categorized into two categories, namely mild complaints and serious complaints. This is specifically handled by the Receptionist. Handling complaints carried out and handled specifically by the receptionist is part of the complaint handling strategy and aims to make complaint handling more focused and able to answer complaints optimally. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the strategies used, especially in handling complaints, as well as supporting environmental factors in handling complaints, such as the handling procedures carried out by the Receptionist at the Grand Jatra Hotel Pekanbaru.
