Abstract

PT. Tunas Antarnusa Muda Wisata is one of the tourism transportation modes in the city of Pekanbaru. Formerly a small business, PT. Tunas Antarnusa Muda Wisata has grown to become one of the best tourism transportation modes in Pekanbaru, providing excellent service, well-equipped bus units, and utillzing the lates technology in today’s tourism transportation industry. Therefore, this research is conducted to determine the factors influencing the selection of PT. Tunas Antarnusa Muda Wisata as a tourism transportation in Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method by distributing questionnaires via google form and directly to 88 respondents using a likert scale. The data collection techniques in this study include observation, interview, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the data management result using the likert scale measurement technique, factors influencing the selection of PT. Tunas Antarnusa Muda Wisata tourism transportation in Pekanbaru are accessibility and comfort, time and distance, transportation costs, and infrastructure and transportation system development. The score for accessibility and comfort factors is 731, the score for time and distance factors is 723. The score for transportation costs factors is 709, and the score for infrastructure and transportation system development factors is 694, with the most dominant factor being accessibility and comfort. Based on the questionnaire result, the respondent profile indicates that the majority of respondent are male in the 17-25 age group, with their tourism destinations mostly in North Sumatera, and they have purchased PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of facilities at the tourist attraction of the Guruh Gemurai Waterfall, Kuantan Singing Regency, Riau Province. Elements of organizing, implementing and monitoring management. And loading facilities, Food and Beverage, Support Industries. This study uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach to describe and explain the circumstances that occur by collecting data and information in the field. The key informants in this study are the Head of Tourism, Tourism Object Managers and Visitors. In this study, the data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the conditions of the facilities available at the Guruh Gemurai Waterfall Tourism Object are sufficient, however, there are several facilities that are not optimally maintained due to lack of managed facilities and lack of maintenance related to cleanliness from the manager such as toilets, changing rooms, parks and gazebos. . Abstract

This study aims to find out how the application of tour guide service techniques to the Istana Siak Sri Indrapura tourist attraction. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, in which the researcher tries to describe the actual conditions and circumstances by collecting data and information in the field, and explaining them in the form of descriptions. The informants in this study were 5 tour guides and 5 tourists at Istana Siak Sri Indrapura. While the data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the application of guide service techniques to the Istana Siak Sri Indrapura tourist attraction is not good. not good. And need to be improved again. Abstract

Tourism is a sector that plays a very important role in efforts to increase foreign exchange in every country. Almost all countries in the world are competing to develop their tourist attractions. The tourism industry is seen as having very promising prospects and providing many benefits for the country. This research aims to determine the influence of Instagram social media marketing on consumer interest at Selera Restaurant Nongsa Point Marina Resort Batam. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis, namely a research method by collecting, grouping, then arranging it so that it can be scrutinized based on relevant theories in connection with the problem being discussed and then conclusions are drawn to get the essence of the research results. namely frequency. The data collection techniques used by the author in collecting data are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. It is hoped that this research will be used as material for consideration in determining marketing strategies via Instagram social media, and can also be used as a reference for utilizing Instagram social media, to be able to introduce the Selera Restaurant profile at Nongsa Point Marina Resort Batam so that it can create advantages and be able to compete with other hotels. The research provides suggestions and hopes for the hotel to be able to increase the use of Instagram social media as a promotional medium for restaurant tastes and the profile of Nongsa Point Marina Resort. Abstract

Implementing promotions from Travel Bureaus is a way to attract as many people as possible to use or buy the products offered as well as to show the company's various products and attract public attention to the company's services. This research aims to find out the promotions carried out by PT. Widadifa Tours & Travel in order to increase sales of tour packages to reach sales targets and to find out the efforts made to increase the implementation of tour package promotions at PT. Widadifa Tours & Travel Pekanbaru. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to describe and display the conditions that exist at the research location by collecting data and information obtained directly from the field. The key informants in this research are the Main Director, Accounting Staff and Ticketing Staff from PT. Widadifa Tours & Travel. In this research, the data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. From this research it can be seen that the promotion of services carried out by PT. Widadifa tours & Travel Pekanbaru is advertising, sales promotion, publication and personal selling. Of all the promotions carried out, publication information and personal selling are the promotions that have the most influence on product sales and purchases. Abstract

Batam city is one of the cities that has a variety of interisting natural tourism potential. To support the development of tourism pontential. To support the development of tourism, the industry in terms of accomodation is increasingly important, but only professional players can compete, namely HARRIS Resort Barelang Batam. To improve the image of this resort, each department must have a perfect form of service. The first impression obtained by guests comes from the front office department, one of which is the telephone operator section which is a "Guest Service Ambassador" in charge of providing telecommunication services in the form of overall information from a hotel's products, where direct telephone receivers, to telephone connections to receive guest requests. By having an important role in operations, as a telephone officer, operators are required to be able to multitask, skils, and understand all existing tasks and be able to override all obstacle factors that will hamper operations. Of course, in reducing complaints from guests against the services provided, telephone operators must carry out their duties in accordance with the directions and regulations in carrying out these duties called standard operating procedures. Therefore, to improve the quality of service provided by telephone operators, each officer must comply with standard operating procedures that are used as a reference in carrying out their duties as a good communication service center. The purpose of the standard operating procedure in carrying out the duties of this telephone operator is to provide satisfaction to guests for the service provided. Therefore, telephone operators must carry out the overall task as well as possible in order to improve the positive image of HARRIS Resort Barelang Batam. Penjuru Wisata Negeri AET Travel is advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, direct marketing, public relations and word of mouth. Of all the promotions carried out, word of mouth is the promotion that has the most influence on product sales and purchases. Abstract

Improving service quality will have a positive impact on the company to increase customer trust and increase customer loyalty to the company. This research aims to determine the quality of service at dance drama performances in one of the famous tourist destinations in Yogyakarta. Performed at the Ramayana Ballet Prambanan Theater and Performance Unit in Yogyakarta. This research applies a quantitative descriptive approach and uses data collection techniques such as observation, questionnaires and documentation. The results of this research are the identification of service quality that needs to be implemented: professional experience, service quality qualifications as indicated by survey results, accuracy of service delivery to visitors. Ramayana Ballet Prambanan has achieved excellent service quality as seen from direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, empathy and guarantees provided to visitors. Abstract

This study aims to determine of tourism object facilities at Tanjung Lapin Beach. There has been no significant change in the development of Tanjung Lapin Beach tourism object facilities. The purpose of the researchers was to find out how the management of facilities and the constraints experienced in managing the Tanjung Lapin Beach tourism object facilities were used to manage tourist attraction facilities according to (Muklas, 2008) from the main facilities, supporting facilities and supporting facilities. The research method used is qualitative research with data collection techniques namely interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study can be concluded that the management of Tanjung Lapin Beach tourism object facilities is adequate, but there are still many facilities that are not optimal and should be realized by the Tanjung Lapin Beach tourism object manager. The inhibiting factors include the limited budget funds provided by the government. It is necessary to make improvements and realize the programs that have been designed such as the management and development of Tanjung Lapin Beach tourism object facilities.
