Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh pemasaran digital, keunggulan bersaing, dan financial self-efficacy sebagai variabel moderasi dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada sektor UMKM produk olahan ikan patin di Desa Koto Mesjid, Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 50 responden pelaku bisnis dan pengolahan data menggunakan teknik statistik Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pemasaran digital marketing tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran, keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran, variabel financial self-efficacy berpengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran, variabel financial self-efficacy tidak memoderasi pengaruh digital marketing terhadap kinerja pemasaran, variabel financial self-efficacy tidak memoderasi pengaruh keunggulan bersaing terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Masih ada beberapa faktor atau variabel lain yang mempengaruhi variabel kinerja pemasaran baik secara pengaruh langsung maupun moderasi.

Abstract

This research aims to explore in depth the use of Instagram social media as a promotional tool at Hanania Beach and Resto, Dumai, and analyze its impact on tourist interest in visiting this destination. This research uses a quantitative approach, where the population studied is the followers of the official Hanania Beach and Resto Instagram account. The data needed in this research was collected through various methods, namely direct observation of promotional activities on social media, distribution of questionnaires to followers of Instagram accounts, as well as documentation related to uploads and interactions on the platform. Based on the results of data analysis, this research shows that the use of Instagram has significant potential as a promotional medium. This is supported by the results of data processing which show that the tcount value is higher than ttable, with the significance level being below the predetermined threshold. These findings indicate that there is a strong relationship between promotional intensity via Instagram and increased tourist interest in visiting Hanania Beach and Resto. Thus, H0 which states there is no influence is rejected, while Ha which states there is a positive influence is accepted. Abstract

Developing tourism potential in Tabek Paboun, Pebaun Hilir Village, Kuantan Mudik District, Riau Province. Using qualitative descriptive methods, this research explores the implementation of promotions through Personal Selling, Mass Selling, Sales Promotions, Public Relations, and Direct Marketing. The research results show that although Tabek Paboun has a unique natural tourist attraction, challenges such as limited infrastructure, budget, and lack of community participation in promotion are the main obstacles. This research suggests increasing accessibility, diversifying tourist attractions, and empowering local communities to maximize tourism potential while improving the local economy. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT United Tractors, Tbk using the Economic Value Added (EVA) method. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. The technique used for data collection is using documentation techniques. The results of the study show that the calculation of Economic Value Added (EVA) at PT United Tractors, Tbk from 2017-2021 produces a positive EVA value or the EVA value produced by PT United Tractors, Tbk is greater than zero (EVA > 0). This shows that the company has generated economic value added. Even though the net profit generated by PT United Tractors, Tbk from 2017-2021 has fluctuated, PT United Tractors, Tbk was able to generate economic value added for the company. This positive EVA value is caused by the NOPAT value which exceeds the cost of capital, so that company management is able to create economic value added for the company and investors, so that it can be said that the financial performance of PT United Tractors, Tbk is in good condition.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of venture capital and entrepreneurial attitudes on income. The population used in this study was the culinary sector UMK in Bangkinang Kota District, while the sample in this study was 80 culinary UMK. data collection using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, statistical t test, statistical test f, and test the coefficient of determination. . The results of the f test (0.000), t test of venture capital (5.829) and entrepreneurial attitudes (7.052) and the test of the coefficient of determination (0.823%) from this study indicate that venture capital and entrepreneurial attitudes have a significant effect on income.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to ascertain how operating income and operating costs affect net profit. The technique in research is quantitative. Secondary data are used because they come from documents, information, and quarterly profit and loss report data from PT's financial reports for the years 2014 to 2021. Putra Teknindo Pekanbaru Review. The results of the data analysis, which includes the classical assumption test, linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient test, indicate that operating income has a positive and significant effect on net profit of t count (25784.599) > t table (2045 ), that operating costs have a negative and significant effect on net profit of t count (-19942.949) > ttable (-2045), and that the F test of business income and operating expenses on net income has a value of F count. (363113403.588) > F table (3.32) meaning that operating income and operational costs simultaneously have a significant effect on net profit

Abstract

This community service program aims to provide knowledge to the people of Merangkai Village which describes how to improve community business management capabilities in terms of managing, developing and improving economic businesses based on local potential. This information transfer was carried out in several stages, including socialization of the material to discussion sessions containing questions and answers and conveying the obstacles experienced. The application method used in this service is through lecture and discussion methods. In the first session, several materials in the fields of marketing, finance and human resources will be presented which are related to increasing the business management capabilities of village communities in managing, developing and improving economic businesses based on local potential. The next session will be opened with a discussion session in the form of questions and answers and also presenting obstacles so that solutions can be found. Apart from that, active community participation in all stages of activities is also the main focus in assessing the success of service. The results of the service showed a significant increase because the community service activities which were carried out face to face and in direct practice ran smoothly.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure measured by the Long-term Debt to Equity Ratio (LDER) on company value, the effect of capital structure measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on company value, the effect of dividend policy measured by the Dividend Yield Ratio (DYR) on company value, and the effect of  dividend policy measured by the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on company value in healthcare sector of companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research used descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study was 35 healthcare sectors of companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Using the purposive sampling method, a sample of 10 companies was obtained over 4 years so that the total sample was 40. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of annual reports and company financial reports, and the data was analyze using SPSS version 25. The results of this study show that capital structure measured by the Long-term Debt to Equity Ratio (LDER), capital structure measured by the Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER), and dividend policy measured by the Dividend Yield Ratio (DYR) have a negative significant effect on company value, while dividend policy measured by the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) has a positive significant effect on company value

Abstract

This training and socializing aims to impart knowledge to people with creativity, small businesses/small industries, and those who have yet to start a business. It is hoped that existing human resources would be able to carry it out with the help of training and entrepreneurial socialization. When starting a business, increased knowledge and talents are expected to boost the organization's overall performance. Entrepreneurship Training and Socialization are implemented through lecture, discussion, and practice processes at the service location. To attain development goals in all disciplines, entrepreneurship training and community socialization activities must be strengthened, demanding the attention of all interested parties. The government's and community leaders' motivation must be maintained and increased for the community to get more information and skills linked to business growth and raise community and regional revenue, particularly in Kuantan Village, Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency.

Abstract

This research examines the promotion through social media of the Batu Dinding Waterfall tourist destination in the Tanjung Belit Village, Kampar Kiri Hulu District. Given the increasing interest of tourists reflected by visitation data showing more than 10,000 tourists in 2024 in the period January to June, this research aims to explore the effectiveness of marketing strategies carried out through social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. Using a descriptive qualitative method approach, data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, involving key informants from the Batu Dinding Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) and tourists. The results show that the promotion conducted on social media is very effective in introducing the beauty and tourism potential of Batu Dinding Waterfall to the public, especially in attracting the millennial segment who are more active in using the platform. However, this study also identified several obstacles, such as the manager's lack of understanding of digital marketing strategies and minimal budget, which hindered the implementation of optimal promotion. At the end of the research, it is recommended that Pokdarwis Batu Dinding members attend training and workshops to improve their knowledge and skills in utilizing social media, as well as the need for support from the local government to improve infrastructure and facilities that support tourism. Thus, this research is expected to contribute to the development of more effective and sustainable promotional strategies to boost tourist visits and improve the local economy.
