Abstract

Air cargo handling is a series of work processes for completing cargo when it is received until it is loaded onto an aircraft for transportation from one city to another at home and abroad. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation and obstacles that occur in handling goods delivery via air at Kargo PT. Angkasa Pura Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport Pekanbaru. This research uses a qualitative method which aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the air cargo handling process at PT. Angkasa Pura at Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport Pekanbaru. This research focuses on the factors that influence the handling of shipping goods, starting from reservations, goods entering the warehouse, checking goods, checking documents, to information on shipping goods, as well as improving services at the airport cargo. This research uses interviews, observation and documentation to detail the matters involved in air cargo handling, with the hope of making a new contribution to tourism development, especially in the delivery of goods. Abstract

Indonesia has a diversity of cultures, one of which is the culture in Bengkalis district, namely lejo weaving. In essence, the tourism product is the entire service received and felt by tourists from the time they leave their place of residence to the tourist destination they choose and until they return home where they originally departed. This research aims to determine lejo weaving as a typical tourism product in Bengkalis district. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to describe the actual situation by collecting information data directly from the field. The key informants for this research are the head of the Bengkalis district tourism office, the head of Sebauk village, the Putri Mas weaving manager, weaving craftsmen, and consumers. This research uses data collection techniques from literature study, observation, documentation and interviews. The results of this research show that lejo weaving is a tourism product and makes lejo weaving a typical souvenir of Bengkalis district. Keywords: Weaving, Lejo

Abstract

ABSTRACT Supervision is the final function that must be carried out in management. With supervision, it can be seen about the results that have been achieved. The method used in supervision is to compare everything that has been carried out with the standard or plan, as well as making corrections if deviations occur. So with supervision you can measure how far the results that have been achieved are in accordance with what was planned. This research uses a qualitative method that aims to find out more about how the coastarina mega tourism facilities are monitored in Batam City, Riau Islands. This research focuses on the factors that become obstacles in monitoring tourist attraction facilities, starting from how to determine measuring tools, assessment and corrective actions for the tourist attraction. This research uses interviews, observations and documentation to detail the things involved in monitoring mega tourism facilities, with the hope of providing new innovations for tourism development, especially in tourism monitoring. Abstract

Public Area employee performance at The Zuri Pekanbaru has the duty and responsibility to maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, beauty and comfort of all areas of the hotel, both outside the building and inside the building, with the exception of guest rooms and kitchens. Public areas or common areas in a hotel are places that are frequently visited and used by guests, both staying and non-staying guests. Guests will judge and get a first impression from what they see and what they get from the public area. Cleanliness, neatness and comfort of public areas are the first impression for guests, which gives the image that the hotel they are visiting is a good hotel, which can give guests satisfaction during their stay at the hotel. This research aims to determine the factors that influence the performance of public area section employees. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to describe and display the conditions that exist at a research site by collecting data and information obtained directly from the field. The key informants in this research are the Housekeeping Manager, Supervisor, employees and guests. In this research, the data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. From this research. From the research results obtained, the performance of public area section employees in housekeeping at The Zuri Hotel Pekanbaru is quite good. This indicates that employees are trying to work optimally. This can be seen, among others, through: the quality and quantity of employee work, neat implementation of tasks, a sense of responsibility for work, cooperative relationships between employees, superiors and co-workers. Abstract

Sekip Village is one of the urban villages located near the center of Pekanbaru City that has great potential for the development of the creative economy sector. However, the products offered by business actors in this area remain limited in terms of innovation and are not yet optimally managed in the financial aspect. This community service activity aims to enhance the attractiveness of business products through product innovation and to implement financial recording using a simple digital financial application (Lamikro) for business actors, as an effort to increase consumer purchase interest and business financial sustainability. The methods used in this activity include socialization, training, and mentoring, which are focused on two main aspects: the development of culinary product innovation (taste, packaging, and branding) and the strengthening of basic financial recording using the Lamikro application. The participants of the activity consisted of culinary MSME actors in Sekip Village. The results of the activity indicate an improvement in participants' knowledge and skills in developing more attractive products as well as more structured financial records. Product innovation and financial recording have proven to be an effective combination in increasing product competitiveness and encouraging consumer purchase interest in businesses in Sekip Village, Pekanbaru. This activity is expected to contribute to strengthening the local economy based on cultural wisdom.

Abstract

The main goal of the company is to maximize the welfare of stakeholders, this can be achieved by maximizing the value of the company. But sometimes companies fail to increase the company's nialai, which is one of the causes is less carefully the company in applying the factors that affect the value of the company. This makes the company's performance is viewed poorly by its stakeholders. This study aims to examine the factors that affect the value of the company that can be seen from investment and funding. The sample of this research is 6 cable sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, which has published its financial report from year 2011-2015. The method of analysis in this study using simple and multiple regression analysis. Simple regression analysis test used to see the partial influence of investment and funding included as independent variable in this research to company value. Multiple regression analysis test to see simultaneous influence of investment and funding included as independent variable in this research to company value. The result of this research is that (1) PER investment has no posif influence and significant to company value. (2) DER funding has a positive and significant influence on firm value. Then the result of the regression estimation shows the predictive ability of the three independent variables to the company value. 58.4%, while the remaining 41.6% influenced by other factors outside the model that is not included in this analysis. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of firm size and corporate governance on earnings management in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The ratio of firm size used as an independent variable is the natural logarithm of total asset (ln total asset). Corporate governance ratios used as independent variables are managerial ownership, proportion of independent board of commissioner and audit committee. While the earning management ratio used as the dependent variable is discretionary accrual. The method used to observe the effect of corporate size and corporate governance on earnings management using multiple linear regression.The data used in this research are secondary data, financial report and annual report annual report. The data listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 5 years from 2011-2015 period. Sampling is done by purposive sampling, which is used is 6 companies. Data analysis using multiple linear analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test. The data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 21.The results of this study indicate that the variable firm size partially (t test) has no effect the earnings management, while the variable corporate governance effect on earnings management in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Simultaneous test results (F) show the effect on the firm size and corporate governance on earnings management on food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: firm size, corporate governance and earning management

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Structure, Investment on Corporate Value in Pharmaceutical Companies Listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The ratio used to measure capital structure as independent variable is Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Longterm Debt to Assets Ratio (LDAR), and Longterm Debt to Equity Ratio (LDER). The ratio used to measure investment is Price Earning Rasio (PER). Meanwhile, the ratio used to measure Company Value is Price Book Value (PBV). The method used to observe the effect of capital structure, investment on corporate value is by using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. Data used in this research are secondary data, financial report and annual report annual report. The data listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) for 5 years from 2011 to 2015. Sampling is done by purposive sampling, which is used is 7 companies. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 21. The result of the analysis shows that capital structure variable only Debt to Assets ratio (DAR) which affects the value of pharmaceutical companies of research sample that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, and investmens variable does not affect the value of pahrmaceutical companies of research sample that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The result of simultaneous research shows there is influence from capital stucture variable, investments on the value of Pharmaceutical company of research sample listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). Abstract

The aim of this study to determine the influences of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and provitability toward companies value of basic industry sector and chemistery which is listed on Indonesia Stock Excange. Ratio corporate social responsibility (CSR) as independent variabel uses index corporate social responsibility disclosure companies. Provitability ratio which is used as independent variabel are return on equity (ROE) and return on investment (ROI). While the value companies as dependent variabel measured by ratio price book value (PBV) and ratio tobin’s Q.In this study, the data where financial report and annual report. The sampling taken by purposive sampling, the sample are 12 from 64 basic industry companies and chemistery which is listed on Indonesia Stock Excange. Analysis techniques in this study are simple linear, double linear, determinate coefficient, test t (partial), and test F (simultan). Data analysis was used analysis linear agression with the help of software SPSS 21.The result of this study show that corporate social responsibility (CSR) on partial (test t) have significant effect toward companies value. While provitability also have significant effect toward companies value. The result on simultan (test F) shows there is significant effect between corporate social responsibility (CSR) and provitability as together toward companies value basic industry sector and chemistery which is listed on Indonesia Stock Excange.Keyword: Corporate Social Responsibility, Provitability, The Companies Value

Abstract

This research purposed to get how perception or anxiety visitors and hope them to tourist attraction danau buatan at Pekanbaru city . This research used qualitative descriptive method to analyze the problems. The sample in this research are seven samples get by snowball sampling. And then the technique to collected data in this research are using observation and deep interview . Based on the research, perception visitors about tourist attraction danau buatan has analized based on three variables which includes cognitive, affective, and conative These three aspects are knowledge, understanding, views, feeling ,emotions, attitudes, judgments, motivations, driving factors, the willingness and desire of visitors and hope in the future to tourist attraction danau buatan at Pekanbaru city. Where the ultimate goal of everything to be tourist atraction danau buatan more complete both facilities and infrastructure, maintenance, visitos comfort , and increased number of visits.
