Abstract

Indonesia is a rich country because it has attractions offered through the uniqueness of its culture and the attractions of its tourist attractions. The natural beauty makes Indonesia a country that maintains its great potential in the tourism sector, one of which is Pekanbaru City in Riau Province. There are several reasons that influence the motivation for tourist trips, including: the first reason is education, the second is entertainment, the third is health, the fourth is business. This study aims to find out what motivates tourists who visit Okura Dream Flower Park. This study uses a qualitative method by collecting specific data from the field. This study uses data collection techniques from observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study can be seen that Okura Dream Flower Park is a flower-themed tourist attraction in Pekanbaru City. Keywords: Motivation, Visitors

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Surya Fam's Tourism Park promotion in Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province. The promotional strategies implemented include personal selling, mass selling, sales promotion, public relations, and direct marketing. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that promotion through social media, such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, plays a significant role in increasing the popularity of the tourism park. Personal selling strategies involving direct communication and creativity also succeeded in attracting visitors. In addition, community-based promotions, such as providing discounts for groups, also support the increase in the number of visits. However, this study also identified obstacles such as limited human resources and lack of technological knowledge to support digital promotion. The study concluded that planned and integrated promotions can increase the attractiveness of Surya Fam's Tourism Park as a leading family tourism destination. Recommendations provided include training for managers, strengthening digital promotions, and collaborating with local governments to expand the reach of promotions. This strategy is expected to encourage the development of tourism parks in a sustainable manner. Abstract

In simple terms, Healing Tourism can be interpreted as a type of tourism that aims to provide a calming and restorative experience for tourists by traveling to visit tourist destinations that have Healing Tourism potential. The phenomenon that occurs is that even though the Dayun tourism village has the potential for Healing Tourism, the number of visits to the Dayun tourism village actually fluctuates. By knowing the most influencing Healing Tourism factors, it is hoped that Dayun tourism destinations can maximize the potential of these factors so that the number of tourist visits to Dayun tourism destinations no longer fluctuates. The purpose of this study is to see how much Healing Tourism has an influence on the increase in tourist visits in Dayun Tourism Village and which Healing Tourism factors have the greatest influence. The population is visitors to Dayun tourist destinations totaling 44,769 samples used in this study are 97 people. Healing Tourism has a significant effect on increasing tourist visits, the level of closeness is at a moderate level. Where the results of the correlation test obtained a probability number of 0.000 where this value is less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant relationship between Healing Tourism and tourist visits, the correlation coefficient produced is 0.465. Abstract

The Purpose of this final project is to find out the implemenmtation of houseman duties in the public area of Grand Bunda Hotel. Houseman is one of the parts that plays an important role in the Grand Bunda Bukittinggi Hotel. A houseman does their job in accordance with the SOP (Standar Operational Procedure), is responsible for providing a good and comfortable welcome to guests in finding a room. This research use qualitative research methods. Based on research conducted by the author, the obstacles that exist in the hotels are lack of housekeeping employees, and the lack of a toilet floor dryer. It is recommended that the hotel should add more employees so as not be overwhelmed when other employees are on leave. Keywords: Houseman, Hotel

Abstract

This study aims to assess the service quality provided by CV. Bilava Tour to its guests and the impact of slow responses on service quality. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with techniques for data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study indicate that: first, the service quality of CV. Bilava Tour has not been fully optimized in its implementation because certain indicators do not align with high-quality service, particularly the Responsiveness dimension. On the other hand, the Tangibles, Reliability, Empathy, and Assurance indicators have been well executed in providing services to guests in accordance with the company's vision, mission, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Second, the impact of slow responses on service quality at CV. Bilava Tour includes decreased customer satisfaction, reduced customer loyalty, and potential loss of sales opportunities. Abstract

This study aims to determine the work coordination and obstacles in the work practices of receptionists and room attendants at Hotel Tjokro Pekanbaru. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The results of the study indicate that the work coordination between employees and reception staff with room attendants at Hotel Tjokro Pekanbaru has been running well, but there are still obstacles faced that have an impact on guest complaints and operational efficiency. Therefore, this study recommends improving the work coordination of receptionists and room attendants at Hotel Tjokro Pekanbaru through training and development as well as regular monitoring and evaluation so that reception staff and employees with room attendants at Hotel Tjokro Pekanbaru better understand work coordination and how to improve it. Abstract

Micro businesses play an important role in increasing and equalizing community income so as to realize national stability, because this business can expand employment opportunities. However, micro businesses are not free from various obstacles, especially obstacles in the management of business finances that are not yet effective. Many micro businesses have not been able to implement 4 indicators of financial management, namely planning, recording, reporting and control. This study aims to determine the Financial Management of Micro Business Ampera Restaurant in Simpang Baru Village, Pekanbaru City. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data sources were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation involving 10 informants. The results of the study indicate that Financial Management at Ampera Restaurant in Simpang Baru Village, Pekanbaru City is not optimal. Of the 4 indicators of financial management, only the planning indicator can be said to be good. This is due to the lack of knowledge and limited human resources in recording, reporting and controlling. The results of this study are expected to provide useful information to improve financial management for micro-entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the facility planning for the Tobek Paboun tourist attraction in Pebaun Hilir Village, Kuantan Mudik District, Riau Province. Tobek Paboun is a tourist destination offering natural beauty and local culture, but has experienced a decline in visitor numbers due to inadequate facilities. The research method used was qualitative with a descriptive approach, involving interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate several obstacles in facility planning, including funding and land acquisition issues. Nevertheless, the management is committed to improving the facilities by adding gazebos, homestays, and improving existing infrastructure. This study is expected to provide recommendations for managers and the government on improving the Tobek Paboun tourist attraction to make it more attractive to tourists. Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by public area attendants at the Raun-Raun family and culinary tourist destination in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province. Using qualitative descriptive methods, this study aims to explore how SOPs are implemented in various public areas, such as the café garden, tenant areas, restrooms, live music, prayer rooms, and parking. The results indicate that SOPs are routinely implemented with adjustments to field conditions, both in writing, verbally, and through digital media such as WhatsApp. These SOPs are flexible, encompassing daily routines and situational conditions that arise in the field. It was found that employee knowledge of SOPs is influenced by training, work experience, and direct direction from supervisors. This study suggests the need to strengthen the overall understanding of SOPs to ensure optimal and consistent public service in tourist areas. Abstract

This study aims to determine the promotional strategy for Hajj and Umrah travel services implemented by PT. Cahaya Hati Wisata Religi in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province, and the obstacles encountered in its implementation. Promotion is a crucial aspect of the religious travel industry to attract pilgrims and face market competition. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that PT. Cahaya Hati Wisata Religi uses four promotional mix tools: advertising (brochures, posters, banners), sales promotion (price discounts and bonus prayer equipment), publicity (media publications and religious events), and personal selling (direct approaches through representatives and communities). Digital promotion through social media such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and YouTube also plays a significant role in increasing marketing reach. Obstacles faced include intense competition among travel agencies, building pilgrim trust, and maintaining service quality. The promotional strategy implemented has helped the company expand its market and strengthen its position in the religious travel services industry.
