Abstract

The tourism industry in Pekanbaru is growing rapidly along with the increasing public demand for religious tourism services such as Umrah and halal tourism. PT Laksmana Mulia Wisata as a travel agency that was just established in 2022 faces challenges in meeting consumer expectations for service quality. This study aims to analyze customer perceptions of the company's service quality based on five dimensions of SERVQUAL, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, with data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 75 service user respondents. The results of the analysis show that in general customers assess the quality of PT Laksmana Mulia Wisata's services to be in the good category, especially in the dimensions of empathy and assurance which indicate a high level of satisfaction. However, weaknesses were still found in the physical and responsive aspects, especially related to limited human resources. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the company needs to improve physical facilities and service responsiveness so that customer satisfaction is optimal. This study is expected to be the basis for evaluation and service improvement strategies, as well as provide academic contributions to the development of service quality theory in the religious tourism sector. Abstract

The tourism development strategy is an effort made by the Tourism Office to develop existing tourism to become an attraction for tourists, but the development of tourism at the Siak Palace has not been optimal, resulting in a decline in the number of tourist visits to the Siak Palace in Siak Sri Indrapura Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the prospects for tourism development at the Tourism Office of Siak Sri Indrapura Regency, and to determine the factors that influence the prospects for developing Siak Palace tourism in Siak Sri Indrapura Regency. In this study, the method used is a qualitative approach that can understand the research in depth with descriptive analysis methods. In this qualitative study, data were obtained from literature studies and also field studies, such as observations, interviews, and documents obtained from related agencies or using other media that can be used as research data. The results obtained from the study are in the first process, the Tourism Office, Siak Regency, has established a vision and mission, namely, by developing tourism destinations. In this case, specifically to develop the Siak Palace tourist attraction. Then analyze the internal and external environment to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the development of the Siak Palace tourist attraction. In this case, the researcher used a SWOT analysis. In addition, the researcher also analyzed the long-term goals of the Tourism Office and how to achieve the mission for the next five years. Then, they examined whether the strategies that had been made were successful or not by looking at the annual targets that had been set by the Tourism Office, Siak Regency. Then, the policies are used to achieve the annual targets. In this case, the policies were in the form of guidelines, rules, and procedures established to support the desired goals. The conclusion is that the Tourism Office, Siak Regency, has carried out the strategic planning process well. Every aspect of the strategic planning has been carried out optimally and also by the established rules. Although the strategic planning that has been made has been running well, the process has still not been able to develop the Siak Palace tourist attraction optimally because it still requires more action than what has been stated in the Tourism Office's project planning, Siak Regency.

Abstract

Mengkapan Mangrove Ecotourism, located in Siak Regency, Riau Province, was once visited by a large number of visitors soon after it was opened for public in 2015. Nevertheless, since the beginning of 2016, the number of visitors has been drastically dropped. One of the causes of this unfortunate condition is that there is no established planning to guide the development of the mangrove ecotourism. Therefore, this study was aimed to formulate strategies for developing the Mengkapan Mangrove Ecotourism by using the SWOT analysis. The data was collected through conducting interviews with related stakeholders, distributing questionnaires to them, and performing field observations. The collected data was then analyzed inductively to capture the key strategy alternatives. Based on the results of SPACE Matrix and SWOT Matrix, this study formulates the following priority strategies: diversifying tourist attractions and promoting them massively by using online media, creating tour packages, and making a cooperation with travel agents.

Abstract

The quality of a good or service is mostly determined by the consumers. Accordingly, satisfying consumers can be attained by providing good quality products which are not only affected by the service quality itself, but also by other factors, including price. Price issues faced by Queen Star Waterpark in Siak Regency of Riau Province in the past three years have decreased the number of visitors and raised visitors’ complaints. This study, therefore, was aimed at finding out the effect of price on visitor satisfaction. The data was collected through conducting interview with the waterpark manager and distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents as the samples chosen randomly through accidental sampling. To analyze the collected data, simple regression was used, while the hypothesis testing was performed through t-test and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R). The analysis results showed that the variable x (price) was proven to significantly affect the variable y (visitor satisfaction). This implies that the waterpark management should take this into consideration and adopt a new approach to pricing.

Abstract

Riau is a province rich in history. Many historical heritage buildings can be found in Riau, one of which is the Siak Sri Indrapura Palace. This palace is a historical legacy of the Siak Sultanate, once inhabited by the Sultan of Siak, and today serves as one of the tourism attractions in Siak Regency. The proper development of the tourism sector has the potential to attract both domestic and international tourists to visit and spend money during their travels. In this context, particularly concerning the development of the Siak Palace as a tourist attraction, internal and external environmental analyses are conducted to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats through a SWOT analysis. Furthermore, this study also examines the long-term goals of the Tourism Office, particularly in achieving its mission over the next five years. The research evaluates whether the strategies implemented have been successful by reviewing the annual targets set by the Siak Regency Tourism Office and the policies employed to achieve them. These policies consist of guidelines, rules, and procedures established to support the intended objectives. The findings indicate that the Tourism Office of Siak Regency has carried out the strategic planning process effectively. Every aspect of strategic planning has been implemented optimally and in accordance with the established regulations. However, despite the successful implementation of the strategic plan, the process has not yet fully maximized the development of the Siak Palace as a tourism destination, as further actions beyond the current plans are still required. Tourism development in Siak Sri Indrapura is pursued through the development of tourism resources and the creative economy, enhancement of tourist attractions, and tourism marketing. Nevertheless, these efforts have not yet been fully optimized and therefore need improvement in order to better manage and advance tourism development in Siak Regency. The factors influencing tourism development strategies include budget, human resources, and community participation. Successful tourism development requires cooperation to achieve the desired outcomes, while the government is also expected to pay greater attention to the condition of tourism objects.

Abstract

In general, MSMEs in the Indonesian economy have a crucial role in economic activities such as the largest contributor to employment, the main role in local economic development and citizen empowerment, forming new markets and sources of innovation, and contributing to the balance of payments. The scientific methodology utilized in this study is quantitative. Area This exploration was directed in Teluk Sama Town, Rangsang Locale, Meranti Islands Rule, Riau Region. The justification for picking this area is on the grounds that it has never been investigated. The Likert scale was used as the method of measurement in this study. The populace in this study is all MSME entertainers in Teluk Samak Town, Meranti Islands Rule upwards of 35 MSMEs. The information assortment methods utilized in this study utilized surveys and meetings. In the variable level of education, the results were shown that the level of education in MSME actors in Teluk Samak Village, Meranti Islands Regency as a whole was in the very good category. This is because the level of education possessed by MSME actors in Teluk Samak Village, Meranti Islands Regency as a whole is very good. In the financial knowledge variable, results were obtained which showed that financial knowledge in MSME actors in Teluk Samak Village, Meranti Islands Regency was in the good category. In the financial planning variable, results were obtained which showed that financial knowledge in MSME actors in Teluk Samak Village, Meranti Islands Regency was in the good category. In the financial behavior variable, results were obtained which showed that financial behavior in MSME actors in Teluk Samak Village, Meranti Islands Regency was in the Very Good category. Persial should be visible that the variable degree of instruction impacts monetary way of behaving. Persial should be visible that monetary information factors impact monetary way of behaving. Persial can be realized that monetary arranging factors impact monetary way of behaving. At the same time, it very well may be seen that the factors of instruction level, monetary information, and monetary arranging impact monetary way of behaving.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menguak fakta perihal kelangsungan bisnis PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru dengan memakai data sekunder berwujud laporan keuangan dari tahun 2016 - 2020. Metode Altman Z Score dipakai dalam studi ini dengan tujuan agar kebangkrutan suatu perusahaan bisa dinilai. Hasil analisis kebangkrutan dengan memakai metode Altman Z-Score memperlihatkan bahwa pada tahun 2016-2020 PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru senantiasa berada pada zona tidak sehat. Hasil olah minyak sawit (CPO), inti sawit, Palm Kernel Oil (PKO), Palm Kernel Meal (PKM), Ribbed Smoked Sheet (RSS), Standard Indonesia Rubber 10/20 (SIR 10/20) dan produk lainnya dijalankan oleh perseroan agar volume dan kualitas kinerjanya bisa mengalami kenaikan. Abstract

This research aims to determine the waiter service at the Place Restaurant, The Zuri Hotel Pekanbaru. Tangibility, Empathy, Reliability Responsiveness and Assurance. This research uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach to describe and explain the situation that occurred by collecting data and information in the field. The key informants in this research are Food and Beverage Management, supervisors and consumers. In this research, the data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that having a uniform is mandatory, providing a comfortable restaurant space, prioritizing service, providing service in good language, providing solutions and providing good facilities for guests. Abstract

This research aims to determine Costumer Satisfaction with the Best Seller Menu (Nasi Goreng Pangeran) at the Pangeran Beach Hotel Padang, including 5 sub-variables (1) Product Quality, (2) Service Quality, (3) Emotional Factors, (4) Price, (5) Cost. This research uses quantitative methods using a Likert scale and the data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires and documentation. The research population was guests who visited and ordered the Nasi Goreng Pangeran menu at the Hotel Pangeran Beach Padang restaurant and the research sample size was 100 people. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that consumers who order and eat Prince fried rice at the Pangeran Beach Padang Hotel restaurant can be said to be very satisfied with a total score of 7341 where the overall score range of 7150-8800 falls into the "Very Satisfied" category. (can be seen in table 4.11 of the results of the recapitulation of respondents' responses). From these results it can also be interpreted that the Hotel Pangeran Beach Padang restaurant has met consumer expectations regarding the Pangeran Fried Rice menu. For the Pangeran Beach Padang Hotel restaurant to be able to maintain and increase results, we are very satisfied with the quality of the products and the quality of service, especially on the best-selling menu. And for the price of Prince's fried rice which has the lowest score, it would be better if Hotel Pangeran Beach Padang could reconsider the price offered for this menu, or could increase the quality of Prince's fried rice so that it is comparable to the price offered. And for the Head of Department to be able to hold training for all employees in the restaurant to improve the quality of service provided to guests because that is the key to the hospitality industry.
