Abstract

This research is conducted at PT. Bank Riaukepri Branch Teluk Kuantan Sub-Province Kuantan Singingi, as for intention of this research is to know influence of facility work to satisfaction of employees activity of PT. Bank Riaukepri Branch Teluk Kuantan Sub-Province Kuantan Singingi. Facility work as independent variable (X). Meanwhile satisfaction of activity as dependen variable (Y). Problem of this research is facility office making employees less satisfied in working in among others is network of internet which often there is trouble, availibility of limited office tranportasi. Later then place park specially of employees do not be provided so that vehicle of employees parking in place park client. While building still adequate enough, this matter because of PT. Bank Riaukepri Branch Teluk Kuantan Sub-Province Kuantan Singingi not yet owned building alone and in this time still rent two shop house building. Population and of sampel research taken by counted 32 responder. Date obtained from result of quetioner and here in after processed to later then tested with statistic through program of SPSS. Result of obtained calculation that activity facility have an effect on positive to satisfaction of employees activity of PT. Bank Riaukepri Branch Teluk Kuantan Sub-Province Kuantan Singingi equal to 96,5%.

Abstract

In the higher level of competition, companies must be able to face competitors offering similar products. Realizing that the company PT. Star property has been prepared by determining the location of strategic housing and promoting sales to meet the needs and challenges that are needed by the people of the city of Pekanbaru.This study aims to determine the location and sales promotion, in order to determine customer satisfaction, and to determine the influence of the location and promotion of consumer satisfaction at Villa Gardenia-type housing 75 at. Panam-star property Pekanbaru. This research is descriptive quantitative statistical calculations. The statistical analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression. The population in this study were residents of the Villa Gardenia type 75 150 households. The sample used in this study were taken 50% of the total population is defined by 75 respondents.The results showed that the sales location in a residential Villa Gardenia type 75 PT. Pekanbaru Panam-star property located in the category of "strategic" and sales promotion on Villa Gardenia-type housing 75 at. Pekanbaru Panam-star property located in the category of "very good". While customer satisfaction at Villa Gardenia-type housing 75 at. Pekanbaru Panam-star property in the category "very satisfied". Location and promotions significant effect on customer satisfaction at Villa Gardenia Housing Type 75 PT. Property star Pekanbaru. This is evidenced by the location variable t value of (2.122) greater than> t table (1.665) and Sig. (0,037) <0.05. What this means is that the location of the sale of a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Then evidenced by the t value for promotional variable (3.810) greater than> t table (1.665) and Sig. (0,000) <0.05. What this means is that the sales promotion significantly influence consumer satisfaction.Keywords : location, promotion, customer satisfaction, business property

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of capital structure and profitability of the company's value in the food and beverage sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Where the independent variable X1 is an indicator of capital structure with a debt to asset ratio (DAR) and debt equity ratio (DER), then to the independent variable X2 is profitabilitas with indicator of the return on investment (ROI) and return on equity (ROE). The dependent variable is the value of a company in the indicator Price to Book Value (PBV) in the food and beverage sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.The data used in this research is secondary data derived from financial statements food and beverage sectors listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling was done by purposive sampling and samples that meet the selection criteria. The samples used were as many as seven companies. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis to test the statistical hypothesis testing and statistical tests f t-aided software SPSS 21.The results of this study indicate that capital structure partially (t test) did not significantly affect the value of companies in the food and beverage sector Indonesian securities listed on the exchange. The results of the study simultaneously (f test) showed a significant effect of the variable capital structure and profitability of the company's value in the food and beverage sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: Capital Structure (DAR and DER), Profitability (ROI and ROE), Company Value (PBV).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of incentives on employee performance of the Production Department Palm Oil Factory PT. Rohul Sawit Industri. Providing incentives as the independent variable (X) has been formulated that is seen from the aspect of accuracy, feasibility Aspects / equity and financing aspects. While the employee's performance as the dependent variable (Y). This study was conducted on all employees of the Production Department Palm Oil Factory PT. Rohul Sawit Industri as many as 65 peoples.Data obtained from questionnaires and subsequently processed to then be tested using statistical analysis as a simple linear regression analysis, t test, and correlation analysis and determination using SPSS.The results showed that the hypothesis testing results thitung 11.205 t test> t table 1,998. This shows that the incentive effect on employee performance. The magnitude of the effect of incentives on employee performance of the Production Department Palm Oil Factory PT. Rohul Sawit Industri is 66.6%Keywords: Incentives, Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of research is to knowing the loans repayments featured (KUPEDES) PT.BRI, Tbk Micro Branch Unit Bengkalis. KUPEDES is featured credit company-owned rureal banks PT.BRI, Tbk Micro Branch Unit Bengkalis.The repayment is based on the level of collectibility, repayment credits can be measured by the five dimensions (5), namely performing loans, loans in which particular attention, substandard loans, doubtful loans and bad loans. In this research population is KUPEDES customer PT.BRI, Tbk Micro Branch Unit Bengkalis. Sampling technique is accidental sampling and get 100 respondens. Result of the research is conclueded that the loan repayment KUPEDES is low category.Keyword: repayment on loans, KUPEDES, banking

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the financial performance of Koperasi Wanita (KOPWAN) Koto Kociak sub-district in Guguak districts in Lima Puluh Kota from 2013 to 2017 using analysis of liquidity , solvency and rentability rations. The research method employed in secondary data which data from the financial statements. The data collection techniques that used are observation and documentation method. The data analysis techniques that used are by calculating liquidity, solvency and rentability rations. Based on the financial data analysis of Koperasi Wanita (KOPWAN) Koto Kociak sub-district in Guguak in Lima Puluh Kota districts the researcher found that the liquidity rate from 2013 up to 2017 as indicated by the current ratio very good results, quick ratio very good results and cash ratio gets poor results. The solvency rate from 2013 up to 2017 as indicated by DAR and DER shows good results. The rentability rate from 2013 up to 2017 as indicated by ROA and ROE shows good results. According from the calculating analysis by liquidity, solvency and rentability rations, it said the financial performance of Koperasi Wanita (KOPWAN) Koto Kociak sub-district in Guguak districts in Lima Puluh Kota needs to be improved again. Keywords : Financial Performance,  Liquidity Ratio, Solvency Ratio and Rentability Ratio

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the application of methods of Economic Value Added (EVA) to measure the financial performance of the pulp and paper industry 2011-2014 period. The results of this study showed that the financial performance of pulp and paper companies over the period 2011-2014. PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk, PT. Toba Pulp Lestari Tbk, PT. Suparman Tbk, PT. Paper Factory Tjiwi Kimia Tbk financial performance was very bad with the acquisition value indicated a negative EVA for 4 consecutive study period (2011-2014). But only at PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk, which has a fairly good financial performance only in 2011 but in the year 2012 to 2014 has decreased to have a negative EVA . From the analysis of the company's performance with the EVA method, it appears that the company's performance with the EVA method is very unfavorable in because the results of the analysis of the EVA method negative result of four pulp and paper companies.Keywords: financial performance and methods of EVA

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the performance porter at the front office department at the ibis hotel Pekanbaru in Riau.This research uses descrptive quantitative method to study the issues raised. As for the sample in this study as many as 50 people were taken using census sampling. While the data collection techniques in this study using observation, questiuonnaire, and interviews. By using likert scale as a measure to determine the lenght of the short interval.Based on the results of research that has been done, the responsen of the guests to the porter at the hotel ibis Pekanbaru are welcome and greet guests, escort guests into he lobby and to the room, and the latter takes guests who check out to the car. Where the poerter’s role in influencing satisfaction of guests staying at the hotel Ibis Pekanbaru assess that role is still not good porter to guests.Key Words : Role of Porter, Front office department, Ibis Hotel

Abstract

This research purposed to get how perception or anxiety visitors and hope them to tourist attraction danau buatan at Pekanbaru city . This research used qualitative descriptive method to analyze the problems. The sample in this research are seven samples get by snowball sampling. And then the technique to collected data in this research are using observation and deep interview . Based on the research, perception visitors about tourist attraction danau buatan has analized based on three variables which includes cognitive, affective, and conative These three aspects are knowledge, understanding, views, feeling ,emotions, attitudes, judgments, motivations, driving factors, the willingness and desire of visitors and hope in the future to tourist attraction danau buatan at Pekanbaru city. Where the ultimate goal of everything to be tourist atraction danau buatan more complete both facilities and infrastructure, maintenance, visitos comfort , and increased number of visits.
