Abstract

This study explores the constitutional compatibility of religion-based legislation in Indonesia, particularly laws influenced by Islamic jurisprudence, within the framework of the 1945 Constitution. As a Muslim-majority nation that embraces both religious values and democratic pluralism, Indonesia faces ongoing tensions between the demands for the formalization of Islamic norms and the constitutional commitment to human rights, legal equality, and religious freedom. The expansion of Sharia-inspired by laws at the regional level and Islamic influences in national statutes underscore the urgency of addressing this legal-religious interplay. While existing scholarship has addressed the sociopolitical and administrative aspects of religion-based lawmaking, there remains a lack of doctrinal analysis focused on constitutional alignment. This study employs a legal research method, which focuses on the analysis of legal norms, statutory regulations, and constitutional principles as textual constructs. This research fills that gap by applying a juridical-doctrinal approach to evaluate whether such legislation adheres to principles enshrined in the Constitution, including legal certainty, non-discrimination, and constitutional supremacy. Through critical analysis of legislation and Constitutional Court decisions, the study demonstrates that while certain religious laws can coexist with Pancasila and constitutional values, many pose substantive challenges to Indonesia’s legal order. The findings contribute to broader debates on legal pluralism, constitutionalism, and the appropriate role of religion in legislation, offering normative guidance for aligning religious norms with democratic constitutional principles.

Abstract

Soybeans contain many vitamins and minerals and are low in saturated fatty acids. Food ingredients derived from soybeans are also free from lactose, making them suitable for consumers who suffer from lactose intolerance. It is impossible to separate microgreens growth from their requirement for nutrients and water. Since microgreens are organic, chemical fertilizers are not used to them. Rice washing waste water is one substitute that can be utilized as fertilizer for microgreen plants. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the optimal concentration for maximizing the growth and yield of yellow soybean microgreens (Glycine max) and the impact of giving waste rice washing water on these microgreens. This study conducts quantitative research using an experimental design. A non-factorial randomized block design (RAK) was employed to collect the data, with concentration being the primary variable (P0: Control, P1: 50 ml rice washing water, P2: 100 ml rice washing water, P3: 150 ml rice washing water). Plant height, plant dry weight, plant wet weight, and chlorophyll levels are all significantly impacted by the availability of rice washing water, according to the research findings. The amount of leaves was unaffected by the presence of rice washing water. Plant height, dry weight, wet weight, and chlorophyll content can all be increased with P1 in as much as 50 milliliters of rice washing water.

Abstract

Soybean-based food business and population growth drive the increase in soybean consumption every year in Indonesia. Soybean varieties and liquid organic fertilizer applications can help overcome losses in soybean plant growth and productivity. This study used a randomized block design (RAK) with treatment consisting of 2 factors with 3 repetitions. Factor i liquid organic fertilizer (p), consists of 4 levels, namely: p0 = 0 ml, p1 = 20 ml, p2 = 40 ml, p3 = 60 ml. the 2nd factor cultivar (k), consists of 2 types, namely: k1 = cultivar detam 1, k2 = cultivar detam 3. The results showed that the response and effectiveness of the application of soybean peel poc and different cultivars did not significantly affect the vegetative growth of black soybean plants, but when viewed as a whole p3 (60 ml) gave the highest value on the parameters of leaf area index 21 hst, root nodules, chlorophyll a, and chlorophyll b content.

Abstract

Chives are a type of vegetable that comes from the lily family (bulb plants). This plant contains vitamins B and C, carotene and sulfur components. As time goes by, planting media not only uses soil media, but also uses air media, known as hydroponics. Good nutrition for hydroponic growth is one that contains micro and macro nutrients such as eco enzyme nutrients and fish waste. This research aims to determine the growth of chive plants (Allium tuberosum) in hydroponic growing media and to find out the most effective nutrients in increasing the growth of chives (Allium tuberosum) using hydroponic growing media. Data were collected using a non-factorial randomized block design (RAK), namely with nutritional treatment P1: AB Mix (5 ml/liter of air), P2: Eco enzyme + fish waste (5 ml/liter of air), P3: Eco enzyme (5 ml/liter of air), P4: fish waste (5 ml/liter of air). Based on the research results, P3 had a real influence on plant height at 1 and 2 MST with results of 9 cm at 1 MST and 13.33 cm at 2 MST. P1 had a real influence on plant height at 3.4 and 5 MST. The leaf area index parameter P1 had a significant effect at 5 MST with a result of 9.67 cm but had no real effect at 6 MST. The values of net assimilation rate, relative growth rate, and chlorophyll content were not significantly impacted by P1. The parameters of leaf area index, chlorophyll content, relative growth rate, and net assimilation rate were not significantly affected by P2, P3, or P4.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the potential of active compounds from the Red Spinach plant (Amaranthus tricolor L.) as an inhibitor agent for the genetic disease anemia through a molecular docking approach. The method used involved analyzing the 3D structures of four active compounds Phenol, Lutein, Quercetin, and Zeaxanthin in these plants, which were downloaded from PubChem and processed using the Swiss software Target Prediction, Super Prediction, PyMol, and PyRx. The interaction between the compound and the biological target, in this case, Erythropoietin, is evaluated to determine binding energy, binding affinity, and stability. The results showed that Phenol and Quercetin had a significant interaction with the lowest binding energy of -4.8 kcal/mol and -8.1 kcal/mol respectively, as well as the lowest RMSD value (0 Å), indicating good interaction stability with the protein target. The 3D molecular structure of these two compounds also indicates the presence of hydrogen bonds and effective interactions with amino acids, as well as low toxicity and favorable affinity energies. Based on these results, Phenol and Quercetin were identified as potential candidates in the development of drugs to treat anemia genetic diseases, thanks to their favorable interaction properties and molecular structural characteristics. This research underlines the importance of the molecular docking approach in identifying bioactive compounds that can be further developed as therapies for the genetic disease anemia.

Abstract

Linguistic issues such as interference and integration frequently arise in multilingual environment, which frequently result in barriers to second language production. This study examines at how language interaction between Acehnese and Indonesian has affected the Indonesian language in Langsa, with a particular emphasis on consonant variations and interference. The objective of this study was to investigate the influence of phonological interference on Acehnese speakers when speaking the Indonesian language, with a specific focus on observing variations in consonant sounds using auditory means.  The study conducted a detailed examination of common variances in Indonesian pronunciation among Acehnese speakers.  This qualitative research was carried out in Langsa, Aceh Province, involving  40 individuals who are native speakers of Acehnese. The participants consisted of 20 males and 20 females, encompassing a range of ages.  The collected data was evaluated using the PRAAT software.  The findings revealed that there was interference in pronunciation, particularly in the form of devoicing, which is the absence of vowel resonance. This was observed in the words "[ap. di]" and "[ʤa.wap]."  This interference leads to a significant level of devoicing, reaching 90% and 100% respectively.  Furthermore, the study revealed phonological interference in words such as "[thə.linga]", "[tə.thap]", and "[a.hat]", with speakers demonstrating devoicing rates of 40%, 40%, and 100% respectively.  The findings showed the complex nature of phonological interference in the pronunciation of the Indonesian language by Acehnese speakers.  These findings served as a foundation for the development of more effective strategies for acquiring a second language, particularly in diglossic environments like Indonesia.
