Abstract

Penelitian dilatar belakangi berdasarkan pada permasalahan pembelajaran yang terjadi ketika siswa merasa bosan dan menemui permasalahan belajar dalam melakukan gerak passing bawah bolavoli. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh yang dihasilkan dari penerapan metode pembelajaran tutor sebaya terhadap hasil belajar keterampilan passing bawah bolavoli. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan model One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design dengan sampel siswa sebanyak 32 kelas VIII-J dengan hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penerapan metode pembelajaran tutor sebaya terhadap hasil belajar passing bawah bolavoli dalam aspek keterampilan berdasarkan uji data dengan hasil 0,000, yang dapat dikatakan jika 0,000 < sig 0,05 maka terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada hasil belajar keterampilan passing bawah bolavoli siswa dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran tutor sebaya. Serta metode tutor sebaya mendapat respon positif dari pilihan jawaban Selalu (SL) sebanyak 38,73%, Sering (SR) 24,74%, Kadang-Kadang (KD) 21,23%, Tidak Pernah (TP) 15,3%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas gerak peserta didik dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan kelas IX di SMP LABSCHOOL UNESA 3 di kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan aktivitas gerak dalam permainan modifikasi rondo yang diisi oleh peserta didik. Populasi dalam penelitian mengambil seluruh siswa kelas kelas IX SMP LABSCHOOL UNESA 3 dengan jumlah peserta didik yang terdiri dari putra 15 dan puri 14. Sampel 29 orang terdiri dari siswa dari putra 15 dan puri 14. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 6 kali pertemuan dengan dua siklus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran dalam bentuk permainan modifikasi bola besar khususnya dalam permainan rondo dapat meningkatkan aktivitas gerak siswa.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi digital telah mengubah gaya hidup anak-anak, termasuk pada usia sekolah menengah. Salah satu perubahan yang menonjol adalah meningkatnya waktu yang dihabiskan di depan layar atau screen time. Penggunaan layar yang berlebihan dapat mengurangi kesempatan anak untuk bergerak aktif. Kurangnya aktivitas fisik ini berpotensi memengaruhi kemampuan motorik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara screen time dengan kemampuan motorik siswa SMP Negeri 26 Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain diskriptif korelasional. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 114 siswa SMP Negeri 26 Surabaya dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen berupa angket dan tes pengukuran. Angket screen time yang meliputi: durasi screen time, pola waktu, dan bentuk kegiatan dan tes motorik menggunakan Barrow Motor Ability Tes yang terdiri dari standing broad jump, zig-zag run, dan medicine ball put (Morrow et al., 2022 ; Indahwati, 2024). Hasil dari Penelitian menunjukkan signifikan pada hubungan yang mempunyai arah negatif (bergerak berlawanan arah) antara durasi screen time dengan tes kemampuan motorik yaitu standing board jump yang memperoleh skor(r = - 0,190) dengan nilai signifikan p= 0,43 (p=<0,05). Bisa disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini menunjukkan hubungan semakin tinggi lamanya waktu menatap layar maka kemampuan motorik khususnya standing board jump semakin turun.

Abstract

Fundamental movement skills (FMS) are basic movement skills that children should acquire from an early age. Delays in acquiring these movement skills can affect children's ability to learn more complex skills in the future. This research, thus, aims to produce a product in the form of the Fusion Raceway Circuit game to improve the FMS skills of elementary school students. This research used a 4D research and development method, namely Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate. In developing the Fusion Raceway Circuit game, preliminary studies and information analysis, small-scale trials, revisions, and large-scale trials were carried out. After that, an evaluation was performed to determine the final result of the product being developed. The results of developing the Fusion Raceway Circuit game were product feasibility, reliability, and product effectiveness. Feasibility was obtained based on the validator's assessment, and a feasible result was obtained with the category of very good. Product reliability obtained a value of 0.868. The product effectiveness was also judged to be effective, as evidenced by an increase in the pretest-posttest results of 45.6% or the paired sample t-test with a significance value of 0.000. In conclusion, the product developed, the Fusion Raceway Circuit game, has been deemed feasible for dissemination to PJOK (Physical Education, Sports and Health) subjects, especially phase B students aged 8-10 years

Abstract

Elementary school students' fitness is at a very poor level due to students' lack of knowledge and motivation towards health and fitness as well as a lack of teaching materials. Therefore, this research aims to increase knowledge and motivation towards health and fitness in elementary school students through the development of an activity-based pocketbook. This research used the Borg and Gall research and development method. The development of the pocketbook was carried out through several stages, namely planning, information analysis, small-scale trials, revisions, and large-scale trials, involving three experts as validators and 42 students as samples. After that, an evaluation was conducted to determine the final result of the product being developed. The results of developing an activity-based pocketbook were product feasibility and effectiveness in increasing students' knowledge and motivation towards health and fitness. Product feasibility was obtained from validator assessments covering all aspects, where the mean percentage score for material experts was 82%, media experts were 83%, and practitioners were 87%, in the very good category. Readability tests and student responses produced mean percentage scores of 85.28% and 84.45%, respectively. The effectiveness of the product was considered effective as evidenced by an increase in knowledge pretest-posttest results of 42.86 and an increase in motivation pretest-posttest results of 5.66, or a paired sample t-test with a significance value of both, as many as 0.000. Thus, the product of developing a pocketbook based on activity-based health and fitness material was feasible to disseminate in PJOK lessons, especially in phase B elementary schools, since it can increase students' knowledge and motivation
