Abstract

This research investigates the effectiveness of the play approach in improving basic soccer technical skills in class VII junior high school students. The main focus is on four key techniques: passing, controlling, dribbling and shooting the ball. This study uses Classroom Action Research (CAR) methodology which is carried out in two learning cycles. The research participants consisted of 39 students (19 boys, 20 girls) from SMP Negeri 1 Waru Sidoarjo. Data is collected through direct observation, skills tests, and documentation of the learning process. Analysis includes qualitative evaluation of student participation and quantitative assessment of skill scores. Results showed significant improvements in students' basic soccer technical skills. The average score increased from 74.05 in cycle I to 75.77 in cycle II. In addition, there was an increase in students' active involvement and the overall quality of the learning process. These findings indicate that the play approach is effective in improving basic soccer skills as well as students' learning motivation. This research provides valuable insight for sports educators about teaching strategies that can improve the learning of soccer techniques at the junior high school level.

Abstract

Pada era milenial, penggunaan gadget telah menjadi hal lumrah di kalangan sekolah. metode resitasi dirasa cocok pada penelitian ini guna menguatkan literasi siswa pada pembelajaran PJOK untuk meningkatkan hasil belajarnya. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas maka penting adanya penelitian tindakan kelas tentang peningkatan hasil belajar melalui penguatan literasi siswa pada pembelajaran PJOK di SMP Labschool UNESA 3. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes (pengisian soal) yang diberikan pada akhir kegiatan pembelajaran (post-test) setelah pemberian treatmen. Pengisian soal ini dilakukan untuk menandai berakhirnya tiap-tiap siklus. Pemberian soal disesuaikan dengan materi ajar yang diberikan oleh guru ada saat itu. Metode resitasi adalah cara penyampaian materi ajar dengan memberikan tugas kepada siswa untuk dikerjakan dalam rentangan waktu tertentu dan hasilnya dapat dipertanggung jawabkan. Bersarkan penelitian telah menunjukkan adanya perubahan dalam kemapuan belajar peserta didik dilihat pada Siklus pertama persentase nilai perserta didik sebesar 79%, pada nilai ketuntasan sebesar 81%. Sedangkan pada siklus kedua hasil persentase nilai peserta didik adalah 91% dan nilai ketuntasannya sebesar 95%.Perubahan perilaku yang dapat diamati dan diukur sebagai akibat dari proses pembelajaran perubahan ini bisa meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan atau sikap peserta didik. Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Penelitian, Ketuntasan In the millennial era, the use of gadgets has become commonplace in schools. The recitation method was deemed suitable for this research to strengthen students' literacy in PJOK learning to improve their learning outcomes. Based on the problems above, it is important to conduct classroom action research on improving learning outcomes through strengthening student literacy in PJOK learning at SMP Labschool UNESA 3. The instrument used in this research is a test (filling in questions) which is given at the end of the learning activity (post-test) after giving treatment. This question is filled in to mark the end of each cycle. The questions are given according to the teaching material provided by the teacher at that time. The recitation method is a way of delivering teaching material by giving assignments to students to be done within a certain time span and the results can be accounted for. Based on research, it has shown that there is a change in students' learning abilities, seen in the first cycle, the percentage of students' scores was 79%, and the completion score was 81%. Meanwhile, in the second cycle, the percentage of student scores was 91% and the completion score was 95%. Changes in behavior that can be observed and measured as a result of the learning process, these changes can improve students' knowledge, skills or attitudes. Abstract

ABSTRAK Melihat kenyataan yang terjadi di SMP LABSCHOOL UNESA 3. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa kebugaran siswa kelas VIII B dirasa kurang karena proses pembelajaran yang kurang menarik dan menyenangkan. Sehingga siswa kurang aktif mengikuti dan akhirnya kebugaran jasmani mereka rendah. Pendidikan jasmani kesehatan dan rekreasi adalah salah satu mata pelajaran wajib di sekolah mulai tingkat SD sampai tingkat SMA yang pelaksanaannya harus memperlakukan siswa secara individu dengan memperhatikan masalah yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas VIII-B SMP LABSCHOOL UNESA 3 yang berjumlah 38 siswa dengan 20 siswa laki-laki dan 18 siswa perempuan. Kelas VIII-B merupakan kelas unggulan yang kalau dilihat dari kemampuan akademisnya mereka mempunyai rata-rata yang lebih baik dari pada kelas yang lain.Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan tindakan pada siklus I dan siklus II, dapat dinyatakan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kebugaran jasmani (VO2Max) siswa baik proses maupun hasil dari tes. Data awal telah dambil mendapat rata-rata VO2Max 25,7 dengan pesentasi 50% hanya 19 siswa dari 38 siswa yang kebugarannya baik Oleh karena itu, peneliti mengambil langkah penelitian dengan menerapkan pendekatan bermain dalam proses pembelajaran. Sehingga dapat meningkatkan Kebugaran siswa dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran dan akhirnya kebugaran jasmaninya pun dapat meningkat. Looking at the reality of what happened at UNESA 3rd LABSCHOOL SMP. Researchers concluded that the fitness of class VIII B students was felt to be lacking because the learning process was less interesting and enjoyable. So students are less active and ultimately their physical fitness is low. Health and recreation physical education is one of the mandatory subjects in schools from elementary school to high school level, the implementation of which must treat students individually by paying attention to the problems they face. This research was conducted on students in class VIII-B SMP LABSCHOOL UNESA 3, totaling 38 students with 20 male students and 18 female students. Class VIII-B is a superior class which, if seen from their academic abilities, has a better average than the other classes. Based on the results of implementing actions in cycle I and cycle II, it can be stated that there has been a good increase in students' physical fitness (VO2Max). process and results of the test. Initial data has been taken to get an average VO2Max of 25.7 with a percentage of 50%, only 19 students out of 38 students had good fitness. Therefore, researchers took research steps by implementing a play approach in the learning process. So that it can increase students' fitness in participating in the learning process and ultimately their physical fitness can also increase

Abstract

This research aims to determine efforts to improve rhythmic gymnastics learning outcomes using the problem based learning (PBL) method for class VIII SMP Labschool UNESA 3 students. This research is classroom action research which uses class VIII C as the sample. This research was carried out in two cycles, with the stages of each cycle being planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data collection technique uses final grades and observation of classroom situations during the learning process. The research results obtained were that in cycle I the number of students who completed the KKM was 15 students with an observation achievement of 70%. And in cycle II there was an increase in the number of students completing their final grades to 21 students with the completeness of the observation results reaching 89%. Based on these results, it is concluded that in implementing the problem based learning method, the final grades or student learning outcomes increase.

Abstract

Pendidikan jadi satu diantara faktor krusial pada kehidupan manusia untuk memberikan bekal kehidupan melalui sebuah pembelajaran satu diantaranya yakni pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani, olahraga serta kesehatan. Namun aktifitas fisik pada anak masih kurang sehingga hal tersebut menjadi permasalahan global yakni kurangnya motivasi anak dalam kegiatan berolahraga. Oleh sebab itu dilakukan penelitian penerapan pendekatan Cultularry Responsive Teaching (CRT) pada pembelajaran passing permainan sepak bola. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan guna mengetahui peningkatan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini diselenggarakan di SDN Babatan IV/459 Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni penelitian tindak kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dengan total dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini yakni peserta didik kelas IV-C SDN Babatan IV/459 Surabaya. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil data sebesar 120,27 dalam penyelenggaraan siklus I serta terdapat peningkatan dalam siklus II yakni menjadi 141,92 dengan persentase peningkatan sebesar 18%. Dari hasil data peningkatan motivasi belajar peserta didik tersebut bisa dilaksanakan pengambilan kesimpulan penerapan pendekatan Culturally Responcive Teaching (CRT) pada kelas IV-C SDN Babatan IV/459 Surabaya bisa menaikkan motivasi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran PJOK. Berlandaskan penelitian ini dapat disarankan penerapan pendekatan CRT guna digunakan sebagai alternatif pembelajaran PJOK.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai dampak dari model pembelajaran Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) terhadap motivasi siswa dalam belajar kebugaran jasmani. Penelitian ini menerapkan model praeksperimental dengan desain yang digunakan "One Group Siklus 1 – Siklus 2". Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling, dengan jumlah total 27 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket. Analisis data mencakup penggunaan statistik deskriptif, yang meliputi penyajian rata-rata, persentase, deviasi standar, serta pengujian untuk memeriksa normalitas dan homogenitas data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, motivasi belajar peserta didik mengalami peningkatan sebesar 9% setelah penerapan model pembelajaran Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) dalam mata pelajaran kebugaran jasmani di kelas 5 SDN Babatan IV. Penerapan CRT cenderung meningkatkan motivasi belajar karena metode ini memperhatikan latar belakang budaya dan pengalaman siswa selama proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Motivasi berperan penting dalam pembelajaran, namun dalam kenyataannya, motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran sangat kurang, hal ini disebabkan kurangnya variasi belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa dan seberapa besar pengaruh peningkatan motivasi belajar dalam pembelajran PJOK pada siswa kelas X SMK PGRI 13 Kota Surabaya, melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Team Game Tournamnen. Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis eksperimen murni (True Experimental Design) dan desain penelitian Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel siswa kelas X BD 1 sebagai kelompok kontrol dan kelompok kelas X BD 2 sebagai kelompok eksperimen dengan jumlah 35 siswa untuk masing-masing kelas .Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan terdapat penignkatan yang signifikan dari hasil pretest ke posttest kelompok eksperimen menghasilkan peningkatan sebesar 14,253%. Maka dapat disimpulkan, model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas X SMK PGRI 13 Kota Surabaya.

Abstract

Locomotor movement skills are movement skills that are often or even always performed by a person. During childhood, a child will start their locomotor activities through the family environment and then move on to the school environment through physical education. This study aims to measure the level of locomotor movement skills of students at the elementary school level. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach with a survey method. This study was attended by 46 students from elementary schools with the age of 9-10 years or grade 3 elementary school. The TGMD-2 instrument was used as a test instrument in this study. The results showed that locomotor movement skills were dominated by running skills. This result is proven by the number of students who obtained the maximum score of 31 students. In gallop skills, students experience obstacles with the acquisition of a minimum score of 19 students. Based on these results, students' locomotor movement skills obtained significant results in the run variable. Appropriate interventions still need to be carried out to improve locomotor skills in the gallop variable.

Abstract

The learning process, which revealed a decline in students' interest in PJOK lectures, served as the impetus for this study. In order to create a very successful learning experience, teachers must be creative. Using a customized version of a simple game is one approach to get around this problem. This study's goal is to ascertain if employing media to alter games for learning can improve learning outcomes and student responses after using modified media for while running games to learn about the game subject. PTK, which is broken down into two cycles with three stages-planning, carrying out, and reflecting-is exemplified by this study. Research subject for Class IX-A SMP Labschool Unesa 3. The completeness of learning outcomes increased, with cycle I being 35.29% with 7 students completing and cycle II amounting to 82.35% with 20 students completing, with an increase percentage of 47.06%. Specificallyan average of 40.3 in the first cycle and 80.0 in the second, with a 39.7 rise. The study's findings demonstrated that pupils' learning outcomes in the squat running game content may be enhanced by using modified squat running games.

Abstract

Learning is a process of interaction between students and educators and learning resources in a learning environment. PJOK is a place to determine and look for talent in students. Students can determine which sports are mastered. This study used a questionnaire instrument which was then processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study aims to determine the factors that cause burnout and which factors are most dominant in student-athletes at SMA Negeri 15 Surabaya. The research sample was made to fulfil the thesis namely student-athletes at SMA Negeri 15 Surabaya as many as 66 respondents using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of analysis and research conducted, social support does not affect burnout, motivation has a significant effect on burnout, reward does not affect burnout, and fatigue has a significant effect on burnout. Based on the results of the F test of social support, motivation, and rewards. and fatigue simultaneously has a significant effect on burnout. Based on the results of the regression test of social support, motivation, and reward. and fatigue to burnout. Motivation has a regression coefficient value that stays away from the number 0, this means that the variables that have the most dominant influence are social support, motivation, and rewards. and burnout are motivational variables.
