Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan klasifikasi pada data sentiment pelayanan Kesehatan menggunakan Multiclass SVM pendekatan One versus One (OvO) dengan fitur unigram dan bigram. Sumber data sentimen berasal dari data laporan survei kepuasan pelayanan puskesmas denpasar 2021 oleh Center for Public Health Innovation (CPHI) FK UNUD. Ekstraksi fitur menggunakan TF-IDF satu term/unigram dan dua term/bigram lalu kemudian diolah menggunakan Support Vector Machine OvO. KFold Cross Validation digunakan untuk membagi data latih dan data tes sekaligus memvalidasi model. Hasil yang didapatkan pada proses pengklasifikasian data train SVM OvO unigram didapatkan skor akurasi 97,09%, presisi 97,97%, recall 96,90%, dan f1-score 97,40%, sedangkan pada SVM OvO bigram didapatkan skor akurasi 97,91%, presisi 98,56%, recall 37,39%, dan f1-score 37,79%. Pada pengklasifikasian data tes didapatkan SVM OvO unigram mendapatkan skor akurasi 68,77%, presisi 73,13%, recall 61,67%, dan f1-score 64,13%, sedangkan SVM OvO bigram mendapatkan skor akurasi 47,92%, presisi 66,41%, recall 37,39%, dan f1-score 37,79%. Perbedaan skor yang jauh pada data train dan data tes dikarenakan adanya overfitting, sehingga perlu adanya seleksi fitur sebelum fitur digunakan sebagai masukan untuk SVM. Selain itu dapat disimpulkan SVM OvO dengan menggunakan fitur unigram memiliki performa lebih baik dibandingkan dengan SVM OvO dengan menggunakan fitur bigram.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the significant factors that contributes on students’ satisfaction in the lecturing system in terms of service quality dimension, which include reliability, assurance, responsiveness, empathy and physical evidence (tangibles). This study employed a quantitative correlational approach with an ex post facto design. The population of this study consisted of 348 ITB STIKOM Bali Campus students in the academic year 2021/2022. Using the Slovin formula and proportional random sampling, a sample size of 186 is determined and selected. This study collects data regarding service quality and student satisfaction using questionnaires. The method of analysis employed is simple regression analysis and multiple regression. The results indicate that: (1) the reliability dimension contributes significantly to student satisfaction, (2) the assurance dimension contributes significantly to student satisfaction, and (3) the responsiveness dimension can contribute significantly to student satisfaction. (4) the empathy dimension contributes significantly to student satisfaction (5) The tangibles dimension contributes significantly to student satisfaction. (6) Concurrently, there is a substantial contribution. Service quality dimensions have a significant effect on student satisfaction (7), and empathy is the most influential service quality factor influencing student satisfaction in the lecture system during the Covid-19 pandemic (46.19%). The determination test revealed that 90.30% of student satisfaction was influenced by service quality dimensions, with the remaining 9.70% influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The Provincial Government of Bali assumes a crucial role in administering various public service applications to meet the requirements of its community, traditional villages, and regional apparatus. Nevertheless, the escalating magnitude of traffic and uneven distribution of requests have resulted in substantial server burdens, which may jeopardize the operation of applications and heighten the likelihood of downtime. Ensuring efficient load distribution is of utmost importance in tackling these difficulties, and the Round Robin algorithm is often utilized for this purpose. However, the current body of research has not extensively examined the distinct circumstances surrounding on-premise servers in the Bali Provincial Government. The primary objective of this study is to address the significant gap in knowledge by conducting a comprehensive evaluation of the Round Robin algorithm's effectiveness in load-balancing on-premise servers inside the Bali Provincial Government. The primary objective of our study is to assess the appropriateness of the algorithm within the given context, with the ultimate goal of providing practical and implementable suggestions. The observations above can optimize system efficiency and minimize periods of inactivity, thereby enhancing the provision of vital public services across Bali. This study provides essential insights for enhancing server infrastructure and load-balancing strategies through empirical evaluation and comprehensive analysis. Its findings are valuable for the Bali Provincial Government and serve as a reference for other organizations facing challenges managing server loads. This study signifies a notable advancement in establishing reliable and practical public service applications within Bali.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan sistem E-Learning Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha) dengan meminimalisir dampak negatif yang terkait, seperti mata lelah, kurangnya interaksi sosial, dan kurangnya pemahaman terhadap materi pembelajaran. Metode End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna, yaitu mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Komputer, Program Pascasarjana, Undiksha, terhadap sistem E-Learning yang ada. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh mahasiswa dan kemudian dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi area-area yang memerlukan perbaikan dalam sistem E-Learning. Selain itu, faktor-faktor teknis dan struktural juga dipertimbangkan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan evaluasi isi berada di angka 3,4175, akurasi di angka 4, bentuk di angka 4,165, ketepatan waktu di angka 3,93 dan kemudahan penggunaan adalah 3,905. Dari hasil tersebut secara keseluruhan tingkat kepuasan pengguna berada di nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,8835 yang berada pada level 3 (Setuju). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengguna sistem yang disediakan oleh Universitas memenuhi kebutuhan dan memberikan pengalaman yang positif dalam pengoperasian platform tersebut. Disarankan agar Undiksha meningkatkan sistem E-Learning untuk mencapai rentang nilai yang lebih tinggi dalam evaluasi kepuasan pengguna di masa depan, sambil memberikan rekomendasi bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk mengembangkan kuesioner dengan indikator yang lebih optimal sesuai dengan konteks penelitian.This research aimed to optimize the E-Learning system of Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha) by minimizing the associated negative impacts, such as eye strain, lack of social interaction, and inadequate understanding of the learning materials. The End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method was used to measure the satisfaction level of users, specifically the students of the Computer Science of Graduate Programs at Undiksha, towards the existing E-Learning system. Research data was collected through questionnaires filled out by students and then analyzed to identify areas that require improvement in the E-Learning system. Additionally, technical and structural factors were also considered in this study. The research results show that the content evaluation, accuracy, format, timeliness, and ease of use were at 3.4175, 4, 4.165, 3.93, and 3.905, respectively. From these results, the overall level of user satisfaction was at an average value of 3.8835 which was at level 3 (Agree). This indicates that the users find the system provided by the university to meet their needs and provide a positive experience in operating the platform. It is recommended that Undiksha improves the E-Learning system to achieve a higher range of values in future user satisfaction evaluations while providing recommendations for further researchers to develop a questionnaire with more optimal indicators according to the research context.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui formulasi dan tingkat kesukaan masyarakat pada pie susu tepung labu kuning dilihat dari segi rasa, tekstur, warna, aroma, bentuk, dan kemasan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan metode eskperimen. Panelis pada penelitian ini adalah panelis konsumen yang berjumlah 35 orang yang dipilih secara acak di masyarakat melalui uji organoleptik dengan 5 kategori yaitu sangat suka, suka, cukup suka, tidak suka, dan sangat tidak suka. Data di analisis dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini meliputi, (1) Formula substitusi yang digunakan pada pembuatan pie susu tepung labu kuning adalah sebesar 50 gram tepung labu kuning dan 200 gram tepung terigu protein rendah. (2) Pada uji tingkat kesukaan dari segi rasa, tesktur, warna, aroma, bentuk dan kemasan mendapat kualifikasi “Sangat Suka”. Rasa pie susu tepung labu kuning yaitu rasa manis, gurih, dan sedikit sepat. Tekstur pie susu tepung labu kuning padat dan rapuh. Warna pie susu tepung labu kuning yaitu coklat. Aroma pie susu tepung labu kuning yaitu beraroma aroma khas labu kuning. Bentuk pie susu tepung labu kuning yaitu bentuk lingkaran dengan adonan kulit 1 lapisan. Abstract

To generate greater public interest in Balinese shadow puppet performances, it is crucial to explore novel ways of educating viewers about the characters showcased in the plays, as many individuals may need to become more familiar with them. In Object Detection, an algorithm is called You Only Look Once (YOLO). This research utilizes the YOLOv5 algorithm to detect Balinese shadow puppet characters in the "wayang peteng" performances. The dataset consists of 5040 images, divided into training, validation, and test data, with a ratio of 7:2:1 (This ratio helps in effectively training and evaluating the YOLOv5 model on a diverse set of data). Four YOLO models are trained, each with a different number of epochs (a single iteration of training when the entire dataset has been passed forward and backward through the neural network), resulting in 12 models. All models are tested using the test data images to obtain precision, recall, and mean Average Precision (mAP) metrics. Additionally, three videos measure the average frames processed per second. The research findings reveal that the YOLOv5n model with 200 epochs achieves the best results, with a precision value of 1, recall of 1, mAP@0.5 of 0.995, mAP@0.5-0.95 of 0.985, and 128.20 frames per second.

Abstract

Current advances in information technology help make it easier to obtain information regarding motorbike credit simulations, one of which is by accessing the website from KKB BCA. This research is qualitative research using observation methods and literature studies in observations related to business processes on this website. Observation involves understanding how the website collects and processes the necessary data from users, including information about vehicle price, down payment amount, interest rate, and credit tenor to credit simulation calculations of estimated monthly payments, describing payment schedules, and providing cost summaries. The website interface is quite easy to understand so users can create simulations without needing a guide. The use of the website can run well as expected so that it can help make it easier for users or consumers to determine credit planning for motor vehicles through the credit simulation on this website.

Abstract

This research aims to compare elements of usability and user experience on the e-commerce platforms Bukalapak and Tokopedia. Usability quality has important significance because if an application or website has optimal usability, users will be able to use it easily. Users who feel disappointed or have difficulty interacting with a website are likely to leave the platform and look for an alternative that is easier to use. Therefore, usability evaluation becomes crucial for e-commerce websites. Measurements were carried out using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method which involves several aspects, including attractiveness, perception, efficiency, dependability, stimulation and novelty. The results of evaluating user usage and experience on these two e-commerce websites, using the UEQ method, show that Bukalapak achieved an Attractiveness value of 0.80, Perspicuity of 0.83, Efficiency of 0.63, Dependability of 0.53, Stimulation of 0.74, and Novelty of 0.38. Meanwhile, Tokopedia achieved an Attractiveness score of 1.24, Perspicuity of 1.08, Efficiency of 1.20, Dependability of 1.19, Stimulation of 0.96, and Novelty of 0.70. Therefore, it can be concluded that Tokopedia shows better performance than Bukalapak in terms of usability and user experience on the e-commerce platform.

Abstract

A hospital's operations, such as patient registration, medical management, financial management, and upgrading the services offered in the hospital, are managed and organized using an application system called a hospital management information system (HMIS). Because the lack of evaluation in the usage of HMIS has led to insufficient security in the HMIS, this research focuses on Saraswati Dental and Oral Hospital as the research site. Due to lax security measures, confidential data is readily accessible. The prevalence of duplicate data entry is an issue, and the success of HMIS performance implementation is still unknown. The COBIT 5 framework has been used to administer the HMIS at Saraswati Dental and Oral Hospital using the MEA (Monitor, Evaluate, Assess) and BAI (Build, Acquire, Implement) domains in response to these problems. This decision was made with the intention of aligning the application with the necessary features, monitoring system security, evaluating, and assessing the domain's alignment with the hospital's strategy in order to ascertain whether the current system still achieves the intended goals and maintains the controls required to satisfy the requirements. This study makes use of questionnaire, observation, and interview techniques. The capacity levels used in the COBIT 5 study were taken from ISO/IEC 15504-2-2003, and they were combined using straightforward mathematical calculations in accordance with the rules for computing capability values. Weaknesses or flaws in the security system that need to be fixed can be found by analyzing the capability levels in the MEA and BAI domains. The study's findings include suggestions for increasing the security system, which will enhance Saraswati Dental and Oral Hospital's HMIS performance and give users and patients with more beneficial outcomes

Abstract

SMK Negeri 2 Seririt merupakan salah satu SMK yang memiliki jurusan Teknik Jaringan Komputer dan Telekomunikasi (TJKT) yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran jaringan terutama pada bidang MikroTik. Tim pelaksana PkM yang memiliki sertifikasi di bidang MikroTik berupaya berbagi pengetahuan dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pembuatan hotspot MikroTik yang disertai manajemen user. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 2 Seririt dengan melibatkan 30 siswa dan 2 orang guru yang sesuai untuk mendapatkan pelatihan hotspot MikroTik. Keuntungan yang didapat dalam pelatihan ini antara lain: 1) peserta mengetahui cara untuk membuat hotspot MikroTik yang berguna dalam memberikan fasilitas internet sebagai pelengkap usaha penjualan barang/jasa lain; 2) peserta memahami dalam penyediaan fasilitas hotspot MikroTik dapat disertai penjualan voucher internet dengan mencetak akun akses internet secara mudah; dan 3) peserta memahami dengan bantuan aplikasi Mikhmon yang dihubungkan dengan hotspot MikroTik dapat menghasilkan akun profil yang diatur berdasarkan jam pemakaian dan lain-lain yang kemudian dicetak dalam kemasan desain kartu voucher internet. Dengan adanya pembekalan ilmu MikroTik, tamatan SMK dapat memiliki kemampuan teknis yang dapat dijadikan peluang usaha di jaman digital saat ini. Dalam pelatihan dan pendampingan ini diketahui siswa yang dilatih rata-rata memahami 70% materi yang disampaikan.
