Abstract

Abstract

Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan untuk melakukan pendampingan kegiatan perencanaan perumahan warga graha indah, Kecamatan Balikpapan Utara, Kota Balikapapan. fasilitas layanan yang diberikan adalah pendampingan pembuatan gambar teknis dan pengajuan PBG. Dengan desain yang baik secara arsitektural, diharapkan mampu memenuhi persyaratan bangunan gedung. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan, yaitu studi lapangan proses desain grafis dan visualisasi. Survei lapangan digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data situs, seperti mengukur luas situs dan menganalisis kondisi yang ada. Hasil pengukuran tersebut menjadi awal dari proses perencanaan dasar, yang kemudian berlanjut ke desain ruang pertemuan berupa visualisasi dan perhitungan struktur bangunan.. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah : (1) telah diperbantukan dalam proses perencanaan desain bangunan, Kecamatan Balikpapan Utara, Kota Balikpapan; (2) penyusunan rencana anggaran biaya pelaksanaan pembangunan dan perhitungan struktur bangunan Lamin; (3) dari hasil perencanaan ini akan ditindaklanjuti sebagai Artikel koran daerah yaitu desain yang kontekstual dengan lingkungannya.

Abstract

Wayang is commonly used to tell epic stories of Mahabharata and Ramayana, as well as local legends and myths. There are various types of wayang, such as wayang kulit (made of buffalo or goat leather), wayang golek (made of wood), and wayang klithik (combination of leather and wood). Although it indicates cultural richness, such diversity also makes it difficult for the general public to identify the character of wayang they are seeing because each type has unique characteristics and details. Recognizing   wayang characters is a challenging task due to their intricate designs and subtle variations. This research addresses this problem by leveraging machine learning technology, specifically CNN-based classification methods, to accurately identify wayang characters. This study proposed a novel method that integrates ResNet-50 transfer learning with LSTM, enhancing the model's ability to capture both spatial and sequential features of wayang images. The proposed model achieved an impressive accuracy of 97.92%, with precision, recall, and F1-scores all reaching 100%. Despite the extended training time of 188 minutes and 21 seconds, the results demonstrate the model's superior performance. This advancement can significantly aid in the preservation and educational dissemination of Indonesian cultural heritage. Future research can focus on optimizing the training process to reduce the time while maintaining or even improving the accuracy, potentially expanding the model's application scope and effectiveness.

Abstract

MSMEs in the tire trading sector play an important role in the local automotive industry, but often face obstacles in preparing accurate financial reports due to limited accounting knowledge. This causes difficulties in monitoring cash flow, measuring profitability, and accessing funding sources. Therefore, this community service aims to improve the understanding and skills of MSME actors in preparing simple financial reports through bookkeeping training. The method used is Participation Action Research (PAR) with a participatory approach involving lectures, interactive discussions, and direct assistance. This training includes material on the importance of financial reports, how to record daily transactions, and the preparation of balance sheets and profit and loss statements. The results of the community service show that participants experienced an increase in understanding in recording transactions systematically and structured, were able to separate personal and business finances, and prepare more accurate simple financial reports. However, there are still some weaknesses such as limited mentoring time and low understanding of accounting terms. In conclusion, this training is effective in improving the financial literacy of MSME tire trading actors, but more intensive mentoring and utilization of financial recording technology are needed to achieve more optimal results.

Abstract

The selection of football players is a complex process involving talent evaluation based on various performance indicators, combining objective measures with subjective assessments by coaches and scouts. This research aims to improve the football player selection process using the K-Means clustering method based on the attributes of transfer price, performance, body specifications, position, and player ability. The dataset used consists of 17.947 players taken from the FIFA 19 edition of the soFIFA.com platform, which includes complete information such as transfer price, performance, body specifications, position, and player ability. The data was processed using principal component analysis (PCA) to reduce the dimensions, followed by the Elbow Method to determine the optimal number of clusters. The clustering results show the distribution of players based on their on-field roles, such as center back, goalkeeper, striker, and left wing back. The profiling of players from each cluster is identified based on position, body type, dominant foot usage, transfer price, and rating. This research provides useful insights for coaches and scouts in selecting players that suit specific roles in the team using better analysis. The findings also highlight the importance of player clustering for data-driven decision-making, which can optimize team composition and overall performance.

Abstract

This study investigates the formulation and implementation of character development policies in vocational higher education institutions in Indonesia. Using a qualitative design, data were collected through panel surveys involving key stakeholders at multiple institutional levels, including lecturers, department heads, and vice directors. The study explores stakeholders' perceptions regarding the urgency of character education, the values to be instilled, implementation strategies, challenges, and evaluation mechanisms. Findings reveal a strong consensus on the importance of integrating character development into the core curriculum, yet also highlight critical challenges such as fragmented policy implementation, limited faculty capacity, and inadequate evaluation systems. National regulations are recognized as valuable frameworks, but their operationalization at the institutional level remains inconsistent. To address these gaps, the study introduces the V-CODE Model (Vocational Character-Oriented Development & Evaluation), a conceptual framework comprising five interconnected components: driving factors, stakeholder involvement, policy formulation, implementation strategies, and evaluation mechanisms. The model emphasizes participatory policy design, curriculum-wide integration, and feedback loops reinforcing continuous improvement. This research contributes to theory and practice by offering a contextually grounded model to guide vocational institutions in building sustainable and impactful character education systems. The study also provides policy recommendations for aligning institutional practices with national education goals and labor market expectations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether MSMEs in Binawidya District, Pekanbaru City have implemented SAK EMKM in compiling financial statements. The researcher used purposive sampling in obtaining research samples. Where the informants involved in this study are MSME owners/managers consisting of 35 business actors. Data collection was carried out by interview and documentation techniques. The result of this study is that the MSMEs studied have not implemented SAK EMKM in the preparation of financial statements. MSME actors only make business activity reports consisting of recording income and expenses in accordance with the understanding of each MSME owner.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh konflik peran terhadap stress kerja pada PT. Indomarco Prismatam Cabang Medan. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada umumnya dilakukan secara random, pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian, analisis data bersifat kuantitatif atau statistik dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah karyawan PT. Indomarco Prismatama Medan yang berjumlah 92. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan penulis melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis data kuantitatif yang terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsiklasik, regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan program SPSS. Dari tabel regresi dapat dilihat besarnya thitung ttabel (6.606 1,68), maka konflik peran menunjukkan angka 0,05 (0,000 0,05), maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak, artinya konflik peran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stress kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Musim penghujan dapat menyebabkan genangan air pada permukaan jalan. Genangan airterbentuk karena berkurangnya daerah resapan air akibat penggunaan perkerasan yang kedapair. Genangan air dapat merusak lapisan perkerasan. Peneliti melakukan penelitian mengenaipaving block porous untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Paving block porous dibuat agarperkerasan jalan memiliki kuat tekan dan permeabilitas yang sama-sama tinggi, padapenelitian ini peneliti menganalisa pengaruh ukuran agregat kasar terhadap kuat tekan danpermeabilitas paving block porous.Penelitian ini membuat benda uji dengan komposisi untuk paving block menggunakansemen, pasir dan abu batu dengan perbandingan 1:1,5:1,5. Benda uji yang dibuat berbentuksegi enam dengan panjang sisi 11,5 cm dan tebal 6 cm, pada bagian tengah benda uji diberiruang berbentuk silinder dengan diameter 2 inch untuk diisi menggunakan beton porous. Betonporous yang dibuat menggunakan 4 variasi ukuran agregat kasar, variasi 1 dengan agregatkasar lolos saringan ½ inci tertahan saringan ¼ inci; variasi 2 dengan agregat kasar lolossaringan ¾ inci tertahan saringan ½ inci; variasi 3 dengan agregat kasar lolos saringan 1 incitertahan saringan ¾ inci; variasi 4 dengan ukuran agregat campuran dari 3 variasisebelumnya. Setelah benda uji dibuat, dilakukan perawatan tiap 3 hari sekali denganmenyirami benda uji menggunakan air. Setelah benda uji berumur 7 hari dilakukan pengujiankuat tekan dan uji permeabilitas untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penggunaan ukuran agregat.Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan kuat tekan tertinggi pada variasi 4 dengan nilai 22,94 MPa.Ukuran agregat yang digunakan pada variasi ini memungkinkan rongga udara pada benda ujimenjadi lebih kecil sehingga meningkatkan kuat tekannya. Nilai permeabilitas minimal yangditetapkan ACI 522R-10 adalah 0,22 cm/s dengan nilai maksimal adalah 1,22 cm/s. Padapengujian permeabilitas hanya variasi 3 dan 4 yang memenuhi syarat minimum dari ACI 522R-10 dengan nilai 0,23 cm/s dan 0,24 cm/sKata Kunci: paving blok; porous; kuat tekan; permeabilitas; agregat

Abstract

The rampant misuse of data theft has created data security techniques in cryptography. Cryptography has several algorithms that are very strong and difficult to crack, including the AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) algorithm consisting of 128 bits, 192 bits, and 256 bits which have been proven resistant to conventional linear analysis attacks and differential attacks, then there is the MD-5 algorithm (Message-Digest algorithm 5) which is a one-way hash function by changing data with a long size and inserting certain data in it to be recovered. If the two are combined, it becomes more difficult to crack; therefore, to determine its performance, this study conducted a combination experiment of AES-128 with a key encrypted by MD-5, including avalanche effect tests, encryption and decryption execution times, and entropy values of encryption. The types of documents for testing are files with the extensions .docx, .txt, .pptx, .pdf, and .xlsx. After conducting tests on document files obtained from the processing time test, it shows that .txt and .pptx documents dominate with a fast process, while the longest process is obtained by .xlsx and .docx documents for all test files, then the avalanche effect test with an average of 98% and the entropy test is classified as good between values 3 - 7 which are close to value 8. This proves that the combination of the AES-128 algorithm with the MD-5 key can be used as an alternative for securing documents with stronger security, while maintaining standard processing times
