Abstract

Mathematical critical thinking skills have so far shown unsatisfactory results, so media or learning resources such as worksheets are needed to complete them. In addition, concepts of scientific learning such as Niteni, Nirokke, and Nambahi activities have not provided opportunities for students to think critically. For this reason, this study aims to obtain valid and practical relations and function worksheets based on tri-n. The research stages used are defining, designing, and developing. These three stages are part of the development research with 4D. At the defining stage, data collection techniques use documentation to make the data analysis qualitative. At the design stage, data collection techniques use observation to make the data analysis qualitative descriptive. In the developing stage, the data collection technique uses a questionnaire, so the data analysis is quantitative. The results showed that the relations and function worksheets based on Tri-N had a V-Aiken index of more than 0.83, and some students responded well to this worksheet. Apart from that, the mathematics material in this Student Worksheet uses the Tri-N stages, namely Niteni, Nirokke, and Nambahi. Based on this, it can be concluded that the Tri-N-based Student Worksheet on Relations and Functions is a valid and practical result of development. For this reason, this worksheet can be used to improve students' critical thinking skills. Abstrak Kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa selama ini menunjukkan hasil yang belum memuaskan, sehingga dibutuhkan media atau sumber belajar sepert worksheet untuk menyelesaikannya. Selain itu, konsep pembelajaran saintifik seperti kegiatan Niteni, Nirokke, Nambahi belum memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk berpikir kristis. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh Lembar Kerja Siswa Relasi dan Fungsi berbasis Tri-N yang valid dan praktis. Tahapan penelitian yang digunakan adalah mendefinisi, mendesain, dan mengembangkan. Ketiga tahapan ini merupakan bagian dari penelitian pengembangan tipe 4D. pada tahap mendefinisi, Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, sehingga analisis data yang digunakan bersifat kualitatif. Pada tahap mendesain, Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, sehingga analisis data yang digunakan bersifat kualitatif deskriptif. Tahap mengembangkan, Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, sehingga analisis data yang yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Lembar Kerja Siswa Relasi dan Fungsi memiliki indeks V Aiken lebih dari 0,83, dan sebagian siswa memberikan respon sangat baik terhadap prototipe worksheet ini. Selain itu, materi matematika yang ada pada Lembar Kerja Siswa ini menggunaan tahapan Tri-N, yaitu Niteni, Nirokke, dan Nambahi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Lembar Kerja Siswa Relasi dan Fungsi berbasis Tri-N hasil pengembangan yang valid dan praktis. Untuk itu dimungkinkan worksheet ini digunakan sebagai salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kemampuan beprikir kritis siswa.

Abstract

Pengenalan kemampuan bahasa khususnya membaca yang dilakukan di lembaga hasilnya tidak maksimal. Hal ini disebabkan karena pendidik belum menggunakan model pembelajaran yang menyenangkan bagi anak. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran membaca pun sangat terbatas dalam menerapkan prinsip belajar melalui bermain. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengembangkan model pembelajaran e-kom untuk mengembangkan kemampuan bahasa anak usia dini. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu pengembangan. Desain prototipe model pembelajaran E-kom diberikan secara langsung dalam bentuk Buku Panduan Model Pembelajaran E-kom untuk diberikan kritik dan saran guna penyempurnaan prototype. Expert judgement dalam penelitian ini meliputi: ahli pembelajaran PAUD, ahli bahasa, dan ahli media yang berjumlah 7 ahli. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data yaitu kuesioner. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data yaitu kuesioner. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantatif. Hasil penelitian yaitu hasil kelayakan berdasarkan expert judgement menggunakan formula Aiken menunjukkan bahwa Model Pembelajaran yang dikembangan memiliki validitas dengan perolehan hasil skor minimal 0,86 dan skor maksimal 1,00. Disimpulkan Model Pembelajaran E-kom valid secara isi dan konstruk. Model memenuhi aspek penggunaan bahasa yang mudah dipahami, menggunakan media yang menarik, memiliki landasan yang kuat, dan terdapat konsistensi antar komponen model.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a Japanese teaching program implemented in Gorontalo City, Indonesia, in fostering character development in early childhood education. Using the discrepancy evaluation model and a mixed-methods approach, this study involved 20 children, 6 parents, 7 teachers, and 3 administrative personnel at Sakura Kids Preschool and Day Care. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. Quantitative data were derived from structured observations on students using a character development rubric and were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Qualitative data from semi-structured interviews with teachers, parents, and administrators supported the quantitative findings and provided deeper insight into implementation practices and cultural adaptation. Results indicate that most children demonstrated good to excellent development in independence, discipline, and responsibility, and social interaction. This study provides concrete recommendations for integrating culturally adapted, specifically Japanese-character-based teaching programs into Indonesia’s early childhood education system, emphasizing the importance of contextualization, consistency, and collaboration among stakeholders.

Abstract

Tujuan dari program pengambdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk mengembangkan kompetensi Guru IPA di Sleman dalam mengembangkan online diagnostic assessment (ODA)  mata pelajaran IPA untuk mengukur kesiapan pembelajaran siswa pada implemetasi kurikulum merdeka. Kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan adalah kegiatan pelatihan yang ditujukan bagi guru- guru di tingkat SMP di Sleman. Kegiatan pelatihan meliputi penyampaian materi yang meliputi konsep dasar penilaian dalam kurikulum merdeka, asesmen diganosis, dan penugasan terstuktur. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini direncanakan di salah satu SMP di Sleman yang dikolaborasikan dengan MGMP Guru IPA, sehingga memudahkan akses bagi semua guru yang akan mengikuti pelatihan ini. Kegiatan PkM dilaksanakan dengan cara tutorial (Tatap Muka), workshop, penugasan terstruktur, dan konsultasi dengan rincian. Hasil kegiatan diharapkan Guru IPA di Sleman memiliki pemahaman tentang konsep penilaian berdasarkan Kurikulum merdeka, mampu mengembangkan instrumen asesmen diagnosis berbasis online yang berorientasi kesiapan pembelajaran IPA.Selain itu, hasil Pk Mini menjadi bahan publikasi artikel ilmiah pada Jurnal Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat.

Abstract

Learning in schools still tends to be teacher-centered, with student worksheets often being overly simplistic. Additionally, students generally prefer kinesthetic learning activities. To address this, we developed an electronic student worksheet (e-worksheet) based on socio-scientific issues (SSI) for the human respiratory system topic using a design-based research (DBR) approach. This study aimed to: (1) design and iteratively refine the SSI-based E- Worksheet through expert collaboration and user testing; (2) evaluate its feasibility; and (3) explore student responses. Conducted in a private junior high school in Yogyakarta, the DBR process involved four interconnected phases: problem analysis (interviews with teachers and classroom observations), prototype design, implementation cycles (with 10 and 77 students respectively), and reflective evaluation. Data were collected from science education experts, teachers, and eighth-grade students through observations, interviews, and questionnaires, then analyzed descriptively. Results indicate that the DBR process successfully produced a contextually grounded e-worksheet, rated highly feasible by experts (content suitability: 86%, graphics: 82%) and teachers. Student responses showed strong approval (85% relevance perception, 82% engagement increase), confirming its suitability for supporting science learning

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi materi matematika SMP pada kurikulum Merdeka, dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan materi matematika pada kurikulum Merdeka dan kurikulum 2013. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan tinjauan pustaka secara sistematik. Hal ini karena digunakan sebagai studi pengembangan awal yang dilakukan untuk penyusunan LKS. Sesuai dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan, peneliti menjadi instrumen utama. Langkah-langkah penelitian ini adalah (1) merumuskan pertanyaan tinjauan, (2) melakukan pencarian literatur secara sistematis, (3) menyaring dan memilih artikel penelitian yang sesuai, (4) menganalisis dan menyintesis temuan kualitatif, (5) menjaga kendali mutu, dan (6) menyajikan temuan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari regulasi kurikulum merdeka, regulasi kurikulum 2013, dan mengidentifikasi artikel dari jurnal. Teknik analisis data mengacu pada reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa materi matematika yang dipelajari siswa pada kurikulum Merdeka sebagian besar sama dengan kurikulum 2013, namun terdapat perbedaan pada materi lingkaran. Untuk materi himpunan, dan aritmetika sosial belum dipelajari dalam kurikulum merdeka. This study aimed to identify junior high school mathematics material in the Merdeka curriculum and to find out the differences in mathematics material in the Merdeka curriculum and the 2013 curriculum. The research method used in this study was qualitative with a systematic literature review approach because it served as a preliminary development analysis carried out to prepare worksheets. According to the research method used, the researcher becomes the main instrument. The steps of this research are (1) formulating the review question, (2) conducting a systematic literature search, (3) screening and selecting appropriate research articles, (4) analyzing and synthesizing qualitative findings, (5) maintaining quality control, and (6) presenting finding. The Merdeka curriculum's regulation provided the data for this study, 2013 curriculum regulation, and identifying articles from journals. Data analysis techniques refer to data reduction, display, and verification. The results show that the mathematics material that students learn in the Merdeka curriculum is mostly the same as the 2013 curriculum, but there are differences in the circle material. The Merdeka curriculum excludes the study of set content and social math.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of a traditional children's game-based learning model to train visual-spatial intelligence of kindergarten students. A descriptive qualitative method was employed to describe systematic, factual, and accurate facts, properties, and the relationship between the phenomena studied. This study also uses holistic reflection methods through the meaning of learning games for children which can promote their visual-spatial abilities. The students of TKIT Al-Hikmah Secang, Magelang were involved as the research subjects. The results indicate that traditional games can train children’s visual-spatial intelligence and such games can be revived. The applied learning model offers moral and social education and is strongly suggested to be implemented in early education to strengthen visual-spatial intelligence and the other multiple intelligences.

Abstract

Stres kerja merupakan salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi karyawan di era modern dan digital, yang dapat berdampak negatif terhadap kesehatan mental, kepuasan kerja, serta produktivitas organisasi. Mindfulness dipandang sebagai salah satu strategi efektif untuk mengelola stres kerja sekaligus meningkatkan kesejahteraan mental karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan panduan PRISMA 2020 untuk meninjau artikel yang diterbitkan pada periode 2015–2025 dengan data yang diperoleh dari Scopus. Artikel yang dianalisis diperoleh dari berbagai database internasional dan nasional dengan kriteria inklusi: fokus pada karyawan, membahas stres kerja, mindfulness, serta kesejahteraan mental. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa mindfulness berkontribusi dalam menurunkan stres kerja, memperkuat regulasi emosi, serta berhubungan positif dengan psychological well-being dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa mindfulness dapat berfungsi sebagai strategi coping sekaligus sebagai fondasi penguatan budaya organisasi yang mendukung kesejahteraan karyawan. Implikasi praktisnya, organisasi perlu mengintegrasikan pelatihan mindfulness dalam kebijakan HR untuk meningkatkan produktivitas sekaligus menjaga kesehatan mental karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the achievement and differences in the implementation of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) program in elementary schools in Bantul Regency. This evaluative research employed a mixed-methods approach, utilizing the CIPP evaluation model with a quantitative descriptive orientation. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews, involving respondents consisting of teachers and elementary students from one public and one private elementary school, namely SD Muhammadiyah Bendo and SD Negeri Sutran. The results at SD Muhammadiyah Bendo indicate that 28.13% fall into the "Very Good" category, 12.5% into the "Good" category, 21.88% into the "Fair" category, 18.75% into the "Poor" category, and 18.75% into the "Very Poor" category. Meanwhile, at SD Negeri Sutran, 25% are in the "Very Good" category, 40.6% in the "Good" category, 18.75% in the "Medium" category, 9.4% in the "Low" category, and 6.25% in the "Very Low" category. Overall, the findings reveal a distributional difference in survey results that reflects varying degrees of program success between the two schools. Based on the data distribution and the number of students in the lower categories, SD Negeri Sutran demonstrates a more consistent and comprehensive implementation of the GLS program compared to SD Muhammadiyah Bendo

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Fun School Movement (GSM) program at public junior high schools in Kulon Progo Regency. The evaluation assesses the achievements and barriers within four key components of GSM: learning environment, pedagogical practices, character development, and school connectedness. The method used is Provus' Discrepancy Evaluation Model (DEM) with a mixed-methods approach, involving 3 principals, 28 teachers, and 288 students. Data were collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and document reviews, and analyzed using qualitative analysis and descriptive statistics. The results show that the GSM program successfully created a more positive learning environment, with an average achievement of 75.64% across the three schools, and supported student character development, with an average score of 77.92%. However, the main challenges included varying levels of understanding among teachers, low parental involvement, and the need for further teacher training. The implications of this study emphasize the need for continuous teacher training and increased parental involvement to support the more effective and sustainable implementation of GSM.
