Dalam dunia perguruan tinggi, mahasiswa diharuskan mampu untuk melaksanakan semua proses dalam belajar serta mampu menerapkan sikap disiplin dalam setiap kegiatan. Salah satu factor yang dapat mendukung terciptanya sikap disiplin adalah manajemen waktu. Salah satu aspek dalam manajemen waktu yakni perencanaan dan penjadwalan yang dapat dibuat dengan menggunakan list atau daftar, yang biasa kita kenal dengan istilah to do list. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas to do list terhadap perilaku atau sikap disiplin mahasiswa. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain kelompok tunggal pretest-posttest. Subjek dalam penelitian ini merupakan 8 orang mahasiswa berjenis kelamin laki laki dan perempuan yang sedang menempuh antara semester 2 sampai 8. Media yang digunakan adalah Google Form untuk pemberian pretest dan posttest serta aplikasi Whatsapp untuk pelaksanaan pelatihan to do list. Analisis data menggunakan uji hipotesis yang menunjukkan hasil Sig (2-tailed) 0,007 < 0,05. Hasil uji hipotesis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak yang berarti terdapat perbedaan rata rata antara pretest dan posttest sehingga terdapat pengaruh to do list pada perilaku disiplin mahasiswa.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi praktis dan efektif kepada pihak kampus dalam menangani masalah kedisiplinan mahasiswa psikologi UIN Malang angkatan 2021. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa dari 44 mahasiswa di kelas, hanya 4 orang yang datang tepat waktu, sehingga hal ini sangat mengganggu proses pembelajaran. Pendekatan token ekonomi dipilih karena terdapat penelitian terdahulu yang mengkaji efektivitasnya dalam menangani masalah kedisiplinan. Metode yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen jenis non-equivalent group design dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 8 orang yang dibagi rata menjadi dua kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan perilaku disiplin pada kelompok eksperimen yang diberikan token ekonomi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan penguatan positif dalam meningkatkan regulasi emosi pada mahasiswa. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah bahwa penguatan positif dapat membantu mahasiswa mengelola emosi mereka dengan lebih baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksperimen dengan menggunakan single case experimental design kepada mahasiswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam meregulasi emosi. Intervensi penguatan positif diterapkan selama dua minggu melalui pujian dan pengakuan atas keberhasilan subjek dalam mengelola emosinya. Data dikumpulkan melalui skala regulasi emosi yang diberikan sebelum intervensi, selama fase baseline, dan fase intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perubahan signifikan pada subjek, yang awalnya kesulitan untuk mengendalikan dan mengekspresikan emosi, menjadi lebih adaptif dan meningkatkan kemampuan mengelola emosi. Kesimpulan ini mendukung hipotesis bahwa penguatan positif efektif dalam meningkatkan regulasi emosi mahasiswa. Direkomendasikan agar strategi penguatan positif diintegrasikan dalam kurikulum pendidikan tinggi untuk mendukung kesejahteraan emosional mahasiswa. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas penggunaan reinforcement positif untuk mengurangi perilaku prokrastinasi pada mahasantri rumah tahfidz Kusward. Dengan menggunakan teori reinforcement Skinner sebagai kerangka teoritis, penelitian ini menguji apakah pemberian reinforcement positif secara konsisten dapat menurunkan perilaku prokrastnasi pada maasantri. Pendekatan ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Single Subject Research (SSR) dan menggunakan desain A- B- A. Skala yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adala skala prokrastinasi akademik teori Ferrari (1995), yang mencakup aspek-aspek, penundaan dalam memulai atau menyelesaikan tugas, keterlambatan dalam mengerjakan tugas, kesenjangan waktu antara rencana dan kinerja aktual, melakukan aktivitas lain yang lebih menyenangkan daripada mengerjakan tugas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknik penguatan positif efektif dalam mengurangi perilaku prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasantri Rumah Tahfidz Kusward. Procrastination behavior is often found in various patterns of human life, such as in this research which discusses procrastination among students. Procrastination itself arises due to several factors. The aim of this research is to find out how the influence of group counseling can reduce academic procrastination behavior with students as the subject. This research took subjects from students who were in the West Java Regional Student Organization in Malang. The sample taken was 15 people who were given group counseling treatment through positive reinforcement techniques, using quantitative methods, namely Quasi Experimental. After looking at the results, it was found that there were around 66.7% of the total population who had high academic procrastination before treatment, then after being given treatment it fell to 0.0% then 20% had the medium category and 80% had the low category. . It can be concluded from this research that there is a good influence in reducing academic procrastination in students by using group counseling through positive reinforcement techniques.

This research aims to develop mathematics learning media in the form of games. Apart from that, this research aims to determine the feasibility and find out whether the learning media being developed is appropriate and can improve students' understanding abilities in mathematics subjects. This type of research is development research with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The research subjects were class VII students at YP Sunan Dalem Gumeno Middle School. The research instruments used in this research were (1) Interview Guide (2) Validation Sheet (3) Student Response Questionnaire (4) Mathematical Understanding Ability Test Questions. The mathematics learning media in the form of games developed is expected to improve students' mathematical understanding abilities. The validation results from media experts and material experts respectively obtained an average of 4.4 and 4.2 with valid criteria. The validation results of the mathematical understanding ability test obtained an average score of 4.2 with valid criteria. The results of the student response questionnaire obtained an average practicality of 4.2 with practical criteria. The results of the mathematical understanding ability test were carried out using a t-test using the SPSS program and the results showed that the significant value was 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that students' mathematical understanding ability after using game learning media was better before using the game learning media, so it can be concluded that the learning media Games can improve students' mathematical understanding abilities and can be said to be effective. The results of this research show that learning media is said to be valid, practical, and effective. In other words, game-based mathematics learning media can improve students' mathematical understanding abilities.

This research is descriptive using a qualitative approach, which has the aim of describing the errors that students have made when solving contextual problems. Error analysis was carried out using Newman's indicators and reviewed based on student learning styles. The research subjects of class VII MTs Miftahul Ulum were three students, the selection of subjects was based on filling out a learning style questionnaire. Data collection methods in this study were written tests, questionnaires, and interviews. Data analysis in this study is data reduction, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it was found that (i) students with visual learning style showed signs of error in process skills and in writing the final answer (ii) students with auditory learning style showed signs of error in process skills indicators and writing the final answer (iii) students with kinesthetic learning style showed signs of error in understanding indicators, process skills and writing the final answer. The factors that cause students to make mistakes are that students usually make mistakes for two reasons, namely they have minimal knowledge of the material and they rarely practice contextual problems or other problems.

The purpose of this study was to describe the difficulty of students in solving story problems in terms of cognitive style. Indicators of difficulty in the study are students' difficulties in using concepts, students' difficulties in using principles, and students' difficulties in solving verbal problems. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used were written tests and interview techniques. The results showed that field-dependent subjects were able to understand concepts and were able to use principles, field-dependent subjects tended not to be able to solve verbal problems and had difficulty not being able to understand what was known and not being able to understand the form of mathematical models. While field-independent subjects can understand concepts and can use principles, field-independent subjects tend not to be able to solve verbal problems and have difficulty not being able to understand what is known in the problem

Problem-solving ability is a fundamental skill. Problem-solving is an effort to find a way out of a difficulty to achieve a goal to be achieved. There are 4 stages in solving problems as follows: understanding the problem, planning a solution, implementing the plan, and checking back. This research method uses a qualitative approach. The goal is to explain the ability of open-ended problem-solving mathematics students in terms of cognitive style type Field Independent and Field Dependent. Selection of the subject of this study using cognitive style test instrument Group Embedded Figure Test (GEFT). The results of this study showed that the FI subject was able to answer correctly without any doubt and was able to answer the question independently while the FD subject was able to answer the question there was doubt but answered correctly and when answering the question asked the researcher.

Education is an important foundation in life, and discipline, including class attendance, is a key factor in achieving effective learning. This research aims to test the effectiveness of implementing positive reinforcement in increasing student attendance. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (PTK) with three cycles in class X UIN Malang. The main variables are student attendance as the dependent variable and the application of positive reinforcement as the independent variable. The results showed a significant increase in student attendance after implementing positive reinforcement. At the pre-research stage, 40% of students had poor discipline, 30% good, and 30% very good. After stage I, the percentage of excellent discipline increases to 50%. In stage II, better results were achieved with 70% of students showing very good discipline, and only 10% still lacking discipline. This data shows that positive reinforcement is effective in motivating students to be more disciplined in attending class. This research provides a theoretical contribution by enriching the literature on the influence of positive reinforcement in education and providing practical implications for education managers in designing strategies to increase student attendance. These results support the hypothesis that students who receive positive reinforcement show higher levels of attendance compared to those who do not receive reinforcement
