Abstract

Ditching behavior is a form of juvenile delinquency that reflects student violations in school rules and regulations that will harm themselves and others, such as missing subject matter. The purpose of this study was to determine the forms, factors that encourage students to play truant as well as to determine the methods of guidance and counseling used by BK teachers based on the factors encountered. As understood, the impact of truancy behavior is failure in learning, failure in learning. The research method used in this research is qualitative. The subjects in this study were students of MTs Mukhtar Syafa'at Blokagung Banyuwangi. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews to obtain information about forms, factors, and methods of guidance and counseling, observations to obtain other information that supported the data obtained and documentation to obtain data including descriptions of schools and student development. The causes of truancy behavior are problems that come from self, family, school, and environmental factors with truant behavior, namely sleeping in the dormitory, hanging out in the shop, truant in certain subjects because they don't like the teacher and chatting when they meet their friends.

Abstract

Community economic empowerment in this study is an effort to optimize the function of Islamic boarding schools to increase the economic income of the community around the pesantren. The purpose of this study was to analyze the economic empowerment factors of the community around the Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a quantitative approach with the data used are primary and secondary data. The research sampling technique was randomized to 108 research respondents. Analysis using path analysis with the help of IBM SPSS software. The results of the analysis show that the variable that has the dominant influence value between strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat to people's income is the strength variable with a contribution of 19.18%, the second is the contribution of the Threat variable of 1.02%, the magnitude of the Weakness contribution of 0.9%, and finally the opportunity contribution of 0.1%. The overall contribution is 22.2%. the remaining 77.8% was influenced by other factors that could not be explained in the study. Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) To know the application of the qardh principle to the Sharia Gold Pawn product at BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Muncar. 2) Knowing the application of the principle of rahn on Sharia Gold Pawn products in BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Muncar. 3) to find out the application of the principle of ijarah to Sharia Gold Pawn product at BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Muncar. The research approach uses qualitative methods phenomenology with data collection methods with in-depth interviews and documentation to employees of BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Muncar. The results of the study show that the qardh principle in the Islamic Pawn Gold product is used to bind loans given by BMT to customers. The rahn principle is used to bind the collateral in the form of gold and the ijarah principle is used to bind the rental of the place for storage and security of the collateral goods. The conclusion from the analysis of the application of the contract in the practice of Islamic gold pawning (GES) at BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Muncar, shows that the principle of ijarah on sharia gold pawn products at BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Muncar is used as a contract to bind the rental of storage and security of collateral goods, the determination of fees or ujrah on this product is not in accordance with sharia provisions as described in the regulations governing ujrah and Bank Indonesia Circular Letter regarding gold-backed qardh.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and savings product quality simultaneously and partially on the level of customer satisfaction at BMT Al-Yaman Berasan. This research uses a quantitative method with an associative approach and data management using multiple linear regression analysis methods. Statistical testing in this study used the t test, F test and R Square. Sampling is done by using accidental sampling technique. In the process of collecting data using several methods, namely observation, questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. Data analysis techniques were assisted with SPSS v.16 software for windows 7. The results showed that the quality of service and the quality of savings products simultaneously had a significant effect on the level of customer satisfaction at BMT Al-Yaman Berasan. The results of this study also show partially that the variable service quality does not affect the level of customer satisfaction on BMT Al-Yaman Berasan, it is known that at a value of 1.794 <Ttable 1.985 with a significant value of 0.076. While the variable quality of savings products partially influences the level of customer satisfaction on BMT Al-Yaman Berasan, it is known that the value of Thitung is 7.269> Ttable 1.985 with a significant value of 0,000. The coefficient of determination test results shows that customer satisfaction can be explained by the quality of service and the quality of savings products by 56.9%, while (100% -56.9% = 43.1%) is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Islamic service and product quality partially and simultaneously on customer loyalty of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) at Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi. This type of research uses quantitative research with an explanatory research approach. The data source used is primary data in the form of result data from distributing questionnaires to Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) customers at Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Blokagung Banyuwangi. The sampling technique with purposive sampling was 50 students who became customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that 1) Islamic service quality partially has a significant effect on customer loyalty of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) at Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi; 2) Product quality partially has a significant effect on customer loyalty of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) at Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi; 3) Sharia service quality and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) at Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the magnitude of the contribution of education in increasing the human development index in Banyuwangi Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach by analyzing secondary data sourced from the Badan Pusat Statistik. The results of the study show that during 2016-2021 the influence between the education index and the human development index is significant with a contribution rate of 82%. The contribution of education in increasing the Human Development Index in Banyuwangi Regency is one of the variables that influence the success of the Banyuwangi Regency government's performance.

Abstract

The role of Islamic boarding schools in the form of community empowerment in substance leads to a means of establishing communication between Islamic boarding schools and the surrounding community. The purpose of this study is to describe the contribution of Islamic boarding schools which are one of the indicators of community empowerment at the Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School in Banyuwangi Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with caregiver informants and the surrounding community using SWOT analysis. The results of the research show that the development of economic empowerment products for students and the community through UMKM by utilizing natural resources around the pesantren is a step in preserving local products so that the surrounding community who are involved in the agricultural, fishery and other sectors will be able to distribute their crops to the pesantren so that the food needs of students can be met by the surrounding community.

Abstract

ABSTRACTTargets and achievements of healthy tourism development are an evaluation of government policies in maintaining the function of public goods as an effort to realize sustainable development. This study aims to analyze the targets and achievements of the development of tourism areas in Banyuwangi Regency in accordance with macro healthy tourism indicators and in tourist destinations with the highest number of tourist visits. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method, then a sample of 12 research respondents was obtained, namely from Bappeda, Health Office, Culture and Tourism Office, and Tourism Awareness Groups in 10 tourist destinations with the highest number of visits in 2020. The analysis used descriptive statistical analysis. about the targets and achievements of the implementation of the Healthy Regency indicators in Banyuwangi Regency. The results showed that at a macro level, Healthy Tourism Development in Banyuwangi Regency had reached the target as a Regency that deserves to be categorized as healthy tourism by 82.5%, while in the top ten tourist destinations it shows that there are still tourist destinations that have scores below 80%.Keywords: Development, healthy tourism, Banyuwangi Regency

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence between mudharabah financing, musyarakah financing and bank profitability. To find out the simultaneous influence between mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing on bank profitability using financing products at PT BNI Syariah. This study uses a quantitative approach. The independent variable of this research is mudharabah (X1) and musyarakah financing (X2), while the dependent variable (Y) is bank profitability. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. Research Results Partially from mudharabah financing (X1) to bank profitability (Y) produces tcount> t table, t count of 3.099 t table 2.447 means that it is significant; Partially musyarakah financing (X2) to bank profitability (Y) produces tcount <ttable, tcount of 0.218 and ttable 2.447 means that it is not significant; Simultaneously mudharabah financing (X1) and musyarakah financing (X2) to bank profitability (Y) produce Fcount value of 6,800 while Ftable is 5.14, then Fcount> Ftable means that it is significant that the variable mudharabah financing (X1) and musyarakah financing (X2 ) significant effect on profitability (Y) in PT BNI Syariah Period 2010-2018

Abstract

Tourism is one sector that can contribute to certain regional incomes. Healthy tourism must be accompanied by facilities that support tourist needs. This research aims to analyze the priorities for healthy tourism development based on the main indicators of facilities in Banyuwangi Regency. The research method uses quantitative research by distributing questionnaires to expert respondents. Analysis uses an Analytic Network Process (ANP). The results of the research show that the value of Kendall's coefficient of concordance W (rater agreement) is 0.85. The diversity of scores given by each respondent contributed to the rater agreement figure of 85%. This shows that the level of agreement of respondents regarding the priority order in the tourism facilities sub-criteria is high, referring to facilities as an important indicator in serving tourists. Pariwisata yang sehat harus disertai dengan sarana yang mendukung kebutuhan wisatawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis prioritas pengembangan pariwisata sehat berdasarkan indikator pokok sarana di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Keragaman nilai yang diberikan oleh masing-masing responden turut menyumbang perolehan angka rater agreement sebesar 85% hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesepakatan responden atas urutan prioritis pada sub kriteria sarana pariwisata adalah tinggi, mengacu sarana merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam melayani wisatawan.
