Abstract

Abstract : The problem in this research is lack of chest pass at doing passing on basketball boys team SMAN 1 Pekanbaru. According to the problem the writer conduct Tossback (wall) pass exercise, to know the effect of tossback (wall) pass exercise towards chest pass on the basketball boys team SMAN 1 Pekanbaru. In order that, chest pass reach maximum result. This reasearch is an experimental research, research design is one group pretest-posttest. The population in this research is basketball team SMAN 1 Pekanbaru which consist of 11 people. Technique sampling that is used is total sampling which is all population of basketball boys team SMAN 1 Pekanbaru. The instrument that given to tosback (wall) pass is wall pass test. After that the data is analyze with statistical way to test the normality with lilifors test on significant phase α (0,05). The Hyphotesis that is proposed is the effect of tossback (wall) pass to wards the chest pass. Based on the results of the analysis resulted in pretest tossback (wall) the average of 12,36 and the average posttest of 16,36 with an increase of 4,0. According to T test, produce a result thitung 6,8 and ttable 1,81, it means that thitung > ttable . Therefore, there is effect of tossback (wall) pass exercise towards chest pass at dpoing passing on basketball boys team SMAN 1 Pekanbaru.Keywords : Tossback (wall), Chest Pass

Abstract

Abstract : Based on the researcher’s of female basketball team SMAN 1 Kampar, research found the result of shooting basketball was not optimal. It influences physical condition that is explosive power arm-shoulder muscles and hand-eyes coordination. The purpose of this research is to see the correlation between explosive power arm-shoulder muscle with the result of shooting, the correlation hand-eye coordination with the result shooting and the coordination explosive power arm-shoulder muscles with the result of shooting of female basketball team SMAN 1 Kampar. Population in this research is all female basketball team SMAN 1 Kampar amount 12 people. Based on population that is not so large and within the limits the researchers set the whole population is used as a sample. The research sample as many as 12 people. Research instrument used two hand medicine ball put test, throwing a tennis ball catch test and set shoot test. Data were analyzed by product moment correlation. Based on research results, it can be concluded as follows : 1. Shows that there is correlation of explosive power arm-shoulder muscle with the result of shooting which shows correlation rhitung (0,668)> rtabel (0,602) so Ha be accepted. 2 there is correlation hand-eye coordination with the result of shooting, which shows correlation rhitung (0,607)> rtabel (0,602) so Ha be accepted. 3. There is correlation between explosive power arm-shoulder muscles and hand-eyes coordination with the result of, which shows r =0,771 rhitung (0,771)> rtabel (0,602) so Ha be accepted.Key word : explosive power arm-shoulder muscles, hand-eyes coordination, shooting.

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research are when got a shoot in to the ring, the ball are not in and in another time the ball are not touching the ring (airball), so that the man basketball team of senior high school 1 pekanbaru are poinless. And the problems come from the player are not having a technique well, and based on observation, researcher found that player does mistake when they are doing a shoot. This mistake considered happen because of there is no hands and shoulder explosive muscular power to push the ball in to the ring and a good eye-hand coordination when doing a shoot. The goal of this research is to know about correlation of hands and shoulder explosive muscular power and eye-hand coordination with shooting ability in basketball game on Man Basketball Team of Senior High Shool 1 Pekanbaru.This research contains of three variables which are; hands and shoulder explosive muscular power (X1), eye-hand coordination (X2), and shooting ability (Y). The sample took the whole sample (total sampling) of Senior High School 1 Pekanbaru man basketball team that contains of 12 players. The data collected by using vertical power jump instrument, throw and catch tennis ball, and shooting test. Data processing used correlation method which using normality test, correlation of product-moment test, The normality test of variable X1, L0max (0,20) < Ltable (0,242), normality test of variable X2, L0max (0,13) < Ltable (0,242), and normality test of variable Y, L0max (0,20) < Ltable (0,242). On significant stage of 0,05 if L0maks < Ltabel means the population distributed normally. The product-moment test of X1Y Rhitung (0,66) < Rtabel (0,602), the product-moment test of X2Y Rhitung (0,87) < Rtabel (0,602), and product-moment test of X1X2Y Rhitung (0,91) < Rtabel (0,602).so that the Hyphotesis o are not allowed and the Hyphotesis a are accept. Based of the research there are a correlation of hands and shoulder explosive muscular power (X1) and eye hand coordination (X2) with shooting ability (Y) on man basketball team of Senior High School 1 Pekanbaru.Keywords : Explosive muscular power, Eye hand coordination, Shooting ability

Abstract

Abstract : Based on the researcher’s observation of male students in class VII SMPN 023 Pekanbaru. Researcher discovered a weakness of volleyball under serviced. It seen when under served many balls still not over the net and the ball is not optimal, it influences phsycal fitness like arm-shoulder muscles. The purpose of this research is to see how much the correlation of arm-shoulder with ability of vollyball under service of male student in class VII SMPN 023 Pekanbaru City. Population in this research Population in this research amount 318 people, 150 male and 168 female. Based on population that is large and within the limits the researchers set the half population is used as a sample (purposive sampling). The study sample is all male students in class VII G as many as 16 people. Research instrument measure power arm muscles used two hand medicine ball put test and under serve test. Data were analyzed by product moment correlation. Based on research results, it can be concluded as follows : there is no correlation exsplosive power of arm-shoulder with ability of volleyball under service of male students in class VII SMPN 023 Pekanbaru.Key word : explosive power of arm-shoulder muscles, under service.

Abstract

ABSTRACT, the problem in this study originated from the observation that the author found in SMA Negeri 1 Bengkalis, long jump result is yet to get maximum results. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of leg muscle explosive power and speed to run with the results of the long jump at SMA Negeri 1 Bengkalis. This type of research is correlational. The population in this study were students of SMAN 1 Bengkalis numbering 131 people using purposive technique next to the sample in this study was 20 people The population in this study were students of SMAN 1 Bengkalis which amounts to 131 people using purposive technique next to the sample in this study was 20 people consisting of male students only . To get the research data used tests standing broad jump, 40 yard running speed with the results of the long jump. Data were analyzed by simple and multiple product moment. Based on data analysis found that the results obtained from the explosive power leg muscle have a relationship with the results of the long jump. From the results obtained running speed have a relationship with the results of the long jump. There is a relationship jointly between leg muscle explosive power and speed to run against the results of the jump.Keywords : Explosive Power Leg Muscle, Speed, Long Jump

Abstract

Abstract, This research was conducted to determine whether there is influence of standing barbell triceps extention exercise on muscle strength of the arm and shoulder to men's volleyball team in SMAN 2 Pekanbaru, so that when serving on getting maximum results. This research is a form of research with experimental treatment to a population of men's volleyball player in SMAN 2 Pekanbaru. The data in this research is the entire population of 12 people. The instrument in this research is a expanding dynamometer test which aims to measure the strength of the arm and shoulder muscles. After that, the data is processed with statistical normality test with lillifors test at significant level 0,05????. The hypothesis is the influence of standing barbell triceps extention exercise on muscle strength of the arm and shoulder. Based on t test analysis produces Tcount is 8,14 and Ttable is 1,796, means Tcount > Ttable. Based on the analysis of statistical data, the average of Pre test is 18,00 and the average of past test is 21,83, so those data is normal. Thus, there is the influence of standing barbell triceps extention exercise on muscle strength of the arm and shoulder in serving on the men's volleyball team in SMAN 2 Pekanbaru.Keywords: standing barbell triceps extention, muscle strength of the arm and shoulder

Abstract

Abstract, Based on the observation that the author did in SDN 010 Beringin Jaya Sentajo Raya Regency Kuantan Singingi, there are still many students who are learning outcomes is low. It is seen and be based on learning outcomes for students penjasorkes even semester 2016 listed in report students. Low penjasorkes student learning outcomes is probably due to the nutritional status of students, therefore the purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of nutritional status and the student learning outcomes SDN 010 Beringin Jaya. This type of research is correlational while samples were students of class V SDN 010 Beringin Jaya amounting to 22 with a total sampling technique. Data obtained from measurements of height and weight of the sample fatherly nutritional status and value of MID semester for student learning outcomes. Data analysis using product moment correlation and Liliefors test for normality. Having analyzed the data obtained rhitung 0,495 rtabel 0.433, meaning that there is a relationship of nutritional status to learning outcomes penjasorkes students at SDN 010 Beringin Jaya Sentajo Raya. Abstract

ABSTRACT, The problem in this study originated from the observation of the author during semester exams and competitions class meeting, the low result of the long jump SMA Negeri 1 Benai District of Kuantan Singingi caused by several factors, namely the explosive power leg muscle. The purpose of this study was to determine how big the contribution of explosive power leg muscle to long jump result on SMA Negeri 1 Benai students District of Kuantan Singingi. This type of research is correlational. The population in this study were students of SMA Negeri 1 Benai District Kuantan Singingi totaling 35 people using techniques that side where all the total population sampled, to obtain research data used vertical jump and long jump. Data were analyzed with simple product moment, to determine the contribution of used frequency determinant. Based on data analysis found that the results obtained explosive power leg muscle had significant corelation with the results of the long jump SMA Negeri 1 Benai students District of Kuantan Singingi, characterized by the results obtained by the rcount (0494)> rtable, (0334) and has contributed Kp = r2 (0.4942) x100% = 24%.Keywords : Explosive Power Leg Muscles, Long Jump

Abstract

Abstract: This study used leg muscle strength with accuracy of volley ball smash on students of man extracurricular volley ball MAN 1 Muara Fajar Pekanbaru. The goal is to find out how much muscle strength with the accuracy of volley ball smash on students son extracurricular volley ball MAN 1 Muara Fajar Pekanbaru. This research technique using total sampling technique with sample number 12 student. This form of research is free. Instruments that are vertical jump and volley ball smash test. Then, the test data using the normality test, the product test of noble moments, test significant α = 0.05. Normality test of variable X, L0max (0,1839) <Ltable (0,242), and test of normality of variable Y, L0max (0,1517) <Ltable (0,242) in other words 95% confidence level normal data and research conclusion show: significant relationship between leg muscle strength relationship with volley ball smash accuracy, with general r = 0.6439 where rcount > rtable or 0.6439> 0.602. Abstract: The purpose of this research was conducted to find out if there is theeffect of horizontal swing exercise towards shoulder and arm muscle power on athletespplp riau pekanbaru. Type of research used is experiment and using one preetestposttestdesign. Population is research in athletes tennis pplp riau pekanbaru is theentire populations of 6 people. While the sample technique used is total sampling(saturated sample) where all the population is sampled. The sample in this amounted to6 people of athletes tennis pplp riau pekanbaru. The instrument used two-hand medicineball. After that, the data is processed with statistics, normality test with lilifors test atsignificance level ɑ (0.05). The hypothesis is The Effect Of Horizontal Swing ExerciseToward Shoulder And Arm Muscle Power In Mens’s Tennis Athlete Pplp RiauPekanbaru. Based on the analysis of statistical data, there are an average pree-test315,16 and an average post-test 368,33, then the data is normal with an increase of50,17 . Based on t test analysis produces t hitung = 10.26 > t tabel = 1.943. Meaning t hitung> t tabel.
