Abstract

Riset ini disusun guna mengetahui peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia di Kampung Emas Seyegan dalam memanajemen, mengelola, dan sebagai fasilitator. Hal ini dilakukan dengan dibentuk kelompok sadar wisata atau Pokdariws dengan metode ceramah, musyawarah, praktik, dan apresiasi yang dianalisis dalam bentuk deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini terwujudnya manajemen pelaksanaan outbond dan pengelolaan wisata sekaligus sebagai fasilitator dalam kegiatan di Kampung Emas. Kegiatan terlaksana dengan terselenggaranya program inovasi pengembangan potensi desa yaitu “sembilan berkah” dalam kegiatan seni, outbond, dan edukasi.

Abstract

Early childhood has the potential for interests and talents that children have at different stages of development. One of them is through art activities that have many benefits for children to distinguish each meaning in thinking by feeling with the benefits that can be obtained in learning art. One of the art activities that can be done at school is to introduce traditional Yogyakarta dances and angklung games. Yogyakarta's local cultural wisdom is one of the efforts that can preserve local culture for early childhood. Through art activities based on local cultural wisdom, Yogyakarta can explore children's abilities well so that children can express, play and participate in preserving local cultural wisdom.

Abstract

The development of art in early childhood education is an important area to pay attention to. The existence of digital technology that can be used in the education field can help educators optimize art activities with local wisdom themes to maximize children's art learning. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results show a close correlation between art events and efforts to preserve local wisdom. Local wisdom that is preserved includes extracurricular angklung, vocals with traditional song themes, and dances accompanied by traditional Javanese songs. Schools provide facilities for children to learn about various arts through school contributions to art competitions and events that amaze local wisdom. Schools also actively document every art activity on social media. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that art events and social media are a brand of art learning and a bridge to introduce local wisdom. Social media containing various children's art events can also provide positive value for school institutions and increase the school's market value among the community.

Abstract

In early childhood education, traditional dance instruction often relies heavily on imitation and structured routines, potentially limiting children's creative development. Recent research suggests that more open-ended, expressive approaches may better foster creativity and movement exploration in young learners. This case study investigates applying a free-expression approach in dance learning to develop children's creativity in kindergarten, which addresses the critical need to move away from imitative teaching methods. The research utilized a qualitative case study methodology. Data were collected through observations of eight teaching sessions recorded in field notes, interviews with teachers conducted in a semi-structured manner, the data recorded as interview notes, and document collection whose results were recorded as documentation notes. The data collection also involved student subjects of nine children aged five to six years for four weeks. The data were then analyzed using Milles and Huberman's flow, which consisted of data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was guaranteed through observation, interviews, and triangulation of document studies. The results showed that the implementation process successfully passed through three phases (initial resistance, progressive integration, and emergent synthesis), indicating an effective teacher transition from demonstrator to facilitator. The pattern of children's creativity development varied based on their movement background. Analysis of creativity indicators showed measurable progress across all four dimensions (fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration), mainly when supported by appropriate environmental modifications. However, the systematic documentation of the implementation process provides a valuable framework that other institutions can adapt for their specific contexts while suggesting directions for future research in developing appropriate assessment tools for early childhood education.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatahui gambaran pelaksanaan pola pelatihan manajement di de Giripurwo, Purwosari, Gunungkidul sebagai peningkatan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Diawali dengan melakukan analisis data sekunder mengenai gambaran terkait dengan produk - produk yang dapat dikembangkan di desa Giripurwo. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian sebagai sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat giripurwo. Pola management pelatihan yang dipilih ialah pelatihan management pengemasan nilai-nilai produk yang ada di desa giripurwo dan juga pengemasan yang berbasis IT. Di era new normal ini banyak sekali produk-produk yang ditawarkan lewat sosial media. Sosial media kini sudah menjadi teman dan disana disediakan apapun yang kita butuhkan. Digital marketing dibicarakan sebagai upaya pemasaran produk berbasis IT. Dengan digital marketing dan pemanfaatan sosial media dapat menekan biaya promosi dan dapat dialihkan untuk bahan produksi.

Abstract

Pembelajaran seni tari di pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) berperan penting dalam mengembangkan aspek fisik, sosial-emosional, dan kognitif anak. Penelitian ini menganalisis kesenjangan antara teori pembelajaran seni tari yang mendukung eksplorasi kreatif dengan praktik lapangan yang sering berfokus pada hasil akhir atau kompetisi, menggunakan studi kasus di KB-TK Laboratorium Pedagogia dan TK ABA Jogokaryan, Yogyakarta. Metode kualitatif diterapkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun fasilitas memadai, pelaksanaan teori kurang optimal karena keterbatasan waktu, tekanan prestasi, dan kurangnya dukungan eksplorasi gerak yang fleksibel. Rekomendasi mencakup penerapan pendekatan eksploratif yang lebih spesifik, seperti mengintegrasikan gerakan bebas berbasis budaya lokal, dan mengurangi orientasi pada hasil kompetisi untuk mendukung kreativitas dan keterlibatan anak. Temuan ini memiliki implikasi penting bagi kebijakan pendidikan dan praktik di PAUD. Pemerintah dan pembuat kebijakan perlu memberikan dukungan yang lebih besar terhadap pendekatan eksploratif dalam pembelajaran seni tari, termasuk melalui alokasi anggaran untuk pengadaan fasilitas seni yang memadai.

Abstract

Learning for early childhood aims to develop various abilities and train children in meeting their needs. One of the needs of children is self-actualization which can be stimulated through learning at school. Learning activities at school can be done with various activities. One of them is angklung learning activities. Where these activities are extracurricular activities at school with the aim of increasing children's talents and interests. This study aims to determine how to implement angklung learning patterns in schools as a form of early childhood actualization. This research was conducted with qualitative descriptive research methods with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research were analyzed to find out what kind of angklung learning can realize early childhood self-actualization.

Abstract

The research aims to examine the influence of using learning using the discovery learning learning model assisted by the Quizizz application on the learning outcomes of Class VI students on the topic of Ecosystem Balance. The research was carried out at SD Negeri 2 Keputran on class VI students. The sampling technique uses a purposive area sampling method. The research used a quasi-experimental design with data collection techniques through post-tests in the form of multiple choice questions and descriptions, observation, documentation and interviews. The data obtained was analyzed using statistical tests which included normality tests, data analysis using the Paired Samples t-Test. Based on the Validity Test, the results show r = 0.829 α >(0.05) so that all question items show valid results. Reliability test if the α value > 0.734 the value is reliable. Then the results of the normality test value of learning outcomes are 0.562 > α (0.05) exceeding the significant value, so the variable values ​​are normally distributed, followed by using the Paired Sample t-Test test, the results of the t-test results are learning outcomes at a sig value of 0.00 < α (0.05) then reject H0. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of learning using the discovery learning learning model assisted by the Quizizz Application on the Learning Outcomes of Class VI Students on Ecosystem Balance Material
