Abstract

Gempa bumi besar di Laut Maluku pada 15 November 2014 Mw 7,1 dan 21 Desember 2014 Mw 6,3 telah dilakukan pengamatan prekursor dengan anomali ULF. Data MAGDAS dari stasiun Manado (MND) , Pare-Pare (PRP) dan Sicincin (SCN) diolah sejak 31 Oktober hingga 31 Desember 2014. Untuk menginvestigasi anomali ULF sebelum gempa bumi digunakan metode analisis polarisasi rasio komponen Z dan H (SZ/SH) dan polarisasi rasio komponen horizontal stasiun utama dan referensi(SH1/SH2). Indeks DST perlu dibandingkan dengan hasil polarisasi untuk memastikan anomali saat hari tenang berasal dari aktivitas litosfer. Berdasarkan hasil kedua metode di atas diperoleh adanya anomali sebelum gempa bumi terjadi dengan lead time 14 hari untuk gempa Mw 7,1 dan lead time 4 hari sebelum gempa Mw 6,3. Abstract

Abstract- This research aims to analyze the use of e-commerce and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), especially the supply chain strategy for Small Business Enterprises (SMEs) as an effort to strengthen business competitiveness. This study uses an experimental design by providing intervention to respondents. Descriptive analysis was carried out to reflect the data obtained from the process of identifying the profiles of several SMEs and this study involved 40 SMEs in Yogyakarta. The data was processed using inductive analysis with paired sample t-test to find out the difference between e-commerce insights and IPR ownership before and after the experiment. One-Sample Kolmogorov Smirnoff is used to test data normality to determine different types of tests. The findings demonstrate that there are significant differences before conducting the experiment and after. The research shows that communication is a key tool ensuring the efficiency of supply chain cooperation as perceived seriously by the SME. The experiment indicates the significant level of 0.003 is lower than alpha of 0.05 for e-commerce. While the ownership of IPR such as trademarks showed significant gains as well, as indicated by the significant level 0.000 lower than alpha 0.05. The result of experimental method has made marketing techniques with e-commerce and IPR ownership.

Abstract

The prevalence of hypertension will continue to increase globally and it is predicted that by 2025 there will be a high increase of around 1.15 billion cases of hypertension worldwide. Hypertension that does not get good treatment will cause complications and death. Patient with hypertension need family support is needed for a hypertensive diet. This study aims to determine the relationship of family support for adherence to the hypertension diet in hypertensive patients in Tapos Depok Village. This research method uses a cross-sectional research design. This research was conducted in Tapos Depok Village with a total sample of 93 respondents. Sampling in this study using cluster sampling method and Simple Random Sampling technique. Data analysis using the Chi-Square test. The results obtained values ??p=0.001, which means there is a relationship between family support for compliance with hypertension diet in hypertensive patients in Tapos Depok Village. Obtained values OR=5,704 which means respondents who received good family support will more easily comply with their hypertension diet, compared with respondents who did not family support.

Abstract

Tujuan dari sosialisasi ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman yang benar dalam   pengelolaan  dana Bantuan Operasional  Sekolah  (BOS)  di  SMP  Negeri 1  Tikung  Lamongan.  Dalam kegiatan ini disampaikan poin penting tahap pengelolaan dana BOS yang efektif dan efisien yaitu: (1) Perencanaan dana BOS di SMP Negeri 1 Tikung Lamongan tahun ajaran dilakukan dengan menyusun RKAS oleh tim anggaran sekolah dengan diketahui  oleh  komite  sekolah,  guru,  karyawan,  dan  orangtua  atau  wali  murid. Penyusunan  RKAS  di  laksanakan  bersama  dengan  penyusunan  RAB  BOS (2) Pelaksanaan penggunaan dana BOS di SMP Negeri 1 Tikung Lamongan, dimana sekolah menerima dana bos secara triwulan. Pengunaan dana BOS di alokasikan dalam 2 komponen yaitu belanja langsung terkait dengan ke delapan Standar Nasional Pendidikan dan belanja tidak langsung terkait dengan gaji dan tunjangan para guru (3) Pengawasan dana BOS di SMP Negeri 1 Tikung Lamongan pertama-tama dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah secara langsung dengan cara rutin memeriksa laporan keuangan sekolah pada akhir bulan, berkomunikasi dengan bendahara serta melihat langsung penggunaan dana BOS.

Abstract

This research attempts to influence the inflation growth, the oil price dow jones industrial average to Composite Stock Price Index which is registred in indonesian stock exchange in the period of 2007-2011. The population in this research was the whole index in indonesian stock exchange (ISE). The sample was taken based on sampling purpodive. The data analysis technique used double linier regression. The dependent variable in this research was the growth of Composite Stock Price Index, while the independent variable was the inflation growth, the oil price and dow jones industrial average. The results of this research showed that the almost dependent variable used had effects for the growth of Composite Stock Price Index. The inflation rate growth variable did not have effects on Composite Stock Price Index growth, while the oil price rate variable and dow jones industrial average had effects on Composite Stock Price Index growth. Simultaneously, the independent variables examinedhere had effects on Composite Stock Price Index growth.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of financial performance on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR). In this study the company's financial performance is measured using return on asset (ROA), net profit margin (NPM), current ratio (CR), debt to equity ratio (DER), and inventory turnover (INTO). The sample used is secondary data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Annual Report ie companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index on the Stock Exchange in the year 2008-2012. Samples were taken by using purposive sampling method and sample selection criteria. The samples used were 38 companies. Based on the results of tests performed by t test NPM and INTO variables significantly influence variable CSR disclosure. While going through the t test can be seen that the variable ROA, CR, and DER no significant effect on CSR disclosure. While based on simultaneous test (F test) ROA, NPM, CR, DER, and INTO simultaneously having an influence on CSR disclosure. R2 is the magnitude of 0.206. This suggests that the major effect of the independent variables are ROA, NPM, CR, DER and INTO the dependent variable is CSR disclosure can be explained by the model equations by 20.6% while the remaining 79.4% is influenced by other factors beyond research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess bankruptcy prediction in the National Private Banks Foreign Exchange listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. This study uses the size of liquidity ratio of working capital to total assets. This study uses the find were the purposive sampling. The population in this study is the National Private Commercial Bank Foreign Exchange listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the period of the study, namely between 2010 until 2013. The sample amounted to 21 banks during the 4 years that have been selected based on specific criteria. Based on the results of the analysis carried out stating that the National Private Commercial Bank Foreign Exchange listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2010 there were 29 % of banks that are insolvent, 71 % of banks that are in the gray area, and no banks that are in not bankruptcy predictions. In 2011 29 % of banks that are insolvent, 67 % of banks that are in the gray area and 5 % are located on the banks not bankruptcy prediction. In 2012 29 % of banks that are insolvent, 67 % of banks that are in the gray area, and 5 % of banks that are in the prediction of the bank is not bankrup. In 2013 29 % of banks that are in bankruptcy prediction, 71 % of banks that are in the gray area, and there are no banks that are in not bankruptcy predictions. There is no difference in Z-score on bankruptcy prediction National Private Banks Foreign Exchange Listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange between 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013.

Abstract

The dividend payout ratio determines the amount of profit divided into cash dividends and retained earnings as a source of funding. This ratio shows the percentage of company earnings paid to the company's common shareholders in the form of cash dividends. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on BEI. The technique of determining the sample in this study using purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data derived from annual financial statements. Data collection techniques used are documentation techniques. Manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange from 2012-2015 amounted to 143, while companies that fit the criteria in this study as many as 21 companies or 15%. Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The result of hypothesis testing from this research shows that firm size and return on assets influence to dividend payout ratio while cash position, ownership, free cash flow, investment opportunity set does not affect dividend payout ratio.

Abstract

AbstractResearch on Distance Learning Management (PJJ) in the subject of Islamic Religious Education and Characteristics aims to identify distance learning management conducted on Islamic Education and BP SMP teachers in Tegal City. The distance learning management studied includes the Learning Management System (LMS) and PJJ Applications, the approaches and methods used, as well as the implications for competency attainment and the problems encountered. The Learning Management System and applications used are Google Classroom, WhatsApp, Google Form, Google Meeting, Zoom Cloud Meeting, and AGPAII Digital. The approach used is a scientific approach with the method of Problem Based Learning, Project Based Learning, Inquiry, and Discovery Learning. The implication of distance learning that is carried out is related to the achievement of students' competencies, including Attitude, Spiritual, Social, Knowledge and Skill Competencies. The training was carried out to overcome the problems faced, namely training on the use of LMS and PJJ applications, training on distance learning methods, and training on making ICT-based teaching materials. Effective communication with parents is needed in order to achieve competency attainment.AbstrakPenelitian Manajemen Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi manajemen pembelajaran jarak jauh  yang dilakukan pada guru PAI dan BP SMP di Kota Tegal. Manajeman pembelajaran jarak jauh  yang diteliti meliputi Learning Management Sytem (LMS) dan Aplikasi PJJ, pendekatan dan metode yang digunakan, serta  implikasi terhadap ketercapaian kompetensi dan permasalahan yang ditemui. Learning Management Sytem dan aplikasi yang digunakan adalah Google Classroom, WhatsApp, Google Form, Google Meeting, Zoom Cloud Meeting, dan AGPAII Digital. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan saintifik dengan metode Problem Based Learning, Project Based Learning, Inquiry, dan Discovery Learning. Implikasi dari pembelajaran jarak jauh yang dilakukan berhubungan dengan ketercapaian kompetensi peserta didik, meliputi Kompetensi Sikap, yakni Spiritual dan Sosial, Pengetahuan, dan Ketrampilan. Pelatihan dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi, yaitu Pelatihan penggunaan LMS dan Aplikasi PJJ, Pelatihan metode pembelajaran jarak jauh, dan pelatihan pembuatan bahan ajar berbasis TIK. Komunikasi efektif dengan orang tua diperlukan guna mencapai ketercapaian kompetensi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine differences in the performance of stock in a company that does Corporate Social Responsibility and the company does not undertake Corporate Social Responsibility in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.   Samples of this company is a manufacturing company that does Corporate Social Responsibility and the company does not undertake Corporate Social Responsibility in 2013. The stock performance is analyzed by using the ratios earnings price ratio, price-to-book ratio and earnings per share and do independent samples test or Mann Whitney test for testing the significance of differences.  The results of this study indicate that outlines the company's stock performance that does Corporate Social Responsibility has no difference with the stock performance of companies that do not do a Corporate Social Responsibility. This is shown by the results obtained in the analysis of financial ratios which includes price earnings ratio, price to book value and earnings per share.
