Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the management program and development of the former of prostitutes (WTS) of woman’s social service center (PPSKW) Mattiro Deceng in Makassar city. The research method was qualitative and this research was used case study. The data collection techniques were observation, interview, and documentation. The result of this research showed that the management program and development of the former of prostitutes (WTS) of woman’s social service center (PPSKW) Mattiro Deceng in Makassar city were running well. It could be seen from the planning, organizing, mobilization, supervision, and also job skills that was offered through the skills of cosmetology, culinary, and sewing. Keywords: management, development, former prostitutes (WTS) Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui program pengelolaan dan pembinaan mantan Wanita Tuna Susila (WTS) pada Pusat Pelayanan Sosial Karya Wanita (PPSKW) Mattiro Deceng Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif dan penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen berupa observasi, wawancara, dan pengambilan dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pengelolaan dan pembinaan mantan Wanita Tuna Susila (WTS) pada Pusat Pelayanan Sosial Karya Wanita (PPSKW) Mattiro Deceng Kota Makassar berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan, pengawasan serta keterampilan kerja yang ditawarkan melalui keterampilan tata rias, tata boga, dan menjahit. Kata kunci: pengelolaan, pembinaan, Wanita Tuna Susila (WTS)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the work environment, to determine the performance and to determine the effect of the work environment on the performance of employees in the Office of UPT TPAS Tamangapa Makassar City. The type of research used is quantitative. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and literature. The data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive statistics using the SPSS application. The population is 70 and the sampling technique uses a saturated / census sample technique. The results of this study indicate that the analysis of work environment variables is in the good category of 72.2% and the variable analysis of employee performance is in the good category of 70.7%. As well as this study shows that it has an influence on the performance of employees in the Office UPT TPAS Tamangapa City of Makassar at 69.6% and 30,4%  is influenced by factors that exist in the employee itself. Keywords: Influence, Work Environment, PerformanceABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lingkungan kerja, untuk mengetahui kinerja dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor UPT TPAS Tamangapa Kota Makassar. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif. Teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner dan kepustakaan. Data tersebut dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Populasi sebanyak 70 dan Teknik Pengambilan Sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh/sensus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis variabel lingkungan kerja berada dalam kategori baik sebesar 72,2% dan analisis variabel kinerja pegawai berada dalam kategori baik sebesar 70,7%. Serta penelitian ini menunjukkan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor UPT TPAS Tamangapa Kota Makassar sebesar 69,6% dan 30,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor – faktor yang ada pada pegawai itu sendiri.Kata kunci: Pengaruh, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja

Abstract

The study aims to determine how much influence the process recruitmen the performance of the organization. This types of research is carried out with the kind of quantitative descriptive type. In taking a random sample was simple (random sampling). The data was analyzed by linear regression and correlation with the help of statistical program spss 16. Hypothesis test shadow that the variables of process recruitmen (t) = 0,751 with sig value of 0,355 for the value of the signature that gained more  than 0,05 indicates that the value of (t) obtained is significant. This means that the process recruitmen variables (x) effect on performance of the organization (y) then Ho are accepted. The are fore the outhers accepted hypothesis.Keyword:The culture of process recruitmen, organizational, performance Penelitia ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh proses  rekruitmen terhadap kinerja organisasi. Jenispenelitian iniadalah jenis kuantitatif dilakukan dengan tipe penelitian survey.Dalam mengambil sampel dilakukan secara data pengaruh proses rekruitemen dikumpul dengan menggunakan instrument berupa questioner, observasi terhadap beberapa responden. Data tersebut dianalisis secara statistik regresi linear dan korelasi dengan bantuan statistic program SPSS release 16. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variable proses rekruitmen (t) = 0,751 dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,000 karena nilai dari sig yang diperoleh lebih dari 0,355 maka menunjukkan bahwa (t) yang diperoleh tersebut signifikan. Hal ini berarti bahwa variable proses rekruitmen (X) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi (Y) maka Ho diterima. Oleh karena itu hipotesis yang diajukan penulis diterima.Kata kunci:proses rekruitmen, kinerja organisasi

Abstract

Penyelundupan narkoba di Kabupaten Nunukan merupakan persoalan penting yang harus segera ditindak lanjuti. Tindak kejahatan penyelundupan dan peredaran narkoba apabila tidak dilakukan penindakan yang tegas maka akan menimbulkan jumlah penyebarannya akan terus bertambah apabila persoalan ini terus berlangsung, maka bisa menimbulkan ancaman terhadap keaamanan dan ketahanan bangsa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan upaya Badan Narkotika Nasional dalam penanggulangan narkoba di Kabupaten Nunukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dengan analisis data menggunakan software NVivo 12 Plus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya yang dilakukan oleh Badan Narkotika Nasional Kabupaten Nunukan dalam mencegah penyelundupan narkoba yaitu: 1. Melakukan koordinasi baik disektor pemerintah, sektor swasta, pendidikan dan masyarakat. Badan Narkotika Nasional Kabupaten Nunukan juga telah melakukan perjanjian (Memorandum of Understanding) bersama Polres Kabupaten Nunukan, LP RRI Nunukan dan Tim Penggerak Pembinaan Keluarga. 2. Upaya preemtif yaitu berupa kegiatan Komunikasi, informasi dan edukasi P4GN melalui sosialisasi atau penyuluhan dengan memasuki komunitas masyarakat, pemerintah dan Pendidikan dan 3. Upaya preventif berupa kegiatan test urin serta operasi patroli melalui keamanan laut. Selain Badan Narkotika Nasional Kabupaten Nunukan membentuk Desa Bersih Narkoba.

Abstract

This study aims to how the collaboration of government organisations in controlling illegal parking in Makassar City. This type of research uses qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate that Collaboration carried out by the Department of Transportation, Head of the Pamung Praja Police Unit for Makassar City, and PD Parking Makassar Raya, such as joint meetings held 2-3 times a month, still needs to be improved because we can see there are still many problems that often occur in the field, such as the number of vehicles which are parked on the side of the road, apart from that the joint operations carried out between these agencies have still not been resolved because of the related parties who have not maximized their operating schedules and the lack of signs on the road and the process of implementing management and evaluation between these agencies has been effective, but this authority has not run smoothly, such as the regulation of parking lots and prosecution of motorists has not yet become a deterrent effect for the community, so the Department of Transportation must be more assertive in dealing with this problem and supporting factors in coordination between government agencies in dealing with illegal parking in the city of Makassar, the aspect is cooperation between institutions, communities and well-established communication between related institutions in handling illegal parking cases. The inhibiting factors in coordination between government agencies in dealing with illegal parking in Makassar City are inadequate facilities, infrastructure and human resources which are one of the inhibiting factors in controlling illegal parking in Makassar City.

Abstract

Increased numbers of beggars and homeless people can lead to a decline in the quality of life in urban areas, as well as increased social tensions and inequality. This situation can also lead to social stigmatisation of this vulnerable group, which then worsens their condition and complicates efforts to reintegrate into society. The purpose of this research is to analyse the role of the Pinrang Regency government in handling vagrants and beggars. The type of research used is a qualitative approach with a qualitative description research type. The results showed that the Social Service and Satpol PP collaborated in handling vagrants and beggars in Pinrang Regency. However, the findings are that the cooperation has not been effective. The results of the research conducted revealed that the role of the Social Service in handling vagrants and beggars in Pinrang Regency still has not reached the expected level of effectiveness. Although planning has been carried out by Satpol PP and the Social Service of Pinrang Regency, the results obtained do not meet expectations.
