Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah Motivasi kerja, Disiplin kerja, danLingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kecamatan JatinegaraJakarta timur. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Sampel dalam penelitianini adalah 80 karyawan Kecamatan Jatinegara dengan menggunakan rumus slovin.Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM), Variabel yang digunakanuntuk penelitian adalah motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadapkinerja karyawan. analisis pengumpulan data ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Ujiyang digunakan adalah Uji model pengukuran (outer model) terdiri dari uji validitas danuji reliabilitas, yang selanjutnya uji model structural (inner model) dengan melihat nilaiR-Square dan nilai F-Square yang dihasilkan, dan yang terakhir pengujian hipotesisdengan melihat nilai T-Statistik dan nilai P Value yang dihasilkan. Dengan menggunakanaplikasi Smart-PLS 4. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja,disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsungterhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and test the feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness of Pancasila literacy in Pancasila and Citizenship Education learning. This study used the Borg and Ball research and development method. The resulting product is Pancasila literacy in Pancasila and Citizenship Education learning on norms in community life that are feasible, practical, and effective. The product feasibility test is based on the results of Pancasila literacy expert validation of 91.76 percent, material validation of 94.12 percent, and learning expert validation of 92.31 percent. The practicality test is based on the results of teacher responses to small group trials of 91.67 percent and large group trials of the first meeting of 91.67 percent and the second meeting of 95.00 percent. The level of practicality is also obtained from the results of student response questionnaires in small group trials of 90.21 percent and large group trials of the first meeting of 90.21 percent and the second meeting of 91.18 percent. The effectiveness test is based on the results of the first meeting survey of 87.14 percent increasing to 91.69 percent, while in the second meeting of 91.69 percent increasing to 93.23 percent. These results indicate that there has been an increase in Pancasila literacy from students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam prosesi kesenian Jaran Kencak di Desa Kunir, Kabupaten Lumajang.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kesenian Jaran Kencak di desa kunir pertama kali diperkenalkan oleh bapak Neki kepada masyarakat desa Kunir pada tahun1983. Dalam pelaksanaan kesenian Jaran Kencak ada beberapa prosesi yang dilaksanakan diantaranya ruwatan jaran, jula-juli, lawakan dan ruwatan tuan rumah, arak-arakan jaran kencak, acara puncak dan ditutup dengan upacara ngesakno niat. Kesenian Jaran Kencak merupakan kerarifan lokal Lumajang yang dalam penyajiannya terdapat nilai luhur budaya dan syarat akan nilai religious.

Abstract

Corruption remains a critical barrier to national development in Indonesia, particularly due to its systemic nature across public sectors. Despite anti-corruption programs mandated by law, including integration into civic and religious education, existing teaching approaches such as lectures often fail to actively engage students or effectively internalize ethical values. This study addresses the challenge by introducing “Pepak Aksi,” a card-based learning media designed to enhance anti-corruption education in junior high school settings. The objective of this study is to analyze the application and effectiveness of “Pepak Aksi” in fostering students’ understanding and internalization of anti-corruption values, specifically among Grade VII students at SMPN 10 Malang City. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings show that “Pepak Aksi” improves student engagement, enhances comprehension of anti-corruption concepts, and encourages the development of integrity, honesty, and discipline. Students demonstrated better performance in both academic tasks and behavioral indicators, while teachers reported improved instructional delivery and classroom dynamics. In conclusion, “Pepak Aksi” is an effective pedagogical tool for anti-corruption education, offering a participatory and values-oriented alternative to conventional methods. Its implementation contributes to the broader effort of character education and can be adapted for wider use in school curricula.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membahas implementasi peraturan larangan pengijingan makam di Desa Gampeng, Kecamatan Gampengrejo, Kabupaten Kediri. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis data menurut Miles dan Huberman yang mencakup tiga kegiatan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengesahan peraturan pengijingan di Desa Gampeng melalui tiga tahap yaitu kebijakan secara lisan, peraturan secara tertulis, dan peraturan revisi dengan penambahan sanksi yang tegas. Upaya Pemerintah Desa Gampeng dalam menegakkan peraturan tersebut melalui sosialisasi, pengangkatan juru kunci makam di Desa Gampeng berdasarkan pemilihan, disposisi pemerintah desa, serta penegakan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dan fragmentasi kebijakan. Penegakan hukum baik dari substansi hukum dan struktur penegak hukum menciptakan tiga tujuan hukum yaitu kepastian hukum, kemanfaatan, dan keadilan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the optimization of the use of oce-card media as a means of learning local wisdom of the Osing Kemiren tribe at MAN 2 Banyuwangi. The method used in this study uses a 4D model approach consisting of four stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate. Data collection techniques include validation questionnaires, pretest results, and posttests, while data analysis is carried out descriptively through three stages: analysis of validation results by experts, analysis of attractiveness tests, and analysis of effectiveness. The results of the study show that the Oce Card media Oce-Card media as a technology and culture-based learning innovation plays a role in increasing students' understanding of local wisdom and strengthening national identity. Combining augmented reality technology and an interactive approach, this media makes learning more interesting and encourages exploration of the Osing Kemiren Tribe culture. The implications are seen in increasing cognitive understanding, forming a sense of pride in local culture, and supporting constructivist learning models.

Abstract

kajian ini membahas permasalahan tentang penerapan nilai Nasionalisme di era kemajuan teknolofgi dan informasi pada masyarakat Samin di Dusun Jepang Kecamatan Margomulyo Kabupaten Bojnegoro sebagai wujud manifestasi dari ajaran Saminisme yang masyarakat Samin ikuti dan mereka warisi dari leluhurnya. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan melakukan deskripsi dengan kenyataan dilapangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif yang terdiri dari reduksi data, verifikasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan tiga bentuk nilai Nasionalisme yang ada dalam ajaran Saminisme yaitu nilai kesatuan, nilai solidaritas dan nilai kemandirian. Pendapat masyarakat Samin mengenai keberadaan teknologi dan informasi yaitu hadirnya teknologi dan informasi dapat memudahkan pekerjaan mereka sehari-hari sehingga mereka dapat menerima masuknya teknologi. Penerapan nilai Nasionalisme di era kemajuan teknologi dan informasi pada masyarakat Samin diwujudkan dalam berbagai perilaku yaitu menjaga ketertiban dengan mematuhi aturan yang berlaku, menghormati dan tidak membeda-bedakan sesama, gotong royong dan saling tolong menolong, mencintai produk sendiri dan aktif dalam pembangunan bangsa dan negara. Abstract

Education is the process of changing the attitudes and behaviors of an individual or a group of people to mature humans through teaching and training. Education can be realized through formal teaching in schools by teachers or at home by parents. In school, students are trained to express their opinions more confidently, take responsibility, and learn to develop their potential. The Pancasila and Citizenship Education at SMK Negeri 2 Kediri is one of the subjects that requires students to be active and brave in expressing their opinions. However, in reality, many students are passive in learning. Moreover, in terms of student learning outcomes, many students' achievements fall below the minimum passing criteria. Therefore, this research applies the Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFAE) learning model to improve student engagement and learning outcomes. The stages of the SFAE learning model include 1) teaching, 2) teams, 3) student creative, 4) student explaining, 5) whole class consisting of 23 units. This research is action research using two cycles. The results show an improvement in student engagement and learning outcomes after implementing the learning model. In terms of student engagement, the results of the first cycle show a percentage of 65.89; then, it increased in the second cycle to 83.75. As for learning outcomes, the first cycle shows an average score of 64.29; it then increased in the second cycle to 85.71. This improvement indicates that the implementation of the Student Facilitator and Explanation learning model can enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi saat ini, berbagai jenis media seperti internet, media sosial, dan buku cetak dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam menyelesaikan berbagai masalah. Namun, tanpa pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menggunakan alat-alat informasi tersebut, sulit untuk mengatasi dampak negatif yang mungkin timbul. Oleh karena itu, literasi menjadi suatu kebutuhan penting agar individu mampu mengantisipasi aspek negatif tersebut. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif, khususnya studi kasus di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 19 Kota Jambi. Metode pengumpulan data melibatkan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen perpustakaan dalam usaha meningkatkan literasi informasi siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pengelolaan perpustakaan telah diimplementasikan melalui pengorganisasian dan penambahan fasilitas pendukung. Kepala sekolah juga rutin mengadakan pertemuan bulanan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan perencanaan. Beberapa faktor penghambat literasi siswa melibatkan fasilitas yang kurang memadai, keterbatasan dana operasional perpustakaan, dan gangguan terhadap literasi siswa. Namun, ada beberapa faktor pendukung, termasuk upaya yang dilakukan oleh staf perpustakaan dalam mempromosikan kerjasama dengan kepala sekolah dan guru, meningkatkan sumber daya manusia di perpustakaan, serta menciptakan lingkungan yang nyaman di dalam perpustakaan.

Abstract

The research purposes was conducted due to environmental issues such as extreme climate change, uncontrolled amounts of plastic waste, global warming, etc. The study focuses on developing products that have been tested for feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness in order to increase environmental awareness. The study used an analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation development model. The product testing location was at State Senior High School 1 Kepanjen. Data collection techniques included questionnaires and formative tests, namely pre-tests and post-tests. Data analysis techniques included descriptive statistical analysis, paired t-tests, and n-gain tests. The study results showed that: (1) the validation test results by subject matter experts, learning experts, media experts, and limited trials on potential users obtained a score of 82.2 with a pass rating; (2) the paired t-test results using the Wilcoxon test showed an increase in learning outcomes after treatment of 0.038; (3) The effectiveness of the product falls into the ineffective category with low and moderate n-gain test results; (4) The causes of the product's ineffectiveness are the number of meetings that are not proportional to the learning objectives, as well as the absence of assignments related to the environment.
