Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know, explain and interpret how the implementation of Islamic Counseling in Smp Swasta Panca Budi Medan starts from program planning, organizing, implementation and supervision and explaining supporting factors and inhibition of the program. This type of research used in this dissertation uses qualitative research. The primary data is data collected through interviews with the Principal of SMP Panca Budi, Vice Principals, Counseling Guidance Teachers, homeroom teachers, parents of students, and students of Panca Budi Private Junior High School. The secondary data is supporting data, such as references relevant to the topics being researched both from books and journals of relevant research results. The implementation of Islamic Counseling at Smp Swasta Panca Budi Medan has been well implemented by the principal of SMP Panca Budi. The first step is to plan the Implementation of Islamic Counseling which includes the preparation of programs, implementors, budgets, places, and others. The next step is to organize the Implementation of Islamic Counseling at Smp Swasta Panca Budi Medan by appointing Islamic counseling guidance teachers as implementers, and homeroom teachers, and another field of study teachers who participated in the successful implementation of Islamic counseling guidance at SMP Panca Budi Medan.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang peningkatkan maharoh kitabah melalui metode insya dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab pada siswa kelas VII di SMPIT Ad-Durroh Medan. Penelitian ini fokus pada metode Insya sebagai salah satu metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru Bahasa Arab di VII di SMPIT Ad-Durroh Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan cara analisis Miles dan Hubermen. Teknik validasi data menggunakan proses triangulasi yaitu, triangulasi narasumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatkan maharoh kitabah melalui metode insya dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab pada siswa Kelas VII di SMPIT Ad-Durroh Medan.

Abstract

Materi ajar merupakan aspek penting dari suatu kurikulum, sehingga penyusunan yang baik mampu mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Pada masa ini, sering ditemui pendidik menggunakan materi ajar yang beredar dipasaran. Kecenderungan pendidik seperti ini dapat membunuh kreativitas dalam mengembangkan materi dan tidak terasahnya keterampilan siswa, karena ketergantungan pada bahan ajar yang sudah jadi tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi kepada pembaca khususnya pendidik mengenai pentingnya serta cara penyusunan bahan ajar yang sesuai dengan capaian pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Selain itu penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data berupa deskripsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyusunan materi ajar yang dilakukan oleh pendidik mampu meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara bahasa Arab.

Abstract

This study aims: 1) To find out the problems experienced by class VII students in learning to write Arabic script, and 2) To find out the Arabic teacher's solutions in solving the problems of learning to write Arabic script for class VII students of MTs Aek Nabara. The subjects of this research were class VII students of MTs Aek Nabara. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The data collection method used in this research is observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that class VII students at MTs Aek Nabara faced problems learning to write Arabic scripts. The problems faced based on the results of the interviews are 1) Not knowing Qo'idah Imla'iyah. 2) The pattern of the Arabic sentence is different from the Indonesian sentence pattern. 3) Lack of recognition of the shape or writing of Arabic letters and others. The solutions that can be done are 1) Using a variety of methods in teaching, including deliberations, so that students don't feel bored. 2) Collect data about students who have learning difficulties. 3) Pay special attention to students who have learning difficulties by frequently asking questions during the teaching and learning process. Thus it can be seen that Arabic writing is a subject that must receive intensive assistance, especially in learning methodology.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) determine the morals of Jambi Medan Private Middle School students; (2) To find out how guidance is provided by teachers in handling student morals through PAI learning at Jambi Medan Private Middle School; (3) To determine the factors supporting the moral development of students at Jambi Medan Private Middle School; (4) To find out the obstacles that occur in moral development at Jambi Medan Private Middle School. This thesis was prepared based on field data using a qualitative approach. Data was collected using observation, interviews, documentation. Researchers use qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, namely in the form of descriptions of data instead of numbers that are collected thoroughly from actual field data results. The research results show that: (1) the morals of students at Jambi Private Middle Schools are good (a) students obey school regulations; (b) students performing sunnah prayers; (c) students behave politely towards teachers and friends. (2) How to carry out coaching: (a) provide advice and input to students; (b) carry out the obligations commanded by Allah, and the orders of parents; (c) giving light punishments to students who violate school rules, for example being late. (3) supporting factors for moral development: (a) providing tausyiah to students; (b) shaking hands to create a sense of solidarity between teachers and students; (c) calling parents to help monitor students' behavior at home. (4) knowing what obstacles occur in developing students' morals: (a) students obey the teacher's words, (b) in the school environment students guard themselves so as not to commit immoral acts, (c) every student is aware of the mistakes they have made.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) To find out how the guidance of parents towards children's learning responsibilities at Bina Satria Mulia Middle School, Medan Deli District; (2) To find out the relationship of parental guidance to children's learning responsibilities at Bina Satria Mulia Middle School, Medan Deli District and (3) To find out the barriers to parental guidance on children's learning responsibilities at Bina Satria Mulia Middle School, Medan Deli District. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research, this study uses an ex post facto design because the independent variables are not given certain treatment and are not controlled.The results showed that: (1) Parental guidance at Bina Satria Mulia Middle School, Medan Deli (a) parents really care about their children; (b) cooperation between parents and the school. (2) The relationship between parental guidance at Bina Satria Mulia Middle School, Medan Deli (a) Invite parents to school; (b) Hold meetings regarding student cases. (3) Barriers to parental guidance at Bina Satria Mulia Middle School, Medan Deli (a) children have difficulty understanding the teacher's explanation; (b) children have difficulty in getting literature books

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of collaboration between Islamic Religious Education Teachers and Islamic religious instructors in efforts to prevent drug abuse in Madrasah Aliyah Labuhanbatu Regency, focusing on methods, materials, as well as inhibiting and supporting factors. This research adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques without numerical data or nominal fractions, as field data is required. Additional research was gathered in the form of information obtained from informants. The study was conducted at MAN Labuhanbatu, MAS Darul Muhsinin, and MAS Nur Ibrahimy, employing data collection techniques including interviews, field observations, and documentation studies. Data processing and analysis techniques involved data reduction, presentation, and concluding. The research period spanned from July 20, 2023, to March 3, 2024. The findings revealed that collaboration between Islamic Religious Education Teachers and Islamic religious instructors was executed through two main activities: Focus Group Discussions (FGD) and Programming Extracurricular Activity School (PEAS). These collaborations were augmented by: a) Orientation sessions and local seminars on drug education efforts, and b) Organizing extracurricular activities, particularly in scouting, aimed at instilling anti-drug values, including those rooted in the basic principles of Scouting.

Abstract

strategi pendidikan‘Aisyiyah dalam pendidikan kaum Muslimah di Kota Medan, upaya yang dilakukan ‘Aisyiyah dalam pendidikan kaum Muslimah di Kota Medan, hambatan ‘Aisyiyah dalam pergerakan pendidikan kaum Muslimah di Kota Medan, dan faktor pendukung ‘Aisyiyah dalam pergerakan pendidikan kaum Muslimah di Kota Medan. Paparan dalam penelitian menghasilkan bahwa: (1) Strategi pendidikan ‘Aisyiyah dalam pendidikan kaum Muslimah di Kota Medan adalah melalui tiga peran, yakni perannya melalui konsolidasi pendidikan berbasis organisasi, konsolidasi pendidikan berbasis pimpinan dan kader serta pendidikan berbasis kerjasama organisasi. (2) Upaya yang dilakukan adalah membangun pendidikan pelayanan umum biro konsultasi keluarga sakinah ‘Aisyiyah dan melakukan evaluasi terhadap pemasyarakatan keluarga sakinah. (3) Faktor pendukungnya yakni terlaksananya pendidikan Qoryah Thoyyibah, pembinaan dan pelatihan kader di baitul arqam dan darul arqam, terlaksananya pembangunan pendidikan kader muballigh, dan terbangunnya pendidikan konsolidasi serta progresivitas manajemen profesional ‘Aisyiyah. (4) Hambatannya adalah adanya ketidak seragaman pendidikan ustaz-ustaz dalam menyampaikan dakwahnya, banyaknya terjadi kekerasan, menjamurnya pemahaman-pemahaman tentang strategi Islam, tingginya tingkat perceraian, meningkatnya penggunaan narkoba, kurang optimalnya pendanaan ‘Aisyiyah, tergandanya jabatan (rangkap jabatan).

Abstract

Therapeutic communication is a form of communication that focuses on helping individuals overcome problems and achieve holistic well-being, including physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects. This study aims to explore Islamic therapeutic communication techniques applied by the Serdang Bedagai District Health Office in dealing with stunting problems. The research approach uses a qualitative method with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data sources consist of primary data, namely direct information from informants, and secondary data in the form of supporting documents. In dealing with stunting, the Serdang Bedagai District Health Office makes various efforts, such as providing education and understanding to the community. The goal is to strengthen the relationship between the health center and the local community. The forms of communication applied include interpersonal conversations and dialogues that are open and comfortable. This creates a sense of mutual trust between the community and the Health Office. The Islamic therapeutic communication techniques applied include verbal communication, such as the use of calming and empathetic words, and nonverbal communication, such as body language and supportive facial expressions. The conclusion of this study shows that Islamic therapeutic communication techniques play an important role in helping patients overcome health problems, especially stunting. Comfortable, open, and Islamic communication not only improves good relations between health workers and the community but also has a positive impact in supporting health programs in the area. This reflects a holistic approach that prioritizes the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of reward and punishment as a learning motivation system. This research is a qualitativeresearch with a phenomenological approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data collection technique was carried out using observation, interviews and document studies. Data analysis uses data reduction, data categorization, synthesis, and ends by compiling a working hypothesis. The results of the reward and punishment research as learning motivation carried out are twofold: First, a policy system is carried out, which is in accordance with the policies and regulations in the Madrasah. Second, a teacher policy system is carried out in the learning process. The policy system regulates discipline carried out by madrasas in general, applies to all madrasah residents, both educators, educators, and students. Meanwhile, the teacher policy system is carried out based on the situation of students in the classroom, both for classroom teachers and teachers in the field of study in achieving students' cognitive, affective and psychomotor abilities. The conclusion of this study is the implementation of reward and punishment as a learning motivation system, namely a policy system based on madrasah regulations and a teacher policy system of teacher authority in increasing students' learning motivation both in terms of cognitive, affective and psychomotor.
