Abstract

Oryctes rhinoceros is an important pest in oil palm plants attacking plants and immature plants. Utilization of oil palm empty fruit bunches in the field causes the spread and increase of O. rhinoceros attacks. The phenol compound and phenyl phenol released by decomposed oil palm empty fruit bunch attract O. rhinoceros to the organic material. The process of decomposition of oil palm empty fruit bunches 6-9 months resulted in an increase in pest population. O. rhinoceros larvae have symbiotic bacteria in their intestines and produce hydrolytic enzymes that have the potential and can be developed to degrade oil palm empty fruit bunch waste that is used as a composting starter. composting. The materials used in this study were larvae of O. rhinoceros instar 3, culture media of NA, NB, fungi, trichoderma, yeast and other materials that support the research. Tools used in scalpels, measuring cups, microscopes and others. The study was conducted at the Plant Disease Laboratory and Greenhouse, Agrotechnology Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra, Medan from June 2019 to October 2019. This research used a Non Factorial Complete Randomized Design with 9 treatments and 3 replications. The results of the study were obtained 2 bacterial species namely Achromobacter SP and Bacillus SP then made as a composting activator. The use of this symbiont bacteria influences the physical and chemical factors of compost produced. As for physically obtained compost color in the treatment of P8 7.5 YR 2/1 (Black) while P0 7.5 YR 3/2 (Dark Brown). Compost has a soil aroma and temperature. Material reduction during composting from all treatments averaged 42.14%. The best C / N ratio is in the treatment of P7 (Bacillus + molasses) that is equal to 14.78% and the composting process lasts for 10 weeks.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang peningkatkan maharoh kitabah melalui metode insya dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab pada siswa kelas VII di SMPIT Ad-Durroh Medan. Penelitian ini fokus pada metode Insya sebagai salah satu metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru Bahasa Arab di VII di SMPIT Ad-Durroh Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan cara analisis Miles dan Hubermen. Teknik validasi data menggunakan proses triangulasi yaitu, triangulasi narasumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatkan maharoh kitabah melalui metode insya dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab pada siswa Kelas VII di SMPIT Ad-Durroh Medan.

Abstract

Materi ajar merupakan aspek penting dari suatu kurikulum, sehingga penyusunan yang baik mampu mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Pada masa ini, sering ditemui pendidik menggunakan materi ajar yang beredar dipasaran. Kecenderungan pendidik seperti ini dapat membunuh kreativitas dalam mengembangkan materi dan tidak terasahnya keterampilan siswa, karena ketergantungan pada bahan ajar yang sudah jadi tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi kepada pembaca khususnya pendidik mengenai pentingnya serta cara penyusunan bahan ajar yang sesuai dengan capaian pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Selain itu penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data berupa deskripsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyusunan materi ajar yang dilakukan oleh pendidik mampu meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara bahasa Arab.

Abstract

This topic undoubtedly creates varied opinions of Islamic religious scholars regarding the communication methods used by the Aceh Islamic boarding school and Bireuen District so far, thus it's important to change attitudes and attitudes while communicating with Islamic academics.In order to avoid a gap between the ulama and the district, the Aceh dayah education office and the regency do not distinguish between dayah clerics in Bireuen Regency when communicating with them. To assess their needs and meet their leaders, the dayah education office should visit all dayah ualam in Bireuen Regency. Aceh and Bireuen District's dayah education offices must also build a mechanism to interact with Bireuen Regency's inner dayahs, some of which have never been visited.Based on the author's observations during interviews and direct observation of spaciousness, the researcher found several barriers to communication between the ulama and umara, such as not knowing the head of the service, the head of the elected dayah service did not understand about the dayah, the head of the service was not the choice of the dayah cleric, the head of the service was under the control of a certain group, or the head of the service was not elected. This prevents the dayah clergy and education administration from communicating for an undetermined duration. Until the education service's head is removed, clergy may teach dayah without official approval.The ulema needs to learn about the new dayah education office head's leadership style and communication style due to the contrasts between the two. Some dayah clerics care about the new service head, but others don't, therefore they take their time contacting or waiting for an invitation from the Aceh dayah education office and Bireuen Regency.

Abstract

This research is to find outThe influence of organizational climate, communication competence and work motivation on the performance of North Sumatra Sharia Bank employees in North Sumatra. This research uses quantitative methods, with a form of descriptive research that processes data using the results of distributing questionnaires to population samples, so as to obtain a significant relationship and a mutual tendency towards the probability of error regarding the hypothesis being built. This type of research approaches path analysis (path analysis). The results of this research are: 1. Organizational climate has a direct positive effect on work motivation at Bank Sumut Syariah in North Sumatra by 8%. 2. Communication competency has a direct effect on work motivation at Bank Sumut Syariah in North Sumatra by 11.2%. 3. Organizational climate has a direct effect on employee performance at Bank Sumut Syariah in North Sumatra by 11.9%. 4. Communication competency has a direct effect on employee performance at Bank Sumut Syariah in North Sumatra by 12.6%. 5. Work motivation has a direct effect on employee performance at Bank Sumut Syariah in North Sumatra by 11%. 6. Organizational climate has an indirect effect on employee performance at Bank Sumut Syariah in North Sumatra through work motivation of 1.5%. 7. Communication competency has an indirect effect on employee performance at Bank Sumut Syariah in North Sumatra through work motivation of 0.8%. Work motivation has a direct effect on employee performance at Bank Sumut Syariah in North Sumatra by 11%. 6. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Strategi, kontribusi dayah salafiyah dalam mencetak Kader Ulama di era Modern ini . Penelitian ini berargumen bahwa dayah salafiyah memiliki peran strategis dalam menjadikan Santri menjadi calon Ulama di era Modern. Dayah salafiyah merupakan lembaga pendidikan Islam paling awal di Indonesia. Dayah mempunyai peranan penting dalam upaya mewarisi dan mendakwah religius, warisan intelektual dan spiritual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan alat studi dokumentasi, observasi, catatan lapangan dan wawancara. Setelah memperoleh data, peneliti menganalisis dengan teknik mereduksi data, menyajikan data, melakukan verifikasi dan menarik kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa: pertama, peranan dan kontribusi dayah salafiyah dalam mencetak kader Ulama dalam di era modern selalu melibatkan pimpinan dayah, teungku dayah, santri dan masyarakat. Pimpinan dayah selalu aktif dalam kegiatan mendakwah baik di dalam dayah maupun di luar dayah. Kedua, strategi dalam mencetak kader ulama di dayah dilakukan dengan membuat kebijakan pimpinan dayah, pembiasaan, membangun kesadaran santri, keteladanan, kedisiplinan dan pembudayaan. Semua kegiatan dan strategi dipantau dan dinilai oleh pimpinan dayah atas keberhasilan guru dan santri dalam mencetak kader ulama yang ada pada    dayah Salafiyah di era Modern.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of group counseling using reality counseling on increasing student self-confidence at MTs Al-Washliyah Kedaisianam Batubara. This research is quantitative research with quasi-experimental research methods. The design used in this research was before (pretest) measurements were carried out and after (posttest) treatment was carried out. There are two groups, namely the experimental and control groups. The results showed that (1) the average pretest score for the control group was 112.666 and the average posttest score obtained was 113.93. (2). The average pretest score of the experimental group was 107.2. The average posttest score obtained was 120.533 (3). The average score of control group students increased by 1.26. The average score of experimental group students increased by 13.533. The difference in the average increase in the posttest score between the experimental group and the control group was 12.26. So the average score of the experimental group after carrying out group guidance was higher than the average score of the control group. (4). The increase in posttest scores obtained by all students in the experimental group showed that all students in the experimental group experienced an increase in self-confidence after carrying out group guidance. (5) Based on independent sample t test statistical calculations, the value obtained is 3.28. The value of ????ℎi????????????g is 1.70. Then it is obtained > , namely 3.28 > 1.70, the hypothesis which states that there is an effect of group guidance on the self-confidence of Class VIII MTs Al-Washliyah Kedaisianam Batu Bara is accepted. (6) Acceptance of the research hypothesis shows that the implementation of group guidance has an influence on students' self-confidence. Group guidance has an influence in increasing students' self-confidence.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategies implemented by Salafiah Islamic boarding schools in producing quality students in the modern era, as well as analyzing the supporting and inhibiting factors that influence the process. Salafiah Islamic boarding schools, as traditional Islamic educational institutions, have an important role in producing students as future ulama who are able to answer the challenges of the times. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through document studies, observations and in-depth interviews. The results of the study indicate that Salafiah Islamic boarding schools have adapted their educational strategies to be relevant to the demands of the modern era. Several strategies found involve the implementation of a curriculum that combines religious knowledge with the use of technology in the learning process, as well as increasing community involvement in supporting education at the Islamic boarding school. Supporting factors in producing ulama cadres at Salafiah Islamic boarding schools involve management commitment, community support, and technology integration. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include limited resources, socio-cultural changes, and resistance to change among traditionalists. This study provides a deeper understanding of the dynamics of education at Salafiah Islamic boarding schools, as well as providing recommendations to improve the effectiveness of educational strategies in producing ulama cadres who are able to compete and make positive contributions in modern society.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of communication psychology in the content and user interactions of the Instagram account @dinamisbiropsikologi in delivering mental health education integrated with Islamic values. The research employs a qualitative approach with content analysis methods. Data were obtained from six Instagram posts in 2025, selected purposively based on two main criteria: (1) themes relevant and engaging in the context of mental health education and the integration of Islamic values, and (2) high levels of user interaction, assessed through the number of likes, comments, and responses from the admin. Data analysis was conducted systematically using NVivo software for coding and thematic categorization. The findings reveal that @dinamisbiropsikologi consistently applies principles of communication psychology, such as empathy, positive reinforcement, and affirmative language, in delivering educational messages. Islamic values are contextually integrated through direct references to Qur’anic verses and hadiths relevant to mental health themes. Strong user responses to content on self-reflection, anxiety, and stoic principles of tranquility underscore the effectiveness of this approach in building emotional connections and raising awareness of the importance of mental health, both from a general and Islamic perspective. Theoretically, this study enriches the field of communication psychology by presenting a model of integration between psychological principles and religious values in digital media. Practically, it provides insights for psychology practitioners and Islamic media managers to develop more adaptive, empathetic, and spiritually grounded communication strategies in delivering mental health education.
