Abstract

This study aims to analyze the practice of street-based philanthropy carried out by the community of Baitul Hamdi Mosque in Nagari Tabek, Pariangan District, Tanah Datar Regency, from the perspective of Islamic economics and Minangkabau customary values. The research employs a qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that the fundraising activities conducted on public roads are voluntary and transparent, based on mutual agreement between mosque administrators and community members. The revenue-sharing schemes of 60:40 and 50:50 reflect principles of fairness and mutual consent, in line with Islamic muamalah values. Theologically, this practice embodies the spirit of ta‘awun (mutual assistance), ihsan (beneficence), and amanah (trustworthiness). Socioeconomically, it functions as a grassroots mechanism for community empowerment. Minangkabau cultural values such as bulek kato dek mufakat (consensus-based decision-making) and barek samo dipikua, ringan samo dijinjiang (shared responsibility) further strengthen collective solidarity and accountability in managing communal funds. Thus, the street-philanthropy model practiced at Baitul Hamdi Mosque represents a community-based Islamic socio-economic system rooted in local wisdom, fully aligned with the principles of maqasid al-shariah in promoting justice, public welfare, and communal well-being.

Abstract

This study conducts a systematic literature review (SLR) guided by the PRISMA framework to investigate the effectiveness of mobile learning applications in improving Imlā’ (Arabic orthographic accuracy) within Arabic Language Education. Twenty-five peer-reviewed studies were analyzed to evaluate how mobile-based platforms—such as Al-Quran.info, Memrise, Quran Companion, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)—support the acquisition of essential orthographic features, including tasydīd, harakāt, hamzah usage, and syntactic coherence. The review reveals that mobile learning technologies, through automated exercises, instant feedback, handwriting simulations, and adaptive scaffolding, significantly enhance students’ writing accuracy, learning motivation, and accessibility to instructional content, particularly in distance and blended learning environments. The findings further highlight the importance of aligning mobile learning tools with curriculum standards, promoting inclusive and accessible design, and strengthening educators’ digital pedagogical competencies. By integrating linguistic pedagogy with emerging mobile technologies, this study contributes to the advancement of Mobile-Assisted Language Learning (MALL) in non-Western and multilingual educational contexts. The review also identifies the need for longitudinal and large-scale empirical studies to evaluate the sustainability, scalability, and long-term instructional impact of mobile-assisted Imlā learning.

Abstract

Public information disclosure requires the Lampung Regional Police to optimize its website as a digital communication channel; however, the communication pattern formed through poldalampung.com has not been clearly mapped. This study aims to describe Polda Lampung’s organizational communication model in managing public information via poldalampung.com. Using a qualitative case-study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews with officials and staff of the Public Relations Division, observation of the website’s interface and features, and content analysis of news, announcements, and service information. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with attention to the characteristics of linear, interactional, and transactional communication models. The findings indicate that website-based communication is still dominated by a one-way linear pattern, while interactional elements appear only to a limited extent through complaint and information-request channels that are asynchronous and largely administrative. Dialogic and simultaneous transactional communication is not yet evident. These results imply the need to strengthen the website’s function as a space for dialogue by adding interactive features and improving responsiveness, so that Polda Lampung’s public communication becomes more participatory and aligned with the principles of information openness in the digital era.

Abstract

This article examines the synchronization of Islamic economics and Pancasila economics within Indonesia’s national economic development paradigm through a conceptual case study approach. Indonesia’s economic development continues to face structural paradoxes between economic growth and social justice, reflecting the limitations of value-neutral and market-oriented economic models. This study positions Indonesia’s development paradigm rooted in Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution as a conceptual case to analyze how Islamic economic principles and Pancasila economic values converge and interact as an integrated ethical framework.Using qualitative library-based research, this study analyzes primary and secondary sources on Islamic economics, Pancasila economics, development philosophy, and constitutional economics published predominantly after 2015. Data are examined through philosophical-normative and conceptual-comparative analysis to identify shared values, structural alignments, and institutional challenges in synchronizing both economic systems. The findings reveal that Islamic economics and Pancasila economics share foundational principles, including social justice, welfare orientation, moral responsibility, and balanced state intervention. However, the synchronization remains constrained by policy fragmentation, symbolic application of Pancasila economics, limited institutional integration of Islamic economic instruments, and pressures from global market structures. This study argues that the integration of Islamic economic values does not represent ideological substitution but rather strengthens the substantive foundations of Pancasila economics. This research contributes theoretically by positioning synchronization as a constitutional and philosophical necessity and offers a conceptual foundation for developing a more just, inclusive, and value-based economic development model in Indonesia
