Abstract

The decline in rice production can pose a risk to Indonesia's food sovereignty. To ensure the sustainability of agriculture in general and food supply in particular, the concept of sustainable development needs to be implemented. Purwodadi District, which is one of the rice production centers in Musi Rawas Regency, has an advantage because all of its rice fields are irrigated by an irrigation system. Currently, many farmers who previously planted rice have switched to fish farming and building swallow's nests, which has resulted in a narrowing of the area of rice fields. This study aims to analyze the sustainability status and sensitive attributes in rice farming efforts in Purwodadi District, Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatra Province. The research method used was an interview with a questionnaire which was then analyzed using the Multidimensional Scaling method. The results of the study showed that the sustainability status of rice farming efforts in Mardiharjo Village, Purwodadi District, had a sustainability index of 60.21, which can be categorized as quite sustainable. A total of 16 sensitive attributes have been identified as significant factors and influence the sustainability of rice farming efforts

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of satisfaction of broiler chicken farmers with the partnership system in Padang Jaya District, North Bengkulu Regency. The partnership system is one of the livestock business patterns that is growing rapidly in this area, where the partner company provides livestock production facilities (sapronak), technical assistance, and collects the harvest, while the farmers as plasma are responsible for maintenance. The research method used a quantitative descriptive approach with a survey technique on a number of plasma farmer respondents who are members of the partnership. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and observations, then presented in tabular form and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that farmer satisfaction with the broiler chicken partnership system had the highest average value in the first place, namely in the economic capital variable (94%) because the farmers do not require too much capital, the company provides capital such as feed, seeds (DOC), as well as medicines and vaccines. Meanwhile, the lowest average value was found in distribution (77%) because the farmers are already bound by contracts with the company so they do not have freedom, selling prices are set unilaterally, irregular harvest scheduling, a less efficient harvesting system, and lack of involvement in every decision. These findings indicate that improving the quality of partnership services and transparency of collaboration can increase satisfaction and the sustainability of broiler chicken partnership patterns in Padang Jaya District.

Abstract

Ownership right land can be transferred by its owner to another party through a sale and purchase process. In this case, the ownership right land is transferred from the selling owner to the buyer who receives the rights to the land. The material requirements in the sale and purchase of ownership right land include two things: first, the land seller must have the right and authority to sell his ownership right land; second, the land buyer must meet the criteria set out as the subject of ownership right land. This article examines two things: first, proof of the transfer of rights in the sale and purchase of ownership right land. Second, the function of the ownership right land sale and purchase deed drawn up by the Land Deed Making Officer. This article uses a normative research method. The results of the study indicate that for registration purposes, the sale and purchase of ownership right land must be evidenced by a sale and purchase deed drawn up by an authorized Land Deed Making Officer. The freehold land sale and purchase deed drawn up by the PPAT serves as evidence of a legal act regarding the sale and purchase of ownership right land and is a formal requirement in registering the sale and purchase of ownership right land at the local Regency/City Land Office.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate a sustainable reclamation management strategy using the MICMAC (Matrix of Crossed Impact Multiplications Applied to a Classification) approach in Pinang Raya District, North Bengkulu Regency. Mining activities in this region have caused ecological degradation, making post-mining land reclamation crucial. The research employs a qualitative method with data collection through field observations, questionnaires, and interviews involving stakeholders from mining companies, plantation companies, and local communities. The MICMAC analysis identified key driving factors in sustainable reclamation, such as regulatory enforcement, personnel management, public understanding, and community participation. The study results show that sustainable reclamation requires integrated planning involving strengthened legal frameworks, capacity building, and participatory approaches. Strategies should prioritize technical implementation (land arrangement, topsoil distribution, and local vegetation planting) and social inclusion to ensure ecological restoration while enhancing community welfare. This approach contributes to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and offers a reference for sustainable post-mining land management in Indonesia.

Abstract

Illegal Gold Mining (PETI) in Lebong Tambang Village has caused various environmental, social, and economic problems. PETI activities contribute to environmental pollution due to the use of mercury, infrastructure damage, and worker safety and health risks. This study aims to identify internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) that influence PETI management, and to formulate appropriate strategies in implementing mining regulations. This study uses a descriptive method with SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis to determine the optimal strategy in PETI management. Data were collected through field observations and interviews with illegal miners and the Mining Inspector of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources for the Bengkulu Province Region. The results of the analysis show that the main factors influencing PETI sustainability are limited regulation socialization, weak law enforcement, and high costs of the community mining legalization process. Recommended strategies include increasing mining regulation socialization, determining Community Mining Permits (IPR), and collaboration between local governments and mining companies in adjusting mining business permits. The implementation of this strategy is expected to create more sustainable mining, reduce environmental impacts, and improve community welfare.   Keywords : Community Mining Permit, Environment, Illegal Gold Mining, SWOT
