Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Motivation and Discipline Work simultaneously or partially affect the performance of employees at the village office in the District Mantikulore Palu. This study uses quantitative research which is a research that aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables with a sample of 99 employees and data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded: (1) based on regression test results obtained sig. F of 0.00 <0.05. This means that the variables of Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance variable. (2) based on the regression test results obtained motivation variable has significance level t sig. 0.033 <α 0.05. It means that partially motivation variable has significant effect to employee performance variable. (3) based on regression test results obtained by motivation variable has significance level t sig. 0,000> α 0.05. It means that partially variable of Work Discipline have significant effect to employee performance variable. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor kelurahan di Wilayah Kecamatan Mantikulore Kota Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 99 pegawai dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan: (1) Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,00 < 0,05. Hal ini bermakna bahwa variabel Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. (2) Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Motivasi memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,033 < α 0,05. Hal ini bermakna bahwa secara parsial variabel Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. (3) Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Motivasi memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,000 > α 0,05. Hal ini bermakna bahwa secara parsial variabel Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palu. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja. Sedangkan variabel dependen adalah Kinerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian asosiatif. Sampel berjumlah 74 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel metode sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan spss 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palu. Dan secara parsial Motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan Terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palu.

Abstract

This research revealed the Influence of Dicipline (X1), Work Motivation (X2) and Leadership Style (X3), toward Employee Performance (Y) in Research and Development Planning Agency of Sigi Regency. The purpose of this research is to analyse the influence of Work Dicipline, Motivation and Leadership Style, toward Employee Performance in Research and Development Planning Agency of Sigi Regency. This reseach is classified as a verificative researh and use a survey research design.  Source of data is divided into primary data which are collected through questionnaires and secondary data which is collected from a documentary study which has relation with this research.  The analysis method used in this research is linear and multiple regression analysis which is also supported by a statistical program of SPSS 20.0 version. Result of this research shows that work discipline, work motivation and leadership style has simultaneity significant influence on the employee performance with R square value 0,361 or 31,6%.  While partially this research result is as follows, the discipline has a positive but not significant influence to the employee performance (24,1%), work motivation has a positive and significant influence to the employee performance (63,9%) and leadership style has a positive and significant influence to the employee performance (32,4%). Leader of Research and Development Planning Agency of Sigi Regency must deliver the task to its employee through discipline and responsibility based on regulation so that the employee could give their best service and performance in return.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the workload of employees that affect the adversity quotient either directly or indirectly through the emotional quotient as an intervening variable. The research participants were 108 supermarket employees in Palu City who were taken randomly from 26 supermarket outlets which were taken according to their proportions. The results obtained indicate that the effect of workload on the adversity quotient can be weakened if there is an emotional quotient that affects the workload and adversity quotient. In conclusion, this study provides a different perspective on the adversity quotient in the work environment. Another scientific addition is that the emotional quotient can be an adversity quotient reinforcement for individuals to survive the workload. It is possible that other quotients can strengthen the role of the adversity quotient in the world of work.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pejabat di lingkungan Sekretariat DPRD Kota Palu; (2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pejabat di lingkungan Sekretariat DPRD Kota Palu; (3) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja Pejabat pada Sekretariat DPRD Kota Palu; (4) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pejabat di lingkungan Sekretariat DPRD Kota Palu melalui komitmen organisasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kausal yang melibatkan 57 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik sensus. Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional kinerja pejabat di Sekretariat DPRD Kota Palu; (2) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pejabat di lingkungan Sekretariat DPRD Kota Palu; (3) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pejabat di lingkungan Sekretariat DPRD Kota Palu; (4) Kepuasan kerja secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi kinerja pejabat melalui komitmen organisasi di lingkungan Sekretariat DPRD Kota Palu.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh konflik peran ganda dan stres kerja secara serempak dan parsial terhadap kinerja perawat wanita di Rumah Sakit Undata Palu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kausal, populasi penelitian ini adalah 240 perawat wanita yang sudah menikah di Rumah Sakit Undata Palu. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 71 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala Likert dan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konflik peran ganda dan stres kerja secara serempak dan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat wanita di Rumah Sakit Undata Palu. Kata Kunci: Konflik Peran Ganda, Stres Kerja, Kinerja Perawat. AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of multiple role conflict and work stress simultaneously and partially on the performance of female nurses at Undata Palu Hospital. The type of research used is causal descriptive, the population of this research is 240 married female nurses at Undata Palu Hospital. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, with a total sample of 71 respondents. Data collection technique used were observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The scale used in this study is a Likert scale and the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study indicate that multiple role conflicts and work stress simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on the performance of female nurses at Undata Palu Hospital. Keywords:  dual role conflict, job stress, nurse performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the direct and indirect influence of work motivation and work adaptation on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable for outsourcing employees of Bank Indonesia Central Sulawesi Province. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this research is all outsourcing employees Bank Indonesia, Central Sulawesi Province, totaling 70 people. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique (census), namely where the entire population is sampled. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to outsourcing employees Bank Indonesia Central Sulawesi Province . The data analysis technique uses the SEM- Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of the research show that (1) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bank Indonesia outsourced employees in Central Sulawesi Province. (2) Work adaptation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bank Indonesia outsourced employees in Central Sulawesi Province. (3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of outsourced employees of Bank Indonesia, Central Sulawesi Province. (4) Work adaptation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of outsourced employees of Bank Indonesia, Central Sulawesi Province. (5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of outsourced employees of Bank Indonesia, Central Sulawesi Province. (6) Motivation work indirectly has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction of outsourced employees of Bank Indonesia, Central Sulawesi Province (7). Work adaptation indirectly has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction of outsourced employees of Bank Indonesia, Central Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, the impact of service quality on loyalty, and the relationship between customer satisfaction and loyalty at PT Bank Sulteng Palu Branch. The study used explanatory research method to understand the relationship of variables. Respondents were customers of Bank Sulteng Palu Branch, with a sample of 105 people, selected using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out with descriptive statistics and path analysis using Warp PLS. The results showed that service quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction, loyalty, and can affect loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the growth in number of former commercial sex workers in the Integrated Service Unit of the Social Rehabilitation Center for Persons with Social Disabilities of Central Sulawesi Province. Descriptive qualitative research was used in this study. Observation, interviews, documents, and reference search were used to collect data. Primary and secondary data sources were used. Three steps consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing in the data processing and analysis procedure. The research findings show that The Integrated Service Unit of Social Rehabilitation for Social Disability Central Sulawesi Province uses various strategies to build human resources for former commercial sex workers. There are five types of guidance: 1) mental health guidance, 2) physical guidance, 3) social guidance, 4) skills guidance, and 5) spiritual guidance. Related to the development of human resources for former commercial sex workers, there are obstacles or barriers that arise in the process that must be overcome so that a company can be successful. In addition to the delay in receiving funds from The Integrated Service Unit of Social Rehabilitation for Social Disability of Central Sulawesi Province, the obstacles to the activities carried out by these organizations include many of their clients who return to being prostitutes after previously no longer working. received a positive response from them. Former commercial sex workers at The Integrated Service Unit of Social Rehabilitation for Social Disability Central Sulawesi Province are part of a human resource development model consisting of three parts: 1) rehabilitation (physical, social, and mental development); 2) resocialization (entrepreneurship and health socialization); and 3) additional guidance (social and skills development).

Abstract

Pelaku usaha wisata di daerah pedesaan sering menghadapi tantangan dalam mengadopsi praktik pariwisata berkelanjutan, yang berdampak pada daya saing dan keberlanjutan destinasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan implementasi pariwisata berkelanjutan di kalangan pelaku usaha wisata di Desa Masaingi. Permasalahan utama meliputi rendahnya pemahaman konsep pariwisata berkelanjutan, terbatasnya adopsi praktik ramah lingkungan, dan kurangnya pelibatan masyarakat lokal dalam pengembangan wisata. Metode pemecahan masalah menggunakan pendekatan participatory action research (PAR) dan experiential learning, melibatkan 30 pelaku usaha wisata dalam program edukasi. Program ini mencakup workshop, mentoring, dan praktik lapangan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman konsep pariwisata berkelanjutan sebesar 44,95%, melebihi target awal 30%. Tingkat adopsi praktik berkelanjutan mencapai 78%.Program ini berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan pendapatan pelaku usaha, dengan rata-rata kenaikan sebesar 35% dalam 6 bulan setelah implementasi. Jumlah kunjungan wisatawan meningkat 25% dan rata-rata lama tinggal wisatawan bertambah dari 1,2 hari menjadi 2,5 hari.Meskipun menghadapi tantangan infrastruktur digital dan dampak pandemi COVID-19, program ini berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas dan daya saing pelaku usaha wisata. Simpulannya, pendekatan PAR dan experiential learning efektif dalam memfasilitasi adopsi pariwisata berkelanjutan di destinasi wisata pedesaan, berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan terkait pariwisata. Sustainable Tourism Education in Enhancing the Competitiveness of Tourism Business Operators in Masaingi Village Abstract Tourism business operators in rural areas often face challenges in adopting sustainable tourism practices, which impacts destination competitiveness and sustainability. This research aims to enhance understanding and implementation of sustainable tourism among tourism business operators in Masaingi Village. The main issues include limited understanding of sustainable tourism concepts, minimal adoption of environmentally friendly practices, and insufficient local community involvement in tourism development. The problem-solving methodology employed participatory action research (PAR) and experiential learning approaches, engaging 30 tourism business operators in an educational program. The program encompassed workshops, mentoring, and field practices. Results demonstrated a significant 44.95% improvement in understanding sustainable tourism concepts, exceeding the initial target of 30%. The adoption rate of sustainable practices reached 78%. The program positively impacted business operators' revenue, with an average increase of 35% within 6 months post-implementation. Tourist arrivals increased by 25%, and the average length of stay extended from 1.2 days to 2.5 days. Despite challenges in digital infrastructure and COVID-19 pandemic impacts, the program successfully enhanced the capacity and competitiveness of tourism business operators. In conclusion, the PAR and experiential learning approach effectively facilitated sustainable tourism adoption in rural tourism destinations, contributing significantly to achieving tourism-related Sustainable Development Goals.
