Abstract

Dalam setiap organisasi, manusia merupakan salah satu komponen yang sangat penting. Bagaimana sempurnahnya suatu organisasi dalam perencanaan, kebijakan, teknologi yang dimiliki tidak dapat berjalan dengan lancer, jika tidak didukung tenaga kerja yang andal. Dengan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, organisasi mampu mengelola pegawai secara efektif dan efisien, serta mampu mendukung pencapaian tujuan organisasi..Penelitian yang dilakukan selama dua bulan, mulai Mei hingga Juni ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif, dimana data yang digunakan berupa angka-angka. Melibatkan 58 sampel yang terdiri dari pegawai Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Makassar yang diambil dengan model Probability Sampling. Selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer, yaitu pengumpulan data dengan cara membagikan quisioner.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terlihat bahwa variabel kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terdap kinerja dengan dengan nilai signifikansinya 0,163 0,05. Sedangkan variabel motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja sebesar 0,000 0,05, Serta variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja kinerja pegawai Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Makassar,dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 0,05. Dan diantara ketiga variabel bebas yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja adalah varaibel disiplinNilai R Square (R2) adalah 0,629 yang menunjukkan ketiga variabel bebas secara keseluruhan menentukan kinerja sebesar 62,9 % dan sisanya sebesar 37,1% ditentukan variabel lainnya.Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Disiplin kerja dan kinerja pegawai

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Dinas Kebudayaan dan Kepariwisataan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Serta mengetahui dan menganalisis variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Dinas Kebudayaan dan Kepariwisataan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di Kantor Dinas Kebudayaan dan Kepariwisataan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dengan waktu pelaksanaan selama 1 bulan yaitu bulan maret sampai dengan april tahun 2018 dengan sampel berjumlah 59 orang. Metode analisis yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode statistik deskriptif dan path analisis.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : Kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai p = 0,004 0,05 dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,322, Kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan p =0,000 0,05 dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,499, Kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan p =0,002 0,05 dengan nilai koefisien 0,405, Kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan p =0,425 0,05 dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,115, Kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan p =0,021 0,050 dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,233, selanjutnya Kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kkinerja melalui kepuasan kerja dengan nilai koefisien 0,075, koefisien ini menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan yang baik pada kantor Dinas Kebudayaan dan Kepariwisataan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dapat meningkat kepuasan kerja pegawai sehinggah berdampak pada meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Dan Kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,116, koefisien ini menunjukan bahwa semakin sesuai kompetensi yang dimiliki pegawai dengan pekerjaannya akan meningkat kepuasan kerja dan akhirnya berdampak pada kinerja pegawai yang semakin baik

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi dan kinerja Pegawai Sekolah Tinggi Penyuluhan Pertanian (STPP) Gowa di Gowa Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan serta mengetahui dan menganalisis variabel yang berpengaruh baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di Sekolah Tinggi Penyuluhan Pertanian (STPP) Gowadi Gowa Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dengan sampel berjumlah 98 orang.Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, melalui pengujian path analisis.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kompetensi  mempunyai pengaruh  signifikan terhadap motivasi; Lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadapmotivasi; Kompetensi  mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; Lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif  tidak signifikan terhadapkinerja; Motivasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja; Kompetensi  mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai  melalui motivasi,hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin sesuai kompetensi yang dimiliki pegawai dengan pekerjaannya akan meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan akhirnya berdampak pada kinerja pegawai yang semakin baik; Lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadapkinerja pegawai melalui motivasi, halini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi lingkungan kerja dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai sehingga berdampak pada meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the Influence of Leadership, Competence on Job Satisfaction and Performance of State Civil Apparatus in the Department of Culture and Tourism of South Sulawesi Province. As well as knowing and analyzing the dominant variables affecting the performance of the Department of Culture and Tourism of South Sulawesi Province. The research has been conducted at the Office of Culture and Tourism of South Sulawesi Province with a period of implementation for 1 month, namely the month of March to April 2018 with a sample of 59 people. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive statistical method and path analysis. The results showed that: Leadership has a significant influence on job satisfaction with a value of p = 0.004 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.322, Competency has a significant influence on job satisfaction with p = 0.000 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.499, Leadership has a significant influence on employee performance with p = 0.002 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.405, Competency has an insignificant positive influence on job satisfaction with p = 0.425 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.115, Job satisfaction has a significant influence on performance with p = 0.021 0.050 with a coefficient value of 0.233, furthermore Leadership has a significant influence on performance through job satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.075, this coefficient shows that good leadership in the Office of Culture and Tourism of South Sulawesi Province can increase employee job satisfaction so that it has an impact on improving employee performance. And Competency has a significant influence on employee performance through job satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.116, this coefficient shows that the more appropriate competencies that employees have with their work will increase job satisfaction and ultimately impact on the performance of employees who are getting better. Keywords: Leadership, competence, job satisfaction and performance

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the difference in the price of palm tree fresh fruit bunch in Pasangkayu Regency and to find out why the various traders’ behavior in giving prices to farmers. This study used qualitative research. The type of this research approach was descriptive. To determine the informants in this study was throung the snowball sampling technique. Snowball technique was a sampling method in which informants are obtained through a rolling process from one informant to another. The number of informants in this study were 8. The results showed that differences in ownership of ISPO and RSPO certificates for each palm oil company affects the price policy offered by each company. The difference in prices received by farmers was also influenced by the behavior of collectors in determining prices, each of them incurs a different amount, the costs are transportation, wage of workers, distance, quality of fruit, and operational costs as well as the amount of profit that collectors want to get. Keywords: Price, Fresh Fruit Bunches.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to test the influence of work discipline on employee performance in PT. PLN (Persero) Makassar Distribution Regulatory Area.This research data was collected from 68 respondents working at PT. PLN (Persero) Makassar Distribution Regulatory Area.The statement was given using a questionnaire. Respondents' responses to the statements were then analyzed quantitatively. Quantitative analysis includes tests of validity, reliability, and simple linear regression analysis.The results of this study showed that work discipline variables have a dominant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Makassar Distribution Area. Partially the variables of work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of employees with a thitung of 8,499and a significant value of 0.000 has a significant effect on the performance of employees, the most dominant affects the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Makassar Distribution Regulatory Area is a work discipline variable with a regression coefficient of 0.851Keywords: Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACK                 This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of competence, work environment on motivation and performance of employees of the Gowa Agricultural Extension College (STPP) in Gowa, South Sulawesi Province as well as to identify and analyze variables that have direct and indirect influence on employee performance.                This research was conducted at the College of Agricultural Extension (STPP) Gowadi Gowa, South Sulawesi Province with a sample of 98 people. The method of analysis used in this research is quantitative method, through path analysis testing.                The results show that competence has a significant effect on motivation; The work environment has a significant positive effect on motivation; Competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance; The work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on performance; Motivation has a significant effect on performance; Competence has a significant influence on employee performance through motivation, this shows that the more appropriate the competence of employees with their work will increase work motivation and ultimately have an impact on employee performance that is getting better; The work environment has a significant influence on employee performance through motivation, this shows that the conditions of the work environment can increase employee motivation so that it has an impact on improving employee performance. Keywords: Competence, work environment, motivation and performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of innovation and product quality on customer satisfaction through new products. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques through online questionnaires to 180 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses path analysis with the help of AMOS 21 software.The results showed that the innovation variable had a significant positive effect on new products; Product quality has a significant positive effect on new products; Innovation has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction; Product quality has no significant positive effect on customer satisfaction; New products have a significant effect on customer satisfaction; Innovation has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through new products and product quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through new products. Keywords: Innovation, Product Quality, Customer satisfaction, New produduct.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of PAUD SPAS tutors in Sombaopu District, Gowa Regency. This research was conducted in Sombaopu Subdistrict, Gowa Regency with an implementation time of 2 months, namely January to February 2018 with a sample of 42 people. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data.The Emotional Intelligence variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PAUD SPAS tutors in Sombaopu District, Gowa Regency. The results of the hypothesis test show that the t significance value of the emotional intelligence variable is smaller than 0.05 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the hypothesis which states "Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PAUD SPAS tutors in Sombaopu District, Gowa Regency" is proven. Work Motivation Variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PAUD SPAS tutors in Sombaopu District, Gowa Regency. The results of the hypothesis test show that the t significance value of the work motivation variable is less than 0.05, so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the hypothesis which states "Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PAUD SPAS tutors in Sombaopu District, Gowa Regency" is proven. Work Environment Variable (X3) has a positive effect although not significant on the performance of PAUD SPAS tutors in Sombaopu District, Gowa Regency. The results of the hypothesis test show that the t significance value of the work environment variable is greater than 0.05, so that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, which means that the hypothesis which states "Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PAUD SPAS tutors in Sombaopu District, Gowa Regency" is not proven. . Of the three variables analyzed, namely emotional intelligence (X1), motivation (X2) and work environment (X3), it turns out that the one that has the greatest influence or highest contribution to performance is the emotional intelligence variable (X1) with a standardized coefficients beta value of 0.455 and variable The work environment (X3) with the smallest influence or smallest contribution is the standardized coefficients beta value of 0.170. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Motivation and Work Environment
