Abstract

This study aims to compare the financial risks of conventional BPR and BPR sharia during the period December 2011-June 2012 by using the banks financial ratios. Financial ratios used consists of Capital Assets Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Operating Expenses Operating Income divided (BOPO), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR).Based on a sample of predetermined criteria, obtained two sample groups, namely the conventional 2 RB and 2 RBs sharia. Analysis tools used to prove the hypothesis in this study is Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, independent sample t-test and Mann-Whitney test.The analysis performed shows that the average financial ratios sharia rural banks (CAR, ROA, and ROE) are significantly better than conventional BPR, while the other ratios (NPL, BOPO, and LDR) sharia BPRs lower quality. But the views of the entire Islamic rural banks showed a lower risk than conventional BPR.Keywords: financial ratios, financial risk, BPR, t-test, Mann-Whitney t-test.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Comparative Analysis of Financial Performance of Islamic Banking with Conventional Banking Registered in Bank Indonesia. The population in this study is a banking company that is listed in the 2010-2012 Indonesian banks. The samples in this study were taken by purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using Independent sample t test. The results showed that the CAR, NPL, and LDR significant difference between Islamic banking and conventional banking. only variable ROA and BOPO were no significant differences between Islamic banking and conventional banking. The test as a whole is represented by performance variables showed that there was no significant difference between Islamic banking and conventional banking. However, the overall performance of Islamic banking is better than the conventional banking banking in the study period.Keywords: CAR, ROA, NPL, LDR, BOPO

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non Performing Financing (NPF) and Operation Efficiency (ROA) for the Return On Asset (ROA) as a proxy of profitability Islamic Bank in Indonesia during the 2011-2014 period. This study uses 4 samples Islamic Bank - Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Syariah Mandiri, Bank Mega Syariah and BNI Syariah. Data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression. These results indicate that CAR has a significant negative influence and affect the ROA. FDR and NPF has a negative and significant impact on ROA. Meanwhile, the variable ROA has a positive and significant effect on ROA. Predictive ability of the four variables on ROA of 34,4%, while the rest influenced by other factors outside the research model. Research is expected to be a guideline for the management of Bank Islam in managing their companies.Keywords: Profitability, CAR, FDR, NPF, BOPO, ROA

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality, product diversity, and price perception on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty in Annash Selluler Kendal. The population in this study were customers in Annash Selluler Kendal. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. The sample criteria in this study are customers who have made purchases more than 3 times in Annash Selluler Kendal. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression. The result of this research can be concluded that: Service Quality have positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction. The diversity of products has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Price perceptions have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to examine Product Quality, Price Perceptions, Location of Consumer Satisfaction and the impact on Consumer Buying Interest. The population used in this study are consumers of Rumah Makan “Era Minang” Tembalang Semarang.The sample in this study were consumers who had made a purchase decision on Rumah Makan “Era Minang” Tembalang Semarang as many as 100 people.Test equipment in this study uses multiple linear regression.Product quality, price perception and location has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on buying interest. Keywords : Product quality, Price perceptions, location, Consumer satisfaction and consumer buying interest.
