Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui hasil penetapan dan pengembangan ranking Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) pada bidang usaha meubelair di Kecamatan Metro Utara Kota Metro. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah pemilik UMKM pada bidang usaha meubelair di Kecamatan Metro Utara Kota Metro yang berjumlah 24 unit usaha dengan sampel sebanyak 17 yang ditetapkan secara purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan studi kepustakaan. Analisa data menggunakan metode Weighted Product. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses penetapan dan pengembangan ranking dilakukan dengan menghitung nilai bobot prioritas pada aspek produksi, teknologi, pemasaran dan manajemen usaha pada 17 UMKM meubelair di Kecamatan Metro Utara Kota Metro dengan menggunakan metode Weighted Product (WP). Penetapan dan pengembangan ranking pada 17 UMKM meubelair di Kecamatan Metro Utara Kota Metro menghasilkan 11 kategori ranking usaha dengan 3 besar ranking yang pertama adalah usaha meubelair Sutrisno (0,067), ke dua usaha meubelair Riyanto (0,064), ketiga adalah usaha meubelair Asngari (0,063) dan Sarimin (0,063).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan apakah pada Toko Qolsa sudah menerapkan karakteristik pemasaran syariah atau belum, dan untuk menentukan strategi pemasaran Syariah yang sebaiknya diterapkan pada Toko Qolsa di Kota Metro pada produk hijabnya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian campura, yaitu perpaduan antara metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Metode kualitatif digunakan untuk meneliti karakteristik pemasaran syariah pada Toko Qolsa, dan metode kuantitatif digunakan untuk menganalisa strategi pemasaran menggunakan analisis SWOT dengan objek Internal dan eksternal dari faktor-faktor agar didapatkan strategi pemasaran yang terbaik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, kuisioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan karakteristik pemasaran syariah dan dianalisis lebih lanjut menggunakan analisis SWOT, bahwa Qolsa Kota Metro telah menerapkan karakteristik pemasaran syariah yang terdiri dari karakter Rabbaniyah (Ketuhanan), Akhlaqiyah (Etis), Al-Waqi’iyyah (Realistis), dan Al-Insaniyah (Humanitas). Kemudian, pada strategi pemasaran yang dianalisis lebih lanjut menggunakan analisis SWOT oleh penulis, berdasarkan hasil analisis faktor internal dan ekternal produk hijab pada Toko Qolsa di Kota Metro, diperoleh nilai pada matriks IE (Internal-Eksternal) berada pada posisi kuadran II yang berarti bahwa strategi yang harus diterapkan adalah “strategi tumbuh/growth”. Strategi yang sebaiknya dilakukan Qolsa adalah melalui konsentrasi integrasi horizontal.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Rini Cosmetics Shop. This research is quantitative byinterpreting the independent and dependent variables. This study aims to determine the effectof service quality, product quality, and price on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction atRini Cosmetic store customers by using 50 respondents as a research sample and thesampling technique using accidental sampling. The data analysis method used is aquantitative analysis method including validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearitytest and regression significance, homogeneity test, hypothesis requirements and statisticalhypotheses. Data analysis in this study used path analysis (Path) with the help of the SPSSversion 25.0 application. The results of the study indicate that there is a direct influencebetween service quality and customer satisfaction at Rini cosmetic shops. There is a directeffect of product quality on customer satisfaction at Rini Cosmetics stores. There is a directeffect of price on customer satisfaction at Rini Cosmetic stores. There is a direct effect ofservice quality on customer loyalty to Rini Cosmetic stores. There is an effect of productquality on customer loyalty to Rini Cosmetic stores. Abstract

Investors who invest in the capital market will find two problems, namely the rate of returnand the level of risk. The purpose of this study was to determine the eligibility level of sharesand the rate of return on shares and risk by using the CAPM method in determininginvestment decisions in shares of manufacturing companies in the Food and Beverages sub-sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2022. This study usesa descriptive quantitative approach to identify the feasibility of shares based on the level andreturn on investment. The sample in this study are food and beverage manufacturingcompanies listed on the IDX for 2019-2022. Data collection techniques using thedocumentation method and data analysis using the CAPM method. Based on the results of thefeasibility research on stock investment that has been carried out, in this study there werefour stocks that were declared eligible for the stock investment activities, namely ADES,CEKA, MYOR, and STTP. Meanwhile, six companies namely ALTO, ICBP, INDF, ROTI,SKBM, and ULTJ were declared unfit for investment activities. Individual stock returns (Ri)in companies from highest to lowest are ADES, STTP, MYOR, and CEKA. While thesystematic risk (β) from highest to lowest is ADES, CEKA, MYORand STTP

Abstract

Abstract

Technological advances have an impact on the business sector, one of which is payment transactions. Mobile payment is one of the breakthroughs in the business sector with online transactions. However, unfortunately, there are still many people who have little interest in using mobile payments. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of efficiency, security and convenience on consumers' interest in using mobile payments at the Shizuka Ms Glowstore, Gajah City. This research applies quantitative research methods. The research location is at the Shizuka Store, Kota Gajah. The population in this research are consumers or buyers at the Shizuka store. The research sample was taken by accidental sampling with a sample size of 68. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with Likert scoring 1-5. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression formulas, t-test, F-test, and determination test. The research results show that efficiency influences interest in using mobile payment at Shizuka Ms Glow Store. Transaction security influences interest in using mobile payments. Ease of transactions influences interest in using mobile payments. Efficiency, transaction security and ease of transactions have a significant influence on interest in using mobile payments.

Abstract

One effective strategy for starting a local business is to use content that encourages users to visit a product's website or store, usually through online advertising on the website's media platform that promotes the product. With a significant increase in internet usage, it can have a positive impact on purchasing decisions. Purchasing decisions themselves are part of consumer behavior, where respondents have a tendency to act before finally making a purchase decision. Ease of online transactions as a simple ordering process, diverse and easy payment methods, a purchase process that provides benefits and convenience, and fast and accurate delivery of goods. The existence of this ease of transaction can provide a sense of security to consumers and potentially increase the number of customers. To find out whether Transaction Security directly affects purchasing decisions at Metro City Convection I_Luup Production Home. To find out whether the Ease of Transaction directly affects the purchase decision at the Metro City I_Luup Production Home Convection. To find out whether the quality of product information directly affects purchasing decisions at Metro City I_Luup Production Home Convection. To find out whether transaction security, ease of transaction and quality of product information together directly affect purchasing decisions at Metro City I_Luup Production Home Convection. The sample of this study was all 60 consumers of Convection I_Luup Production Home Metro City. Data collection using interviews, questionnaires and data analysis using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Regression Linearity and Meaningfulness Test, Homogeneity Test and Path Analysis using SPSS program. The results show that there is a positive and significant influence of Transaction Security on the Quality of Product Information. There is a positive and significant influence of ease of transaction on the quality of product information. There is a positive and significant influence of Transaction Security on Purchasing Decisions. There is a positive and significant influence of ease of transaction on purchasing decisions. There is a positive and significant influence of product information quality on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of market risk, financial risk and business risk on stock returns of textile and garment companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (2019-2022 period). This research manages financial report data for 4 years, namely from 2019-2022 according to what is needed. This data is seen through company financial reports published by the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) and tested using E-views 10. Based on tests carried out by researchers using data analysis techniques using analytical requirements testing (descriptive statistical analysis), classical regression assumption requirements testing (autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test), as well as hypothesis testing using panel data regression models and (Test t, the significant F test and the coefficient of determination test R2) found that the only variables that had a significant influence on stock returns were market risk and business risk variables, while the financial risk variables did not influence and were not significant on stock returns. Likewise for the simultaneous test which has been carried out based on the calculated F table or F-statistics of 0.987735 with a significance value of 0.0732981 which means > 0.05 so Ha is accepted and it can be concluded that Market Risk, Financial Risk and Business Risk together has no effect on stock returns.

Abstract

Abstract

Behavioral Finance is a phenomenon of a person's psychology that can affect an investor in financial activities, this financial behavior can occur due to the irrational nature of an investor, especially in making investment decisions. This study has the aim of knowing whether regret aversion bias affected cryptocurrency investment decision making in generation z. To determine whether Overconfidence affected investment decision making in generation z. To find out whether Overconfidence affected cryptocurrency investment decision making in generation z. And to find out whether regret aversion bias and overconfidence affected cryptocurrency investment decision making in generation z and find out what the impact was. This study used a quantitative method with purpose sampling where the sample of this study amounted to 60 respondents who were generation z cryptocurrency investors. Data analysis used instrument requirement testing, namely validity and reliability tests. The analysis requirements test used normality test, linearity test and homogeneity test. And hypothesis testing used multiple linear regression analysis test, partial test (T test). simultaneous test (F test), and test the coefficient of determination (R2). By using the SPSS software application program. The results showed that 1). Regret aversion bias had a positive and significant effect on cryptocurrency investment decision making in generation z. 2). Overconfidence had a positive and significant effect on cryptocurrency investment decision making in generation z. and 3). Regret aversion bias and overconfidence had a significant effect on cryptocurrency investment decision making in generation z.
