Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of poor student interest in social studies in junior high school Pertiwi Siteba Padang. On the basis of the problem of this research focuses on the factors that affect student interest in social studies class VII SMP Pertiwi Siteba Padang I Semester Academic Year 2013/2014. Study aimed to describe the factors that affect student interest in class VII I Padang SMP Pertiwi Siteba Padang Academic Year 2013/2014, views of the motivations and ideals, the family, the role of teachers, facilities and infrastructure, friend relationships, and mass media. Based on these problems, the method used in this study is the evaluation study. To test the validity of the data the authors used data triangulation. Then the techniques of data analysis in this study using the interactive analysis technique proposed by Huberman Milles.The results showed: the interest of students seen from motivation and ideals associated with serious social studies so that students in learning. Family at home giving attention and some are not considered thereby reducing student interest in social studies. The role of teachers in students interest is very significant, because the teacher is a person who is responsible for the learning process of students. Facilities and infrastructure available in schools to increase interest seen from the availability of books and other state facilities which are in good condition to enhance students interest in learning. Mass media influence on students interest because students. Students have good relationships with friends at school. This increase students interest in learning as socially friends can help when students have difficulties in learning. From the above description be concluded poor student interest in social studies at the high school following the Pertiwi Siteba Padang.

Abstract

Di Kenagarian Lagan Mudik Punggasan Kecamatan Linggo Sari Baganti Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan pada umumnya masyarakatnya  bertani karet dalam memenuhi perekonomian sehari-hari masyarakat. Tapi mengikuti laju perkembangan zaman saat ini masyarakat di Lagan Mudik Punggasan kewalahan dalam mencukupi ekonomi mereka. Segala sesuatu yang harus dilengkapi tidak semuanya terpenuhi lagi yang terpaksa harus sedikit disediakan, jika mau semuanya disediakan.Oleh karena itu ketika adanya pembentukan suatu koperasi yang menjadi usaha simpan pinjam yang diharapkan menjadi lembaga pembiayaan alternatif. Maka mereka bergabung dalam suatu badan usaha swasta yang diberi nama Koperasi Tunas Baru.  Sehingga perekonomian masyarakat di Lagan Mudik Punggasan tetap berjalan sebagaimana mestinya, yang dapat memenuhi          perekonomian masyarakat                             sekitarnya. Koperasi Tunas Baru dijadikan sebagai wadah kedua perekonomian masyarakat, jika seandainya ada kendala keuangan maka mereka mengadu kepada koperasi tersebut dengan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan.Pinjaman modal dari Koperasi  Tunas Baru bisa mereka manfaatkan dalam usaha sampingan lainnya seperti: membuka usaha kecil lainnya modal untuk berdagang atau

Abstract

The main issue in this study is the change in system administration Nagari Aua Kuniang since validity UU No. 5 of 1979 in Sumatera Barat and outlines the proces of the system of government Chang to government Nagari village in 2001 with the No. 22 of 1999 on Regional Autonomy . But in this Paper discussed until in 2012 because this year Nagari Aua Kuniang has managed to become a good Nagari and each device Nagari has been carrying out its obligations in accordance with their respective duties . The purpose of this study is to describe the structure of the form, function of the lowest government system, to see the shape of the system changes back to the system administration Nagari, as well as to look after the implementation of the government back to the Nagari.The study used the historical method which includes four stages include Heuristic, Critic, interpretation, and Historiography. First, heuristic are searching for and collecting data through primary and secondary sources were found through written sources and interviews. Second, the source of critic is to do research on data collected through internal and external critic is whether the data is the correct data and in accordance with the needs of research. Third, the data interpretation is activity undertaken to interpret the facts. Fourth, Historiography is stringing research results in the form of scientific papers (Thesis).The results showed that , with the change of government system to Nagari village has brought changes to the lives of village Aua Kuniang. Such changes can be seen both in government agencies, indigenous organizations, and social institutions. The implementation of village government system so that the underlying desire to return to the system of government in 2001 in Kenagarian Aua Kuniang constituted with the issuance of UU No.22 of 1999 on regional autonomy, the law has provided an opportunity for the region to progress the region. Implementation of the government after returning to Nagari in Aua Kuniang begins with the establishment of institutions that support the government  Nagari, including the executive (Wali Nagari), legislative (DPN), and judicative (KAN).

Abstract

 This research is motivated by the problem of classroom management implemented teacher has not gone well. On the basis of the problem of this research is focused on the constraints of teachers in implementing Classroom Management in Integrated Social learning in SMP Negeri 4 Tarusan Pesisir Selatan Region. This study aims to determine the constraints of teachers in implementing Classroom Management in Integrated Social learning in SMP Negeri 4 Tarusan Pesisir Selatan Region, views from the skills associated with the creation and maintenance of learning conditions, divide the attention of students, management teachers in focus groups or class, giving clear instructions to students, reprimand or termination and provide reinforcement to the students. Based on these problems, the method used in this study is the evaluation study. To test the validity of the data the authors used data triangulation. Then the techniques of data analysis in this study using the interactive analysis technique proposed by Huberman Milles, which consists of data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion. The results show the obstacles faced by teachers in classroom management are: students lack discipline, too many students, students who have a good personality and lack of discipline less, give clear instructions for materials that are difficult to understand by students, students who have personalities less good and less discipline and character of the students come from diverse backgrounds as different. It can be concluded that the Integrated Social Science teachers have the classroom management problems, especially problems related to students. This happens because of the diversity of characteristics possessed by students.

Abstract

Struggle of Amran Nur as Mayor of Sawahlunto ( 2003-2012) competent to be traced because Amran Nur assessed have succeeded to bring change of progress of town of Sawahlunto. For that becoming problem formula is 1). How biography of Amran Light 2). How role of Amran Nur in improving progress of town of Sawahlunto and this study aim to to 1). For the mendeskripsikan of picture about biography of Amran Nur 2). For the mendeskripsikan of role of Amran Nur in improving progress of town of Sawahlunto year 2003-2012.Method which is used in this research is history method with the following stages;steps : first,  heuristik that is collecting relevant data either through interview study, document, and also book study. Second, criticism of source of that is doing examination of data use criticize eksternal and is internal. Third, data interpretation and analysis. Fourth, historiografi or pour data in the form of erudite article. Result of research indicate that Amran Nur is a leader which is disipilin and strive. Role of Amran Nur in improving progress of town of Sawahlunto among others 1). In the field of education one of the pre-eminent program that is applied Full Day Shcool in the year 2009 with aim to to form character and control the quality of and education of Full applied Day Shcool to be assessed have been able to improve the quality of education in Town of Sawahlunto 2). In the field of health, Amran Nur go into effect program of JPKM subsidized is LOCAL GOVERNMENT equal to 50% 3). In the field of economics, some program of Amran Nur to increase economics of society of Sawahlunto among others : distributing seed- productive seed along with with manure free of charge, giving interest free loan for impecunious family 4). In the field of Infrastructure that is road-works go to production sentra 5). In the field of Tourism, as according to its mission that is making town of Sawahlunto as " town of Wisata Cultured Mine" in year 2010. Which its role is started from development and is hale of old buildings of ommission of Dutch colonial epoch taken as as place of wisata which is memilki assess high history like : Development Of Meseum Train, Hole Mine Mbah Suro, Museum Goedang Ransoem as well as conducting addition of object of wisata among others : Waterboom, Resort Kandi, and others. Abstract

Penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan adalah untuk mengetahui Peran Nawi Dalam Mempertahankan Kemerdekaan Indonesia 1945-1949. Penelitian ini juga dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui latar belakang Nawi bergabung dalam mempertahankan kemerdekaan Indonesia., mendeskripsikan peran Nawi dalam pertempuran Padang luar kota tahun 1945, mendeskripsikan peran Nawi dalam pertempuran di Solok tahun 1947, mendeskripsikan peran Nawi dalam pertempuran di Padang Pariaman tahun 1948. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah yang terdiri dari 4 langkah. Pertama, mengumpulkan data (Heuristik), kedua, kritik sumber, ketiga interpretasi dan keempat historiografi atau penulisan sejarah, realisasi keempat metode yang dipakai, maka pinulisis dapat melakukan penelitian ini dengan mudah untuk mengumpulkan data.           Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa, Nawi adalah seorang putera yang berasal dari kampung Lalang, Korong Gadang Kecamatan Kuranji Padang Sumatera Barat. Peran Nawi dalam mempertahankan kemerdekaan dapat ditelusuri dari tiga wilayah pertempuran. Pertama di Padang Luar Kota, diwilayah ini ia berperan sebagai komadan regu yang membawahi 9 orang anggota regu. Strategi dan penugasan sesuai dengan intruksi koman pleton yaitu sebagai regu pengintai di perbatasan. Kedua, perannya sebagai komandan regu berlanjut pada wilyah pertempuaran lain yaitu di Solok, dengan tugas wajib regu tetap seperti sebelumnya. Namun, insting dan inisiatif memecahkan masalah kelompok terlihat di pertempuran ini. Nawi segera menjadi relawan dapur umum disaat tenaga relawan yang dibutuhkna sangat minim. Ketiga, di Padang Pariaman adalah wilayah pertempuran terakhir sebelum ia memilih mundur dari ketenteraan. Perannya disini, tetap sama yaitu pimpinan regu satu Hizbullah, yang bertugas sebagai regu pengiKata Kunci: Peran Nawi, Perjuangan, Kemerdekaan Indonesia 1945-1949.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Efforts to improve the quality of teaching history in high school constantly made, both conventional and innovative. Efforts to improve the success of learning History in the Classroom is the role of the teacher in the classroom to manage well during the learning process takes place. The purpose of this study is to to know about planning, implementation and evaluation of the teaching of history in SMA Negeri 2 Lembang Jaya Kabupaten Solok. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research. The study was conducted in the Class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Lembang Jaya. The main instrument in this study was the researcher, as executor, observers, and at the same time as data collectors. Collecting data in this study conducted by Field Research (research field) consisting of observations (observation), Interview (interview), as well as documentation. The analysis in this study is a non-statistical analysis according to the descriptive data. The results showed in the planning stages teachers need to prepare students needs analysis , materials , create a syllabus , preparing lesson plans , preparing the instruments learning , choosing instructional strategies that will be implemented in the classroom and providing learning resources and teaching materials for learners . In the process of implementation of the teacher conducting an analysis of the needs and problems experienced by students individually as not having its own handbook ; lack of concentration students to lessons ; students are less active ; attract the attention of others.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis thesis examines the process of expansion Balingka Koto district, who officially split from Beremas River District in 2003 with the issuance of Law No. 38 Year 2003 on the establishment of Balingka Koto district and two other district in Pasaman.The methot of historical research, the firs heuristic is data collection. The second criticism is the source of the tes data. The third interpretation of the combined data with other data. Historiography is the fourth present the results of research in the from of thesis.These results indicate that peoples desire to establish Balingka Koto district itself has existed since the existence of a problem that occurs between the Trenches with Air Bangis Nagari, District Koto Balingka birth is a very long struggle and also a very unique event as the birth of a Balingka Koto district, with the demands of citizens in the Trenches of regents then form a new district with the name Koto Balingka district. Keywords: regional growth, power, rule

Abstract

ABSTRACT Tuanku Lintau is one of the leading personalities of the Paderi war from Lintau whose real name is Saidi Muning . Author discussed of Tuanku Lintau inside Paderi in Tanah Datar , while the extent of the problem formulation and the background, what is the background Tuanku Lintau inside Padri in Tanah Datar (1803-1832) , how Tuanku Lintau the Padri movement in Tanah Datar and where of the base area Tuanku Lintau the Padri movement in Tanah Datar . Research objectives achieved in this study were 1) to describe the beginning of lord Lintau in Padri in Tanah Datar , 2) Describe the movements performed by the lord Lintau in Padri in Tanah Datar and 3 ) Describe the base areas in the Padri movement Tuanku Lintau in Tanah Datar . This study uses historical methods is: a) heuristic, b ) source criticism, c ) analysis, d ) and d) histografi, e) systematics of writing while, patterned penilitian combined library and the instrument research source field is taken from a book, article, this research field observations and interviews conducted with the use of descriptive methods. The research results found that Muslim community at the time was entirely Tuanku Lintau but have not run completely Islamic teachings. People still believe in superstition, kurafat and bid’ah, connect chickens , fighter, drinking wine and immoral form etc. Tuanku Lintau convey his message in a peaceful manner and there by force .Tuanku Lintau once ruled Tanah Datar and in part Sumpur area and skillful Fifty holy city of Islam , although not occupied Pagaruyung and the economy has been pioneering the coffers of the economy by growing rice and fishing column , but there is a political weakness Dutch have managed to pit neighbor communities ( in this case the pengulu and religion ) . The conclusion is a pioneer Tuanku Lintau war Padri in Tanah Datar as fighters and defensive characteristics , such as movements of religious movements , political , economy, the movement against the indigenous and colonial Dutch , regional base-base and Tuanku Lintau remainder. Key Words: Tuanku Lintau, Paderi, Tanah Datar.
