Abstract

Abstract: This study describes the equivalent of final sentence particle (shuujoshi) na(a) studied in the Detective Conan comic volume 8. The problem in this study is to find out what the equivalence of na(a) in the comic. The purpose of this study is to explain what are the results of the equivalent na(a) studied in the comic. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method of the functions na(a) in a sentence or conversation. The results are divided into 2 types of data, namely na(a) which has a translation equivalent and na(a) that has no translation equivalent.Key Words: Detective Conan, comic, final sentence particles, equivalent.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to know the different before and after using Quizlet app in kanji subject. This study conducted with pre-experimental research method with One-Group Pretest-Posttest design. The sample in this study is 2021 class student of Japanese Language Education Study Program B group with total 17 students. Instrument in this study used a test. The result of this study indicated that Quizlet app have significant influence for enchanting leaner’s kanji acquisition ability. Even so, from 17 students there are 2 students that didn’t get improved and 1 student have experienced decrease in value after using Quizlet appKey Word : Learning Media, Kanji, Quizlet

Abstract

Abstract: This research is a quantitative descriptive study which aims to determine the difficulties learning by students of class XII Pharmacy 2 SMK Negeri Kesehatan and Pariwisata Bangkinang in learning Japanese. The population in this study were all students of class XII Pharmacy 2 which amounted to 40 students, while the sample in this study amounted to 20 students. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire. Based on the results of the questionnaire analysys showed that students of class XII Pharmachy 2 had difficulty in reading and writing hiragana and hiragana, difficulty in writing sentence in Japanese, difficulty in asking and confirming ownership of objects, difficulty in borrowing and lending stationery in Japanese.Key Word: Learning difficulty, Japanese

Abstract

Abstract: This is a research on developing Android-based Student Worksheets (LKPD) on watashi no kazoku material. The purpose of this study was to determine the procedure for developing Android-based worksheets on watashi no kazoku material and its level of validation in improving the ability to write Japanese transactional texts for class X according to the assessment of material experts and media experts. The development model used in this research is the ADDIE development model by Dick and Carry. Data obtained from the validation sheet of material experts and media experts. The results of this study indicate that based on the assessment of the two validators, Android-based worksheets to improve the ability to write Japanese transactional texts for Class X are in the valid category. Thus, android-based worksheets on watashi no kazoku material are suitable for use in Japanese class X learning.Key words: Student Worksheets, Writing skills, Japanese Transactional Texts

Abstract

Abstract: This study contains the analysis of writing errors of katakana in students of the Japanese language education study program. The problem that will be discussed in this study is the cause of writing errors in katakana. The purpose of this study is to describe the causes of writing errors in katakana. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The data sources used in this study are the Class of 2020 students, totaling 27 people and the data obtained by 6 students. Data collection technique in this research is interview. The data analysis technique is described based on the Shah's theory. From the results of interview research, it was found that motivation and interest in studying katakana were the cause of the writer's error.Key Word: Analysis, katakana.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the cross-cultural understanding of second-semester students of the Japanese Language Education Study Program FKIP Riau University Academic Year 2021/2022 on Tadoku's reading text. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method to describe the competence of cross-cultural understanding in learning to read in 20 students from the class of 2021. The data for this research is Tadoku's reading text with the theme (Tsukimi 'seeing the moon'). Data collection techniques using tests. The instrument to be used in this research is in the form of an objective test, a true-false test, and a complete test. Item analysis data to determine the level of difficulty, validity, reliability, and the results will be analyzed by statistical descriptive analysis with the help of SPSS version 26. The results of the analysis using SPSS show that the questions have an easy level of difficulty, each item is valid without exception, and the questions are reliable. or consistent. Then, the results of the statistical descriptive analysis of students' understanding of the Tadoku reading text were at a moderate level. This can be interpreted that cross-cultural understanding of students affects the ability to understand the main ideas of student reading.Key Words: Understanding, Cross-cultural understanding, Tadoku.

Abstract

Abstract: In learning a foreign language, especially in this case is Japanese, every student must have an interest in learning so that they have a strong motivation in learning. Interest in this can be obtained starting from a person's interest in a culture, or even the language itself. At the university level, students who study Japanese have ways to learn Japanese pop culture itself, starting from self-study such as watching youtube videos, anime, just reading news or articles about the culture, and there are also students who study in class. The method of data collection is done by distributing tests and questionnaires that have been made, in the form of a collection of questions to obtain information that is considered representative with the aim of obtaining the information needed in this study. By using a sample of 50 people from 5 batches of Japanese Language Education FKIP Riau University. From the results of the study, it was found that knowledge of pop culture on student motivation has a strong correlation, it also has a positive and significant relationship where knowledge of pop culture on motivation of 50 students is 49.4%.Key Words: Pop culture, Learning motivation, Correlation

Abstract: This study aims to explain what are the factors that influence the acquisition of locative particles ni and de in class 2019 students of the Japanese Language Education Study Program, FKIP Riau University. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The sample in this study was Class 2019 students consisting of 3 (three) male students and 3 (three) female students. Abstract: This research is a correlation study between Japanese language extracurricular activities (X) and a lot of learning (Y) using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. In this study, there was a significant influence on Japanese language extracurricular activities on students' interest in learning Japanese in class. Where students who take part in Japanese language extracurriculars have a positive attitude during the learning process, such as being able to answer questions from the teacher, do assignments and are always present when learning Japanese in class.Key Words: Influence, Japanese language extracurriculars, interest in learning

Abstract

Abstract: This research contains about the influence of mastery of grammar on the ability to write essays. The problem that will be discussed in this study is the effect of mastery of grammar on the ability to write essays. The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of mastery of grammar on the ability to write essays. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The samples used in this study were 2020 Batch students, totaling 27 people and the data obtained were 20 students.Data analysis techniques are described using descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysisProduct Moment Pearson and simple linear regression analysis to answer the problems and hypotheses.
