Abstract

This research examines the process of producing visual content on a client's Instagram account in a creative company engaged in marketing agency, PT Lopokopi Digital Shankara, which focuses on marketing activities through social media, websites, SEO, advertising and so on which include digital marketing. Through a qualitative approach, this research applies POAC theory, namely planning, organization, implementation/movement, and supervision. The data collection techniques used are observation, active participation, interviews, and literature studies collected during the implementation of the internship program for five months. The results showed that the supporting theories used were in line with those carried out by PT Lopokopi Digital Shankara in implementing carousel content production on the @acmobilpremium99 account, besides that teamwork has an important role in all stages of the carousel content production process.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of interpersonal communication intensity within family WhatsApp groups on university students’ self-confidence levels. The research is motivated by the shift in family communication patterns in the digital era, where WhatsApp serves as a primary medium for exchanging information, providing emotional support, and maintaining daily interaction. A quantitative survey method was employed, involving 100 students who met the criteria of being members of a family WhatsApp group for at least six months and actively engaging in communication. The research instrument measured two variables—interpersonal communication intensity and student self-confidence—both of which were tested for validity and reliability. The results of the regression analysis indicate that interpersonal communication within family WhatsApp groups has a positive and significant effect on students’ self-confidence. Higher levels of communication frequency, responsive interaction, and emotional closeness within the group contribute to increased student self-confidence. These findings affirm that digital family communication continues to play an essential role in supporting students’ psychological development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of exposure to Going Seventeen content on teenagers’ digital communication patterns. The research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires and processed using SPSS and Microsoft Excel. The findings indicate a positive relationship between the level of exposure to Going Seventeen content and teenagers’ digital communication patterns. The higher the exposure, the stronger its influence on how teenagers interact in digital spaces. Going Seventeen functions not only as entertainment but also as a medium that shapes communication styles, self-expression, and social identity within online fan communities. The study also reveals that the level of exposure to Going Seventeen content falls into the very high category, with an average score of 4.29. This suggests that teenagers have a high level of engagement with the show in terms of frequency, duration, and attention. Overall, Going Seventeen has become a highly favored form of digital consumption and an integral part of teenagers’ online routines.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh paparan konten media sosial dengan hashtag #KaburAjaDulu terhadap minat migrasi mahasiswa Program Studi Komunikasi Digital dan Media angkatan 60 di Sekolah Vokasi IPB University. Fenomena ini muncul seiring perkembangan pesat teknologi digital yang mengubah cara generasi muda membentuk persepsi dan aspirasi melalui konsumsi informasi daring. Hashtag #KaburAjaDulu, yang awalnya muncul sebagai ekspresi satir terhadap situasi sosial-ekonomi dalam negeri, kemudian berkembang menjadi wacana publik yang merepresentasikan aspirasi mobilitas global. Konten yang memuat narasi diaspora, pengalaman studi dan kerja luar negeri, serta representasi keberhasilan hidup di negara lain berpotensi memengaruhi cara mahasiswa memandang peluang migrasi.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei korelasional terhadap 106 mahasiswa aktif. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner skala Likert digunakan untuk mengukur intensitas paparan, tingkat keterlibatan (engagement), serta kecenderungan minat migrasi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa paparan dan interaksi mahasiswa dengan konten #KaburAjaDulu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan minat migrasi. Sebanyak 72,4% variasi minat migrasi dapat dijelaskan oleh intensitas paparan dan tingkat keterlibatan terhadap konten tersebut, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti kondisi ekonomi, peluang karier, atau pengalaman pribadi.Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa media sosial melalui mekanisme digital witnessing dan kekuatan viralitas hashtag berperan sebagai katalis dalam membentuk aspirasi mobilitas global generasi muda. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian ini penting bagi pengembangan kebijakan literasi digital, peningkatan kualitas informasi migrasi, serta strategi pengelolaan talenta nasional untuk merespons dinamika aspirasi migrasi di era digital.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has positioned social media, particularly Instagram, as a strategic channel for brands to conduct digital marketing and brand activation. This quantitative survey research aims to analyze the influence of Instagram content appeal (X) on the audience's interest in participating in the Marina Beauty Journey (Y) program. The study collected data from 100 female followers of the @sahabatmarina account, aged 15-25, who had been exposed to MBJ promotional content. Data analysis utilized simple linear regression. The descriptive analysis results showed that the appeal of @sahabatmarina’s content was perceived as Very High (Mean: 4.41), with Visual and Emotional indicators being the most dominant (Mean: 4.50), reflecting the effectiveness of aesthetic visuals and self-empowerment messaging. The audience's interest in joining the program was also categorized as Very High (Mean: 4.23), primarily demonstrated through the Interaction indicator (Mean: 4.33). The regression analysis confirmed a positive and significant influence of content appeal on audience interest, as indicated by a significance value of p<0.001 and a positive coefficient (beta = 0.622). The coefficient of determination (R2) indicated that content appeal contributed 41.0% to the formation of audience interest, while the remaining 59.0% was influenced by other external factors. In conclusion, the brand's digital content strategy, emphasizing strong visual and emotional connection, is highly effective in driving audience engagement and stimulating participation in its brand activation programs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between online shopping activities and personal financial management among university students in Indonesia. The background of this research lies in the increasing digitalization of daily consumption, which has encouraged students to engage more actively in e-commerce transactions. Using a quantitative correlational design, data were collected from 100 undergraduate students through an online questionnaire based on Likert-scale indicators. The independent variables consist of buyer characteristics (age, gender, and income sources) and online shopping activities (frequency, spending amount, and shopping motivation). Meanwhile, personal financial management is measured through financial planning and spending control. The findings show that students demonstrate very high levels of online shopping activity and acknowledge the strong influence of demographic factors on their consumption behavior. Descriptive analysis also indicates high scores for financial planning and spending control, although intensive online shopping remains a potential risk to financial stability. The implications of this study highlight the need to strengthen financial literacy among students to help them develop healthier budgeting habits and reduce impulsive buying driven by digital platforms. This research is expected to contribute to the understanding of digital consumer behavior and support the development of financial education programs for young adults.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of entertainment content consumption on TikTok toward the stress levels of university students. TikTok has become one of the most frequently used social media platforms among young adults, offering entertainment, distraction, and emotional relief. Meanwhile, academic stress is a common issue among students due to heavy coursework, deadlines, and pressure to perform. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey distributed to 100 active university students aged 18–24 who own a TikTok account and consume entertainment content such as comedy, challenges, and viral videos. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The results show that the overall frequency of using TikTok for entertainment is very high (mean = 4.26), while the level of academic stress also falls into the high category (mean = 4.06). Regression analysis indicates that TikTok entertainment content significantly affects students’ stress levels (p < 0.001). Result found is positive, meaning higher TikTok usage is associated with higher stress. The significance value based on the simple linear regression coefficient table is 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the variable Use of TikTok Entertainment Content (X) has an effect on the variable Stress Levels Among Students (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan informasi pada akun instagram @infosvipb dan juga menganalisis mengenai karakteristik mahasiswa serta terpaan media apakah memiliki hubungan dengan kualitas pelayanan informasi mahasiswa. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang telah disebarkan kepada mahasiswa Sekolah Vokasi IPB University. hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan informasi mahasiswa dapat diterima dan dinilai positif oleh mahasiswa Sekolah Vokasi IPB University. Hasil Uji Korelasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat, antara terpaan media dengan kualitas pelayanan informasi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa jika variabel X meningkat, maka variabel Y akan mengalami peningkatan. Sementara itu, karakteristik mahasiswa tidak menjadi penghambat bagi mahasiswa dalam proses penerimaan informasi. Dan secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian ini memperkuat bahwa hipotesis alternatif (Ha), menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan karakteristik mahasiswa dan terpaan media dengan kualitas pelayanan informasi mahasiswa, dan pelayanan informasi yang disampaikan oleh akun instagram @infosvipb sudah efektif dan optimal sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan informasi mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine whether the dissemination of information by the Instagram account @txtdarisukabumi had an effect on the level of understanding of information among its followers. The background of this study stems from the habit of people increasingly relying on social media as a source of information, including for following local issues in their area. This study used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who were followers of the account. The collected data was then analyzed using descriptive analysis and simple linear regression to see the relationship between information dissemination as variable X and the level of information comprehension as variable Y. The results showed that respondents rated the information dissemination of the @txtdarisukabumi account as high, especially in terms of meeting information needs and motivation to use Instagram to obtain information.  Other findings also show that followers' level of understanding of information is high, both in terms of attention to issues and understanding of the context of the information. Regression results show a positive influence between the dissemination of information and the level of understanding of information, which means that the better the information is conveyed, the better the followers' understanding of the message content. Based on these findings, this study concludes that the @txtdarisukabumi account plays a significant role in helping followers understand the local issues presented, so that the dissemination of information through social media can be an effective means of increasing public understanding of the information they consume.

Abstract

Perkembangan media sosial, khususnya Instagram, menjadikannya salah satu sarana promosi yang efektif dalam memengaruhi perilaku konsumen, termasuk minat berkunjung ke sebuah kafe. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh unggahan media sosial Instagram terhadap minat berkunjung pada pengguna yang mengikuti akun kafe yang menjadi objek penelitian. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei terhadap 100 responden yang terdiri dari generasi Milenial dan Gen Z, dengan dominasi domisili berasal dari Kota Sukabumi. Variabel unggahan Instagram diukur melalui indikator kualitas konten, pesan, frekuensi dan konsistensi unggahan, serta interaksi, sedangkan minat berkunjung diukur melalui indikator ketertarikan, keinginan, dan kecenderungan berkunjung. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel unggahan Instagram berada pada kategori tinggi hingga sangat tinggi, sementara variabel minat berkunjung berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Uji normalitas mengindikasikan bahwa data tidak berdistribusi normal sehingga analisis dilanjutkan menggunakan uji non-parametrik. Uji linearitas menunjukkan hubungan linear antara kedua variabel, dan hasil regresi memperlihatkan nilai signifikansi < 0,001 pada seluruh indikator, yang menandakan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara unggahan Instagram terhadap minat berkunjung. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa semakin baik kualitas unggahan Instagram, semakin tinggi pula minat pengguna untuk berkunjung. Temuan ini menguatkan bahwa Instagram merupakan media pemasaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan ketertarikan dan kecenderungan berkunjung pada sektor kuliner, khususnya kafe.
