Abstract

Socialization of Women's Empowerment Through Creative Economy in the Craft Sector" aims to increase women's awareness and skills in developing the creative economy in the craft sector. This activity is carried out through training and mentoring to improve women's abilities in designing, producing, and marketing craft products. The expected results are increased income and welfare of women, as well as the development of the creative economy in the community. Thus, this activity can contribute to women's empowerment and local economic development.

Abstract

Spaceloma Fawcetti Jenkins merupakan penyakit yang banyak menyerang daun dan buah jeruk. Penyakit ini dinamai kudis karena menghasilkan lesi seperti kudis atau keropeng yang berkembang terutama pada kulit buah. Serangan penyakit kudis tidak berpengaruh terhadap segi kuantitas atau rasa jeruk, namun penyakit ini mengakibatkan menurunnya kualitas dan nilai jual jeruk segar komersial dan juga berpengaruh terhadap pemasaran buah jeruk. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya sistem yang mampu membantu para petani jeruk dalam melakukan diagnosa awal terhadap gejala-gejala yang tampak. Terkait hal ini, sistem pakar dianggap mampu dijadikan sebagai solusi terbaik. Sistem pakar adalah aplikasi berbasis komputer yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah sebagaimana yang dipirkan oleh pakar. Sistem pakar menggabungkan dua hal yaitu basis pengetahuan dan sistem inferensi. Salah satu yang paling populer adalah metode Dempster Shafer. Metode Dempster Shafer mempunyai beberapa karakteristik yang secara narulih sesuai dengan cara berfikir seorang pakar. Berdasarkan hasil diagnosa yang didapatkan dari contoh kasus tanaman jeruk manis yang terkena penyakit kudis, kemungkinan besar di diagnosa terkena penyakit kudis pada daun dengan nilai kepercayaan 0.9771 atau 98%. Upaya pencegahan dapat dilakukan dengan menyemprotkan pestisida jenis Fungisida Dithiocrbamate secara teratur.

Abstract

This study shows how the implications of the strengthening strategy and recommendations for the SMEs development policy strategy in Medan City. This study is very important in the context of developing SMEs as creative economic activists in the future. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. In general, qualitative research is not patterned with a design format consisting of three models, namely descriptive format, verification format, and grounded research format. The subjects of the study were 120 respondents of SMEs actors registered with the Medan City Cooperative and SMEs Service, which became the object of the study, namely about SMEs empowerment through strengthening the creative economy to accelerate poverty alleviation in Medan City. The sampling technique used was purposive sample with data collection using questionnaires. The results of the study stated that the development of creative economic handicrafts in Medan City was carried out by optimizing human resources through skills development and training. The right approach and strategy in developing handicraft innovation is with 5P (enabling, strengthening, protection, support, and maintenance). Because this strategy can cover all lines of the creative economy in handicrafts in order to increase local economic potential. The strategy for developing handicraft businesses in Medan City uses the SO strategy, where this strategy is used to utilize existing strengths and opportunities to minimize weaknesses and threats by relying on product advantages and expanding market networks outside the Medan City area. The novelty in this study is that this study is more comprehensive (comprehensive) in examining the acceleration of poverty alleviation in Medan City with the right strategy in increasing the selling value of SMEs products.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan kegiatan berupa Pelatihan Disain Grafis Menggunakan Adobe Photoshop CS6 Kepada Siswa Siswi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Awal Karya Pembangunan (SMK AKP) Galang. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan Guru di SMK AKP Galang, bahwasanya SMK AKP Galang memiliki Mata Pelajaran Disain Grafis. Pelaksanaan Pelatihan Disain Grafis Menggunakan Adobe Photoshop CS6 Kepada Siswa Siswi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Awal Karya Pembangunan (SMK AKP) Galang, bertujuan dapat memberikan manfaat kepada Siswa Siswi nya sebagai tambahan materi dan ilmu tentang Disain Grafis khususnya Adobe Photoshop CS6. Dengan adanya kegiatan pelatihan ini berharap dapat membantu dan memberikan manfaat khususnya kepada Siswa Siswi di SMK AKP Galang.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze communication style and leadership style factors in building employee loyalty at Raja Mart in Bireuen Regency. This research approach is descriptive qualitative research. As informants are the owner/leader and several employees of Raja Mart, Bireuen. Data collection uses interview techniques or direct structured interviews. The data analysis technique uses a descriptive analysis model. The research results show that: 1) communication style has a significant influence on employee loyalty 2) leadership style has a significant influence on employee loyalty 3) employee loyalty is jointly influenced by the way leadership and communication are enforced.

Abstract

Secara geografis, negara Indonesia adalah negara yang agraris memiliki tanah yang sangat subur serta banyak hutan yang begitu hijau. Semua ini sangat mendukung negara Indonesia dalam meningkatkan hasil produksi pertaniannya. Hasil produksi ada yang rendah mutunya dikarenakan krisis ekonomi yang turun. Untuk menjaga kualitas serta komoditas pisang agar tetap stabil/tinggi maka perlu dilakukan pengolahan produk pisang menjadi keripik yang memiliki nilai tinggi. Perkembangan yang begitu pesat maka manusia membutuhkan gizi yang semakin baik. Sehingga manusia sangat membutuhkan makanan yang tinggi gizinya dalam menjaga kesehatannya.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the financial recording system implemented by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector, and analyze its impact on business performance. MSMEs are a very dynamic sector and contribute significantly to the national economy, but many of them do not yet have an adequate financial recording system. Good financial recording is key in business decision making, budget planning, and profitability assessment. The population in this study were 370 culinary MSMEs in Harjosari I Village. The research sample was taken at 20%, namely 74 respondents. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to 74 culinary MSMEs in Harjosari I Village, Medan Amplas. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression to see the relationship between the quality of the financial recording system as an independent variable and business performance as a dependent variable. The results showed that the better the financial recording system, the better the business performance, this can be shown by the regression equation, Y = 1.395 + 0.308 + e. The research results indicate that improving accounting literacy and the use of digital technologies, such as MSME bookkeeping applications, are essential. The involvement of local governments and financial institutions is crucial in educating and facilitating digital-based bookkeeping systems for culinary MSMEs to enhance their competitiveness and business sustainability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and explain whether the factors of product attractiveness affect consumer purchasing decisions to buy smartphones Vivoat Sunrise Cellular Bireuen. The author draws the hypothesis that there are several factors, namely product quality, product variety and product features that influence consumer decisions to buy smartphones Vivo. The population in this study are consumers who buy smartphones Vivoat Sunrise Cellular Bireuen. The sampling technique in this study used random sampling (randomly) as many as 60 respondents, the data collection techniques used were questionnaires, literature studies, and interviews. The instrument test in this study uses multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination with sig level. (α) 0.05 data analysis using software statistical data processingSPSS version 23.0 for windows. The results of this study found that product quality, product variety, and product features had a significant effect overall. The value of the coefficient of determination obtained R2= 0.495 concluded that 49.5% of consumer purchasing decisions are influenced by product quality, product variations, and product features, while the remaining 50.5% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) menjadi keniscayaan bagi pemerintah desa untuk memenuhi tuntutan keterbukaan informasi publik dan peningkatan kualitas layanan. Desa Medan Senembah, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, telah memiliki Portal Web Desa sebagai platform digital resmi, namun pemanfaatannya belum optimal karena keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan digital perangkat desa dan masyarakat. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan dan melatih perangkat desa serta perwakilan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan efektif Portal Web Desa sebagai pusat informasi dan layanan digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan berbasis workshop dan pendampingan praktik langsung (hands-on workshop), yang meliputi materi pengenalan struktur portal, teknik mengunggah konten (berita, data monografi, produk unggulan), dan prosedur layanan online melalui portal. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 25 peserta yang terdiri dari perangkat desa, Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD), dan perwakilan tokoh masyarakat. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta, di mana rata-rata skor pengujian pemahaman awal (51%) meningkat menjadi 89%setelah pelatihan. Perangkat desa juga menunjukkan kemampuan praktis dalam mengelola konten, dibuktikan dengan suksesnya pengunggahan data dan berita baru secara mandiri. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah bahwa sosialisasi dan pelatihan hands-on berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas digital Desa Medan Senembah, menjadikannya lebih siap dalam mewujudkan pemerintahan desa yang transparan dan adaptif terhadap era digital.
