Abstract

The main aim of this research is to analyze the influence of innovation capability and customer relationship management on MSME competitiveness. This research uses a literature and field research design with a causal associative approach. This study uses a research instrument test consisting of validity and reliability tests. The quantitative analysis consists of a normality test, regression test, hypothesis test, correlation test, and coefficient of determination. The research results conclude that innovation capability and customer relationship management have a positive and significant effect on MSME competitiveness. The implications of this research state that the ability to create innovative products or services can differentiate a company from its competitors in the market. Innovation allows companies to offer something unique and added value to customers. With a deeper understanding of CRM, MSMEs can identify new opportunities, optimize marketing strategies, and increase customer retention to improve MSME performance, growth and sustainability in an increasingly competitive business environment.

Abstract

Transportasi online telah menjadi bagian penting dari kehidupan sehari-hari banyak orang di era digital saat ini. Kepuasan konsumen dalam penggunaan transportasi online menjadi faktor kritis yang memengaruhi pertumbuhan dan kesuksesan platform-platform tersebut. Tujuan utama peneliti ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand image, e-service quality, dan faktor keamanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pengguna transportasi online Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 150 pengguna transportasi online yang ditentukan dengan pendekatan convenience sampling. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dengan menampilkan hasil pengolahan data melalui uji instrumen penelitian dengan uji validitas dan reabilitas, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menyimpulkan brand image, e-service quality, dan keamanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Implikasi penelitian menginformasikan kepuasan konsumen dapat membantu identifikasi kekurangan dalam layanan pelanggan pada platform transportasi online. Penelitian ini dapat menyoroti area-area di mana konsumen mengalami kesulitan atau ketidakpuasan, seperti respons lambat terhadap pertanyaan atau keluhan, atau kurangnya dukungan pelanggan yang memadai dari platform transportasi online. Online transportation has become an important part of the daily life of many people in today's digital era. Consumer satisfaction in using online transportation is a critical factor influencing the growth and success of these platforms. The main objective of this research is to analyze the effect of brand image, e-service quality, and safety factors on consumer satisfaction with online transportation users. The sample in this study was 150 online transportation users who were determined by a convenience sampling approach. Data analysis uses the SPSS application by displaying the results of data processing through research instrument tests with validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis concluded that brand image, e-service quality, and security have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. The research implications of informing consumer satisfaction can help identify deficiencies in customer service on online transportation platforms. This research can highlight areas where consumers experience difficulty or dissatisfaction, such as slow responses to inquiries or complaints, or lack of adequate customer support from online transportation platforms

Abstract

MSMEs are the backbone of the Indonesian economy, contributing a large part of the country's gross domestic product (GDP) and creating jobs for millions of people. In the face of increasingly fierce global competition, it is essential to understand the factors that influence the competitive advantage of MSMEs. The main objective of the research is to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and customer capital on competitive advantage. The sample in this research consisted of 160 respondents from MSME actors in the culinary sector in Indonesia who were determined using a convenience sampling approach. Data collection uses a questionnaire instrument, which is then distributed online. Data analysis uses the SPSS application by displaying data processing results through testing research instruments with validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis, entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and customer capital have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Overall, this research contributes significantly to the theoretical understanding of MSME competitive advantage and provides practical guidance for the development, management and coaching of MSMEs in Indonesia. By strengthening entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and customer capital as predictors of competitive advantage, MSMEs can improve their market position and contribute more to economic growth and community development.

Abstract

Managing service quality in the current digital era requires companies to move quickly to innovate to maintain customer satisfaction continuously. The main aim of the research is to determine the extent to which the quality of service provided by PT Elshaddai Mulia Agape Sehati is reviewed from various aspects within the company. Then, the service quality of PT Elshaddai Mulia Agape Sehati should be improved so that customer trust will grow. The author used a qualitative research method with data analysis using the SWOT analysis technique. Based on interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGD), it was found that the company showed high commitment to providing solutions to operational obstacles, including delays in material procurement, local HR challenges, and a shortage of supervisory staff. SWOT analysis shows that PT Elshaddai has advantages in project experience, competent human resources, and competitive price offers. On the other hand, the main areas for improvement are limited capital, difficulties recruiting workers in remote locations, and the absence of an official website for information and digital marketing.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price and promotion on purchasing decisions at PT. Madju Abadi Sejahtera, West Jakarta City. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 62.7%. Hypothesis testing shows that t count > t table or (5.548 > 1.993). Promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 59.9%, hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (5.016 > 1.993). Price and promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 8.828 + 0.370X1 + 0.511X2 and an influence contribution of 72.5%, the hypothesis test obtained calculated F > F table or (88.505 > 3.13).

Abstract

This article discusses the fragmentation of meaning in Aura_Urak's novel Romantic Revenge through Jacques Derrida's deconstruction approach. This study is motivated by the complexity of the relationship between love and revenge in literary texts that are laden with ambiguity of meaning. The research aims to reveal the instability of meaning in the love narrative presented, as well as how these meanings are always deferred, fragmented, and open to multiple interpretations. The method used is textual analysis with a post-structuralist approach, referring to Derrida's theory of deconstruction and Roland Barthes' concept of the death of the author. The findings reveal that the novel presents a non-linear dynamic of meaning, where love does not appear as a singular concept but as a fragile, contradictory, and context-dependent emotional experience. Thus, readers play a central role in shaping and negotiating the meaning of the ambiguous and paradoxical narrative. Abstrak Artikel ini membahas fragmentasi makna dalam novel Romantic Revenge karya Aura_Urak melalui pendekatan dekonstruksi Jacques Derrida. Kajian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kompleksitas relasi cinta dan dendam dalam teks sastra yang sarat ambiguitas makna. Penelitian bertujuan mengungkap ketidakstabilan makna dalam narasi cinta yang ditampilkan, serta bagaimana makna-makna tersebut selalu tertunda, terpecah, dan terbuka terhadap interpretasi jamak. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis tekstual dengan pendekatan post-strukturalisme, mengacu pada teori dekonstruksi Derrida dan konsep kematian pengarang Roland Barthes. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa novel ini menyuguhkan dinamika makna yang tidak linier, di mana cinta tidak tampil sebagai konsep tunggal melainkan sebagai pengalaman emosional yang rapuh, kontradiktif, dan tergantung pada perspektif pembaca. Dengan demikian, pembaca memainkan peran sentral dalam membentuk dan menegosiasikan makna dari narasi yang ambigu dan penuh paradoks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; 1) Mengetahui perilaku komunikasi nonverbal anak autis selama proses pembelajaran 2) Mengetahui makna komunikasi nonverbal perilaku anak autis yang ditunjukkan selama proses belajar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data berupa kata-kata atau gambaran secara alami dan mendalam tentang keseluruhan informasi responden. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Runggu, Kecematan Belo, Kabupaten Bima. Objek penelitian ini ditentukan berdasarkan ketidakmampuan anak autis dalam berkomunikasi khususnya Tuna Rungu. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah peneliti itu sendiri. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan observasi partisipan dan data sekunder dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dari pihak-pihak terkait yang terkait dengan penelitian ini. Data yang telah terkumpul selanjutnya akan dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku anak autis khususnya komunikasi nonverbal sangat berbeda dengan perilaku anak pada umumnya, Pada dasarnya anak tuna rungu ternyata dapat menunjukkan berbagai perilaku nonverbal, mulai dari penggunaan ekspresi wajah, kontak mata, gerakan tubuh dan haptika (sentuhan) dengan baik untuk menunjukkan perasaan mereka, dimana tingkah laku yang mereka tampilkan merupakan bentuk dari keinginan untuk berinteraksi dengan orang lain. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa dengan pendekatan dan perhatian terhadap anak autis sangat membantu seorang guru untuk memahami makna dari perilaku anak tersebut

Abstract

Background: Neurodevelopmental disorders (NDD) in children and adolescents, including attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), intellectual disabilities (ID), learning disabilities (LD) and others can occur in the final stages of serious developmental disorders or disorders, especially functional, structural, and cognitive. Children's conditions like this cause parents to experience stress in their lives, which can affect their emotional and physical conditions and even their social interactions. There are various treatment methods to reduce anxiety, stress, and depression, improve mental health, and improve problem-solving skills. One of these interventions is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Purpose: To test the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) on stress levels in parents who have children with neurodevelopmental disorders. Method: Literature review research with article selection referring to the Preferred Reporting Items for Literature Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA). The databases used for article searches were Google Scholar, PubMed, and Science Direct. The keywords used were “cognitive behavioral therapy” AND “parenting stress” AND “neurodevelopmental disorder” AND “children”. The search was adjusted to the inclusion and exclusion criteria that had been prepared. The eligibility criteria for this systematic review were randomized controlled trials (RCTs), English language, and fully accessible. Results: Based on the results of the review of seven articles, CBT is an appropriate and effective intervention to be given to parents who experience parenting stress. CBT has benefits for improving well-being and mindful parenting patterns in children with neurodevelopmental disorders. Future mindfulness-based parenting interventions should emphasize formal, planned meditation to improve outcomes. Although shortening formal meditation may make it more likely for parents to complete it, it is not yet known what dose (eg, duration of each meditation, frequency per week) is the optimal amount. Conclusions: CBT is effective in reducing parenting stress levels and is able to improve well-being and parenting patterns in children with neurodevelopmental disorders.   Keywords: Children with Neurodevelopmental Disorders; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Parents; Stress.   Pendahuluan: Gangguan perkembangan saraf (neurodevelopmental disorder/NDD) pada anak dan remaja, termasuk attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), gangguan intelektual (ID), learning disabilities (LD) dan lainnya dapat terjadi pada tahap akhir yang serius atau ketidakteraturan perkembangan, terutama fungsional, struktural, dan kognitif. Kondisi anak seperti ini menyebabkan orang tua mengalami stres dalam kehidupannya, sehingga dapat memengaruhi kondisi emosional dan fisiknya bahkan interaksi sosialnya. Terdapat berbagai metode pengobatan untuk mengurangi kecemasan, stres, dan depresi, meningkatkan kesehatan mental, serta meningkatkan kemampuan memecahkan masalah. Salah satu intervensi tersebut adalah cognitive behavior therapy (CBT). Tujuan: Untuk mengkaji efektivitas cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) terhadap tingkat stres pada orang tua dengan anak gangguan perkembangan saraf. Metode: Penelitian literature review dengan pemilihan artikel mengacu pada Preferred Reporting Items for Literature Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA). Basis data yang digunakan untuk pencarian artikel adalah Google Scholar, PubMed, dan Science Direct. Kata kunci yang digunakan adalah “cognitive behavioral therapy” AND “parenting stress” AND “neurodevelopmental disorder” AND “children”. Pencarian disesuaikan dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang telah disiapkan. Kriteria kelayakan tinjauan sistematis ini adalah uji coba terkontrol acak (RCT) , bahasa Inggris, dan dapat diakses secara keseluruhan. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil telaah tujuh artikel, CBT merupakan intervensi yang sesuai dan efektif untuk diberikan kepada orang tua yang mengalami stres pengasuhan anak. CBT memiliki manfaat untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan pola pengasuhan yang penuh perhatian pada anak-anak dengan gangguan perkembangan saraf. Intervensi pengasuhan anak berbasis perhatian penuh di masa mendatang harus menekankan meditasi terencana formal untuk meningkatkan hasil. Meskipun memperpendek meditasi formal dapat membuatnya lebih memungkinkan bagi orang tua untuk menyelesaikannya, belum diketahui berapa dosis (misalnya, durasi setiap meditasi, frekuensi per minggu) yang merupakan jumlah optimal. Simpulan: CBT efektif dalam menurunkan tingkat stres pengasuhan dan mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan pola pengasuhan pada anak dengan gangguan perkembangan saraf.   Kata Kunci: Anak Gangguan Perkembangan Saraf; Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT); Orang Tua; Stres.

Abstract

This community engagement initiative centered on a specialized workshop concerning Adaptive Civic Education (PKn) Instructional Design. Its primary objective was to enhance pedagogical competencies among PKn educators in Garut Regency, enabling them to effectively accommodate the diverse learning characteristics of students in the context of character development and the internalization of Pancasila values. The program yielded a statistically significant improvement in participants' conceptual understanding and practical application of adaptive learning principles and instructional differentiation strategies. Direct engagement in the design of adaptive lesson plans (RPP) served as empirical evidence of their enhanced ability to translate theoretical constructs into practical pedagogical tools. High levels of active participation and collaborative engagement among the educators were consistently observed, underscoring the program's perceived relevance and efficacy in professional empowerment. While marginal variances in technological proficiency were noted among a minority of participants regarding the full integration of adaptive methodologies, the overarching outcome was unequivocally positive. This intervention critically highlights the imperative for sustained professional development and the establishment of robust professional learning communities to ensure the enduring integration of these innovative pedagogical approaches, thereby elevating the quality of PKn instruction across the region.
