Abstract

Teori pendidikan digunakan sebagai dasar dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan. Teori ini yang digunakan tidak lepas dari kebutuhan dan tujuan pendidikan yang akan dicapai. Revolusi industri 4.0 sebagai era disrupsi yang ditandai dengan internet of things menjadikan teknologi sebagai hal yang utama dalam kehidupan. Pada era ini tentunya tidak hanya keterampilan dalam penggunaan teknologi saja yang dibutuhkan. Terdapat aspek lain yang penting untuk dimiliki dalam menghadapai era ini. Artikel ini mendeskripsikan tentang pemaparan kritis mengenai relevansi teori sosial kognitif pada era revolusi industri 4.0 di Indonesia. Kompetensi yang dibutuhkan dalam mengahadapi revolusi industry 4.0 dipaparkan berdasarkan hasil PISA.Educational theory is used as a basis for the implementation of education. This theory is fundamental to the desired needs and educational goals. The industrial revolution 4.0 as an era of disruption marked by the internet of things, puts technology at a core of human life. Of course, in this era, skills in using technology are not the only ones needed. The other aspects are as important to have in dealing with this era. This article described a critical presentation of the relevance of cognitive social theory in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Indonesia. The competencies needed to face the Industrial revolution 4.0 were described based on the results of PISA.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan dalam mengimplementasikan metode pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan platform Kahoot pada mahasiswa Institut Agama Islam Ma'arif NU (IAIMNU) di Metro Lampung. Metode pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi dan keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan eksperimental dengan desain pre-test dan post-test, melibatkan sampel mahasiswa yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok yang menerima pelatihan menggunakan Kahoot dan kelompok kontrol yang tidak menerima pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan menggunakan Kahoot efektif dalam meningkatkan interaktivitas dalam pembelajaran dan partisipasi mahasiswa. Hasil ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi lembaga pendidikan dalam meningkatkan penggunaan teknologi interaktif dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of capital structure, tax planning and sales growth on company value with financial performance as a moderating variable in LQ45 index companies. This type of research is quantitative using secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) and the website of each company and the analysis technique used in this research uses multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the help of the E-views version of the software. 9. Research was conducted on LQ45 index companies. The data sampling technique used purposive sampling, the research samples were 13 companies with observations for 5 years 2018-2022. The results of this research show that partially, capital structure has a negative effect on company value. Partially, tax planning has no effect on company value. Partially, Sales Growth has no effect on Company Value, Simultaneously the variables capital structure, tax planning and sales growth influence company value, company performance as a moderating variable influences company value, and in model 2 the interaction of capital structure and company performance influences company value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan media pembelajaran papan grafik Sistem Persamaan Linier Dua Variabel (SPLDV) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa kelas VIII Sekolah Menengah Pertama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design, di mana kelompok eksperimen diajarkan menggunakan media papan grafik SPLDV dengan pendekatan Problem Based Learning (PBL), sedangkan kelompok kontrol menggunakan metode konvensional. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan tes pemecahan masalah sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang menggunakan media papan grafik SPLDV mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan pemecahan masalah dibandingkan dengan siswa yang diajar dengan metode konvensional. Media papan grafik SPLDV membantu siswa dalam memahami konsep SPLDV secara lebih visual dan interaktif, sehingga meningkatkan minat dan keterlibatan mereka dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan metode pembelajaran matematika yang lebih inovatif, terutama dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pendidik dalam memilih media pembelajaran yang efektif untuk mata pelajaran matematika di tingkat SMP.

Abstract

 Profitability is the main goal that every company wants to achieve, both in the short and long term. In the short term, the company seeks to optimize resources to obtain maximum profits, while in the long term, profitability is the basis for increasing the company's value and shareholder welfare (Sadewa & Safitry, 2023) Good profitability performance reflects the company's ability to generate sustainable and efficient net profits. Therefore, the factors that affect profitability need to be studied in depth, especially in the industrial sector which has an important role in the national economy. This study aims to find out and test the influence of the variables Effective Tax Rate (ETR), Capital Intensity, Firm Size on profitability. This study uses non-cyclical consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2024. The type of research used is quantitative associative Using purposive sampling method obtained by 13 selected companies to be used as a research sample with 4 years of observation, so that the total sample in this study is 52 samples. The data analysis technique used in this study is panel data regression analysis using eviews software 12. Based on the results of the test, it shows that simultaneously the effective tax rate, capital intensity, and firm size affect profitability; partially effective tax rate, Capital intensity profitability, and capital intensity have no effect on profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between fatherlessness and mathematical mindset through self-esteem. The study used an ex post facto correlational research design involving 184 junior high school students. The instruments used were the fatherlessness scale, self-esteem scale, and mathematical mindset scale, all of which had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was performed using Andrew F. Hayes' Process Model 4. The results showed that fatherlessness had a significant negative effect on self-esteem (β=-0.298, p<0.01). Self-esteem had a positive effect on mathematical mindset (β=0.384, p<0.01), and fatherlessness also had a direct negative effect on mathematical mindset (β=-0.167, p<0.01). In addition, there is an indirect mediating effect through self-esteem (β=-0.114, 95% CI [-0.184, -0.062]). The implications of the research results for guidance and counseling practices will be discussed.

Abstract

Desa Suka Negara memiliki potensi usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah yang beragam, namun pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pengembangan usaha masih rendah. Pelaku usaha menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti keterbatasan literasi digital, akses modal, infrastruktur internet, serta kemampuan pemasaran dan branding online. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas digital wirausahawan, memperkuat pemahaman pengelolaan modal, serta mendorong pemanfaatan teknologi e-bisnis dalam pemasaran produk lokal. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pelatihan literasi digital, pendampingan penggunaan marketplace dan media sosial, bimbingan pengelolaan keuangan usaha, serta praktik pembuatan konten dan pengemasan produk. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan mitra dalam menggunakan platform e-bisnis, pengelolaan usaha yang lebih rapi, serta kemampuan promosi digital yang lebih efektif. Mitra juga mulai menerapkan strategi branding sederhana yang berdampak pada meningkatnya interaksi konsumen. Kesimpulannya, transformasi digital UMKM desa dapat berjalan lebih optimal melalui pelatihan terstruktur dan pendampingan intensif. Saran dari kegiatan ini adalah perlunya pelatihan lanjutan, penguatan kerja sama multi-pihak, dan dukungan infrastruktur digital untuk mendukung keberlanjutan usaha berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of kyai leadership, teacher performance, and parental motivation on the achievement motivation of high school students in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) in Kota Gajah District, Central Lampung Regency. A quantitative correlational approach was employed with a saturated sample of 127 students. The instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire that had been tested for content validity (Aiken’s V), empirical validity (Pearson Product Moment), and reliability (Cronbach’s Alpha). Data were analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results showed that: (1) kyai leadership had a positive and significant effect on achievement motivation (r = 0.528; R² = 27.9%); (2) teacher performance had a positive and significant but very small effect (r = 0.207; R² = 4.3%); (3) parental motivation had a positive and significant effect (r = 0.585; R² = 34.3%); (4) simultaneously, the three variables had a significant effect with a contribution of 48.2% (R = 0.694; R² = 0.482). These findings confirm that parental motivation is the strongest factor, followed by kyai leadership, while teacher performance contributes the least in the pesantren context. This study recommends strengthening the synergy of the three pillars of pesantren education.
