Abstract

Pelatihan pembuatan karya ecoprint di sekolah dasar adalah sebuah kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk mengenalkan konsep seni ramah lingkungan kepada siswa-siswa di tingkat dasar. Khalayak sasaran dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 52 Kota Bengkulu. Kegiatan dimulai dengan pendahuluan tentang apa itu ecoprint dan pentingnya praktik seni yang ramah lingkungan. Para siswa diperkenalkan dengan konsep bahan-bahan alami yang dapat digunakan dalam ecoprint, seperti daun, bunga, dan rempah-rempah. Tim Pengabdi memperlihatkan secara langsung kepada siswa bagaimana cara membuat karya ecoprint. Setelah demonstrasi, para siswa diberi kesempatan untuk mencoba membuat karya ecoprint sendiri. Setelah selesai membuat karya ecoprint. Dilakukan sesi diskusi untuk menggali pengalaman siswa selama proses pembuatan. Kegiatan ditutup dengan merangkum pembelajaran yang didapat oleh siswa selama pelatihan. Siswa juga diminta untuk memamerkan karya-karya mereka, sehingga dapat memberi inspirasi kepada siswa lainnya. Terakhir, dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kegiatan pelatihan ini. Kegiatan pelatihan ini tidak hanya mengajarkan keterampilan seni kepada siswa, tetapi juga meningkatkan kesadaran mereka akan pentingnya menjaga lingkungan serta memanfaatkan sumber daya alam secara bertanggung jawab

Abstract

Finding out how pop-up book media affected fourth-grade students' scientific learning results at SD Negeri Gugus III in Bengkulu City was the aim of this study. This research is quantitative. To put it simply, the Matching The Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design approach is one kind of quasi-experimental study. Primary school students in Bengkulu City's third cluster made up the study's population. Fourth-grade state primary schools 57 and 48 in Bengkulu City served as the study's sample, and cluster random sampling was used as the selected sampling method. A cognitive aspect learning outcome exam consisting The learning aids consist of multiple-choice questions on both the pre-test and the post-test. the methodology applied to data analysis. Descriptive statistics, preliminary test analysis, and inferential analysis using the t-test are examples of quantitative data analysis techniques employed in this study. The findings of the inferential analysis show that t count (4.557) > t table (2.005). The two-sided significance criterion is 0.000 < 0.05. As a result, the average value of the science course of the experimental group (72) is different from the control group (57). The value varies because the experimental group and the control group were given different treatments. This shows how the use of pop-up book media in science learning for grade IV students of SD Negeri Gugus III Kota Bengkulu affects science learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the character values of P5 in the folklore of Sang Piatu, Batu Amparan Gading, and Si Kancil Jahil. This type of research is Qualitative with a descriptive method. The subjects in this study were 3 folklores of South Bengkulu, namely Sang Piatu, Batu Amparan Gading, and Si Kancil Jahil. The research instrument was the researcher himself using a table of character values and using a descriptor table of each character value. The data analysis technique used the content analysis technique. The data validity technique was through diligent observation and auditing. Based on the results of the study on the character values of P5 in the folklore book of South Bengkulu, it was found that each story contained 5 character values out of 6 character values studied. The character values that often appear in the three folklores studied are 1) Faith, devotion to God Almighty, and noble character, 2) Mutual cooperation, 3) independence, and 4) critical thinking. The Creative character value only appears in two folktales, namely the Batu Amparan Gading and Si Kancil Jahil folktales. Meanwhile, the global diversity character value only appears in the Sang Piatu folktale. The character value is obtained from the dialogue and narrative quotes from the characters in the folktale.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe students' creativity in the process of drawing decorative trays on the content of fine arts learning for grade IV of SD Negeri 103 Kota Bengkulu. The type of research is descriptive qualitative, the subjects of the research were grade IV students who were divided into 4 groups. Data collection used observation, interviews, and documentation, followed by data analysis through the stages of data reduction, data display, and verification. The results of the study showed that students' creativity emerged in the aspect of curiosity, they asked about the use of tools and materials, sketches, and forms of tray media. Students also showed creativity by appreciating the work of other groups. Then the imaginative aspect, students' creativity emerged in the process of drawing sketches, where the images made were the result of their own ideas, they did not ask other groups to see existing examples. At the finishing stage, the groups gave each other compliments, they also displayed and stored their work well. However, students' creativity has not emerged in the imaginative aspect and dared to take risks, in the basic and detailed coloring process, students have not tried to mix various colors to draw. Students tend to be less willing to take risks, only drawing simple and familiar objects. At the finishing and drying stage, students also have not shown the courage to change or repair parts that are less suitable.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to describe the implementation of financial literacy development strategies for students at SD Negeri 44 Bengkulu City. Methods: Researchers used a qualitative descriptive research design. Data collection techniques in this research include interviews, observation and documentation. The research subjects consisted of the principal, two teachers, fifteen grade 2 students at SD Negeri 44 Bengkulu City, and a coordinator from Bank Bengkulu. The data analysis techniques used by researchers include (1) data condensation; (2) data presentation; (3) drawing conclusions and verification. Results: The research results show that various strategies have been implemented, such as: (1) integration of financial literacy in the Independent Indonesian Language Curriculum Textbook for Class 2, (2) the presence of an honesty canteen, (3) class cash management, and (4) savings activities through Bengkulu Bank. Conclusion: The strategy for developing financial literacy at SD Negeri 44 Bengkulu City has succeeded in increasing students' financial understanding and skills. The implications of the research illustrate the importance of collaboration between schools, parents and Bank Bengkulu to strengthen strategies and integrate elements of financial literacy into the elementary school curriculum.

Abstract

Implementing the independent curriculum at the elementary school level requires an emphasis on students' thinking skills. Learning is not merely the transfer of knowledge through textbooks, but needs to be designed through activities carried out directly by students. One such activity is through activities to strengthen the Pancasila profile, which are carried out to support student skills. However, the problem is that the activities designed by teachers tend to be entrepreneurial, but still lack a focus on literacy activities that support students' thinking skills. This activity aims to improve teachers' abilities in designing literacy activities and using digital platforms for literacy activities based on Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM) in elementary school learning. Partners in this community service activity are elementary school teachers who are members of the KKG GTK Kombel 7, Tebat Karai District, Kepahiang. The target for this activity is 100 teachers and 25 elementary school students. The method of implementation of this activity is through training. The stages of this activity consist of: 1) preparation stage (coordination and socialization, design of STEAM-based literacy activities, and digital platform design), 2) implementation stage (platform use and implementation in class), and 3) evaluation and monitoring stage. The results of this activity are: 1) there was an increase in participants' ability to design STEAM-based literacy activities (score 55 on the pretest and 85 on the posttest), and 2) an increase in participants' ability to use the digital platform for STEAM-based literacy activities, with an average score of 90. In addition, students' responses in learning using literacy activities were, on average, in the high category. As a suggestion, teachers can design literacy activities in various materials for each learning area by integrating surrounding manipulative objects into a digital platform.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of manipulative media on student learning outcomes in learning mathematics class V SDN 52 Kota Bengkulu. This research is a quantitative type. The research method used is Quasi Experimental with design type The Matching Only Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The population in this study is all students of grade V SDN Kota Bengkulu using KTSP. While the sample of class V students in SDN 52 Kota Bengkulu consists of VA, VB, VC and VD. The sampling technique uses cluster random sampling. From the scramble obtained VC class of 28 students as experiment class and VA class amounted to 29 students as control class. The research instrument used in the form of cognitive learning result test is in the form of multiple choice questions given through pretest and posttest in the experimental class and control class. Data of this research are analyzed by using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis that is t-test. Data of research result which is processed by using t-test is got tcount value 2,84 and t table value equal to 1,625. Systematically seen t count (2.84)> t table (1,625) at 5% significant level, it can be concluded that there is influence of the use of manipulative media on student learning outcomes on learning matemtika class V SDN 52 Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

STEM is an approach that combines four scientific disciplines namely, Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics which collaborate in helping students to collect, analyze and solve problems be able to understand the relationship between a problem and other problems in one learning process. This study aims to analyze the Mathematics textbooks of fifth grade Elementary School Students in terms of the Elements of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The subject of this study was Mathematics textbook fifth grade 2013 curriculum. The results showed that in each material at KD 3.5 and 3.6 in terms of the STEM approach were (1) for elements of science (Science) emergence the indicator of 50% in KD 3.5 is 15. while in KD 3.6 there is no occurrence. (2) for Technology elements, the occurrence of 75% indicator in KD 3.5 is 31. Meanwhile, in KD 3.6, the occurrence of 50% indicator in KD 3.5 is 6. (3) for Engineering elements, the occurrence of indicator is 80% in KD 3.5 79. Meanwhile, in KD 3.6 the occurrence of 80% indicator in KD 3.6 was 34. (4) for Mathematics elements, the occurrence of 100% indicator in KD 3.5 was 183. Meanwhile in KD 3.6 the occurrence of 100% indicator in KD 3.6 was 28.

Abstract

Pendidikan ekonomi bagi Generasi Z Calon Guru SD penting untuk mempersiapkan menghadapi tantangan tersebut dengan membekali pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan nilai-nilai karakter yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan desain pembelajaran pendidikan ekonomi yang adaptif bagi generasi ini guna meningkatkan literasi kewargaan ekonomi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan desain pembelajaran yang memudahkan proses belajar mengajar, sehingga Generasi Z yang merupakan calon Guru SD memiliki literasi kewargaan ekonomi yang memadai untuk menghadapi tantangan ekonomi global. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan Dick, Carey & Carey (2009) yang terdiri dari tujuh langkah untuk analisis kebutuhan pengembangan desain pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian yang dihasilkan berupa strategi pembelajaran yang dikembangkan menggunakan model Project Citizen yang berfokus pada pemikiran kritis, pemecahan masalah, dan nilai- nilai demokrasi. Materi pembelajaran dikembangkan dalam bentuk mobile learning, memanfaatkan teknologi yang relevan dengan karakteristik digital native dari Generasi Z. Implementasi mobile learning diharapkan dapat memfasilitasi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pengembangan desain pembelajaran ekonomi yang adaptif untuk meningkatkan literasi kewargaan ekonomi calon guru SD, sehingga mereka lebih siap menghadapi tantangan ekonomi global.

Abstract

Tingginya kebutuhan akan peningkatan kompetensi digital guru menjadi dasar pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini. Melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan berbasis komunitas belajar, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan digital guru sekolah dasar dengan fokus pada integrasi Articulate Storyline dalam pengembangan multimedia interaktif guna mendukung terciptanya pembelajaran yang mendalam dan bermakna di lingkungan sekolah dasar. Pengabdian telah dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 66 Kota Bengkulu dengan melibatkan 22 guru sebagai peserta. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi empat tahap, yaitu: analisis peserta, pelatihan dan pendampingan langsung, sharing session, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan evaluasi menggunakan pretest dan posttest. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada kompetensi digital peserta, yang mencakup empat pilar literasi digital: digital skills, digital ethics, digital safety, dan digital culture. Nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 56,63 meningkat menjadi 81,72 pada posttest, dengan gain score rata-rata 0,58 yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Selain peningkatan nilai, seluruh peserta menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dan keterlibatan aktif dalam setiap sesi pelatihan. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa penguatan komunitas belajar guru yang terstruktur dan berbasis kebutuhan nyata dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam mendorong transformasi digital di sekolah dasar. Untuk menjaga keberlanjutan dan memperkuat hasil pelatihan, disarankan agar kegiatan serupa dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan melalui pola pendampingan jangka panjang berbasis komunitas belajar. Dukungan dari pihak sekolah dan pemangku kebijakan juga diperlukan, terutama dalam penyediaan sarana dan prasarana digital seperti perangkat komputer, jaringan internet, serta lisensi aplikasi edukatif
