Abstract

Potensi perkebunan nenas di Desa Kualu Nenas mencapai 1.050 hektar dengan kemampuan produksi mencapai 1.456 ton per tahun atau 121 ton per bulan. Tujuan pengabdian mencari sekaligus menyusun formula dalam membangun petani nenas dengan daya saing ideal untuk menghadapi era digital. Pelaksanaan pengabdian menggunakan Participatory Rural Appraisal, sementara metode kualitatif digunakan dengan mewawancarai subjek secara langsung di lapangan. Hasil pengabdian bahwa model pengelolaan potensi dengan skala yang besar dilakukan secara berkelompok. Namun, ada masalah kurang transparan dari sisi keuangan, modal terbatas, adopsi teknologi rendah, dukungan stakeholder lemah, dan kurangnya pelatihan softskill. Untuk mewujudkan petani yang berdaya saing, kami melakukan pengabdian dengan memberikan sosialisasi dan edukasi berupa literasi digital, menyusun administrasi kelompok termasuk laporan keuangan, memperluas jaringan serta pelatihan produksi produk turunan hasil tani. Sosialisasi dan edukasi ini dapat memberikan dampak peningkatan kualitas petani nenas sekaligus perbaikan ekonomi rumah tangga.

Abstract

Important problem faced by the leadership at the hotel is how to maintain satisfaction so that it can support the successful achievement of goals . Strive to retain quality employees to work for a long time at the hotel is one of the hotel's goals. This research was conducted at Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of incentives and work environment on employee job satisfaction at Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru. Giving Incentives and Work Environment as independent variables (X1, X2) while Job Satisfaction as the dependent variable (Y). The problem in this study is the occurrence of fluctuating employee turnover and employee absenteeism. It can be seen from the  company attendance. The sample of this study was taken as many as 31 respondents and the technique used was census. The data obtained from the results of the questionnaire were then processed and then tested statistically through the SPSS program. From the results of the tests conducted, it shows that the provision of incentives and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru.  Keywords: Giving Incentives, Work Environment, and Employee Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Strive to maintain employee morale is one of the company's goals. This research was conducted at PT. Tirta Sari Surya Rengat. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of participatory leadership style and work environment on employee morale at PT. Tirta Sari Surya Rengat. Participative leadership style and work environment as independent variables (X1, X2) while employee morale as the dependent variable (Y).The problem in this study is the occurrence of fluctuating employee turnover and entry. It can be seen from the company's Labor Turnover data. The sample of this research was taken as many as 60 respondents and the technique used was census. The data obtained from the results of the questionnaire and then processed and then tested statistically through the SPSS program.From the results of the tests conducted, it shows that the participatory leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee morale at PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kualitas Pelayanan Publik dalam pembuatan E-KTP pada bagian Kependudukan dan Pencatatan sipil di Kantor Camat VIII Koto Sungan Sarik. Jangka waktu pelayanan yang lambat, kurangnya keramahan oleh petugas, masih banyaknya E-KTP yang belum terselesaikan, serta rendahnya kehandalan petugas dalam pelaksanaan pembuatan E-KTP. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan kualitas pelayanan public serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam pembuatan E-KTP pada bagian kependudukan dan pencatatan sispil di kantor Camat VII Koto Sungai Sarik. Jenis penelitian yang dipilih adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang bernilai deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menetapkan informan sebagai sumber informasi untuk memperoleh data yang dibutuhkan. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah orang yang mengetahui permasalahan penelitian secara mendalam. Adapun jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 8 orang. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan public dalam pembuatan E_KTP pada bagian kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil di kantor Camat VII Koto Sungai Sarik ditinjau dari 2 indikator responsivences (daya tanggap) dan assurance (jaminan) sudah berjalan cukup baik, sedangkan 3 indikator yaitu reability (kehandalan), empaty (empati), tangibles (bukti fisik) menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan masih rendah. Adapun yang menjadi faktor penghambat yaitu sumber daya manusia, koordinasi dengan pemerintah desa, serta sarana dan prasarana.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi Pelayanan publik dapat dianggap sebagai salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk memenuhi hak rakyat. Prasarana jalan dan jembatan merupakan barang publik yang keberadaannya harus dirasakan oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Infrastruktur yang memadai seperti jalan dan jembatan sangat diperlukan untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam kenyamanan bertransportasi. Hal ini menjadi kewenangan Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) adalah melakukan pemeliharaan jalan dan jembatan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang serta hambatan yang mempengaruhi kinerja Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Dalam Pemeliharaan Jalan Dan Jembatan Di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer bersumber dari data yang dibuat oleh peneliti untuk maksud khusus menyelesaikan permasalahan yang sedang ditanganinya. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa produktivitas kinerja Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi dalam pemeliharaan infrastruktur jalan telah berjalan dengan baik. Hal tersebut terlihat pada persentase kinerja Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi hingga triwulan 2 telah mengalami peningkatan. Indikator responsibilitas kinerja Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi dalam pemeliharaan infrastruktur jalan sudah sesuai dengan SOP yang berlaku. Indikator akuntabilitas Kinerja Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi dalam pemeliharaan infrastruktur jalan dilakukan dengan memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat berupa prosedur pelayanan, besaran anggaran yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pemeliharaan infrastruktur jalan, serta laporan anggaran pertriwulan maupun dalam satu tahun anggaran terhadap kegiatan yang telah dilakukan.

Abstract

Competence, Work Environment and Service Quality. This study aims to determineand analyze the influence of competence, work environment together and partially on the qualityof service at the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences UIN Suska Riau. This type of researchis a quantitative approach with survey methods and data analysis is quantitative / statistical. Theannouncement of primary data through a questionnaire on 98 employee respondents at the Facultyof Economics and Social Sciences UIN Suska Riau as well as secondary data throughorganizational data relating to the problem under study. Data analysis method uses Multiple LinearRegression with the help of SPSS application. The results showed that together the variables ofcompetence, work environment significantly influence the service quality of employees with fcount (77.949)> f table (3.09) and the contribution coefficient of determination (R2) is 62.1%.37.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

 Discipline, Supervision and Work Productivity. This study aims to determine how the influence of the partial and simultaneous variables of work discipline and supervision of employee productivity at the Department of Agriculture of Bengkalis Regency. This research uses quantitative method. The population of the research is all employees of the Agriculture Service which amounts to 81 people and all of them are sampled. Data collection techniques are questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that there is a significant influence between employee work discipline and supervision on the productivity of employees of the Bengkalis District Agricultural Service. Simultaneously work discipline and work supervision affect the productivity of employment of employees at the Department of Agriculture of Bengkalis Regency, with a very significant level of influence. Where from the determination test R2 known that the variable of work discipline and work supervision has an influence of 70.8% and the rest of 29.2% influenced by variables not examined in this study such as leadership variables, work motivation, incentives and organizational climate.

Abstract

 Performance of Auditor Inspectorate in Budget Supervision Function. This study aims to determine the performance Auditor Inspectorate in the function of supervision of government budget in Kampar regency. This research uses qualitative descriptive method approach. Key informants in the research are Inspectorate Inspectorate in Kampar Regency of Riau Province, Auditor Officer, Head of Service, Head of Village and Village Head. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. The result of the research shows that the performance of Auditor's performance has not been done well by supervising the work unit budget of regional apparatus. This is due to the inadequate budget to support efforts to maximize the role and function of supervision and supervision of Auditor Performance.

Abstract

 Kompetensi Guru, Sarana Prasarana Pendidikan dan  Kinerja Guru. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi guru dan sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja guru. Metode yang di gunakan dalam  penelitian ini adalah metode  penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMK yang berjumlah 384 dengan sampel sebanyak 79 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompetensi guru  berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja guru SMK di Setda Kabupaten Rokan Hulu (Sig. 0,000<0,05), yang artinya semakin tinggi kompetensi kerja guru, maka semakin meningkat kinerja guru. Sarana dan prasarana  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK di Setda Kabupaten Rokan Hulu (Sig. 0,000<0,05), yang artinya semakin lengkap sarana dan prasarana maka semakin meningkat kinerja guru SMK di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the extent to which implementation of innovation-based corporate social responsibility program at PT Pertamina Refinery Unit II Sei Pakning in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of micro, small, and medium enterprises. This type of research uses a mixed method. The selection of informants is carried out using a purposive technique consisting of the Camat, Village Head, Manager of PT Pertamina Refinery Unit II Sei Pakning, Corporate Social Responsibility Team, Head of Farmer Groups and Community Actors of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. Methods of data collection is done by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. In quantitative data analysis technique is to use statistical analysis. The results show that product innovation, process innovation, method innovation, strategy innovation, and system innovation have a significant effect on entrepreneurial spirit. The suggestion from this research is that it is better for PT Pertamina Refinery Unit II Sei Pakning made improvements to the innovations of the corporate social responsibility program that they had carried out, especially in the innovation of the system that was carried out in order to continue to involve the district and village governments, so that there was support from both parties for the progress of the assisted the entrepreneurial spirit of micro, small, and medium enterprises.
