Abstract

Industri hijab menghadapi ketidakpastian pasar, seperti perubahan permintaan, tren yang cepat berubah, dan fluktuasi harga bahan baku. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) untuk meninjau bagaimana kriteria maximin dan minimax regret digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis, terutama pada penentuan produksi, harga, dan persediaan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kriteria maximin cocok untuk pelaku usaha yang ingin menghindari risiko karena fokus pada hasil terburuk yang paling aman. Sebaliknya, kriteria minimax regret lebih sesuai bagi pelaku usaha yang ingin memanfaatkan peluang pasar sekaligus mengurangi potensi kerugian jika keputusan yang dipilih tidak optimal. Secara keseluruhan, kedua kriteria tersebut dapat membantu perusahaan hijab menyusun strategi yang lebih tepat dan terukur dalam menghadapi ketidakpastian pasar.

Abstract

This study aims to increase students’ learning motivation in science learning through the implementation of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model at MIN 1 Nagan Raya. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design consisting of two cycles, each including the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The participants were 28 fifth-grade students. Data were collected through learning motivation observation sheets, student motivation questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The indicators of motivation included students’ attention, participation, persistence, enthusiasm, and learning responsibility during science learning activities. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive quantitative and qualitative techniques by comparing the results of motivation scores across cycles. The findings show that the application of the TGT model significantly improved students’ learning motivation. In the pre-cycle, the average motivation score was 61.42% (low category). After implementing TGT in Cycle I, the motivation score increased to 74.18% (moderate category), indicating a positive change in student engagement and participation. Furthermore, in Cycle II, the motivation score reached 87.36% (high category), demonstrating strong enthusiasm, active collaboration, and greater responsibility in completing science learning tasks. Questionnaire results also confirmed this improvement, with the average student motivation response increasing from 63.10% in Cycle I to 88.20% in Cycle II. The study concludes that the Teams Games Tournament model is effective in fostering a more enjoyable, competitive, and cooperative learning atmosphere, which positively influences students’ motivation in science learning. Therefore, TGT is recommended as an alternative learning strategy to enhance student motivation and classroom learning quality in Islamic elementary schools.

Abstract

Adaptasi kegiatan ngaji online sebagai bentuk transformasi tradisi pengajian di era digital, dengan fokus pada kajian kitab Adabud Dunya wad Din yang diselenggarakan melalui WhatsApp dan Google Meet. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari maraknya fenomena ngaji online yang menawarkan akses luas bagi masyarakat, namun tetap menyisakan pertanyaan mengenai kedalaman pemahaman dan dampak spiritual bagi pesertanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi digital, serta analisis rekaman kajian dan percakapan grup. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi ngaji online muncul dari kebutuhan mempertahankan ikatan keilmuan antara guru dan santri, kemudian berkembang menjadi sarana penyebaran ilmu yang lebih luas. Mekanisme pengajian memanfaatkan kombinasi WhatsApp sebagai ruang komunitas dan Google Meet sebagai ruang tatap muka virtual. Penelitian juga menemukan bahwa ngaji online memberikan dampak positif pada pemahaman agama dan pembentukan adab remaja, meskipun tidak terlepas dari tantangan seperti keterbatasan spiritualitas dan kurangnya konsistensi peserta. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa ngaji online dapat menjadi alternatif efektif jika didukung strategi pedagogis digital yang tepat.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang berlangsung pesat telah merevolusi berbagai sektor, termasuk pada sektor pendidikan. Salah satu inovasi paling dominan adalah Artificial Intelligence (AI). Inovasi yang kini semakin terintegrasi dalam proses pembelajaran mulai dari asisten virtual, platform adaptif, hingga alat bantu pengerjaan tugas seperti chatbot misalnya ChatGPT, Gemini, dan Meta AI. Pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) membawa banyak manfaat, antara lain meningkatkan motivasi belajar, mempermudah akses informasi, serta menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang personal dan interaktif. Namun, di balik potensinya yang besar, Artificial Intelligence (AI) juga menimbulkan berbagai tantangan, khususnya di kalangan pelajar SMP. Masalah etika dan privasi data, minimnya interaksi sosial, ketergantungan pada jawaban instan, serta rendahnya literasi digital menjadi isu krusial yang perlu segera diatasi. Data Kominfo (2022) menunjukkan bahwa indeks literasi digital Indonesia masih relatif rendah (3,54 dari skor maksimal 5), dengan aspek digital ethics sebagai salah satu yang paling lemah. Di SMP Islam Nurul Hidayah, Depok, kondisi ini tercermin dari masih banyaknya siswa yang belum memahami dampak positif maupun negatif penggunaan Artificial Intelligence (AI). Untuk menjawab kebutuhan tersebut, dilaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) berupa Sosialisasi Dampak dan Bijak Memanfaatkan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam Kehidupan Sehari-hari. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang manfaat dan risiko AI, membekali keterampilan literasi digital secara holistik meliputi digital safety, culture, skill, dan ethics, serta menumbuhkan sikap kritis agar siswa tidak hanya mengandalkan teknologi, tetapi tetap mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir mandiri. Melalui pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif, diharapkan siswa mampu menjadi pengguna AI yang cerdas, bertanggung jawab, dan beretika dalam menghadapi tantangan era digital.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that many students in literature learning only understand the text in its literal meaning. Thus, this research can make learning materials more effective and help in achieving the objectives of the Independent Curriculum. The data are in the form of short story excerpts and lines of poetry in the Indonesian language teaching module for senior high school class: X. This study aims: 1) to determine how the forms of denotative and connotative meanings that appear in literary works of short stories and poetry in the Indonesian language teaching module for class: X of the independent curriculum are based on Roland Barthes' semiotic theory, 2) to determine how the construction of symbolic meaning in literary works of short stories and poetry in the Indonesian language teaching module for class: X of the independent curriculum, and 3) to determine how the construction of myths in literary works of short stories and poetry in the Indonesian language teaching module for class: X of the independent curriculum. The research method uses descriptive qualitative, with data collection through documentation studies. The research results revealed that the analysis of symbolic, denotative, and connotative meanings, as well as myths, in short stories and poems included in the Indonesian language teaching module for senior high school grade X found 85 data points. This indicates the presence of symbolic, denotative, and connotative meanings, as well as myths, in 20 data points from short stories and 65 points from poems. Based on the analysis of short stories and poems, the researchers concluded that this study expands Roland Barthes's semiotics by applying it to pure literary works such as short stories and poems in the Indonesian Language Teaching Module for Grade X of the Merdeka Curriculum. Therefore, the results can contribute to the development of teaching materials in schools.

Abstract

Predicting the demand for goods is an important aspect of inventory management and operational planning because inaccurate predictions can lead to overstock or shortages of goods. This study aims to predict the demand for goods using the Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) algorithm based on historical sales data. The dataset used contains information on the transaction date, number of sales, stock, price, and time index, which is then processed through the preprocessing and feature engineering stages, including the formation of temporal features and sales lag features. Data sharing is carried out using a time series split approach to maintain the chronological order of the data. The XGBoost model is optimized using GridSearchCV with the TimeSeriesSplit validation scheme. Model performance was evaluated using Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), and Symmetric Mean Absolute Percentage Error (SMAPE). The results showed that the model produced an MAE score of 54.13 and an RMSE of 77.60, while a SMAPE score of 43.13% showed an acceptable relative error rate in highly fluctuating sales data. Feature importance analysis shows that previous period (lag_1) sales and weekly patterns are the most dominant factors in demand predictions. These results prove that XGBoost is effectively used for historical data-driven demand prediction of goods and has the potential to support inventory management decision-making.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students’ learning activeness through the implementation of the Board Rush method in class XI of MA Yasti Cisaat, Sukabumi Regency. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design using a mixed-methods approach, conducted in several cycles consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The participants of this study were 30 students. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and field notes. Qualitative data were used to describe the learning process and students’ responses to the implementation of the Board Rush method, while quantitative data were utilized to measure the improvement of students’ learning activeness based on indicators such as active participation, attention, willingness to ask questions, ability to answer, and engagement in the learning process. The findings indicate that the implementation of the Board Rush method significantly and progressively enhances students’ learning activeness in each cycle. Therefore, the Board Rush method is proven to be an effective alternative teaching strategy to promote students’ active involvement in the learning process.

Abstract

This study examines the hybrid work paradox, where increased flexibility for employees may conflict with organizational cohesion, collaboration, and culture. Adopting a mixed-methods approach, the research integrates quantitative organizational metrics with qualitative insights from employees, managers, and HR professionals to explore how hybrid work impacts performance and engagement. The findings reveal that while hybrid models enhance autonomy, satisfaction, and productivity, they also create challenges related to communication, trust, and team alignment. Strategic leadership is identified as a key enabler in addressing these challenges, with trust-based management, inclusive practices, and effective communication fostering stronger cohesion. Additionally, the redesign of HR systems—such as flexible performance management and digital collaboration tools—supports the institutionalization of hybrid practices. The study also highlights persistent challenges, including inequities between remote and on-site employees and resistance to change. It concludes that organizations can reconcile flexibility and cohesion by integrating leadership strategies with adaptive HR systems, ultimately creating sustainable and high-performing hybrid work environments.
