Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Two Stay Two Stray cooperative learning model assisted by Wordwall media on the procedural text writing skills of fourth grade elementary school students. The research was conducted at SDN 19/1 Muara Tembesi. The method used was a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design using a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 19 fourth grade students. Data were collected through writing tests and observation sheets. Data analysis techniques included normality test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the implementation of the Two Stay Two Stray model assisted by Wordwall media significantly improved students' procedural text writing skills. This improvement was indicated by the increase in posttest scores compared to pretest scores. Thus, the learning model assisted by interactive media is effective in improving students' writing skills

Abstract

This study aims to develop E-LKPD assisted by ClassPoint on narrative text material in grade IV of Elementary School and analyze its level of validity and practicality. The background of the study is based on the results of observations in grade IV of SDN 14/I Sungai Baung which showed that students still have difficulty in composing narrative texts coherently, understanding the structure (orientation, complication, resolution), and identifying intrinsic elements of the text. In addition, learning is still dominated by conventional methods and the use of printed LKPD without the support of interactive digital media, even though the school facilities are adequate. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model which includes the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The trial subjects consisted of 6 students in the small group test, 25 students in the large group test, and 1 grade IV teacher. The research instruments were in the form of expert validation questionnaires (materials, media, and language) as well as teacher and student response questionnaires. Data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive techniques with the formula for the percentage of validity and practicality. The research results show that the ClassPoint-assisted e-LKPD meets the valid criteria based on expert assessment and is considered practical based on teacher and student responses. Therefore, the developed e-LKPD is suitable for use in Indonesian language learning for narrative texts in fourth grade elementary schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan metode Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) terhadap peningkatan keterampilan motorik siswa kelas VIII SMP VIP Ma’arif NU 1 Kemiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu (quasi experimental research) melalui desain one group pretest–posttest design. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 24 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi tes keterampilan motorik yang mencakup push-up 60 detik, sit-up 60 detik, standing broad jump, shuttle run 4 × 10 meter, lari 50 meter, stork stand test, dan wall toss test. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas Shapiro–Wilk, dan uji hipotesis Paired Sample t-Test pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 56,29 meningkat menjadi 68,38 pada posttest dengan selisih peningkatan sebesar 12,09 poin. Uji normalitas menunjukkan data berdistribusi normal (p > 0,05), sedangkan hasil uji Paired Sample t-Test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05), sehingga terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Dengan demikian, metode TGfU berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan motorik siswa dan dapat direkomendasikan sebagai alternatif model pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani yang efektif dan kontekstual.

Abstract

Anemia remains a common health issue among adolescent girls, affecting their quality of life and academic performance. Conventional educational methods are often ineffective for the digital generation, making TikTok a potential alternative platform for engaging health education. This systematic literature review, based on the PRISMA 2020 framework, evaluated the effectiveness of TikTok-based educational interventions in improving knowledge and attitudes regarding anemia prevention among adolescent girls. Article searches were conducted through PubMed, Google Scholar, ResearchGate, and Mendeley for publications from 2021 to 2025, yielding seven studies that met inclusion criteria. Most studies reported increased knowledge following intervention, with average improvements of 20–45%. Six of seven articles demonstrated statistically significant effects on knowledge and attitudes. Short video formats combining visual and audio elements facilitated comprehension and information retention. Integrating TikTok with supporting media such as infographics improved understanding by up to 30% compared to using a single medium. In conclusion, TikTok is an effective medium for delivering health education on anemia to adolescent girls.

Abstract

Indonesian language instruction in elementary schools plays a crucial role in developing students’ literacy skills; however, it still faces various challenges, such as low reading and writing proficiency and a lack of active student engagement in the learning process. This study aims to identify, analyze, and examine the relevance of language theories in Indonesian language instruction in elementary schools. The method used was a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with data sources consisting of scientific journal articles obtained through Google Scholar from 2021 to 2025. Based on a selection process using the PRISMA approach, 10 relevant articles were identified for analysis. The findings indicate that Indonesian language instruction does not rely on a single theory but integrates various theories such as behaviorism, cognitivism, constructivism, cybernetics, and linguistics. Cognitivism and constructivism are the most dominant approaches because they align with students’ cognitive developmental stages and promote active and meaningful learning. However, there remains a gap between the application of theory and actual teaching practices in the field. Therefore, teachers need to master and flexibly integrate various theories to make learning more effective, innovative, and capable of improving students’ literacy skills in the 21st century.

Abstract

This research  aims to describe the development process, level of validity, and level of practicality of interactive learning media assisted by Kodular on the material of energy transformation in grade IV of Elementary School. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Lee and Owens development model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection techniques are carried out through interview sheets, validation questionnaires by experts, and practicality questionnaires by teachers and students. The results of media validation were carried out in two stages with an average value of 4 with the "valid" category in the first stage and 4.46 with the "very valid" category in the second stage. Material validation also showed an increase from an average of 4.58 with the "very valid" category to 4.83 with the "very valid" category, while language validation increased from an average of 3.7 with the "valid" category to 4.5 with the "very valid" category after revision. In addition, the results of the practicality test can be seen based on the results of the teacher response questionnaire which obtained an average score of 4.8 with the category "very practical" and the student questionnaire showed that in the small group trial an average score of 4.26 was obtained with the category "very practical", and in the large group trial an average score of 4.38 was obtained with the category "very practical".

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan E-LKPD berbasis model Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada pembelajaran IPAS materi siklus air yang valid dan praktis untuk siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 112/IX Maro Sebo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan angket. Hasil validasi menunjukkan tingkat kevalidan yang sangat tinggi, dengan persentase 97% dari ahli materi, 91% dari ahli bahasa, dan 90% dari ahli media, sehingga produk dinyatakan sangat valid dari aspek materi, bahasa, dan media. Hasil uji kepraktisan berdasarkan angket respon siswa memperoleh persentase 80% dan angket respon guru sebesar 90% dengan kategori sangat baik atau sangat praktis. Dengan demikian, E-LKPD berbasis model PBL yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid dan praktis untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran IPAS materi siklus air di kelas V sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan metode drill dinding terhadap peningkatan passing bawah Club Bolavoli Putri Tambakagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu (quasi experimental research) melalui desain one group pretest–posttest design. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 12 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakkan Sebelum aba-aba “Siap-Ya”, testi berdiri disamping lapangan, setelah aba-aba “ya” bola dilempar ke tembok, kemudian di-voli ke arah sasaran berulang-ulang ke sasaran di tembok dengan panjang 1,52 meter, tinggi 3,50 meter dari lantai. Bola divoli diatas garis setinggi 3,50 meter. Jika bola sulit dikuasai, bola dapat ditangkap atau dipegang, selanjutnya sebelum mem-voli bola harus dilemparkan lebih dahulu kearah tembok. Lakukanlah mem-voli sebanyak mungkin atau secepat mungkin selama 1 menit. Hanya mem-voli yang benar dan sah yang dihitung sebagai hasil tes. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas Shapiro–Wilk, danuji hipotesis Paired Sample t-Test pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 55,08 meningkat menjadi 66,33 pada posttest dengan selisih peningkatan sebesar 11,25 poin. Uji normalitas menunjukkan data berdistribusi normal (p > 0,05), sedangkan hasil uji Paired Sample t-Test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 (p < 0,05), sehingga terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Dengan demikian, metode drill dinding berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan motorik siswa dan dapat diromendasikan sebagai alternatif model pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani yang efektif dan kontekstual.

Abstract

Language skills are essential foundational abilities for elementary school students; however, low proficiency levels particularly in reading and writing are still observed due to the limited variety of learning strategies employed. This study aims to analyze strategies for developing language skills in elementary school students through a literature review. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by analyzing scientific articles using the PRISMA flowchart. The results show that learning strategies can be categorized into active learning, media- and technology-based learning, collaborative learning, and literacy-based learning. There is no single strategy that is universally the most effective; however, the integration of these various strategies has proven to be more effective in improving language skills as well as student motivation and participation.
