Abstract

Employee performance is closely tied to the support of the environment in striving for work achievements, thus the individual capabilities of human resources (HR) employees are crucial in achieving such success. The aim of this research is to analyze the performance of healthcare center (puskesmas) employees in East Lombok Regency. This research method utilizes a qualitative approach. The study was conducted from June to December 2023 in 5 representative healthcare centers namely Labuhan Haji, Krongkong, Kotaraja, Karang Baru, and Dasan Lekong. The research informants consisted of 5 individuals, with 3 as primary informants and 2 as supporting informants. Data was collected through group discussion forums. The results of this research indicate that employee performance in East Lombok is not satisfactory, as evidenced by patient complaints. Based on these findings, it is recommended that healthcare center employees should be open in all aspects to their environment, not only related to performance but also in communication, so that the relationship between employees and their environment can be well established.

Abstract

In context service health , satisfaction patient be one _ indicator main in evaluate quality services provided by the house Sick . Installation service _ surgery central own role crucial in the treatment process patient before operation . Factors _ like behavior nurse , time wait , and preoperative education has identified as a number of possible factors _ influence satisfaction patients in the preoperative phase . Study This aim For know connection behavior nurse , time wait , and preoperative education with satisfaction preoperative patients in the installation surgery central . Research methods This use approach quantitative . The research location is at Patut Regional Hospital Obedient Patju , West Lombok. Respondent in research This totaling 97 people. The data collection method uses questionnaire . Research result show There is connection between behavior nurse with satisfaction patient , p This showed from r value is 0.417. Variable time wait also show There is connection with satisfaction patient , p This showed from r value is 0.624. In aspect Preoperative education also shows _ There is connection between time Wait with satisfaction patient , p This showed from r value is 0.282. Percentage satisfaction patients who are influenced by behavior nurse , time wait , and pre- operative education at the installation Central Surgery viz amounting to 51.4%, the rest 48.6 % is influenced by other variables that are not researched .

Abstract

The increasing visits of patients from outside the area to Terara Public Health Center constitute a phenomenon of growing significance within the context of healthcare provision in the region. This necessitates an understanding of the impact of these external patient visits on healthcare service delivery at Terara Public Health Center, encompassing aspects such as resource availability, operational efficiency, and service management. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the management perspective regarding the influence of external patient visits on healthcare provision at Terara Public Health Center. This research employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection takes the form of words or images, thus not focusing on numerical data. The intention of this study is to provide an overview, elucidate, and interpret the current situation regarding the impact of external visits on healthcare services at Terara Public Health Center from a service management perspective. This research was conducted at Terara Public Health Center. The findings indicate that the high influx of patients from outside the area to Terara Public Health Center has a significant impact on service management, including increased patient queues, maintenance costs of medical equipment, availability of medications, and the need for more adequate facilities and infrastructure. Management at Terara Public Health Center has taken steps to address these impacts, such as increasing the procurement of medications and enhancing facilities and infrastructure.
