Abstract

Pelaksanaan akreditasi PAUD yang berkualitas sudah menjadi kebutuhan dan merupakan penentuan standar mutu dan penilaian suatu lembaga pendidikan. Akreditasi juga diartikan sebuah upaya pemerintah untuk menstandarisasi dan menjamin mutu sehingga lebih mudah mengikuti pada tahap pendidikan selanjutnya. Melalui akreditasi, pemerintah bisa lebih mudah menjamin mutu lembaga pendidikan yang lulus dari PAUD yang sudah terakreditasi. Saat ini masih banyak PAUD yang belum terakreditasi salah satunya Raudhatul Athfal di Wilayah Kebayoran Lama Jakarta Selatan. Kendala lain adalah pendidik mengalami kebingungan terkait format dokumen untuk setiap butir akreditasi. Keadaan itu membuat pendidik tidak mampu mengerjakan dokumen akreditasi, padahal setiap butir akreditasi tidak menuntut untuk sama formatnya yang terpenting adalah komponen dapat terpenuhi. Pendampingan Persyaratan Permohonan Akreditasi menjadikan kesiapan satuan pendidikan dalam menuntaskan syarat wajib dan syarat khusus setiap standarnya dan mencapai penilaian ketercapaian 70% menuju tahap visitasi, pendampingan ini memberikan target kerja setiap satuan pendidikan dalam melengkapi dan mempersiapkan dokumen standar setiap tahunnya.

Abstract

There are several factors that can influence students learning success. One factor that often becomes an issue in studdents learning success is a low level of positive attitudes and study habits. Examples include frequently procrastinating when working on assignments given by the teacher, not paying attention to or respecting teachers when they are explaining the lesson, leaving the classroom or skipping classes during lesson time, or disturbing classmates during class hours. In writing this thesis, the author uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. As per the procedures for obtaining qualitative data, the research data is collected through several techniques, such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The research results indicate that the implementation of learning the Ta'lim Muta'allim book at Al-Kahfi Islamic Boarding School uses the bandongan and sorogan methods. Learning the Ta'lim Muta'allim book at Al-Kahfi Islamic Boarding School contributes to shaping better learning attitudes among the students. The changes in learning attitudes experienced by the students include their attitudes towards themselves, their attitudes towards scholars/teachers, their attitudes towards friends, and their attitudes towards knowledge/books. The students develop good study habits such as reviewing lessons, praying before studying, respecting fellow students, and honoring their teachers.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini untuk mengelaborasi pentingnya Latihan Mandiri dalam Praktek Mengajar dalam meningkatkan Pemantapan Kemampuan Mengajar (PKM). Sesuai dengan hakekat belajar mandiri dalam system belajar jarak jauh, pelaksanaan latihan mandiri merupakan tanggung jawab mahasiswa. Kualitas dan keberhasilan dalam latihan mandiri sangat bergantung kepada kemauan dan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam berlatih mandiri. Berdasarkan analisis dari literatur yang tersedia, ditemukan bahwa kemauan yang berkaitan dengan anggapan pentingnya latihan dapat menentukan tingkat pencapaian kemampuan mengajar. Ini berarti bila mahasiswa beranggapan bahwa berlatih merupakan suatu kebutuhan maka ia akan berlatih dengan sungguh-sungguh, maka tentunya akan membawa kepada peningkatan kemampuan mengajar.

Abstract

Total quality adalah sebuah ide yang harus dikomunikasikan. Dengan menggunakan kata "pelanggan" dan "kepuasan pelanggan" sangat diperlukan ketika membicarakan tentang TQM untuk menegaskan hubungan pelayanan suatu institusi dengan mereka yang membutuhkan pelayanan.Ini merupakan hal yang sederhana, tapi memiliki konsekuensi yang sangat penting bagi kelangsungan suatu organisasi. Peningkatan mutu harus bertumpu pada lembaga pendidikan untuk secara terus-menerus dan berkesinambungan meningkatkan kapasitas dan kemampuan organisasinya guna memenuhi tuntutan dan kebutuhan peserta didik dan masyarakat. Dalam manajemen peningkatan mutu terkandung upaya, antara lain (1) mengendalikan proses yang berlangsung di lembaga pendidikan, baik kurikuler maupun administrasi, (2) melibatkan proses diagnosis dan proses tindakan untuk menindaklanjuti diagnosis, (3) peningkatan mutu harus didasarkan atas data dan fakta, baik yang bersifat kualitatif maupun kuantitatif, (4) peningkatan mutuharus dilaksanakan secara terus menerus dan berkesinambungan, (5) peningkatan mutu harus memberdayakan dan melibatkan semua unsur yang ada di lembaga pendidikan, dan (6) peningkatan mutu memiliki tujuan yang menyatakan bahwa sekolah dapat memberikan kepuasan kepada peserta didik, orangtua, dan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to find out how the picture of the use of cooperative learning models of picture and picture types in Islamic Religious Education subjects, (2) analyze whether there is a significant (strong) effect on the use of cooperative learning models of Picture and Picture types on student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects. The method used in this research is the experimental method. The sampling technique is done by simple random sampling and categorized into two groups, namely the experimental class and the control class. The primary data collection technique was carried out with a test of Islamic Religious Educationlearning outcomes which consisted of 34 valid questions and had a strong reliability of 0.811. Secondary data by documenting. The test questions were tested after the treatment of different learning models in the experimental and control classes. This study was analyzed by T test (Independent Sample Test) using Microsoft Excel 2010. The results is PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MODEL| 110the cooperative learning model of picture and picture type has a significant influence on student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects in class VIII of SMPN 4 Tambun Selatan, Bekasi.

Abstract

The digital economy has become a major driver of social and economic transformation in Southeast Asia, especially in Indonesia. These changes affect various aspects, including consumption patterns, social interactions, and economic opportunities for the middle class. However, there are still major challenges related to inequality in access to technology that exacerbates social inequality. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the digital economy on the dynamics of the middle class in Indonesia, with a focus on the socio-economic changes that occur due to digitalization. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data from previous studies and other relevant sources. The collected data will be analyzed to produce findings explaining the relationship between the digital economy and the middle class in Indonesia. The conclusion of this study shows that the digital economy opens up new opportunities for the middle class, but also creates inequality in access that needs to be addressed. Digital infrastructure and technological literacy are key to reducing this gap. With the right policies, the digital economy can be a tool to drive inclusive growth and social welfare.

Abstract

Leadership plays a significant role in shaping employee experiences in the workplace, especially in creating an environment that supports satisfaction and organizational commitment. The interaction between leaders and employees not only influences work motivation but also determines the level of individual loyalty and attachment to the organization. Therefore, a deep understanding of the dynamics of leadership and its impact on employees is essential in efforts to improve organizational performance and sustainability. This study aims to explore how transformational leadership influences employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment through their experiences and interactions in the workplace. This study was conducted using a qualitative approach that allows for an in-depth analysis of employee perceptions and experiences related to leadership in their organizations. Data were obtained from various relevant sources, such as previous research results, and then systematically analyzed to identify key patterns and findings. The results showed that effective leadership plays a role in creating a sense of belonging and employee attachment to the organization. Support, appreciation, and good communication from leaders increase employee job satisfaction and motivation. In addition, responsive and empathetic leadership contributes to long-term employee commitment, which ultimately has an impact on improving organizational performance and stability.

Abstract

This study explores the role of zakat and Ramadan philanthropy in shaping an educational policy model aimed at fostering social empowerment. Utilizing a literature review methodology, this paper synthesizes existing research on the intersection of Islamic philanthropy, educational frameworks, and socio-economic development. The findings indicate that zakat and Ramadan-based charitable activities serve as essential mechanisms for addressing educational disparities and enhancing community resilience. A well-structured educational policy that integrates zakat allocation can promote financial sustainability in education and reduce social inequalities. Comparative analyses reveal that nations implementing structured zakat-based educational programs demonstrate improved literacy rates and economic mobility among marginalized populations. However, challenges persist, including regulatory limitations, inconsistent zakat distribution, and inadequate institutional governance. This study highlights the necessity of policy innovation to align Islamic philanthropy with contemporary educational demands. Furthermore, it underscores the need for a collaborative approach involving policymakers, religious institutions, and educational stakeholders to optimize the impact of zakat on social development. The implications of this research suggest that a zakat-driven educational model can serve as a viable framework for sustainable social transformation. Future studies should explore empirical assessments of zakat-funded education initiatives to strengthen evidence-based policymaking in this domain.

Abstract

The fact shows that student achievement in Islamic religious education subjects is still low, the average student score is 6.4 while the class average is 6.7. The achievement figures for student learning outcomes have been going on for the last three (3) years. Facing this fact, researchers feel it is important to make maximum efforts in order to improve the quality of the learning process of Islamic religious education as indicated by maximum achievement figures. The research method used in this paper is descriptive method with experimental class action. Based on the application of the inquiry learning model in improving learning outcomes in Islamic religious education, it turns out to be able to change student learning outcomes in class VII SMP PKP JIS Jakarta. It appears that the average score of students' Islamic religious education learning outcomes in the pre-cycle is 51.6, this figure is far from ideal. After participating in cycle I there was an increase, which was 66.3, this figure was still not in the ideal category. As for after participating in cycle II, the average score of students' Islamic religious education learning outcomes was 82.8, this figure indicates the ideal category. thus applying the inquiry learning model, the learning process appears to be more meaningful and takes place effectively and efficiently enough to provide a stimulus for the involvement of all potential students, both cognitive and affective and psychomotor in carrying out Islamic religious education learning activities.

Abstract

Semua pengalaman yang telah direncanakan untuk mempersiapkan peserta didik mencapai tujuan pendidikan baik yang diperoleh dari dalam maupun luar lembaga yang telah direncanakan secara sistematis dan terpadu merupakan kurikulum. Manajemen dalam perencanaan kurikulum dapat diartikan sebagai keahlian atau kemampuan merencanakan dan mengorganisasi kurikulum. Kegiatan pengembangan kurikulum harus berlandaskan pada fungsi-fungsi manajemen. Untuk dapat dipahami sebagai pengalaman untuk mempersiapkan peserta didik dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan, baik yang diperoleh dari dalam maupun luar lembaga pendidikan, maka kurikulum hendaknya melalui fungsi perencanaan yang matang serta sistematis danterpadu, pengorganisasian yang baik, diimplementasikan di lapangan, dan diawasi pelaksanaannya. Untuk mengembangkan suatu rencana seseorang harus mengacu ke masa depan. Perencanaan ini memberikan pengaruh dalam menentukan pengeluaran biaya atau keuntungan, menetapkan perangkat tujuan atau hasil akhir, mengembangkan strategi untuk mencapai tujuan akhir, menyusun atau menetapkan prioritas dan urutan strategi, menetapkan prosedur kerja dengan metode yang baru, serta mengembangkan kebijakan-kebijakan. Kurikulum merupakan salah satu komponen yang sangat penting dalam pendidikan. Tanpa kurikulum, proses pendidikan tidak akan berjalan mulus. Kurikulum diperlukan sebagai salah satu komponen untuk menentukan tercapainya tujuan pendidikan yang merupakan suatu awal dari kegiatan pengembangan kurikulum yang sangat penting.
