Abstract

Menghafal al-Qur’an merupakan perbuatan yang mulia, menghafal al-Qur’an sangat mudah jika para calon penghafal mempersiapkan diri sebelum memulai menghafal al-Qur’an. Menghafal al-Qur’an juga akan menjadi lebih mudah jika penghafal memiliki hubungan yang baik kepada Allah Swt, dan menjaga hubungan kepada Allah Swt itu dengan meningkatkan ibadah, berakhlak yang baik, suka tolong menolong antar sesama, hal ini juga bisa disebut dengan meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual. Menghafal Al-Qur’an pun perlu memperhatikan faktor-faktor pendukungnya, dengan cara menjaga kesehatan yang merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting bagi orang yang akan menghafal al-Qur’an. Jika tubuh sehat maka proses menghafal akan menjadi lebih cepat tanpa adanya penghambat, dan batas waktu menghafalpun menjadi relatif cepat. Orang yang menghafal al-Qur’an sangat membutuhkan ketenangan jiwa, baik dari segi pikiran maupun hati. Untuk itu selain kesehatan lahiriah penghafal al-Qur’an juga memerlukan kesehatan dari segi psikologis. Karena, bila banyak yang dipikirkan atau dirisaukan oleh penghafal al-Qur’an maka proses menghafal akan terganggu, akibatnya akan banyak ayat yang sulit untuk dihafal. Ketika hal itu terjadi maka disarankan bagi penghafal al-Qur’an untuk memperbanyak berdzikir dan beristighfar kepada Allah Swt. Orang yang menghafal al-Qur’an pasti sangat membutuhkan motivasi dari orang-orang terdekat, kedua orang tua, keluarga, dan sanak kerabat. Dengan adanya motivasi ia akan lebih bersemangat dalam menghafal al-Qur’an. Kurangnya motivasi dari orang-orang terdekat atau dari keluarga akan menjadi salah satu faktor penghambat bagi penghafal itu sendiri.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop the concept of da'wah in building superior generational character and da'wah strategies in building superior generational character to realize the ideals of Golden Indonesia 2045. This method uses qualitative research categorized as explanatory analysis with sociological, anthropological, philosophical, and psychological approaches. The data collection technique in this research is library research related to the problem under study. The results of this study indicate that building superior generational character towards the ideals of the Golden Indonesia 2045 requires the right strategy; therefore, da'wah and strategy development in character building from the Qur'anic perspective is the answer to the formation of a generation with superior character. “The Living Qur'an,” Muhammad Rasulullah SAW, is a figure of superior and complete character in the aspects of hard skills and skills, a model of human life in all dimensions: ideology, education, politics, economics, social, cultural, and state. Character is a behavior formed from the synergy of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor, which is inherent and spontaneous, as well as the uniqueness of each individual. A person's character is formed by primary factors; faith, and secondary factors; family, educational institutions/schools, environment and government policies. Character is a combination of a person's soft skills and hard skills competencies. The results of this study also develop the concept of da'wah specifically in realizing the Golden Indonesia 2045, namely amar ma'ruf nahi munkar through the formation of superior character of the millennial-zillennial generation with the Islamic character paradigm, where the Prophet Muhammad is a role model, a figure who is proven and tested for success throughout the ages, with universal character values. Superior character building towards Golden Indonesia 2024 is carried out through exemplary advice, direction, prohibition, orders, self-concept education (values education), habituation, consistency, and sustainability. Da'wah in shaping the superior character of the millennial-zillennial generation is carried out with 21st-century learning strategies, namely mad'u-centered learning and contextual teaching & learning, by integrating aspects of high-order thinking skills (HOTS).

Abstract

This research examines the intellectual contribution of KH Ahmad Sanusi (1888–1950) in Islamic literature of the archipelago, which has received limited academic attention. Many of his manuscripts and historical documents remain forgotten or lost, weakening the continuity of local Islamic intellectual traditions. The study aims to uncover and analyze Sanusi’s surviving works, review their content and context, and situate his role in the historiography of Islam in the archipelago. Employing a literature-based method with Hans-Georg Gadamer’s hermeneutic approach, the research proceeds through the identification of problems, literature study, data collection, classification, content analysis, and conclusions. Data are drawn from Sanusi’s original works in tafsir, fiqh, Sufism, politics, and education, along with relevant secondary sources. Findings show that Sanusi used his writings as scientific contributions as well as instruments of da’wah, education, and intellectual resistance against colonialism. The study concludes that his legacy significantly shaped Islamic literary traditions, and its preservation is crucial to strengthening Islamic identity in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study explores the critical intersection between digital leadership and organizational transformation within the public sector through a comprehensive literature review. The research synthesizes current scholarly findings to identify how digital leadership facilitates innovation, adaptability, and service efficiency in bureaucratic institutions. By examining theoretical and empirical sources published in the past decade, the study highlights the pivotal competencies, behaviors, and strategies that enable leaders to navigate digital disruption. The review underscores that effective digital leadership transcends technical proficiency, requiring vision, agility, and cultural transformation. Findings reveal that leadership commitment and organizational readiness are decisive factors in the success of digital initiatives. Moreover, digital transformation in the public sector remains constrained by structural rigidity and limited digital capabilities. The synthesis offers insights into how strategic leadership practices can overcome these barriers. This study contributes to understanding the evolving role of leadership in modern governance. It provides a conceptual foundation for future research on sustainable digital transformation in public institutions.

Abstract

The fact shows that student achievement in Islamic religious education subjects is still low, the average student score is 6.4 while the class average is 6.7. The achievement figures for student learning outcomes have been going on for the last three (3) years. Facing this fact, researchers feel it is important to make maximum efforts in order to improve the quality of the learning process of Islamic religious education as indicated by maximum achievement figures. The research method used in this paper is descriptive method with experimental class action. Based on the application of the inquiry learning model in improving learning outcomes in Islamic religious education, it turns out to be able to change student learning outcomes in class VII SMP PKP JIS Jakarta. It appears that the average score of students' Islamic religious education learning outcomes in the pre-cycle is 51.6, this figure is far from ideal. After participating in cycle I there was an increase, which was 66.3, this figure was still not in the ideal category. As for after participating in cycle II, the average score of students' Islamic religious education learning outcomes was 82.8, this figure indicates the ideal category. thus applying the inquiry learning model, the learning process appears to be more meaningful and takes place effectively and efficiently enough to provide a stimulus for the involvement of all potential students, both cognitive and affective and psychomotor in carrying out Islamic religious education learning activities.

Abstract

Study Comparative of Creative Assignments, Participatory Collaborative Learning, and Learning Satisfaction in Digital & Non-Digital Learning Media.Objectives: This study aims to comparative of creative assignments, Participatory Collaborative Learning, and learning satisfaction in Digital & Non-Digital Learning. Methods:  The study employed experimental and survey methods with a sample of seven State Aliyah Madrasah schools in East Jakarta. Each school consisted of two groups using digital learning media and two groups using non-digital media, randomly selected in the twelfth grade. Research instruments were previously tested for validity and reliability, and data analysis was conducted using the mean difference test (t-test). Findings:  The findings are: (1) The creative assignment results in the group using digital media are higher than the non-digital media. (2) The participatory-collaborative learning activity is more active in the group using non-digital media than the digital media. (3) The student learning satisfaction in the group using non-digital media is higher than the digital media. Conclusion: This indicates that both digital and non-digital learning media have their respective advantages and disadvantages. Teachers are required to design creative tasks that follow learning objectives because different learning objectives will produce different learning outcomes even though the learning media is the same. Abstract

An adaptive and innovative organizational culture is crucial to the sustainability and competitiveness of organizations in the face of external and internal environmental changes. In this context, leadership plays a central role as the primary driver of transforming values and work behaviors. Challenges arising in the process of revitalizing organizational culture require leaders to actively shape a clear direction for change and motivate all organizational elements to participate. This study aims to examine how leadership acts as an agent of change in rebuilding an organizational culture that is more responsive to the demands of the times. This study uses a qualitative approach that allows for an in-depth exploration of leadership dynamics and the cultural transformation process. Data were collected through a literature review from various relevant sources and explained thematically. The results show that leaders who are able to strengthen work values that support innovation and shape an adaptive collective mindset make a significant contribution to the revitalization of organizational culture. Clarity in organizational direction and open communication have been shown to increase the spirit of renewal among employees. Thus, transformative leadership is an important foundation in creating an organizational culture oriented towards sustainable change.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi manajemen pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi pemuda di perkotaan. Menggunakan metode tinjauan pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif, data dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan praktik terbaik dari program-program kewirausahaan yang relevan. Data diambil dari Google Scholar dengan cakupan tahun 2012-2024, menghasilkan 16 artikel terpilih dari 27 artikel awal. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan yang efektif harus mencakup pendekatan berbasis praktik, pemanfaatan teknologi digital, dan kolaborasi antara pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, serta sektor swasta. Studi kasus seperti Jakpreneur di Jakarta dan Pahlawan Ekonomi di Surabaya membuktikan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan, kreativitas, dan akses pemuda ke sumber daya ekonomi yang lebih luas. Namun, keberhasilan implementasi strategi ini menghadapi tantangan seperti relevansi kurikulum, keterbatasan infrastruktur, dan kesenjangan akses bagi pemuda dari latar belakang sosial ekonomi rendah. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada pentingnya evaluasi berkelanjutan dan kolaborasi lintas sektor untuk menciptakan ekosistem kewirausahaan yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Kualitas sumber daya karyawan yang tinggi akan bermuara pada lahirnya komitmen yang kuat dalam penyelesaian tugas-tugas rutin sesuai tanggung jawab dan fungsinya masingmasing secara lebih efisien, efektif, dan produktif. Oleh sebab itu, upaya meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dapat diarahkan pada kedua aspek tersebut. Dengan demikian peranan manajemen sumber daya manusia semakin penting terhadap setiap kegiatan kepegawaian untuk membentuk sumber daya manusia yang handal sehingga mampu memberikan kontribusi pengembangan dan kemajuan bagi organisasi kepemerintahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir, hubungan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan pengiriman kuesioner yang telah menerima sekitar 175 tanggapan responden. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan kantoran yang tersebar di Indonesia, dan metode analisisnya menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa pengembangan karir, hubungan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.
