Abstract

Tumbuhan semak adalah kelompok jenis tumbuhan berkayu yang memiliki cabang di dekat permukaan tanah, dengan tinggi sekitar 1-3 m. Tumbuhan semak merupakan potensi lokal yang dapat dikembangkan sebagai bahan pengayaan. Bahan ajar yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi bahan pengayaan salah satunya adalah booklet. Mata pelajaran Biologi konsep Keanekaragaman Hayati merupakan materi yang cocok diaplikasikan dengan potensi lokal tumbuhan semak di kawasan mangrove Desa Pagatan Besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mendeskripsikan validitas booklet tentang “Keanekaragaman Jenis Tumbuhan Semak di Kawasan Mangrove Desa Pagatan Besar, Kabupaten Tanah Laut” sebagai bahan pengayaan mata pelajaran Biologi konsep Keanekaragaman Hayati. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) yang mengacu pada model pengembangan Borg & Gall, dilakukan sampai lima tahap. Hasil uji validitas memperoleh hasil sangat valid dengan skor validitas 86,85%. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka booklet yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pengayaan konsep Keanekaragaman Hayati di SMA/SMK.

Abstract

Validitas adalah suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan di dalam penelitian dan pengembangan bahan ajar. Tujuan dari uji validitas yang dilakukan ialah untuk mengetahui kekurangan atau kelemahan dari tampilan dan isi produk yang dikembangkan berdasarkan saran-saran yang diberikan validator. Buku yang divalidasi yaitu buku ilmiah populer Etnbotani Tumbuhan Nipah (Nypa fruticans) di Desa Sabuhur. Validator terdiri dari 2 orang ahli dari dosen Pendidikan Biologi Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan ini yaitu evaluasi uji formatif Tessmeer. Nilai yang didapatkan dari hasil uji validasi buku ilmiah populer dua orang ahli yaitu 88,19% dengan keriteria BIP sangat valid.

Abstract

The Asteraceae family has thousands of species and mostly found in the surrounding environment so that it can be used as a source of learning. Research and development of teaching materials in the form of e-booklets on diversity of the Asteraceae Family in the Taman Biodiversitas Hutan Hujan Tropis Mandiangin as teaching materials on biological diversity in biology aims to describe the suitability, feasibility and readability of e-Booklet development. This study uses a 4-D model with four steps which are limited to the Develop stage according to Thiagarajan et al. (1974). The developes e-Booklet was tested for suitability and appropriateness by three experts (two supervisors and one Biology teacher at SMA Negeri 12 Banjarmasin), as well as a readability trial conducted by six students from SMA Negeri 12 Banjarmasin. The development of e-Booklet teaching materials for diversity of the herbaceous Asteraceae Family in Taman Biodiversitas Hutan Hujan Tropis Mandiangin obtained a suitability score of 4.68, which means that the processed e-Booklet is very appropriate, the eligibility value with a score of 4,52, it means the processed e-Booklet very feasible, and the readability value with score 4,61 which means that the e-Booklet is processed very well so that it is practical for students to use.

Abstract

Taman Biodiversitas Hutan Hujan Tropis Mandiangin merupakan kawasan hutan yang terletak di lembah bukit manjai. Kawasan tersebut memiliki banyak tumbuhan makro epifit yang menempel pada kulit batang pohon. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tumbuhan makro epifit yang terdapat dalam kawasan Taman Biodiversitas Hutan Hujan Tropis Mandiangin. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengambilan sampel tumbuhan makro epifit menggunakan teknik jelajah acak. Sampel selanjutnya didokumentasikan dan diidentifikasi. Selain itu juga dilakukan pengukuran parameter faktor lingkungan seperti suhu, kelembaban, intensitas cahaya, dan kecepatan angin. Hasil penelitian ditemukan terdapat 4 famili dari 10 spesies tumbuhan makro epifit di kawasan Taman Biodiversitas Hutan Hujan Tropis Mandiangin, yaitu Polypodiaceae, Asplenaceae, Orchidaceae, dan Dryopteridaceae. Terdapat 6 spesies anggrek yang bersifat epifit dengan pertumbuhan batang simpodial, sedangkan 4 spesies pteridophyta yang bersifat epifit yang memiliki sorus terletak pada bawah permukaan daun dan tersebar hingga tepi daun. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kawasan Taman Biodiversitas Hutan Hujan Tropis Mandiangin memiliki rentang suhu, kelembaban, intensitas cahaya, serta kecepatan angin yang ideal untuk pertumbuhan makro epifit.

Abstract

The campus environment of FKIP ULM Banjarmasin consists of various plant families, one of which is the Myrtaceae family. Differences in plant families and species can affect the type of plant stomata. The type of stomata can be used to add data about phylogenetic systematics in plants. This study aims to describe the types of stomata of Mytaceae plants in the Campus Environment of FKIP ULM Banjarmasin. The research started from September 2022 to December 2022. The Myrtaceae leaf sampling technique was carried out using cruise methods. Stomata-type data collection method using a light microscope. The research data obtained were analyzed by descriptive qualitative. The results of the study found 2 types of stomata from 7 species of Myrtaceae plants namely: anomocytic/ranunculaceous stomata type found in Syzygium malaccense and Syzygium aqueum white fruit and parasitic/rubiaceous stomata type found in red fruit Syzygium aqueum, Syzygium jambos, Syzygium oleana, Psidium guajava, and Syzygium polyanthum.

Abstract

Many plants of the Asparagaceae family are found in the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education environment of Lambung Mangkurat University, but many students do not know the types of stomata. This research has the purpose of describing the types of stomata of the Asparagaceae family found in the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Lambung Mangkurat University, Banjarmasin, and describing the quality of the booklet development results based on suitability tests, appropriateness tests, and readability tests. Booklet development uses the 4-D model by Thiagarajan is limited to the Develop step this is limited to validation tests and readability tests and the Dissemination stage is limited and simple. The subjects of research and booklet development were 2 lecturers and 9 students who had passed the Plant Anatomy course in Biology Education, Lambung Mangkurat University, Banjarmasin. The results of the study found 3 types of stomata from 8 species of plants in the Asparagaceae family, namely the type of stomata according to Stebbins & Khush (1961), namely: 1) Type 2 is found on Mother-In-Law's Tongue (Sansevieria trifasciata), Large Agave (Agave salmiana), Yellow Leaf Agave (Furcraea foetida), Mother-in-law's tongue (Sansevieria hyacinthoides) and American Agave (Agave americana) 2). Type 3 is found in Hanjuang (Cordyline fruticosa), 3) Type 4 is found in Manggar (Dracaena marginata) and Drakaena (Dracaena reflexa). Suitability test results attained an average score of 4.38 (very appropriate), the feasibility test attained an average score of 4.36 (very feasible), and the students' readability test attained an average score of 4.53 (very good).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan penggunaan Culture Literacy Digital Wetland (CLDW) LKPD berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap penguasaan konsep peserta didik kelas X MIPA 1 SMAN 8 Banjarmasin pada meteri perubahan lingkungan (2) Mendeskripsikan Penggunaan Culture Literacy Digital Wetland (CLDW) LKPD berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keterampilan generik sains konsep peserta didik kelas X MIPA 1 SMAN 8 Banjarmasin pada meteri perubahan lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan quasi eksperimen dengan design The Non-equivalent Control Group Design untuk penguasaan konsep dan keterampilan generik sains. Sampel penelitian ini adalah peserta didik  X MIPA 1 diberi perlakuan sebagai kelas eksperimen dan X MIPA 3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik analisis data untuk hasil penguasaan konsep menggunakan uji T non-paramterik yaitu Uji Mann-Whitney  dan untuk hasil keterampilan generik sains menggunakan uji Independent Sampel T-Test .Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan (1) tidak terdapat pengaruh Penggunaan Culture Literacy Digital Wetland (CLDW)  LKPD Konsep Perubahan Lingkungan Terhadap Penguasaan Konsep dan Kereampilan Generik Sains Peserta Didik dengan Asymp-Sig(2-Tailed) 0,079>0,05. (2) terdapat pengaruh penggunaan Culture Literacy Digital Wetland (CLDW)  LKPD Konsep Perubahan Lingkungan Terhadap Penguasaan Konsep dan Keterampilan Generik Sains Peserta didik dengan t-hitung 1,99> t-tabel-5,81.Dari hasil penelitian penulis merekomendasikan diperlukannya perbaikan dan pendalaman pemahaman terhadap istilah-istilah asing yang digunakan dalam penelitian dan diperlukannya perbaikan dan diperlukan perbaikan dan penyempurnaan alat evaluasi agar terlihat lebih efektif pengaruhnya terhadap hasil penelitian.

Abstract

Online learning has obstacles, including the lack of interaction between students and teachers which causes students to become bored with monotonous learning. The concept of the circulatory system is a complex material, so it requires varied teaching materials such as problem-based learning-based electronic modules that can improve mastery of sub-concepts and help students learn independently. PBL-based electronic modules can improve student learning outcomes and electronic modules can support the learning objectives to be achieved. This study aims to describe student responses to the developed electronics module. The research method used is Research and Development in the form of a 4D model consisting of the define, design, develop, and disseminate stages which are modified only until the develop stage. The subject of the response test consisted of 9 students of class XI MIPA SMAN 4 Banjarbaru. The results of the research on the developed PBL-based electronic module obtained a student response test score of 4.58 in a very positive category which indicates that the developed electronic module has a very positive impact on students.

Abstract

Research development is research that aims to improve research that has been done before to improve the quality of learning materials. An encyclopedia is a type of learning material in the form of a book (a series of books) which compiles descriptions of various matters and is arranged alphabetically or according to the scientific environment. Generally, encyclopedias combine text with collaborative images in such a way that it is interesting. This study aims to describe the validity of the content, the practicality of the contents and the expectations and effectiveness of the expectations of the Fabaceae family encyclopedia. The research method used is the Tessmer design, which consists of: 1) self evaluation; 2) expert review; 3) one-to-one evaluation; 4) small group evaluations; The validation subjects included three experts, the individual test subjects were four students who were taking the phanerogamae course and the small group test subjects were four students who were taking the phanerogamae course. Data were obtained from research instruments on content validity, practicality of content, practicality of expectations, and effectiveness of expectations. The results of the study showed: 1) The validity of the contents of the encyclopedia was categorized as valid, namely 3.80, 2) the practicality of the contents was categorized as good, namely 3.82, and the practicality of expectations was categorized as very good, namely 85.71%, 3) The effectiveness of the expectations was categorized as very good, namely 88, 89%, so as to be able to train critical thinking skills. The Encyclopedia of the Fabaceae Family of the Banua Botanical Garden was declared valid including content, language and design. Practical because it has appeal and is easy to use so it gives a positive response (very good). Effective because it can train students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Development research is perfecting the product in accordance with product references and criteria, so as to produce a product that has been tested through various stages and validation. The development is in the form of an encyclopedia which is a type of teaching material that contains sources of information with text and illustrated images arranged systematically, designed according to learning objectives. The developed encyclopedia contains complete information about the apocynaceae family in the Banua Botanical Garden. This study aims to describe the practicality of the apocynaceae family encyclopedia in the Banua Botanical Garden. The research method used is Tessmer's formative evaluation design, which consists of: 1) expert review; 2) one-to-one; 3) small group evaluation; The individual test subjects were 4 students who took the phanerogamae course, and the small group test subjects were 4 students who took the phanerogamae course. The data were obtained from the research instrument practicality of content and practicality of expectations. The results showed that the practicality of the content scored 3.79 in the good category and the practicality of expectations earned a total score of 9.65% in the very good category. This shows that the encyclopedia of the apocynaceae family of the Banua Botanical Garden gave a positive response because it has attractiveness and is practical because it is easy to use.
