Abstract

The backwardness of Muslims at this time was caused by the freezing of Islamic scholarship. This happens because some people think that ijtihad has been closed. In this contemporary century, some Muslim academics are trying to revive Islamic scholarship, both from the aspect of methodology and theoretical products. One of the Islamic thinkers who is trying to develop a new methodology is Abdullah Saeed, a professor of Arabic and Islamic Studies who is active at the University of Melbourne, Australia. This research tries to explore Abdullah Saeed's thoughts in the field of contextual thematic interpretation methods. The research results are as follows: First, the contextual thematic interpretation method is an interpretation method that must consider three principles, namely 1). Pay attention to and consider various meanings, then take the relevant meaning; 2). Pay attention to and consider the socio-historical context of the revelation of the Koran to determine the food that the mufassir will take; 3). Pay attention and consider the hierarchical value of the Koran to find out which verses can be re-interpreted (dhanni) and which cannot be re-interpreted (qath'i). Second, how the contextual thematic interpretation method works is as follows: 1). Determine the theme; 2). Determine the hierarchical value of the verse text; 3). Exploring the Macro and Micro Context of the Seventh Century; 4). Analyzing Linguistics; 5). Collecting Parallel Texts of the Koran; 6). Present contextualization.

Abstract

The current radicalism and extremism became the background for the initiation of the theory of religious moderation. In the Indonesian context, religious moderation is highly emphasized and has even become a program apart from the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. Along with these developments, the author is interested in studying religious moderation in interpreting the Koran using thematic methods. The results of the research concluded that the Koran aims to do good to each other among fellow believers and act fairly towards them, build friendships, respect other people's religions, not incite other religions, and carry out the teachings of their respective religions and religions and not disturb them. These things can be used as principles that must be applied in building religious moderation in Indonesia.

Abstract

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) play a crucial role in international trade and the economic development of a country. This is evidenced by the inclusion of IPR protection in the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT), known as the Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPs Agreement). This research aims to ascertain (1) the perception of lecturers and students regarding the legal protection of IPR, (2) the perception of lecturers and students regarding the IPR Center as an effort to protect IPR legally, and (3) the efforts that Polinema must undertake to enhance the perception of lecturers and students regarding the legal protection of IPR and the IPR Center. This study adopts an empirical legal research approach, with the population being students and lecturers at Politeknik Negeri Malang. Sampling is done randomly without considering strata (Simple Random Sampling). The research findings are as follows: (1) lecturer respondents have a high perception of IPR protection, while student respondents have a low perception of IPR protection; (2) lecturer and student respondents have a high perception of the IPR Center; and (3) suggested efforts include IPR socialization and education, integrating IPR courses into the curriculum, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders. Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI) merupakan hal yang sangat penting di bidang perdagangan internasional dan pembangunan ekonomi suatu negara. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan dimasukannya perlindungan HKI ke dalam kesepakatan GATT (General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade) yang dikenal dengan Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Right (TRIPs Agreement). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) persepsi dosen dan mahasiswa terhadapat perlindungan hukum terhadap HKI, (2) persepsi dosen dan mahasiswa terhadap Sentra HKI sebagai upaya perlindungan hukum terhadap HKI, dan (3) upaya-upaya yang harus dilakukan oleh Polinema untuk meningkatkan persepsi dosen dan mahasiswa terhadap perlindungan hukum HKI dan Sentra HKI. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum empiris. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dan dosen di lingkungan Politeknik Negeri Malang. Sampel diambil secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata (Simple Random Sampling). Temuan penelitian ini sebagai berikut; (1) responden dosen memiliki persepsi yang tinggi terhadap perlindungan HKI, sedangkan responden mahasiswa memiliki persepsi yang rendah terhadap perlindungan HKI; (2) responden dosen dan mahsiswa memiliki persepsi yang tinggi terhadap sentra HKI; dan (3) upaya yang dapat dilakukan meliputi sosialisasi dan edukasi HKI, matakuliah HKI diajarkan kepada mahasiswa, dan sinergi antarstakeholder.

Abstract

The Merdeka Mandiri curriculum is the curriculum chosen by UPT SMP Negeri 2 Gresik to implement the independent curriculum initiated by the Minister of Education and Culture, Nadiem Makarim. This research aims to determine the design of the Merdeka Mandiri curriculum that has changed Islamic Religious Education learning and the implementation of the Merdeka Mandiri curriculum that has changed the learning of Islamic Religious Education, as well as evaluate the Merdeka Mandiri curriculum that has changed in the learning of Islamic Religious Education. To achieve the objectives of this research, qualitative research was the choice to reveal the implementation of the independent learning curriculum, especially in Islamic Religious Education learning with the method used to collect data: interviews, observations, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used are data condensation, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the research are the design of the Merdeka Mandiri Curriculum Changes in Islamic Religious Education learning in accordance with the central learning outcomes and developed by teachers in charge of Islamic Religious Education through teaching modules, the implementation of the Merdeka Mandiri Changed Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education learning is carried out in accordance with the teacher's understanding and when there are problems in the process solutions were sought for learning together through MGMPS Islamic Religious Education and teacher meetings. Evaluation of the Merdeka Mandiri Changed Curriculum for Islamic Religious Education learning was carried out internally from UPT SMP Negeri 2 Gresik and externally from the Education supervisor at the end of the semester.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penggunaan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMP Negeri 22 Kota Surabaya. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode field research, melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan guru PAI untuk memahami pengalaman dan tantangan dalam menerapkan teknologi berbasis AI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI berpotensi besar meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pembelajaran dengan menyediakan perangkat ajar yang adaptif dan sesuai kebutuhan siswa, termasuk modul ajar, bahan ajar, serta media interaktif. Namun, penerapan AI masih menghadapi tantangan, terutama keterbatasan literasi digital guru. Untuk mengatasi kendala ini, penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan terstruktur bagi guru serta pembentukan komunitas pendukung untuk berbagi pengetahuan terkait implementasi AI. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi AI dalam PAI dapat berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di era digital.

Abstract

The primary focus of this research is the imbalance between spiritual and material aspects in education, the impact of technology on Islamic education, and the challenges posed by anti-Islam ideologies in the digital era. The purpose of this study is to revitalize Buya Hamka's ideas on Islamic education, which can be applied to address contemporary issues. The research findings indicate that Buya Hamka's thoughts, particularly on independent thinking and the balance between intellectual, emotional, and spiritual aspects, remain relevant in shaping a morally upright younger generation capable of facing the challenges of the digital age. The study employs a library research method as its data source.

Abstract

تتناول هذه المقالة واجبات ومقاصد ورخص صيام رمضان كما بينها القرآن، مع منهج مقارن في التفسير بين فخر الدين الرازي ومصطفى المراغي. يستخدم هذا البحث منهج التفسير المقرن لتحليل الاختلافات في تفسيرات العلماء لسورة البقرة، الآيات 183-185. نتائج البحث هي: أولاً، نزل وجوب الصيام في القرآن على مرحلتين. المرحلة الأولى توضح وجوب صيام من سبقهم من أيام معينة (البقرة: 183-184)، بينما المرحلة الثانية تنص على وجوب صيام شهر رمضان (البقرة: 185). وفسر المراغي جملة أيام معوضات بأنها شهر رمضان، بينما فسر الرازي تفسيرين: وجوب صيام غير رمضان، وصيام رمضان بشرح الآية 185. ثانيا: في رخص صيام رمضان. ففسره المراغي بنص الآية، بينما قدم الرازي تفسيراً أوسع بقبول آراء العلماء، بما في ذلك الرخصة للحامل والمرضع. ثالثاً: غاية الرخصة هي التيسير على من يواجه صعوبة في الصيام، وتعليم الشكر على نعمة الرخصة.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an education has great significance in forming people who have strong character and are able to face the complex challenges of the modern era. This article examines the role of the Koran as a universal and relevant guide to life amidst rapid social, cultural and technological change. The principles of the Koran, such as monotheism, social justice, and the development of noble morals, are the fundamental basis for building a harmonious, moral and sustainable life. The contextual, integrative and adaptive approach to Al-Qur'an education enables the practical application of Islamic values ​​in dealing with contemporary issues, such as moral crises, social conflicts and technological disruption. Apart from that, Al-Qur'an education also plays an important role in encouraging spiritual awareness, the development of science, and the creation of a just society. This article emphasizes that strengthening Al-Qur'an education is not only important for the formation of individuals with integrity, but also for building a more moral, inclusive and progressive society, so that it can respond to the challenges of globalization without losing spiritual and cultural identity.

Abstract

The rise of jihad terminology usage lately (such as Sosmed jihad, jihad defending religion, jihad against election fraud, jihad forming Islamic State up to jihad terrorism) in Khawatikan provoked and is misunderstood by Muslims, Given the real jihad (jihad against the suppression of Dutch colonizers, Lan'natullah) was completed after the resolution of jihad and Indonesian independence. Departing from the authors' research on jihad post-resolution jihad by tapers to the major orderly Islam, the Qur'an, and Hadith, by interdisciplinary thematic interpretation methods using related scholarly approaches. Results concluded that the resolution of the Jihad is a fatwa of scholars '-clerics ' deliberations that have two meanings substantials: First, recognizing the validity of the State of the Unity of the Republic of Indonesia; Second, obliging all Muslims to follow the Jihad against an allied Dutch British Army returning to Indonesia. While Jihad post-resolution jihad only covers jihad seeks and develops Islamic sciences, jihad improves the quality of the lust of amarah and lawwamah toward the lust that is in God, namely the lust Muthmainnah, Jihad against Sulthon the Dhalim using Constitutionally, and jihad against the hypocrisy of hoks and slander.

Abstract

Adab merupakan suatu hal yang penting dimiliki siswa dari kecil hingga dewasa. Pentingnya adab untuk membangun karakter yang kuat dan pembiasaan yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam meningkatkan adab siswa terhadap guru di SMP Negeri 5 Surabaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam meningkatkan adab siswa terhadap guru di SMP Negeri 5 Surabaya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan data sekunder berasal dari dokumen sekolah. Subjek penelitian melibatkan Wakil Kesiswaan, guru PAI dan siswa, dengan objek berupa perilaku adab siswa terhadap guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adab siswa siswi di SMPN 5 Surabaya dapat dikategorikan mudah diarahkan : 1) Adab siswa SMPN 5 Surabaya tergolong mudah diarahkan oleh bapak ibu guru. 2) Strategi guru meliputi penerapan pembiasaan 5S (Senyum, Salam, Sapa, Sopan, dan Santun), pelaksanaan kegiatan religius seperti salat berjamaah, serta integrasi nilai-nilai adab dalam kegiatan intrakurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler. 3) Faktor pendukung keberhasilan meliputi dukungan kurikulum, profesionalisme guru, dan kolaborasi dengan orang tua. Namun, kendala yang dihadapi mencakup latar belakang siswa yang beragam dan minimnya perhatian orang tua. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pentingnya sinergi antara guru, siswa, dan orang tua dalam membentuk karakter siswa yang beradab.
