Abstract

Perkembangan radikalisme agama yang masuk pada sektor pendidikan melalui berbagai macam strategi dakwahnya, tentu menjadi perhatian serius bagi para pemangku kebijakan disetiap jenjang pendidikan. Tidak terkecuali pendidikan tinggi berbasis pesantren salaf. Penelitian ini membahas tentang desain pembelajaran fiqh multi madhab, kandungan nilai-nilai moderasi dalam pembelajaran tersebut, dan ragam penerapan metode pembelajaran yang digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menekankan pada metode deskriptif untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang desain pembelajaran fiqh di Mahad Aly Situbondo dalam menangkal radikalisme agama. Dalam mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa konsep pembelajaran fiqh progresif digunakan untuk mencegah pemahaman radikal santri terhadap hukum Islam. Konsep pembelajaran ini diantaranya menyajikan kajian fiqh multi madhab, interkoneksi antar disiplin ilmu, dan menjadikan fiqh tekstualis menjadi kontekstual. Nilai-nilai moderasi yang ditanamkan dalam konsep pembelajaran fiqh progresif ini diantaranya adalah pandangan washatiyah, sikap nasionalisme, dan nilai keadilan. Sedangkan metode pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah ekspositori, diskusi mandiri dan bahtsul masail.

Abstract

Evaluation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning through conventional methods is often considered monotonous and anxiety-inducing, potentially reducing learning motivation and the validity of the evaluation results themselves. Although digital platforms such as Quizizz have been quantitatively proven to increase learning interest, there remains a gap in in-depth qualitative research on how students socio-affectively interpret and experience the differences between these two methods. This study aims to explore comparatively the emotional and cognitive experiences of students in taking PAI evaluations using conventional methods (written essay exams) and the gamified Quizizz platform. This research employs a descriptive- exploratory qualitative method at SMA Negeri 2 Sidoarjo with students from class X-5 as subjects. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The research findings indicate that conventional methods trigger negative emotional responses (tension and pressure) that can hinder students' cognitive performance. Conversely, Quizizz creates positive experiences (enjoyable) that reframe evaluation from a "threat" to a "challenge." This study concludes that the validity of conventional evaluation can be compromised by the psychological burden it creates. Therefore, it is recommended to implement a Blended Assessment Framework that integrates Quizizz for motivating formative assessment and modified conventional methods for summative assessment to measure higher-order thinking skills more effectively and humanely.

Abstract

Damage to the grating after being passed by heavy vehicles from trucks carrying hot asphalt during road repairs with asphalting of roads in residential areas is a problem faced. The purpose of community service is to obtain grating made of strong steel that can be passed by trucks loaded with stone or sand or asphalt with a full load and can be entered by rainwater and passed by heavy vehicles without sagging or damage, but can be opened and closed again if desired for cleaning or repairing water gutters. The method applied is a discussion with residents to determine the desired model design, make adequate gratings, install gratings, trials and modifications, and submit to the Head of RT 03 where the gratings are installed. With the installation of good gratings, it is hoped that the safety of residents or guest vehicles can be guaranteed in traffic in the area. Thus, there is synergy between the State Polytechnic of Malang (Polinema) and residents in order to realize safety in community life in RW 06 Tasikmadu, Lowokwaru, Malang City.

Abstract

AbstrakSecara spesifik, permasalahan pidana yang muncul di Polres Malang terus bertambah. Diantarannya adalah tindak pidana pencemaran nama baik dan/atau penghinaan sertapenggunaan bahasa sebagai tindak kejahatan/pidana. Kegitan pengabdian ini bertujuan untukmemberikan solusi dan target luaran yang bermanfaat bagi penyidik Polres Malang. Solusiyang dimaksudkan adalah peningkatan kesadaran hukum masyarakat dalam memahamitindak pidana pencemaran nama baik dan/atau penghinaan melalui sosialisasi penggunaanbahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar di wilayah Polres Malang. Prosedur yang dilakukandalam pengabdian ini mencakup tiga tahap. Pertama, pengembangan model/materipendidikan dan pelatihan. Kedua, sosialisasi dan keterampilan dalam memahami pasal/normayang ambigu (multitafsir). Ketiga, pengembangan model/materi sesuai dengan sistem yangada. Hasil pengabdian ini dikelompokkan menjadi tiga bagian. Pertama, meningkatnyapengetahuan mitra tentang penggunaan bahasa Indonesia hukum yang baik dan benar diwilayah Polres Malang. Kedua, meningkatnya pengetahuan mitra mengenai pemahaman danketrampilan dalam memaknai dan menafsirkan kata dan/atau istilah di bidang hukum. Ketiga,meningkatnya kemampuan dan kepuasan mitra dalam menggunakan bahasa Indonesia yangbaik dan benar, yang dibuktikan dengan kuisioner kepuasan mitra.Kata Kunci: bahasa hukum, kesadaran hukum, norma hukum, pencemaran nama baik

Abstract

The Merdeka Mandiri curriculum is the curriculum chosen by UPT SMP Negeri 2 Gresik to implement the independent curriculum initiated by the Minister of Education and Culture, Nadiem Makarim. This research aims to determine the design of the Merdeka Mandiri curriculum that has changed Islamic Religious Education learning and the implementation of the Merdeka Mandiri curriculum that has changed the learning of Islamic Religious Education, as well as evaluate the Merdeka Mandiri curriculum that has changed in the learning of Islamic Religious Education. To achieve the objectives of this research, qualitative research was the choice to reveal the implementation of the independent learning curriculum, especially in Islamic Religious Education learning with the method used to collect data: interviews, observations, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used are data condensation, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the research are the design of the Merdeka Mandiri Curriculum Changes in Islamic Religious Education learning in accordance with the central learning outcomes and developed by teachers in charge of Islamic Religious Education through teaching modules, the implementation of the Merdeka Mandiri Changed Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education learning is carried out in accordance with the teacher's understanding and when there are problems in the process solutions were sought for learning together through MGMPS Islamic Religious Education and teacher meetings. Evaluation of the Merdeka Mandiri Changed Curriculum for Islamic Religious Education learning was carried out internally from UPT SMP Negeri 2 Gresik and externally from the Education supervisor at the end of the semester.

Abstract

Abstract Shift in exegesis of Al-Qur’an can be found in many issues, such as the Prophet’s marriage issue to Zaynab Binti Jahsy. Many views develop between muslim scholars and western scholars. This study will explain many variations exegesis of classical, medieval, and modern-contemporary scholars who elaborate on exegesis from classical era specially from Maqātil Bin Sulaimān and Yahyā Bin Sallām, medieval era from Al-Ṭabarī and Al-Wāhidī, and modern-contemporary era from Ibn ‘Āsyūr and Izzah Darwazah. Generally, the discussion in this study is about how Q.S. Al-Ahzāb (33): 37 talks the story of Prophet’s marriage to Zaynab Binti Jahsy from the mufassir’s perspective and specifically will discuss shifts in exegesis by answering two questions: a) how the shifts in exegesis of story of Prophet’s marriage to Zaynab Binti Jahsy and b) what are implications for the study of Qur’anic story. The questions have come to a conclusion that a shift in exegesis of Al-Ahzāb (33): 37 was real specially in sabab nuzūl, narration of the story, and exegesis from mufasir. Exegesis from classical era and medieval era has significant implications for the study of Qur’anic story in the mainstream view.

Abstract

This study examines the importance of using ‘illat as a methodological instrument in interpreting Qur’anic verses, particularly in responding to contemporary social dynamics. Through a qualitative approach and literature review of classical and contemporary exegetical methods, the study finds that Muslim scholars have developed approaches such as mafhum muwāfaqah, dalālat al-naṣṣ, and qiyās as means to extend the scope of legal rulings to new cases that share the same ‘illat. A case study of QS. al-Anfāl: 60 demonstrates that the verse is not confined to the historical context of past weaponry, but rather embodies a strategic spirit that remains relevant in the present, including in the form of modern weapons and cyber defense systems. This indicates that Islamic law is dynamic and capable of adapting to changing times, provided that the interpretive process carefully considers the maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah and the principle of ‘illat. The study affirms that ‘illat functions not merely as a legal device, but also as an epistemological principle in constructing interpretations that are relevant and applicable.

Abstract

Derasnya arus globalisasi dan tantangan modernitas yang seringkali memunculkan dikotomi antara ilmu agama dan ilmu sains, dunia pendidikan Islam dituntut untuk menghadirkan paradigma baru yang mampu menyatukan keduanya dalam kerangka epistemologis yang utuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis paradigma Integrasi Keilmuan Twin Towers UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya sebagai model konseptual yang menggabungkan ilmu agama (naqliyah) dan ilmu sains (aqliyah) dalam satu kesatuan epistemologis dalam perspektif al-Ghazali dan Syed Naquib al-Attas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan kajian literatur serta wawancara dengan pengelola program studi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa simbol dua menara kembar yang dihubungkan dengan jembatan epistemologis tidak hanya bersifat arsitektural, melainkan menjadi kerangka konseptual pendidikan Islam yang menegaskan keterpaduan antara sains dan agama. Paradigma ini selaras dengan pemikiran klasik Imam al-Ghazali yang menekankan keseimbangan intelektual, moral, dan spiritual, serta pemikiran kontemporer Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas mengenai pentingnya adab dalam ilmu pengetahuan. Implementasi paradigma ini terlihat pada kurikulum, pengajaran, riset interdisipliner, hingga pengabdian masyarakat. Kesimpulannya, model Twin Towers merupakan inovasi strategis dalam menjawab dikotomi ilmu sekaligus tantangan global modernitas, serta berkontribusi pada lahirnya lulusan yang beradab, religius, dan progresif.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the development of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning tools at SMP Negeri 22 Surabaya City. The approach used is qualitative with field research method, involving in-depth interviews with PAI teachers to understand the experiences and challenges in implementing AI-based technology. The results showed that AI has great potential to improve the efficiency and quality of learning by providing adaptive and customized teaching tools, including teaching modules, teaching materials, and interactive media. However, the implementation of AI still faces challenges, especially teachers limited digital literacy. To overcome this obstacle, this study recommends structured training for teachers as well as the establishment of a support community to share knowledge related to AI implementation. This study concludes that the integration of AI in PAI can play an important role in improving the quality of education in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal and describe the learning of Islamic religious education HOTS-based in the Covid-19 pandemic era. Another goal is to find out the various obstacles faced by Islamic religious education teachers in implementing HOTS-based learning in the pandemic era. The method used in this research is qualitative with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The location of this research is SDN 1 Sumberanyar. The acquisition data were analyzed by means of reduction, presenting the data and providing conclusions from the research findings. The result of the findings of this study is that Islamic religious education learning in the Covid-19 pandemic era tends to apply online impact on the implementation of HOTS which is less than optimal. In addition, teachers have obstacles in implementing HOTS-based Islamic religious education learning in the Covid-19 pandemic era due to several factors, the first is student constraints; second is the teacher constraint; third is the problem of school infrastructure.
