Abstract

Problem occurs in this research is because the stagnancy development of UKM Kamir in Arab Resident of Pemalang Regency. Because of less-trained profesionality and enterprenurship inside global competition, the Kamir entrepreneur need training about assets, human resource, technology and marketing. This research is made to explain: 1) asset’s view of development, 2) human resource’s view of development, 3) technology’s view of development and 4) marketing’s view of development. Using qualitative approaching with sentralized case study to Kamir entrepreneur in Arab Resident, using 6 (six) resource person by purposive sampling method. Researcher inner is coming in to deep questions and answers section with resource person to expound and explain about business development strategy of Kamir. The result is showing the average of assets development is on 11,67 (good). The average score of human resource is on 9,25 (average). Development from the technology used is sbout 11,00 (average). Kamir’s business development from marketing view is showed in 10,00 (average).

Abstract

Sun Star Motor is a company engaged in the automotive field is a car dealer of Mitsubishi brand. PT. SunStar Motor Banyumanik Semarang has its own place in the hearts of the loyal customers. However, the advantagesoffered by this restaurant is considered suboptimal. Many of the complaints submitted by consumers among others,the parking area facilities, service quality, price, as well as other services are less than satisfactory for consumers.So it will obviously be able to influence purchasing decisions.The aims of this study was to determine the influence of service quality, price, and location oncustomers'decision to use car service in PT. Sun Star Motor Banyumanik Semarang. The type of this research wasexplanatory research. Population in this research were the customers of PT. Sun Star Motor Banyumanik Semarangand the number of samples were 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was using a non-probabilitysampling with purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used was cross tabulation, correlation,determination, simple linear regression, multiple, t test and F test with SPSS version 20.Based on the survey results revealed that the service quality, price, and location have a significant effect oncustomers'decisions to use service car, either partially or simultaneously. Independent variables that have thebiggest influence on purchasing decisions was the variable of location.The advice can be given that maintain and even improve the quality of quality service to always payattention to consumer needs and desires of diverse, maintaining price stability in order to keep consumers loyal,while maintaining access to the site in order to stay within easy reach of consumers, so that consumers do nottrouble to the location, as well as improving the overall service of other services that consumers find it appropriateto make a purchase decision, repurchase, and they can recommend this place to other people.

Abstract

A phenomenon that often occurs in human resource management systems in several companies is turnover intention. Turnover Intention is one of the critical issues that is often studied by many researchers in organizational studies from various perspectives. This study's purpose was to partially and jointly determine the effect of work-life balance and job satisfaction on the turnover intention of contract employees in the textile industry in Kudus, Central Java. Contract employees are believed to be the group most at risk of high turnover intention in the organization. The data used are descriptive analysis and explanatory analysis using a sample of 105 questionnaires from 117 questionnaires that have been distributed to selected groups using the census sampling method. 3 Hypothesis testing using SPSS for windows version 25. The significance test (T-test & F-test) shows that work-life balance and job satisfaction have a negative and significant relationship partially and simultaneously on the desire to move on contract employees of PT. Sukuntex –Spinning Kudus. The findings of this study detect that the work satisfaction variable is the element that most influences the level of desire to change jobs among contract employees of PT. Sukuntex – Spinning Kudus.Fenomena yang sering terjadi pada sistem manajemen sumber daya manusia di beberapa perusahaan adalah turnover intention. Turnover Intention adalah salah satu isu kritis yang sering dipelajari oleh banyak peneliti dalam studi organisasi dari berbagai perspektif. Tujuan penelitian ini  untuk mengetahui pengaruh work-life balance dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial dan simultan terhadap turnover intention karyawan kontrak pada industri tekstil di Kudus, Jawa Tengah. Karyawan kontrak diyakini sebagai kelompok yang paling berisiko memiliki keinginan berpindah yang tinggi dalam organisasi. Data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis eksplanatori dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 105 kuesioner dari 117 kuesioner yang telah dibagikan kepada kelompok terpilih dengan menggunakan metode senus sampling. 3 Hipotesis diuji menggunakan SPSS for windows versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian uji signifikansi (Uji T & Uji F) menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance dan kepuasan kerja memiliki hubungan yang negative dan signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keinginan berpindah pada karyawan kontrak PT. Sukuntex – Spinning Kudus. Temuan penelitisn ini mendeteksi bahwa  variabel work satisfaction merupakan elemen yang paling mempengaruhi tingkat keinginan untuk berpindah kerja di antara karyawan kontrak PT. Sukuntex – Spinning Kudus.

Abstract

Rapid economy growth encourages natural resources consumption and exploitation causing environmental degradation excessively. Environmental degradation is driven by consumption habits of private household leads to the environmental deterioration such global warming, ozone depletion, and even threats to human’s health. Expanding more sustainable consumption and production doesn’t only depend on environmental technologies innovation and social changes, but also changes of consumption patterns and behavior of consumers. The aim of this study is showing the influence factors of green consumption behaviors. Besides, it describes consumption behaviors done by consumers hence it becomes market segmentation. As an effort to respond on the research problems and goals, the research used a study case method and data collection from in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation of the civitas academica of Universitas Diponegoro Semarang. The findings showed formal education is the most influenced demographic factor. Lifestyle, values, and benefits of the green product are the most influenced psychographic factors of the consumer. The environmental attitude is affected by environmental awareness, promotion of the firms, media, word of mouth communication, and also reference group. The green consumption behaviors involved efficiency of energy using, reducing plastics, and purchasing green products. The findings suggested business institution to make green product innovation and to increase consumer environmental knowledge by using education, media, advertisement, WOM communication, and reference group.

Abstract

Financial performance analysis is performed to measure the achievement of the company from the financial side.This study aimed to test the influence of firm size, leverage and capital structure, either partially or simultaneously, to company financial performance on manufacturing company Miscellaneous Industries sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. The data used in this analysis is the is the reference point secondary data in the form of financial report published by IDX. The sample in this study were 36 companies. Data Analysis technique used in this research are simple and multiple linear regression. Results of the study stated that leverage effect significantly to company financial performance, firm size and capital structure are not effect significantly to company financial performance, and simultaneously there was significant influence between firm size, leverage and capital structure to company financial performance.

Abstract

The research was distributed by the fast development of information technology so that the required means of banking transaction that can do anything to help the banking transaction of costumer activities. ATM Cash Deposit is one of the types of services offered by Mandiri Bank.The purpose of doing research is to know the influence of the variabel quality of product, and brand image against the interest in using ATM Cash Deposits Mandiri Bank. Its population is user indepent Bank ATM machine service. The sampel as many as 100 respondents with the sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The analysis of the data used in this research using SPSS 18.8 program, where do test validity, reliability, determination of the coefficient of the corelation coefficient, regression analysis, simple and simple and double, and the test of significance (t-test and F-test).The results of this study indicate that the variable product quality and brand image has a positive influence against the interest in using ATM Cash Deposits Mandiri Bank.The suggestions can be submitted is a good idea to improve the quality of the ATM Cash Deposits Mandiri Bank and keeping the brand image in order to be always trusted by customers.

Abstract

Cicil.co.id is a fintech company, which is innovation services in technology-based finance by targeting prospective student consumers. Cicil.co.id has been present in the city of Semarang since 2018. The number of users in 2019 compared to the number of active students in tertiary institutions in the city of Semarang is still small. This is a problem because the prospective customers of Cicil.co.id are students themselves and what happens in the field is a decrease in certain months in 2019. The study aims to determine the influence of promotion and perception value of the decision of purchase Cicil.co.id through interest in buying as intervening variable. The research is explanatory and the sample collection using a nonprobability technique sampling. Data collection uses a questionnaire from a google form. The sample is 100 respondents of users Cicil.co.id within the city of Semarang. This research using analysis quantitative with validity, reliability, categorisation, a correlation coefficient, the coefficients determination, regression simple and multiple, tabulation cross, significance test t, f test, and sobel test. The result showed the dependent variable of the Purchase Decision (Y)was influenced by two independent variables, namely Promotion (X1) and Perceived Value (X2) and can be mediated by moderating variables namely buying interest. The moderator variable strengthens the relationship between the dependent and independent variables based on the results of the Sobel test calculation. The results of the sobel test Promotion is Z count (3.851)> t table (1.945) with a significance level of 0.000 and the results of the sobel test calculation Perception Value is Z count value (3.999)> t table (3.999) 1,945) with a significance level of 0,000.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of threat emotion and brand trust on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted on Tropicana Slim products. The sample of this study amounted to 100 respondents. This study consisted of 3 variables, 13 indicators and 3 hypotheses. The analytical tool used is SPSS 25 for Windows with validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple regression analysis, and significance test (t test and F test). The results of this study indicate that there are positive effects of threat emotion and brand trust variables on the purchase decision variable. Threat emotion variable has the biggest influence that is 0.705 while the brand trust variable has an influence of 0.567. Based on the results it is advisable for the tropicana slim to do more early diabetes awareness programs to the public.

Abstract

Blackberry smartphone has become a popular brand among people and be the Top Brand in the Top Brand Index (TBI) in Indonesia. The Blackberry’s Top Brand Index is not followed by a good achievement, the Blackberry’s Top Brand Index from 2011 to 2013 is decreasing every year, If the decline is not quickly addressed, the blackberry smartphone brand can be plunge. Right now more and more smartphone brand is distributed in market and most likely will shift the blackberry smartphone’s popularity in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of competitor’s product attractiveness, variety seeking behavior toward consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction of Blackberry smartphone. This study is included in the explanatory research. Data collection techniques with accidental sampling method with a sample of 100. analyzes conducted qualitatively and quantitatively. Instrumental test using the validity test and reliability test. Quantitative data analysis using crosstab, product moment correlation, simple linear regression coefficient of determination, multiple regression, t test, F test, and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the competitor’s product attractiveness and variety seeking behavior have significantly negative effect on consumer satisfaction partially and simultaneously, consumer satisfaction has significantly positive effect on consumer loyalty. Based on the path analysis, the independent variable competitor’s product attractiveness have a larger indirect impact on consumer loyalty and variety seeking behavior have a larger direct impact on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

The increasing growth of beauty clinics and offers a variety of benefits for fulfilling the society needs in field of beauty and skin health. Larissa Aesthetic Center is one of the beauty clinics which try to meet these needs by the use of natural raw materials, so that the company's goal is customer loyalty can be increased. Larissa Aesthetic Center Semarang has decreased the number of active members in 2011 to 2013.This type of research is using explanatory research. Data collection techniques through questionnaires using purposive sampling with a sample of 100 consumers.Data were analyzed through the validity, reliability, crosstab, correlation, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t test and F test using SPSS for Windows Version 17. The results show that product quality, service quality and promotion have partial and simultaneous effect to customer loyalty. Product quality provides the most effect on customer loyalty.The suggestions that can be given in this research are explain and provide more information to customers about how storage products, serve customers well and prioritize customer needs.
