Abstract

Problem statement this research The sport of petanque aims to get closer to a target called a jack. The pointing high lob throw is effectively used on all terrains and all distances in the petanque game. So the researcher aims to determine the level of High Lob pointing ability and consistency of East Lombok DBL petanque athletes.This type of research is descriptive with quantitative research methods. The sample from this study consisted of 12 DBL East Lombok petanque athletes. Data collection in this study carried out a test with a fixed target pointing instrument which had been tested for validity of 0.783 and reliability of 0.756. The data analysis technique uses Anas Sudijono's 5 scales of research norms.The research results showed that the overall average pointing high lob distance of DBL East Lombok male petanque athletes at a distance of 6 meters was an average point of 11.9 (79%) in the very good category, a distance of 7 meters had an average point of 9.7 (67%) in the good category, a distance of 8 meters had an average of 10 points (67%) in the good category, a distance of 9 meters had an average of 8.3 points (55%) in the good category. And the results for female athletes were produced at a distance of 6 meters, namely an average of 9.9 points was produced in the very good category with a percentage of 66%, at a distance of 7 meters an average of 8.3 points was produced in the good category with a percentage of 55%, at a distance of 8 meters an average of 7.7 points was produced in the good category with a percentage of 51%, at a distance of 9 meters an average of 5.6 points was produced in the fair category with a percentage of 37%.The results of the tests carried out by DBL East Lombok petanque athletes can be concluded that the level of High Lob pointing ability of male athletes is in the average category and that of female athletes is in the good category. It would be better for athletes to train harder so that their pointing skills can be better and their performance can be improved.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of organizational culture and leadership behavior on sustainable competitive advantage through technological innovation as an intervening variable in the two-wheeler spare parts and metal stamping manufacturing industry, particularly at PT. NKP in Bogor Regency. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 84 middle and top-level leaders through questionnaires and direct observation. The data were analyzed using the Smart Partial Least Squares (PLS) version 3.0 method to test measurement and structural models. The results reveal that leadership behavior and organizational culture significantly affect both technological innovation and sustainable competitive advantage. Furthermore, technological innovation acts as a significant mediating variable strengthening the indirect relationship between organizational culture, leadership behavior, and competitive advantage. The findings demonstrate that visionary and participative leadership fosters an innovative organizational climate that encourages creativity and continuous improvement. Similarly, an adaptive and collaborative organizational culture provides a conducive environment for innovation, thereby enhancing the firm’s ability to sustain competitiveness in a dynamic market. This research confirms that technological innovation is not only a strategic tool but also a key determinant linking human and cultural factors to sustainable organizational success. The study offers theoretical implications for strategic management and practical insights for manufacturing firms aiming to enhance their innovation capabilities and maintain long-term competitiveness.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and social influence on consumers’ behavioral intention to purchase Nike footwear, with a focus on users based in Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang. A quantitative research design was employed using a structured questionnaire administered to 100 respondents who had previously purchased or used Nike shoes. The results indicate that all three independent variables exert a significant and positive effect on behavioral intention, with social influence emerging as the strongest predictor. The proposed model explains 92.5 percent of the variance in consumer purchase intention, demonstrating substantial explanatory power. These findings highlight the pivotal role of social dynamics such as peer influence and brand related social identity in shaping consumer decision-making in the global sportswear market. The study contributes theoretically by extending the application of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to a non-digital product context, and practically by offering actionable insights for lifestyle brand marketing strategies, particularly in relation to influencer engagement and brand community development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sudin Cipta Karya, Tata Ruang, dan Pertanahan Jakarta Selatan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi 86 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan observasi, sedangkan analisis data mencakup uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik (normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas), serta analisis regresi sederhana dan berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F) menggunakan program IBM SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir (X1) dan budaya organisasi (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) dengan persamaan regresi Y = 1,050 + 0,471X1 + 0,471X2. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,937 menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat kuat antara variabel bebas dan terikat. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 87,7% menandakan bahwa variasi kinerja pegawai dijelaskan oleh pengembangan karir dan budaya organisasi, sedangkan 12,3% sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar penelitian. Secara parsial, pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan thitung 17,545 > ttabel 1,663 dan sig 0,000 < 0,05. Demikian pula budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan dengan thitung 24,146 > ttabel 1,663 dan sig 0,000 < 0,05. Uji simultan (uji F) menghasilkan Fhitung 296,723 > Ftabel 3,11 dan sig 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama antara pengembangan karir dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai.
