Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether influential factors such as leadership, work culture, compensation, and job performance simultaneously and partially affect the job satisfaction of SAMSAT Balikpapan employees. This study used a population of 54 respondents using multiple linear regression test method with SPSS tool version 25. Hypothesis Analysis and Testing Techniques using Validity and Reliability Tests. Use Concurrent and Partial tests and the Classical Assumptions test. The results showed that leadership, work culture, and work performance simultaneously positively and significantly affected the job satisfaction of SAMSAT Balikpapan employees. In comparison, compensation has a negative and insignificant influence on job satisfaction. Work culture has a significant and partly dominant effect on SAMSAT Balikpapan job satisfaction. Regression results satisfy the classical assumption that there is no multicollinearity and no autocorrelation. This field contribution causes the Company to pay more attention to compensation variables to increase employee satisfaction. Work culture has a significant and dominant influence on job satisfaction but needs attention to job compensation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian mengidentifikasi peningkatkan ekonomi kreatif masyarakat melalui penerapan materiMatematika Ekonomi di Desa Manunggang Jae. Ekonomi kreatif merupakan sektor yang memiliki potensibesar dalam mengembangkan perekonomian masyarakat, terutama di desa yang memiliki sumber dayaalam dan budaya yang kaya. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan ekonomi kreatif adalah denganmengintegrasikan konsep-konsep matematika ekonomi yang dapat membantu masyarakat dalamperencanaan dan pengelolaan usaha kreatif mereka. Jenis penelitian PTK dan Subjeknya masyarakat desamanunggang jae. Teknik pengumpulan data hanya sampai dua siklus. Hasil dari penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa penerapan materi matematika ekonomi dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadappeningkatan pengetahuan ekonomi masyarakat, sehingga mampu memperkuat ekonomi kreatif di DesaManunggang Jae. Dibuktikan dengan hasil pada siklus I memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 66,4% dansiklus II sebesar 84,6% dan peningkatan nilai rata-rata dari siklus I ke siklus II adalah sebesar 18,2%.Dan berdasarkan observasi langsung kreatif masyarakat mengalami peningkatan dimana siklus Imemperoleh nilai rata-rata 60,71% dan siklus II memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 95% dan peningkatannilai rata-rata sebesar 34,29%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa denganmenerapkan materi matematika ekonomi dapat meningkatkan ekonomi kreatif masyarakat khususnya didesa manunggang jae kota padangsidimpuan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas matematika siswa melalui penerapan metode Learning Start with A Question (LSQ). Metode LSQ dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam merangsang rasa ingin tahu dan partisipasi aktif siswa melalui pengajuan pertanyaan, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kreativitas dalam memecahkan masalah matematika. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan 2 siklus, di mana setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 25 siswa MTs. Muhammadiyah 29 Kota Padangsidimpuan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah tes, angket dan observasi, alat pengumpulan data yaitu lembar tes, lembar angket dan lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini ialah analisis data tes, analisis angket, analisis hasil observasi aktivitas siswa, dan analisis hasil observasi kinerja guru. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang dilakukan terdapat hasil angket kreativitas belajar siswa pada siklus I dengan rata-rata persentase sebesar 59,70% sedangkan rata-rata persentase siklus II sebesar 81,50% dengan peningkatan rata-rata persentase sebesar 21,80%. Dilihat dari hasil tes belajar matematika pada siklus I dengan persentase 70,64% sedangkan siklus II persentase sebesar 87,20% dengan peningkatan persentase sebesar 16,56%. Hasil observasi aktivitas siswa pada siklus I rata-rata persentase sebesar 69,50% sedangkan rata-rata persentase siklus II sebesar 80,60% dengan peningkatan rata-rata persentase sebesar 11,10%. Hasil observasi kinerja guru pada siklus I rata-rata persentase sebesar 67,05% sedangkan pada siklus II rata-rata persentase sebesar 89,77% dengan peningkatan rata-rata persentase sebesar 22,72%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah metode LSQ efektif dalam meningkatkan kreativitas matematika siswa, terbukti dari kenaikan signifikan dari Siklus 1 ke Siklus 2. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar guru mempertimbangkan penggunaan LSQ sebagai alternatif dalam pembelajaran matematika untuk mengembangkan kreativitas siswa.

Abstract

The problem in this study is how the Learning With Quiz Team strategy affects students' reasoning ability and mathematical learning outcomes in the pandemic era. Where this research was conducted at SMA Negeri 6 Padangisidimpuan, this study aims to determine the differences and influences of learning with the Quiz Team on the reasoning ability and learning outcomes of students in mathematics subjects at SMA Negeri 6 Padangsidimpuan. This type of research is quasi-experimental, in this study researchers used Classroom as a learning medium during a pandemic. Where the subjects in this study were students of class X-IPA SMA Negeri 6 Padangsidimpuan. The data collection tool used in this study was a test. The results of this study show that learning with the Learning With Quiz Team strategy has a significant influence on students' reasoning ability and mathematical learning outcomes by 82.05%. From the results of the SPSS test that the value of tcounts>tthe table. Thetable t value of 1.685 is obtained from the value of N 40-2=38. Where the value of 38 has atable t value = 1.685. Since tcount>ttable = 5,776>1,685, then H0 is rejected H1 is accepted. Thus the results of this study show that learning with the Quiz Team can improve students' reasoning skills and mathematical learning outcomes in the pandemic era.

Abstract

The problem of this research is the low motivation of students to learn mathematics, the ability of teachers to manage learning, student learning activities are low. To overcome this problem, a Blended Learning learning strategy was applied. The purpose of this study was to increase students' motivation to learn mathematics, improve teacher performance in managing learning and improve student learning activities by implementing the Blended Learning learning model at SMA N 6 Padangsidimpuan. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). The subjects in this study were students of class X MIA 1 SMA N 6 Padangsidimpuan which consisted of 34 students. Data collection techniques are questionnaires and observations. Descriptive data analysis technique. The percentage of student questionnaire results in the first cycle was 50.15% to 89.97% in the second cycle and the increase in the percentage of student questionnaires was 39.82%. Student activity in learning increased, this was obtained from the percentage of 63.08% in the first cycle and 83.36% in the second cycle with an increase of 26.89%. Teacher performance activities increased with the acquisition of a percentage of 54.27% in the first cycle to 83.36% in the second cycle with an increase of 29.9%. So this research stopped in cycle II . The results of this study show that the Blended Learning learning model can increase students' learning motivation, can improve teacher performance and increase student learning activities at SMA N 6 Padangsidimpuan.

Abstract

MSME business actors have a significant role in the Indonesian economy. However, there are still various obstacles faced by MSME business actors, including those related to halal certification literacy. Based on data from the Halal Product Guarantee Organizing Agency (BPJPH), only around 2.8% of MSMEs in Indonesia have been halal certified. The low level of halal certification among MSMEs is caused by a lack of understanding and literacy regarding the procedures and benefits of halal certification. Sipirok Market is one of the traditional markets in Indonesia with the majority of traders selling various food and beverage products, but the majority do not have halal certification. Therefore, it is important to carry out halal certification literacy activities aimed at MSMEs in 'Aisyiyah Branch of Sipirok Market. Data collection was carried out through focus group discussions, observations and questionnaires. Based on an initial survey conducted on 25 MSMEs at Sipirok Market, it was discovered that as many as 18 MSMEs (72%) had not received halal certification from BPJPH. They generally still do not understand the procedures and requirements needed to obtain halal certification. Apart from that, they also don't know the benefits that can be obtained by having halal certification for the products they sell. Based on the results of community service activities, it can be concluded that halal certification literacy for MSME business actors in the Sipirok Market Branch is still relatively low.

Abstract

Melihat keberagaman mitra antara lain latar belakang keluarga, budaya, suku, pekerjaan, pendidikan, masalah psikologis memungkinkan terjadinya benturan maupun konflik antar anggota dalam memajukan organisasi Nasyiatul Aisyiah, berbagai faktor dan alasan di atas hanya sebagian orang yang mau aktif terlibat dalam memajukan organisasi. Dari permasalahan mitra, tim pengusul melihat sangat urgent  diberikan pelatihan tentang kesehatan mental mengingat mental yang sehat akan menghasilkan ide dan pemikiran yang sehat dan cemerlang sehingga lebih mampu memahami permasalan dirinya yang mempengaruhi lingkup organisasi sehingga para kader yang diberikan pelatihan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang positif dalam memajukan organisasi Nasyiatul Aisyiah. Tujuan pelatihan dan pendampingan dengan praktek diharapkan peserta menjadi terampil, kreatif dalam menyelesaikan masalahnya sehingga mental tetap terjaga dalam menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan dan diikuti sebanyak 30 kader Nasyiatul Aisyiah cabang padangsidimpuan selatan. Pelaksanaan pelatihan diberikan selama 2 hari berdasarkan hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat, terkait edukasi kesehatan mental dan manajemen stres mitra mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 82,5 % setelah diberikan materi dan pelatihan. Praktek teknik relaksasi nafas dalam, teknik relaksasi otot progresif, teknik imagery dengan peneguhan kata-kata positif tidak sepenuhnya menghilangkan stres namun dapat meningkatkan rileksasi tubuh dan pikiran sehingga kesehatan mental tetap terjaga terutama bagi kaum perempuan. Konsultasi dan dukungan selama satu bulan sebagai pendampingan bagi mitra sangat membantu kemandirian dan terampil dalam menyelesaikan masalahnya. Kesimpulan pengabdian, walaupun mitra tidak dalam kondisi stres berat namun tetap penting diberikan pelatihan manajemen stres dengan teknik relaksasi yang mampu meningkatkan kesehatan mental dan menurunkan rileks tubuh terutama pada perempuan

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the use of application-based augmented reality technology as a learning medium to influence student learning outcomes at MAN 1 Padangsidimpuan Plus Research. This research is a quantitative research using experimental research methods. The experiment used is the use of application-based augmented reality technology as a learning medium which will be carried out in class XI MAN 1 Padangsidimpuan Plus Research. The data collection techniques used in this study used test, questionnaire, and observation instruments. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression analysis. The results of the research that will be obtained are in the form of the significance of the hypothesis test on the learning outcomes of students in the experimental class after receiving the treatment of using application-based augmented reality technology as a learning medium. Based on the results of a simple linear regression analysis test using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software, the significance value obtained was 0.026 < 0.05. That there was an influence of the use of application-based augmented reality technology as a learning medium on the learning outcomes of MAN 1 Padangsidimpuan Plus Research students

Abstract

The community service program, known as PkM, was carried out in Sipolu-polu, Panyabungan Kota district, Mandailing Natal regency. The program consisted of three stages. The first stage aimed to educate parents on proper child-rearing practices as a preventive measure against stunting. The second stage focused on educating families on the importance of a balanced diet as a preventive measure against stunting. The third stage involved providing support and evaluating the educational activities in collaboration with the village leaders of Sipolu-polu and healthcare workers from the local health center through the Posyandu program. The purpose of this community service activity is to: 1). Prevent stunting in children aged 0-12 years old in the Sipolu-Polu village community, located in the Panyabungan sub-district of Mandailing Natal district, North Sumatra, Indonesia. Stunting is a significant issue in Indonesia, with a prevalence rate above 20%, and it negatively impacts children's development, learning capacity, and future health. 2).Provide education on appropriate child-rearing practices and balanced food selection to prevent stunting.During this program, the PkM team also provided green bean porridge, biscuits, oranges, and apples to all attendees. The series of PkM activities is expected to contribute significantly as a preventive effort against stunting in the future.
