Abstract

Seorang guru harus memiliki kompetensi pedagogic, terlebih dalam mengatasi penyimpangan afektif peserta didik. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bentuk penyimpangan afektif yang dilakukan oleh peserta didik, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya penyimpangan afektif peserta didik, dan peran kompetensi pedagogic pendidik dalam mengatasi penyimpangan afektif peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah kompetensi pedagogic pendidik dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 11 pendidik SMA sederajat di Kabupaten dan Kota di Sulawesi Selatan, yakni Kabupaten Maros, Kabupaten Gowa, dan Kota Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini berupa angket kuesioner untuk pendidik. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah mengklasifikasikan temuan dari kuesioner kemudian penarikan kesimpulan dari data yang telah didapatkan. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah ditemukan enam bentuk penyimpangan afektif peserta didik. Faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya penyimpangan afektif adalah misinterpretasi budaya lokal siri’ na pacce, faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Peran pedagogic pendidik dapat dilihat dari beberapa indikator kompetensi pedagogic, yakni menguasai karakteristik peserta didik dari aspek moral, spiritual, social, kultural, emosional dan intelektual, berkomunikasi secara efektif, empatik dan santun dengan peserta didik dan menyelenggarakan pembelajaran yang mendidik.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of the driving teacher in implementing the independent curriculum at the senior high school level in Depok City. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Data collection was carried out using literature study and interview methods. Driving teacher education is a leadership education program for teachers to become learning leaders. This program includes online training, workshops, conferences, and six months of mentoring for prospective driving teachers. During the program, the teacher continues to carry out his teaching duties as a teacher. The role of the driving teacher includes encouraging student growth and development holistically (Pancasila student profile), becoming a trainer (coach/mentor) for other teachers for student-centered learning, being a role model and agent of transformation for the education ecosystem. The results of this study indicate that driving teachers must be able to become independent teachers who are not only trapped in the content of the independent curriculum, but rather in practical and innovative applications so that the goals of implementing the independent curriculum are truly achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the career well-being of school counselors in Indonesia. This study was conducted quantitatively using a quantitative descriptive analysis. The population of this study was all school counselors in Indonesia. The selection of population was made by the researchers because there is no standard Career well-being Scale in the Indonesian context. The sample consisted of 1,000 school counselors throughout Indonesia, selected using simple random sampling technique. The data was collected using the Career Well-Being Scale based on Coetzee’s theory. The study began with the development of the Career Well-Being Scale, followed by the distribution of the scale through Google Form, data collection, and data analysis. Data analysis was performed using percentage statistical formula. The results showed that the difference in career well-being of school counselors had a Sig value of 0.00. Obtaining a Sig value < 0.05 indicates that there is a significant difference in the career well-being of school counselors with four different educational qualifications. Educational qualifications influence the career well-being of Indonesian school counselors. School counselors with a master’s degree and a PPG certification have higher career well-being than school counselors with a bachelor’s degree

Abstract

Pembelajaran abad 21 menuntut guru untuk memiliki keterampilan yang mampu membekali peserta didik bersaing di era global.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji keterampilan 4C (Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication, dan Collaborative) yang dimiliki guru bahasa Indonesia untuk mewujudkan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan tantangan zaman. Keterampilan tersebut diperlukan untuk menyiapkan peserta didik menjadi sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang mampu beradaptasi dan dapat memanfaatkan teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data studi pustaka dan wawancara kepada guru bahasa Indonesia. Studi pustaka dilakukan dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber yang relevan seperti buku dan jurnal. Wawancara dilakukan kepada empat orang guru bahasa Indonesia SMA negeri dan swasta. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, analisis, kemudian penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah guru bahasa Indonesia sudah memiliki keterampilan 4C sebagai keterampilan yang diperlukan oleh pendidik pada abad 21. Guru juga mengupayakan pembelajaran diintegrasikan dengan nilai-nilai life skill yang diperlukan oleh peserta didik dalam kehidupan nyata.

Abstract

One of the goals of learning Arabic is to master the four skills of Arabic: listening skills, speaking skills, reading skills, and writing skills. The HOTS assessment of the four skills aims for students to achieve various competencies that align with the times. These competencies include critical, creative, innovative thinking, communication skills, collaboration, and self-confidence. The five things conveyed by the government, which is the target character of students, are attached to the assessment system and are 21st-century skills. This research is a qualitative study that produces descriptive data. The type of this research is library research. The data analysis used is content analysis. The HOTS assessment of the four Arabic language skills can be carried out by aligning the forms of assessment and the HOTS thinking process dimensions: creating, evaluating, and analyzing, which are then outlined in competency achievement indicators elaboration of essential competencies.

Abstract

This study is a descriptive quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of school level and gender on the existence of the teaching profession as a future job. The sample of this study consisted of senior high school students from senior high school, vocational high school, and senior high school, with a total of 90 people. Data were collected from distributing questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the IBM Statistic 24 application: 1) School level has no positive and significant effect on the existence of the teaching profession as a future profession, 2) Gender has a positive and significant effect on the existence of the teaching profession as a future profession, and 3) School level and gender have a negative and significant effect on the existence of the teaching profession as a future profession. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the validity and reliability of self-management instruments using the Rasch Model. The Rasch Model method has the advantage of being able to provide more accurate estimates and being able to find model inaccuracies. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with a survey research design. The subjects in this study were 100 high school students. Data analysis was performed using the Rasch Model method with the Winstep application version 3.73. The results of the study showed that the Cronbach alpha value obtained was 0.73 which was included in the good category. Meanwhile, the personal reliability score of 0.76 is a good category and the item reliability score of 0.96 is a special category. Therefore, self-management instruments can be used by counseling teachers to see the condition of students' self-management and can develop counseling services that suit students' needs based on the results of self-management assessments.

Abstract

Education is an effort to realize human ideals to become an ideal figure. Education is always evolving with the changing times. This research aims to describe the development of the curriculum and its relevance to the goals of Indonesian education based on the background of events in traditional, modern and globalization times. The method used in this research is systematic literature review through data search using the Publish or Perish application. Based on the search results and criteria set, 20 data became the primary source in this research. The results showed that in the traditional era, the goal of Indonesian education led to the formation of moral and virtuous learners based on the teachings of the religion that was developing at that time. Humans were educated in one direction with the lecture method in order to carry out religious values and uphold morality. However, during the colonial period, education in Indonesia was dehumanized because education was directed to fill the needs of the colonial nation. In the modern era or after the colonial period, the purpose of education experienced humanization because the purpose of education was based on the UUD 1945, namely to educate the nation's life. The government began to compile and develop a curriculum as a national education system. In the era of globalization, the education system is aligned with the challenges of 21st century education. The education system leads to improving the ability of students to learn, digital literacy, and have a career in the future.

Abstract

Banyak persoalan lingkungan yang terjadi membuat semua bidang kehidupan harus bersuara, termasuk pendidikan. Konsep pendidikan yang memuat nilai lingkungan dikenal juga sebagai green education, yaitu terkait penanaman cinta lingkungan melalui pendidikan yang dapat berguna bagi kehidupan siswa. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konsep green education dalam pengajaran sastra dan berkaitan dengan profil pelajar Pancasila. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data studi Pustaka. Penulis meninjau 10 penelitian yang membahas pengajaran sastra dalam sudut pandang ekologis. Lalu penulis analisis menggunakan teknis analisis isi yang dikembangkan dengan karaktersitik profil pelajar Pancasila dalam prespektif nilai ekologis. Adapun hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah konsep-konsep green education dalam penelitian pengajaran sastra yang sarat akan nilai ekologis. Bentuk-bentuk konsep tersebut sebagai berikut: (1) diinternalisasikan dalam materi ajar; (2) sebagai strategi pembelajaran; (3) sebagai konsep materi ajar; dan (4) sebagai penguat ekoliterasi siswa. Selain itu, konsep-konsep green education dalam pengajaran sastra tersebut juga turut menyambuung dengan profil pelajar pancasila yang dicetuskan oleh Kemendikbud ristek, dan telah menjadi sebuah harapan besar negara dalam menciptakan generasi emas yang senantiasa berakhlak mulia terhadap alam. Maka dari itu, artikel ini bermanfaat dalam menambah pemahaman lingkungan terhadap pengajaran sastra, yang dapat mewujudkan seorang pelajar Pancasila yang mencintai alam.
