Abstract

Seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi komunikasi, dan sistem informasi, maka semakin banyak pula di buat sistem absensi disebuah sekolah maupun akademik. Dalam kegiatan proses belajar mengajar absensi memberikan banyak informasi penting, yang didapat terkait dengan siswa. Dari absensi bisa dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur oleh sekolah dan orang tua, apakah seorang siswa dapat mengikuti proses belajar mengajar dengan baik dan benar. Pengembangan sistem absensi yang lebih modern dengan memperhatikan sisi kejujuran memang perlu dibangun sebagai pengganti absensi manual menggunakan kertas. Sistem Absensi ini sekaligus dapat menjadi standart baru pada sistem absensi di lingkungan Pendidikan. Dipilihnya sistem absensi fingerprint berbasis teknologi komunikasi dalam bentuk SMS ini dikarenakan lebih praktis, murah, dan efisien untuk menyampaikan informasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi berbasis SMS gateway guna meningkatkan kualitas layanan terhadap orang tua siswa dan membantu kelancaran sistem pendidikan di SMK YASMIDA Ambarawa. Dengan perancangan sistem absensi ini diharapkan dapat membantu pihak sekolah dan orang tua dalam anak mereka.

Abstract

Investasi kini menjadi bagian penting dari kehidupan ekonomi, termasuk di pedesaan seperti Desa Pandansari Selatan. Namun, kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang investasi masih menjadi kendala utama yang menghambat partisipasi masyarakat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan investasi kepada pemula, menyoroti pentingnya literasi keuangan, dan mendorong partisipasi dalam pasar modal. Pemahaman yang baik tentang investasi dapat membantu masyarakat mengelola keuangan dengan lebih efektif, meminimalkan risiko kerugian akibat investasi yang tidak terencana, serta mempersiapkan masa depan yang lebih aman. Edukasi ini juga berdampak pada peningkatan kemampuan masyarakat dalam mengambil keputusan keuangan yang bijak dan terukur. Dari sisi sosialisasi, meningkatnya partisipasi dalam investasi dapat memacu pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal, memperluas wawasan finansial masyarakat, dan membangun kesadaran kolektif tentang pentingnya investasi yang aman dan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini menekankan peran penting Bursa Efek Indonesia dan lembaga terkait dalam memberikan edukasi investasi yang berkelanjutan kepada masyarakat desa. Kolaborasi antara pemerintah, lembaga keuangan, dan masyarakat menjadi kunci keberhasilan program ini. Dengan memberikan pemahaman tentang strategi investasi aman dan pengetahuan pasar modal, diharapkan masyarakat Desa Pandansari Selatan dapat mencapai kesejahteraan finansial dan memberikan inspirasi bagi pelaksanaan program serupa di daerah lain.

Abstract

The transformation of elementary school management in the 21st century requires a creative strategic approach to create meaningful and relevant learning. This study aims to analyze creative management strategies in the context of elementary school education that can support meaningful learning. This type of research uses literature studies. Data collected through digital databases such as Google Scholar, Research Gate, Sinta, and official documents from the Ministry of Education and Culture published in the period 2020 to 2025. The literature used includes national and international journals, educational books, and educational policy documents. Data analysis was carried out thematically with a thematic content analysis approach, namely by identifying conceptual patterns from the contents of the literature related to educational management strategies. The results of the study show that there are four main strategies that support meaningful learning in the 21st century, namely: (1) transformational leadership that encourages changes in school culture and adaptive learning; (2) empowering teachers as agents of change who are able to design innovative and collaborative learning; (3) strengthening a positive school culture that supports student character and motivation; and (4) targeted technology integration to support personalized and interactive learning. These four strategies synergistically form an inclusive, adaptive, and sustainable educational ecosystem. So it can be concluded that 21st century elementary school management that adopts these four strategies is able to create a learning environment that supports the development of students' character and competence holistically.

Abstract

Kualitas sumber daya manusia sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas dan sistem pendidikan. Tidak hanya pengelola sekolah dan tim pendidik, namun pemerintah sebagai regulator juga memainkan peran penting dalam menciptakan dan membentuk sistem dan aturan yang pro terhadap pembangunan dan menjaga keberlanjutan kualitas setiap anak didik, sehingga kelak mereka dapat lulus dengan kualitas mumpuni dan siap berkompetisi baik secara nasional atau global. Sesi FGD ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan mengidentifikasi berbagai topik atau fenomena yang hangat untuk dibahas dan memiliki nilai urgensi bagi pendidik dan pengelola institusi pendidikan, karena dosen pengabdi menilai institusi pendidikan dewasa ini dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan untuk berubah dan berbenah menuju kearah yang lebih baik. Hasil dari tahapan FGD kemudian disimpulkan bahwa dosen pengabdi bersepakat untuk membahas tentang bagaimana kepemimpinan pada suatu institusi pendidikan mampu meningkatkan kinerja segenap sumber daya manusianya dan juga kinerja institusi. Simpulan dari sesi sharing dengan topik peran kepemimpinan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja institusi pendidikan menyimpulkan bahwa institusi pendidikan memegang peran yang penting dan krusial bagi peningkatan daya saing dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia di Indonesia. Kualitas pendidikan dipengaruhi oleh kinerja dan kualitas dari sumber daya manusia yang jadi pendidik di institusi pendidikan.

Abstract

The effectiveness of educational programs in schools is significantly affected by the condition of educational facilities also infrastructure. Dealing with infrastructure needs involves outlining also examining the processes related to planning, organizing, mobilizing, monitoring, supporting, as well as identifying factors that hinder infrastructure management to improve educational quality at SMP Nurul Yaqin. Qualitative research methods were employed for data gathering, which included observation, interviews, documentation, also triangulation. Data analysis consisted of collecting, reducing, presenting, also deriving conclusions. The findings of the study highlighted planning strategies such as annual meetings, program evaluation, work program reviews, program activity implementation, also parental program socialization. Elements of organization included considerations of organizational structure, staffing, job descriptions, responsibilities, communication, also coordination. Mobilization efforts covered procurement, inventory management, maintenance, selection, also reporting. Supervision entailed evaluation, oversight, also follow-up actions. Factors that supported the endeavor included effective design, staff placement, organized record-keeping, also the involvement of school supervisors. Conversely, inhibiting factors comprised the level of commitment of human resources, financial limitations, complex regulations, also inadequate opportunities for employee skill development.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the reconstruction of Islamic values in education management through a philosophical approach and a constructivist paradigm. Strengthening values such as trust, fairness, sincerity, deliberation, and itqan is becoming increasingly important because management practices in various Islamic educational institutions still show administrative tendencies that ignore spiritual, ethical, and humanistic dimensions. To answer these problems, this study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the PRISMA 2020 model, which selects scientific articles published in 2020–2025 from Google Scholar, Crossref, DOAJ, and Garuda. Of the 72 articles identified, eight met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed through thematic analysis techniques. The results of the study show that Islamic values have a fundamental position in building an educational management paradigm that is not only oriented towards efficiency, but also on the formation of organizational character and spirituality. The values of trust and fairness strengthen the integrity and fairness of decision-making, the values of sincerity and deliberation encourage participation and harmonization of working relationships, while the value of itqan emphasizes the importance of professionalism and quality culture in education governance. The integration of these five values philosophically forms an ontological, epistemological, and axiological framework for Islamic education management that is contextual and adaptive according to the constructivistic paradigm. This research contributes to providing a systematic conceptual mapping of the role of Islamic values in education management, as well as offering a philosophical framework that can be used as a basis for the sustainable development of policies, leadership, and governance of Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

Human resources' capacity and competence greatly determine a nation's competitiveness and ability to compete. The performance of its human resources greatly influences organizational performance. The competitiveness of a country is greatly influenced by the quality and performance of its population. Realizing the importance of the quality of human resources, educational institutions, especially schools and teachers, have a crucial role in preparing students as assets and future successors of the nation. This study uses a qualitative methodology, including interviews, observations, literature analysis, and previous research. The main focus of this study is to investigate educators or teachers in Indonesian schools with similar variables and objects. The unit of analysis in this study involved teachers working in five major cities in Indonesia, while the observation unit included principals, students, and parents of students. A correlation exists between implementing quality management, transformational leadership style and educator performance. Based on the results of interviews, observations, studies of literature and previous studies, implementing quality management that runs well and a transformational leadership style positively affects teacher performance. Suppose schools can design a quality management system and implement a good quality assurance process, where the quality assurance process focuses on administrative and quality processes in academic activities such as learning and teaching. In that case, it will certainly have an impact on teacher performance.

Abstract

Students may experience digital fatigue as a result of substantial increases in academic workload and heavy reliance on digital technologies for learning. This study aims to analyze the effects of academic workload and digital fatigue on students’ academic achievement. A quantitative approach using survey techniques was used for this study, involving 200 students from the secondary school level. A questionnaire was used to collect data, which was then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed a negative relationship between students’ academic achievement and workload, indicating that students’ academic achievement decreased in relation to the number of tasks they were asked to complete; this means that the more academic tasks students had to complete, the lower their academic achievement. The main factor that plays a role in this relationship is digital fatigue, which arises from the excessive use of digital devices in the learning process. Digital fatigue results in mental and physical fatigue, thus exacerbating the impact of academic pressure on students’ achievement. Digital fatigue occurs when students are exposed to digital device screens for too long without sufficient breaks. Common symptoms include eye fatigue, difficulty concentrating, sleep disturbances, and increased levels of stress and anxiety. In the long term, this condition can lead to decreased motivation to learn and negatively impact students’ emotional and psychological well-being. Effective strategies to reduce digital fatigue, such as better time management, variety in learning methods, and adequate breaks in academic activities, are needed, and it is important to provide students with balanced academic tasks so that they are not overburdened. Implementing these steps will help students focus on their studies without negatively impacting their emotional or psychological well-being.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk menjawab permasalahan rendahnya kapasitas aparatur dalam penyusunan perencanaan dan pengelolaan pembangunan di Pekon Wonodadi, Gadingrejo. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi awal, aparatur masih menghadapi kendala dalam memahami konsep perencanaan partisipatif, menyusun skala prioritas pembangunan, serta memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam administrasi pemerintahan. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi aparatur melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, diskusi, dan pendampingan langsung. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup penyampaian materi tata kelola pembangunan, simulasi penyusunan rencana pembangunan, dan praktik penggunaan perangkat digital. Tekanan utama kegiatan diarahkan pada peningkatan kemampuan aparatur dalam menerapkan pengetahuan yang diperoleh pada tugas sehari-hari. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman peserta mengenai proses perencanaan pembangunan dan tata kelola yang transparan. Aparatur mampu menyusun dokumen prioritas pembangunan yang lebih sistematis, meningkatkan ketepatan administrasi, serta mulai memanfaatkan teknologi untuk pengelolaan data dan dokumentasi. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga meningkatkan motivasi aparatur untuk mengembangkan pola kerja yang lebih profesional dan kolaboratif. Secara keseluruhan, pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap peningkatan kualitas tata kelola pemerintahan dan efektivitas pembangunan pekon.
